Had 1 night stay for an event close by. View from room wasn't the best — directly opposite the rail line but not really important. Milk in room was also off and we had an unannounced visitor just walk into our room early in the morning while we were sleeping which was a bit concerning but bed was super comfy and breakfast was nice.

Fantastic location in Canary Wharf, clean and very modern decor. Didn’t use any accommodation as we just attended an event.

A fantastic hotel. One of the best I've stayed in. I've stayed in many hotels over the years in different countries. This is the best. Amazing friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Breakfast didn't disappoint either 😋

It's a nice hotel, but it's a bit rough if you have a wheelchair, and the staff isn't always the most helpful when it comes to providing assistance when requested. (For example, waiting several days to deliver blankets that were asked for. )

They took a pint! That's very nearly an arm-full!

Really nice 2 room apartments with nice views. Very accessible short walk to canary wharf offices. Perfect for a week stay or longer.

Quite friendly the staff was knowledgeable on places to visit and routes to get there! The hotel is centrally located.

Was ok, as far as a hotel goes, and the location is the driving factor when I stay here. Room service staff were very friendly, but I was really bummed by the fact that you only get your room made up three times in an 8 night stay, and things like milk for the coffee facilities and toiletries were never replaced without asking for them.

Rooms are very nice, but pricey. Hotel bar and restaurant are good. Location is great if you need to be near Canary Wharf. Room service doesn't answer the phone in the morning.

Wonderful, clean and spacious rooms. Hotel close to Canary wharf, multiple eating points, shopping places around. Good connectivity around with dlr and jubilee line.

A lovely room. Got a free upgrade to a room with a water view. Also a complimentary slice of cheesecake delivered to the room as a birthday treat! Very nice staff. Amazing breakfast choice. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful decoration, fantastic interior. I had a glass of wine and nachos very late at night (near midnight). Albeit it was expensive, the waiting staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The wine was exquisite, however expensive as you'd expect. The nachos was fine but perhaps a bit too expensive (not amazing value for money).

Lovely comfortable rooms friendly staff, breakfast was disappointing bacon fatty and egg rubbery and no draught lager.

Business Stay. Stayed in room 402 which had a river view and was quite quiet the only noise outside that you could hear was the DLR which doesn't run overnight anyway. Within walking distance from West India Quay & Canary Wharf station. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. All amenities supplied as required. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good in the shower, the TV has good channels, the air con is good if not a little noisy at night which resulted in being warm overnight as had to turn this off. Overall a good stay however was overly priced on a weekday.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be a very enjoyable place to be. Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to accommodate you in any way they can. A seamless check in and a nice little fitness suite, shame about the lack of pool… But it does have a sauna in the gym area! Conveniently located to travel around London.

Lounge super, hotel very clean. Staff of the hammer, so friendly and obliging. Location perfect. 2 min to the tube (subway)
around the hotel are enough bars for a nightly visit.
What you want.

Nice environment, and great environment. Expect sports such as football to be on the TV though, and cheering often so not a place to go to relax for a quiet drink. Not a date place. The food is nice, and often one can sit down. Overlooking the docks, so always something to look at.

Great area. Beautiful and modern. Bit of a mess up with my room as requested 2 doubles in the room as 2 infants were with us. Didnt get so we all shared 1 bed for 2 nights : (no parking so £25 a night nearby. Not quite 5 star for me.

Modern hotel in nice Canary Warf surroundings. Friendly interior. Rooms very nice and clean. Service in general excellent and very friendly. However, on arrival it took far too long until rooms were available. Breakfast really excellent. Finally a place which can do a breakfast omelette with both jalapeños and a hotter variety of chilli. Recommendable…
