Really enjoyed our visit here. Staff were lovely and so was the food x.

This was a great hotell two years ago, and in 2019 not so good breakfast (no eggs/bacon any more) changed rooms two timed to get a good one with silence away from elevator and AC/transformators.

Excellent rooms and very clean nice little extras too. Very quite also the breakfast next day was great lots of choice.

They dont have friendly staff at all. They are human of stone. No feelings for any trouble with customer.

The rooms are very spacious and nice and there are all the things you would daily need, included an hairdryer. The beds are very comfortable, the TVs are modern and the bathroom is spacious, too. The breakfast could be better, as some things weren’t included in the continental breakfast price. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

Very clean. Amazing shops restaurants nearby. Nice continental breakfast. Cold meats. Fruits breads. Etc. Ideal for tube. 3 mins away. Brick lane market nearby amazing.

Lovely event held here in the lounge. Great decor helpful staff. Food and drinks were good.

Great hotel near to London Bridge and city center. Nice decor. Helpful and friendly staff. The room is small but has all the modern facilities. Wifi service is extraordinary. They provided me with a quite room and I had a very refreshing sleep in their comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff. But continental breakfast repeating and repeating with the same options. However the service worth five stars.

Can't fault the room itself. Good sized room which was well cleaned. Comfy bed, good size clean bathroom with toiletries and useful ammenties including tea/coffee, safe, fridge etc. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only let down was the lack of options for the continental breakfast. Would have been nice to see a larger selection of pastries and cereals. The available range was not as wide as other hotels I have visited so therefore not sure if it's worth the £15 asking price.

Very good location within walking distance to bus and metro stations. Very friendly and professional A small downside about breakfast: you have to get up early to have a choice. Choice a little limited for a hotel breakfast. It is expected to be more elaborate.

3 Stars is the maximum rating I can give for this hotel. The staff is undoubtedly the best on the whole here. Very nice and accommodating. The room or The whole hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are a maximum of 3 cm wide and you can hear the room neighbor with everything he/she does. The same in relation to the outside world! Hear every police siren (in 10 minutes/normality London). Sleep is not consistently given. Rot or musty stench in the room. The location of the hotel can really be considered good and is only a stone's throw away from the "Aldgate East, High Street" stop. Too bad: — (

Very nice and clean. The restaurant offers an Italo American style menu. Full breakfast that will seduce the whole family. Little key card worries that was resolved on the day of departure.
The staff are friendly and ready to serve.

We had a great stay last week! Super location for exploring Whitechapel and Shoreditch, and an easy 2 minute walk to the tube. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice bedroom, comfortable beds, good room temperature, excellent shower. Continental breakfast, selection of cheese, cold meat, fresh fruit, cereals, croissants everything to start off the day. Overall a decent price for a very good hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great atmosphere, lovely staff, comfy room. Really nice shower. Nespresso machine in the room is a nice bonus. No gym unfortunately. The location is great, right near brick lane where there are plenty of curry houses and places to eat.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Price/performance for London almost unbeatable. Breakfast is quite adequate, everything was fresh and well prepared.

Location is great, rooms was clean and well furnished. Lots of places to eat and drink in easy walking distance. There was a strange noise all night. Like dripping water. Colleague on another floor heard the same thing. Did spoil my sleep a little.

I was with my family at this hotel in December 2017 for 9 days. Very good value for money in the room and the staff were very helpful.

Nice room But by a neighboring club noise at night without end… not suitable for sleeping.

Stayed 3 days there with friends. Had 2 rooms Was in the upper floor. Interior is very nice and luxurious. Nice big loungeroom and entrance. Location: nearby the exit 3 of Aldgate east. Unfortunately a hospital is nearby. I could hear ambulances during the day and night. Rooms: they were clean. Spacious. Free coffee, but no minibar. Bathroom was very small. Toilet and shower together 2 square meters. The hot water was not working properly in both of our rooms. It constantly switched between hot and cold very fast. Only when showering from the big shower and just warm it was almost a constant temperature. Told the desk, they said they would send a maintenance guy, but nothing came from it. The other room had mold on the soap. Even the day after they got a new one and that one also had mold. Got new ones at the desk a day later. We had to leave early and we asked for a lunch package. They made it for us. Personnel very nice and helpful. Also lend us 2 adapters to charge.

Beautiful hotel in a popular area close to the entrance to the City.

Hotel is located very close (less than 5 min walk) from aldgate east tube station. Rooms are clean and spacious with in room coffee and tea making facilities. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast is excellent and available for a cost. Great service and food choices. Lounge area is very comfortable with stylish seating. Excellent hotel would stay again.

Fantastic hotel. Big, spacious room and bathroom. I had a lovely view of the City. The location is very convenient for Aldgate East station and the coffee shops and restaurants of Brick Lane and Shoreditch. There's a very good Italian restaurant on site. Employees at reception are very friendly and welcoming.

Clean and well-sized rooms. Large lobby area with reading room/library and a restaurant. Close proximity to Aldgate East underground station so you have easy access to District and Hammersmith and City lines. Bathrooms weren't too big but nothing that bothered me. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. Also, there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants outside so no need to pay for hotel breakfast really. There is a Starbucks close by and there is also a coffee shop right across the street from the hotel.

Cleaning is only superficial. For example, I had to Majo a coaster to eat, the next day the coaster was back in the closet, where the Majo was, Serviettenn paper remains. Pretty disgusting. Don't even want to know if the cups were wiped out for a short time. Because the coffee machine looked disgusting from the inside (where you put the capsules in), luckily I had no desire for a coffee in the room anyway.
Otherwise the rooms are in good condition and quite nice, only the doors seem to be made of paper. I didn't like it in any hotel yet. Since I was in England for the first time, I don't know if that might is so common with other hotels as well.

The hotel is far nicer than expected due to the surrounding. Good food, pleasant staff and a very clean we'll presented room. Would definitely stay again.

Good points: Bed was very comfortable, I slept very very well. Shower was great, loads of power for a good power shower. Bad: Staff at the front end were not saying all the bits they should. My colleague was told about everything that was complimentary in the hotel, I was not advised of any of this. The restaurant below (I know it's a different entity) Took ages to produce food, but was decent quality and fairly priced. Chocolate brownie was not soaked or drenched like advertised. (Small thing, but that really did matter! )

Great if you want to sleep well, beds are so comfortable and sheets and pillow so soft! Clean room, good bathroom and shower size. Would have liked a bath, but that's not a factor to mark down on. Only sadness is that there was no view or anything nice to look at out of the windows, the light came in which is probably the best thing you can hope for in london, but that's fair enough. Overall it was a good hotel room and would definitely stay again. I would give the room a 5 star and the hotel itself a 4 as the first floor corridor stunk of stale cigarettes! Really stank bad! But the smell didn't come into our room whatsoever so it didn't really matter. So there's room for improvement :)

There were a few issues with the the taps having no cold water but this was sorted right away. The bathroom was clean and a pleasure to use. The TV was a good quality. I enjoyed my stay overall and would go again. If I was nit picking I would say; The pillows were not that comfortable but that's a personal opinion. There was a faint lipstick stain on the window looking out. There were some possible black mascara marks on the bed sheet. The location was really good as food in every direction and the hotel served food.

A nicely decorated, modern, fairly new 4-star hotel that lives up to the rating. Checking in and out was efficient. There are some minor annoyances, such as the water taps in the bathrooms which are very stylish but very impractical, my bedside lamp didn’t work, the light in the shaving mirror didn’t work, the instructions on the coffee maker were wrong, but overall it’s a good hotel. I recommend avoiding the breakfast, it’s not worth the 10 pounds. Very limited selection and you get instant coffee only (the real one has to be paid for). Particularly since literally next door there’s a breakfast place where you can get a real breakfast for less money.

I used to work in many places, and changed work many times. But this is the most and better place to relax your mind, have a wonderful time with who you love, eat healthy food and good memories. I never thought it will exist any place where to do your job and feel yourself at home. I never thought that you can find a healthy and high quality food service in London. If you don't trust me you need to try it. Such an amazing place where you can take a rest in wonderful armony. Believe me is the best Hotel and restaurant for your holiday and work business! Just try it!

Great Hotel. Convenient to public transport. Which. Subway of Aldgate est. Bus… etc. The hotel is first class rooms bathrooms new excellent breakfast service. Only downside and if you should take a triple room The third bed is really poor. For the rest. I highly recommend it.

One word: MAGIC✨Going there since it opened, as it is near my place, my house ArboR near my home. My cozy place when I need some homie feeling, that special touchHighly recommended as it is beyond fantastic and people really make the place. So many positive, smiley, educated, professional, customer service oriented that you cannot believe it is real… I felt like a princes, VIP treatment with as lesbian touch, that moment when you are in awe till the minute you leave, and even then they take you to the door and wish you fair well. I didn't want to leave, felt like home home, especially the living room with the fire place at the ground floor. I was having a very busy morning with London Fashion Week in the happening and only stopped to have a cup of tea and waiting for my colleagues after the Fashion Show. The 30minute stop turned out in hours, was able to finish my speech I was working on, fireplace was giving the room the light it nedded, the music was soothing my ears with the right volume, the ambiance surpassing my expectations and staff went the extra mile to offer the great service, especially Zak/Zakkaria that has amazing customer service and loves what he's doing. Everything from the heart! In so many years since I was coming there, I never felt so valued as a customer and appreciated. Food it is delicious and dessert always scrumptious.

Very comfortable and very clean! Spacious rooms, 20 steps from the metro and with many restaurants for all tastes nearby. Breakfast is too expensive for what you need.

Can I say Awesome? Yes I can… great place, a must to stay here if you stay. Just book a room with a window! Worth it! Oh and order the burger, best hotel burger that you will ever ever eat! WOW.

My experience at this hotel has been beautiful! I really enjoyed it! All the staff is great, kind and friendly! The breakfast was very good and there was wide selection of food! The room was great and I loved the Naturalmat mattress, it is really comfortable! I've found all the environments very clean. Congrats about the free bikes service that you have, I enjoyed it during my permanence there! I'm sure that I will come back as soon as I can! I strongly recommend it to all the people who want to spend lovely days in London!

Good deal for a good room. Lots of immigration-related graffiti around, but is a convenient and interesting location when the district line isn't closed. Lots of "cool ideas" in practice in the rooms and lobby. Lot of character.

Very good Hotel, clean, quiet and very close to the metro which is the ideal way to get around London, I booked a room for 3 people and when I walked into the room I thought I was in a suite, room big and comfortable, bathroom clean, towels changed daily, you do not hear any noise at night and you sleep very well, I recommend you book in advance when prices are low otherwise if you book late price rise by much. I recommend the hotel for stays in London.

Good location with it being close to Aldgate East, Aldgate, and not too far from Liverpool Street. Rooms are quite nice, though find the wallpaper a bit odd. Has been recently renovated and ultimately it is quite comfortable.

Hotel in Osborn Street Arbor city is located near the city centre. Tower Bridge can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. With the underground, this is only one train stop away. The hotel is very clean, has a good cut and elegantly decorated rooms. The staff is very friendly and the food more than recommended.

It's a bit expensive but it's clean, spacious and comfy in comparison to average London hotels. This hotel has average size beds (1, 80/1, 90m by 80cm per person) instead of the creepy tiny beds that you usually find in other accomodations elsewhere in London. Plus it has a fantastic skyline view if you're lucky and get a room on a high floor, plus it's in Brick Lane! And it's 50m walking to reach Aldgate East tube station, it's just there! This has became my favourite choice in London if I've got to stay for more than 1 night.

Got a room that was nice enough but later returned after dinner to notice that it had previously been occupied by a heavy smoker whose smell had permeated the bedclothes and towels. Really quite unpleasant to sleep in such a room and feel ill this morning after a bad nights sleep.

OK hotel, close to East Aldgate metrostation. Breakfast is OK too, but overpriced, better to go in La Dulce cafe around the corner. WiFI worked perfectly all the time. Parking at back entrance, not operated by hotel and about 25 pounds per day, in open air but more or les safe.

Very good location — walking distance to Tower Bridge and to the City. Hotel itself was very nice, room was clean and comfortable. Very polite staff, all the time open to help and explain. I recommend to pay continental breakfast — includes tea/coffee, buffet (toast, jam, butter, ham, cheese, croissant, baked sweet, fruit, musli). Costs were adeqaute.

A good hotel to use as a base to visit the Center, public transport really two steps (metro-taxi-train), the room (triple) clean, friendly and very helpful with a good quality-price position. I recommend it.

Seems to be acceptable place to stay. Price seems to be little high, rooms are ok, not perfect condition but clean, service is good.
