I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel genuinely welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at The Derby. We were warmly greeted by Alby and Annol who checked us in very efficiently and even upgraded us yto a bigger room.

Where do I begin? This is long, so bear with me.
Pan Pacific London delivered the most exceptional, high-class travel experience I’ve had to date — and what a way to celebrate a milestone birthday.

I stayed here in late 2022 for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. The rooms are modern and nice to relax in, especially the Japanese-style bath / shower. Great views.

Our stay at the Clayton Hotel London Wall was truly amazing. It was our first time staying at this hotel, and it’s definitely one to remember for all the great reasons.

Quality hotel. Rooms were very nice. Service in restaurant good. Not entirely sure the food was worth the money but definitely edible. Sofa and coffee machine also provided in my room.

This was an great stay! I recommend! The hotel room was quiet, the bed comfy, the room was very clean, the staff super nice.
They also have a gym with weights and machines for a good workout.

I was able to check in earlier than expected after 9am, even though the official check-in time was 3pm, which was really appreciated.

We've just spent out anniversary weekend at The London Bridge Hotel, picked as we had our first date in their bar last year. Such a great choice.

What’s not to like, great hotel. On arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful person on front desk.

Had a lovely stay here. Room didn't really have a view to speak of but made up for it in size; was one of the largest rooms we've had in an urban european hotel.

Stayed at Andaz Liverpool and had an excellent experience. The hotel was spotless from the lobby to the rooms—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and very thoughtfully designed.

I took a small group of business leaders from Canada to London and we stayed at the Virgin Hotel, it was the perfect stay.

Stayed at Canopy by Hilton London City and it was a perfect fit for my fitness lifestyle.

The hotel room is very spacious & clean. The location is close by Tower Bridge/tower of London and Adelgate station. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very nice.

Our stay at South Place Hotel this past weekend was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, elegant, and perfectly located right in the heart of the city.

I want to highlight two exceptional members of the reception team: Dalmar Shaikh and Tanveer. These two gentlemen set the standard for professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Walked in from the back of the pub and wow, what a surprise when we got to the main bar. A beautiful pub with great history and stunning architecture.

The counting house is an excellent property in a superb location. The staff are welcoming and friendly and I would not hesitate to return for future stays.

Nice property and quiet hotel with good location at the heart of London. Lobby and public areas were good enought to earn 4 star overall rate. Breakfast good but nothing special.

This was good for an overnight stay. We had a room on the 1st floor — don't expect a view unless you choose as terrace room.
