Trophy Room is a good sports bar. They have a happy hour now (unlike when previously named 'Bridges' sports bar. ) Food is good.

Truly to be honest "the greatest reward & luxury of travel is to be able to experience the first time" and I admit it " it's the first time I get into a 5-stars hotel & resort, I was impressed because of this, I saw what I never saw in my life, the true beauty of luxury in front of my eyes, the surroundings are astonishing, the scene was unbelievable. I give my thanks & my appreciation for that.

One of Dubai well known hotel, great for business meetings and looking to stay on Sheikh Zayed road. Complete access to nightlife at the hotel itself if needed, including famous bars, night clubs and some great seafood cuisines. Recently renovation to a modern design so a fresh look to the hotel. Service is great at this particular hotel.

Big but tranquil hotel in front of world trade/ exhibition centre. Rooms are reasonably big but a bit dated though. Very well communicated (metro stop is literally 1 minute walking from the lobby. Plenty of different food and drinks options within the hotel in case you feel lazy or hot doesn't invite you going out. I had some issues with Wi-Fi (authentication and connectivity). Overall, it is a good 5 stars hotel, but below other Fairmont hotels I visited.

First time traveling to Dubai and my experience was beyond my expectations. The staff at this hotel was amazing and went above and beyond for my birthday, they surprised me with balloons and and cake when I arrived in my room. The door man Peter was awesome. One of the nicest and humble persons at this place. I can't thank him enough for his hospitality and friendliness he brought to me every time I arrived at the hotel. And the rest of the staff was super awesome also. Will definitely come back to Dubai and will stay at this hotel for sure… thank you.

The rooms are good spacious and clean, the furniture may need some renovation being a bit old. The location is great, on Shiekh Zayed Road less than a minute away from the metro. The breakfast is pretty good and lots of variety yet no outdoor breakfast for smoking people. For the last 9 years, I stay there each time I have a conference or exhibition in Dubai World Trade Centre and now they usually upgrade my room.

A wonderfull location — All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was neat and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. not too far from the metro station. Valet parking is just behind the hotel. From check in to check out this place has been very accommodating. Bedroom was of a good size with a good size bathroom with separate wetroom with a 7 head shower and stand alone bath with views across Dubai. The electric bind and curtains were a great touch. The pool is a good size — always found somewhere to relax in the sun. Pool is open until 9pm which is great for nighttime swimming and then using the spa facilities (jacuzzi, steam and sauna) located inside the locker area. Don’t be fooled it — it’s a hidden spa area. Definitely would stay again.

I just loved my stay at this hotel. The suite was great and the staff outstanding. Nothing to say, they were at our little care and extremely helpful. Always smiling and available. Moreover the hotel is located on the most attractive Street in Dubai, it is close to everything and is located in front of a metro stop. Personally we had rented a car, the parking of the hotel was free and the valet very kind. On a next visit to Dubai I'll return to the Fairmont.

They are currently renovating and the noise is unbearable. They don't care about people complains. For what you stay in this hotel to relax when your head is going to burst of the drilling noise.

The location is strategic, close to metro station. Rooms are okay, but service not good. Sent for laundry, the hotel staff purposely gave back change AED2 less because "front desk don't have enough change". I was given a room for disabled, and the TV didn't work. I was moved new room only the next day. It's ridiculous and absurd, especially when the rooms are very expensive and part of Accor Hotel chain. Breakfast buffet is same throughout the week, they should rotate menu. Room attendant stingy with toiletries, I have to call to get shampoo and soap replenished. Not sure I'll stay here again. Not value for money spent. Such a shame as it used to be a good hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever been, big clean rooms, nice breakfast and very helpful stuff and very fast room dinning. Best choice.

I really liked all the places. The people are nice and the staff at the hotel Fairmont is very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Hosted meetings in one of two Penthouse Suites. This was one of the worst Fairmont’s I’ve even been to, expected more fro Dubai. The suite was large but it was very barren. Hardly any furniture or decorations. There was a full kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen — not even a glass or silverware. Asked the hotel staff for some soft drinks for meeting guests and they brought a dirty cooler. Elevators take FOREVER, so plan accordingly. A lower floor is likely a better option.

The Fairmont; An excellent hotel with super service. Nothing is too much trouble. If you like to bake in the sun, it has two pools — so you can lay in the sun all day. The restaurants and bars are very comfortable and the food is high quality. The room was very clean and the bathroom well appointed. A comfortable bed and a feeling of space. The view from the 29th floor was impressive. Would stay again if going to this area in Dubai.

The Fairmont Dubai was excellent. The staff was amazing in making sure we always had what we needed/wanted. Everything was clean and spotless from the arrival to the room. Our room was great and felt brand new with a clean shower, bathroom, bedding, etc. The bed was super comfortable. The Fairmont has everything you need. Quite frankly, you could have a vacation in this one building. The pools were great, the restaurants were great. The breakfast was extensive, but some of the food could see an improvement, particularly the pastries. The staff here is great. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Dubai.

Fantastic and cooperative staff are ready to help you in almost everything. You barely here NO in this hotel. The breakfast is very good as expected. The only negative point was the size of spa and sauna which were too small.

The rooms are spacious and you get the most amazing view of Dubai from your many windows. If you paid for the package you get an excellent buffet every morning from 6.30-11.30am. The hotel has two pools, one facing east and one facing west. There is also dining in the dark experience although we didn't try this. If you like to smoke they have a smoking room on one of the levels. The staff greeted us regularly at the door by name and even decorated our window with our world travels so far. If you want a home away from home experience in a conveniently located hotel then this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Overall the hotel is very nice. The lobby is particularly comfortable and relaxed, rather than the craziness of some hotels. The Lebanese restaurant has live music in the late evening which adds to the meal. There's a sports to the right of the main entrance which is a bit more run down but does show football and has reasonable drinks and food.

I always enjoy the gents salon on 11th Floor. You get treated like a king. The very effervescent manicurist Judy has been looking after me for years and she is such a star. It's not cheap but it's quality; they take their time and the team are very nice and super fun.

Really fancy hotel, great location. It has some of the best restaurants in the city, and a fabulous spa with amazing views.

Nicely renovated. Good lunch buffett. Fairmont have weird rules re status and executive lounge access, so I prefer Hilton or Marriott. But nice choice if you want this location. Professional staff.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This hotel is home away from home. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. For the past 10 years have always stayed at the Fairmont every time I have had to come to Dubai.

Great location, some good food and great service. I have been here few times along with my friend and business associates for lunch and breakfast. Really loved it.

Stayed here as a family of four (2 adults & 2 kids). We had a 1 bed suite which was a great size for us. Service was great and rooms very clean. Buffet breakfast was also of good quality. Nice pool and decent gym facilities. Would highly recommend.

Fairmont is a luxurious class Hotel. Has beautiful lobby and business meeting halls. As Dubai World Trade Centre is in walkable distance, best place for people who visit expo in trade centre.

Very nice structure, in a very convenient location to get around in Dubai, good service.
Too bad I was charged on CC for three times the same stay and despite the immediate challenge to check out to today after 8 days I have not yet received the refund.
Experience to forget.

Staff are great, rooms are big and comfortable. The location is both good and bad. Good cause its on shiek zayed road close to everything, bad because well that's one of the busiest roads in the city, so you'll get stuck in traffic on your way in and out. Not the largest variety for breakfast (what you'd expect from a 5 star) but it does the job.

If you stay at south-east hotel rooms and higher than 15th floor, you enjoy a lot.

Hotel bomb, I saw a lot of hotels in the Emirates, but this made a great impression on me. Very tasty cuisine. Night view of the hotel will never forget. Is located on a prestigious street.
