Wonderful experience lovely ambience… Very impressive staffs. Special thanks to Nisha for always keeping smile and hospitality. We are looking Forward to visit again.

The swimming pool is superb, the staff are fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay with family and friends. I would suggest to have more options for breakfast, buffet would be very nice rather than set menu.

It was a great stay. The staff are all helpful. One thing I suggest, bathroom should have a detachable shower spray and shelves for amenities near to the shower area. Still we enjoyed our stay.

Location is very accesible to everything. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

This place is near everything, restaurant, malls, metro and taxi is very easy to get. The apartment are very spacious. I will recomend this to my friends.

Nice business hotel. 3 metro station from Dubai mall. Easy metro access — 5 min walk. Restaurants available in neighbourhood.

Its a good hotel. The Wi-Fi works well and there is tea and coffee in the room and the facilities are great.

Great stay. The location is near to DWTC, metro, supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Not like a regular hotel so no bell boys to greet you at the front and one person at reception who wad not in a hurry to check me in. Nice spacey apartment with full kitchen, fridge, microwave. Wide lounge area with TV and a sheltered balcony with table to sit for your morning breakfast or evening tea. Just a minute walk or less from World Trade Center Metro station so that was amazing convenience. Has some decent restaurants close by as well. Only British style Type G plugs in the apartment so if you have 2 pin (American or European) appliances you need a converter (which I got from reception). Bed was a bit too firm. The blinds were no light blocking and so the bedroom couldn't get dark which disturbed sleep. In addition through the night traffic noise, car horns, sirens could be heard and the apartment had not soundproofing at all.

Nice place and good environment, near to public transport. Staffs are very friendly. Nisha Did check in very fast & Gave information about nearest all resturant.

I stayed in Ascott Park Place Dubai for business conference. It's very convenient because it's near to Dubai World Trade Center. Helpful staff (Joel, Ariene and Randy) Highly recommended for business travelers.

I love the layout of the apartment and the swimming pool is very awesome. It's like a mini olympics size pool. The staff at the reception are very cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended.

Ascott Park Place was a nice service apartment. The location was nice because it is near the metro station. The swimming pool and gym also was good. Even the staff was very accomodating specially the bellman and reception.

Very convenient place on Sheikh Zayed road. Well managed furnished apartments.

Great location but very average services. Our apartment was smelling of smoke and had to ask multiple times for towels and other basic stuff.

We spent a good 3 years of our time in Dubai here. Hands down the best service we've ever had, coupled with great apartments and amenities. Will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.
