We love staycation (husband and 2yo baby) and Crowne Plaza Dubai Sheikh Zayed gave us the best service so far. Best and accommodating staff (from receptionist (Ms. Deki) to restaurant crew to pool guys, to housekeeping and vallet parking men) We love the location, the room (good view, big, nice and clean). Too much selections of food (buffet bf and lunch). Surely we will come back again. Good job Crowne Plaza Team! 👍👍 — Picky Hotel Customer.

What a gem of a hotel. Did 2 nights prior to cruise then currently doing 1 night post cruise. Fantastic hotel, great staff especially Ali on reception, got here earlier than check in time but he managed to get us sorted so we managed to spend a day by the pool. Great food in the restaurant especially the cakes. Great staff in Docks bar too. Thank you, we will definitely book again.

I stayed at this hotel many times and most were lovely I was very surprised from poor service off house keeping The swimming pool and surrounding area are dirty and have spoken to Mr. George As well as the receptionist does not improve dealing with the guest I spoke with Mr. Khalid he is v. Happy hour is over at 8 pm. Not much else you need to know about bars in Dubai. Be there before 8, and get ready to pack up at 8. I suppose that the fact that they allow smoking expresses a certain indifference towards both customers and staff. Typical place for a beer in Dubai …

We stayed there 2 days and it was amazing! People who works there were really nice and they tried their best to make our experience memorable. The room was very good and the breakfast buffet is pretty good and full of options. The location it's in mid of Shaikh Zayed Road and you can easily access to any where in dubai quickly. The price is cheap and while comparing other 5 star hotels in Dubai.

Lobby is huge and very nice. Other facilities dont know. I saw some happy hours boards also.

Really good hotel in Jumairah. Ambience is more than excellent. Provides 5 star rooms and all sorts of cuisines. Amazing toilets, that are maintained really well. The only thing it lacks a bit is its service. People can be a bit more effective in carrying out the daily activities of this hotel. Provides valet parking. Overall it is highly recommended for people visiting Dubai, as its location is also of close proximity.

Got upgraded to Club Floor which is a smoking floor, although the smoke smell is not apparent to me. Great hospitality, diverse breakfast buffet. The room may be a bit dated but it does what does. Didn't get to try their 24hrs gym room but from what I heard it is nice. Location is between two subway station, easiky accessible to the Dubai Mall and their airport.

It was very large, very beautiful and very cold. I love that they have free Wi-Fi everywhere. They also had a lot of buffet food there.

What a hotel. I was invited for a professional annual gathering on Friday. Luckily there was barely any traffic but Google Maps gave me wrong directions, saying you keep going north past Muteen to make a u-turn into the back of the hotel, where one doesn’t find any sign nor entrance to the hotel! Luckily I found a very narrow alley that took me to a service road where the front of the hotel is. Yes you heard me well a service road, so if you want to drop off your car for the valet parking, you block the traffic going thru! Luckily there was one person who whisked my car away, but my fear was if I was among many arriving the same time, a clogged service road would result with many cars behind blowing their horns. There were many finger foods available outside our meeting hall, but the only edibles were the fruit. The many tiny cake pieces were of the kids’ kinds, nothing fancy or tasty (the kind one finds on one star hotel open buffet! The tiny chocolate chip cookies were hard and not buttery, but made with cheap vegetable fat (hydrogenated palm oil fat). I didn’t want to venture into their post meeting lunch upstairs, with 99% attendees being Indian the menu was sure to be fully Indian and particularly spicy as usual, so I skipped the whole thing and left. The valet guy was the only nice thing, courteous and smart and fast.

Rest here in May 2018, all liked. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Friendly staff. There's a Russian-speaking girl at the front desk. Also in the room there is a free safe, and on the roof pool. Only positive holiday experiences are here.

Cosy convenient hotel in old Dubai. The rooms are really spacious with new and clean furniture, bathroom is in a very good condition. What I disliked though about the rooms is that you have to order everything that you require (ear buds, slippers, extra robe, etc…) they are not there by default which is very annoying Close to a metro station and with own parking space. There is a hotel car always on standby on the entrance should you need a ride but it is way more overpriced than regular taxi or Uber. Better go for regular taxi.

Hotel was really class, fine facilities, room was unreal no complaints, everything you’d need, well one small complaint — when I first got there the receptionist was cold let’s say, no greeting I handed her my details and I smiled said hello she wasn’t friendly I made a sarcastic comment “ I’m fine how are you” or something to that effect, no eye contact, but she changed quick and said sorry smiled and said hello we can all have off days it was busy in fairness, I was waiting a long time for my luggage and phoned down she said she’ll get the Porter to bring it straight away but after half hour I gave up and just went and got it myself, but the Hotel perfect, really nice pool area and unusual a Dart Board, fabulous looking Gym didn’t use it, breakfast was really nice, lovely omelet cooked fresh there on front if you, very reasonably priced, really helpful servers, the area round the hotel had everything, literally everything, Restaurants, Late night shops, Barbers, shopping malls, Supermarkets, I’d definitely stay there again when I’m in Dubai oh literally 10 minutes from The Port, and mybe 15 minuets to Airport.

Well placed hotel for Pro meetings (not so far from the airport, Metro, restaurants etc…). The hotel is very well equipped. The breakfast was excellent The staff is very caring.

One of the oldest hotels on the Sk. Zayed road. A landmark and an Icon on its own right.! It's a decent hotel. Idealistic location. Great restaurants and bars. Good for a stay over. Definitely recommended.!

It's a very good place, great location, extremely clean, everything in it is available (gym and pool). The breakfast is good as well! The service is extra ordinary.

Great hotel and spacious room.

Good hotel, even if you notice here and there that it has been on the hump for a few years. Room (deluxe) spacious and tidy. Daily two small water free. A pity only that the shuttle bus was not driven on two three days in the morning without notice, however, it was taken care of by the hotel that one was picked up by another service, which unfortunately has cost over an hour time. In general, the shuttle bus rides took a long time due to the insane traffic in Dubai. To Dubai Mall never under 60-80 minutes. By taxi it takes between 25-45 minutes and depending on the driver 30-40 DRM therefore cost about €10. The location of the hotel is a bit outside therefore time to schedule trips. On the map everything looks pretty close, believe me that deceives me. Once you have run to La Mer Beach, 45 minutes… We had HP, the food was plentiful and there was plenty of choice at all menu times. Only the temperature of the food was rather lukewarm than hot. The pool on the roof was adequate for NE cooling, which one definitely needs. A few more umbrellas would certainly be great. The gym was well equipped to carry out a program. The Wi-Fi, worked in the restaurant and by the pool super, in the room rather poor. Overall a great holiday. We would come again.

The Ramada Jumeirah is a very well located hotel. It has an excellent and helpful service team. It looks like a luxurious hotel but with affordable prices. There is a good pool on the rooftop, business center room, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. The room size is big and everything works very well. The air-conditioning system is powerful and we even had a bathroom. We were very satisfied in Ramada Jumeirah.

Overall pleasant experience. Property is bit dated and you feel walking into a 80’s hotel, sort of time travel effect. Heart of Deira (i. E. Old Dubai) expect traffic delays in case you are driving.

Good location Near the airport (20 minutes by car) and 10 minutes from the Burj Khalifa and the mall area. The negative part is that you need a face wash. Maybe it's a little old for a city like Dubai.
How many hotels in Dubai. This one has a couple of nightclubs downstairs. The atmosphere is peculiar.

I traveled along with family for a holiday trip. Hotel is very well located. Very good facilities, amenities and services. Staff was very helpful. Only thing they should have more eating options. I mean there should be more restaurants particularly some Indian restaurants. Valet parking is very good. Lobby is quite spacious and well furnished. Good rooms, clean, well furnished and well maintained. I would recommend this for family stay.

A very annehmbsres house with courteous staff. Room and kitchen without any complaint. Mineral water Daily free of charge in the room. Unfortunately a bit off, so you have to rely on taxis.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Downstairs there is a restaurant, coffee unjustifiably expensive, it is better to go to Starbucks, it is not far near a refueling! Breakfast is good, 75 dirham per person! The rooftop has a swimming pool, spa, and gym! The windows in the rooms do not open, but kakiogo the discomfort it does not cause!

Good location for business meetings in sheikh zayed road. Has amenities which meet requirement. The coffee shop staff are extremely helpful and prompt. Number of good restaurants within the hotel and very close to the metro station. Approach is a concern and u may have to wait a while sometimes since it has a very small driveway.

Spice Island is the restaurant inside Crowne Plaza, where a sumptuous buffet breakfast is served from 6am to 10 am every morning. There's local Middle Eastern, Far Eastern, European and South Asian food to be enjoyed with freshly baked breads, rolls and croissants. Only the fruits counter carried over fifteen varieties of fruits, that's excluding the fruits dried and made into rhubarbs etc. Coffee was served piping hot by the courteous staff waiting anxiously to serve each and every one of the guests. Though the ambience was fine, a little effort to keep up with the fast changing trends would help bring crispness to the air. It's not holiday season, but more than 50% of the tables were full. I came back very satisfied.

Overall a good hotel, friendly staff, bice restaurant and the location is also very good if you want to view the city. BUT our non-smoking room was smelling heavily after cigarettes. I assume this is coming from the AC.

This is the worst hotel! They can not wash children's chairs for a day, from tomorrow till supper and stand, until you say so! No windows in the room, the feeling that you are on a plane with artificial air. And the main thing is greed! All in all a towel extra 5 aed, coffee or tea at dinner 40 AED!

Unfortunately, the wrong info of the reception at check-in at the end of CA €120 cost us. Let me give you everything in writing. Otherwise you will be surprised with a bill at the end. The hotel does not show up accommodating and insists on payment. With a ' Sorry for miscommunication ' you have to be satisfied. You may want to avoid the Rotharige woman at the reception to avoid ' miscommunications '. Everything else was OK. It was enough to sleep. The hotel is generally old and unkempt.
It's not in the center. Many taxi rides should therefore be planned.
Maybe you should spend little more for a better hotel. For a weekly stay, this is certainly not wrong.

Stayed for 8 days. We Checked in late hours around and this was intimated well advance. We wanted to order food as my kid was feeling hungry. We all three were tired and hungry. It took 45 mts for them to respond us to just take the order. Top of it they have given us room in Smoking corridor and the room was filled with cigar smoke smell. We had severe throat irritation and cough. We asked them to change the room. Since it was late night and availability was not there, they convinced us to shift room next day morning. They said will send Service person with room freshener. Again for that I had to call multiple times. Next day after multiple follow up, our room was shifted around afternoon. Post which we enjoyed and there were no complaints and we had our itinerary busy. We did not like the buffet food. Initial couple of days were OK. MENU was boring with same item day after the other. It was completely international buffet and same items next 7 days. Boring!

Dream Hotel, Luxury! Great room, great view, bathroom Corridors carpeted with spacious elevators and neatness to the extreme. Excellent breakfast, pharaonic, with an abundance of whatever you want or you can think of. The bad: We were again charged during the check out the taxes that we had already paid to the income and that did not appear in the system because obviously, the employee of the night had not settled it.

If you reach the place you will find it accessible and the whole exterior of the place is perfect. It seems like you are walking into a palace from outside view. As I entered staffs are very accommodating especially the employees in the restaurant. We had a good service and food is remarkable. I recommend it to my friends as a place to stay in and to visit everything is awesome.

Came here to go to the attached Trader Vic's for happy hour. It's a quick walk from the Emirates Towers metro station and is very convenient. The Trader Vic's is actually in another building attached to the hotel. You need to go up to the 3rd floor in the elevator and then follow the signs. It'll look like the wrong way, but you'll get there after 3 or 4 wrong looking turns.

Excellent rest and treatment very respectful and affective.

It is a good hotel situated in the densely packed residential area. Visited there for few professional commitment 2-3 times. The food was excellent in the Spice Island restaurant. My favourite is the fish salad which the chef makes in front of us with the choice of fish and veggies. Ambience is very good. Spread out on first floor. They serve almost all kinds of cuisine.

Visited on a recent business trip and stayed for 4 nights. All staff was really sincerely friendly. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Great bathroom. Room service also quite fast. A lot of small details that makes one appreciate staying here just so much more. Highly recommended.

The food here is very good. Butcher's block on Thursday can be a very good option if you are looking to go for dinner unlimited meat options are available on this day. Worth the price. We had a chance to meet Executive Sous Chef Gaurang who helped us selecting best meat from display. He is very friendly and helpful.

I good place to hang out. Nice clubs for average crowd. Be aware of pick ups. And good ballroom for conferences and events.

I attended the corporate event and had lunch as well. In terms of food quality, everything was great. However a bit of professionalism is needed by the ground staffs. Amidst the event, we heard drilling sound which was annoying and distracted the entire event. This could have easily been avoided. Otherwise the place is worth the money spent.

This is the only hotel I stay in whenever I'm in Dubai. It's close to the airport but not too close. It's near public transportation, and shopping and restaurants are close by. You will have a conceriage 24 hours a day to take your luggage. At least 2 or 3 different people greet you as you arrive. The lobby is majestic. Up the escalator and it's spacious and well laid out. The front desk is tucked away in the back which I like. The rooms are all wonderful. If you dine in, I recommend Spice Island and their dinner buffet. It's out of this world!

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza at the Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. I stayed on the 17th floor. The room was clean and tidy. I like my hotel room toilets (bathroom to my American friends) to be exquisitely clean and indeed this met my expectations. There are lots and I mean lots, of eating places within the hotel itself, so you don't have to go outside the hotel to have for instance Italian food or Mexican food. I didn't visit every floor in the hotel but I suspect there are restaurants on every floor. The Sheikh Zayed Crowne Plaza is located on a busy stretch of road and you may be concerned with noise pollution but be reassured that the glass on the windows have been sound-proofed. I slept like a baby and wasn't disturbed by the traffic noise going on outside of the hotel. Lots of relaxation areas to lounge around during the day and night, if you feel like it. Will I stay there again the next time I visit Dubai? Oh, yes, I will.

I had a pretty nice time there with my wife during our honeymoon. The room setvice was amazing. I was on the first floor and the guys running the house keeping where always willingness to help. The jacuzzi though small was very nice. The buffet breakfast was pretty awesome too. And its as beautiful as advertised. I would surely be willing to go there again. The club was closed though. Which I expect that the hotel should inform guest via their website or other medias. I was a little disappointed cos I was looking forward to going there.

SAKURA is always for us the best place in town to have sushi and definitely the salmon salad.

We went here for celebrating my birthday at Ginger restaurant. They offer Thai and Japanese food that we really love that is why we keep on coming back here. The tom yum soup, sushi, papaya salad and other Asian dishes are very delicious. They also offer buffet brunch on Fridays that have all the selections that will keep you wanting to eat more.

I was there at al Dana restaurent. Their food is delicious and clean. I strongly recommend it.

Have only stayed but it is right on the Metro!

I simply loved everything that I didn't need to leave the hotel. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is pretty good.

This is one of the BEST hotels I tried &stayed in Dubai. Rooms are excellent I have been upgraded to premium & it's more than excellent. Food. They have a verity of restaurant you choose what ever you like. I prefer Sushi Pool it's excellent & over. Hotel location is nerbay a lot of places. Market and other Staff we're helpful and support. I recommend this hotel a lot.

I have not been personally to the Hotel, I have frequented the restaurants that are inside I have to say great.

Good hotel with helpful staff. Terrible location access wise but there are plenty of taxis available 24/7. You could spend a month here without having to leave the front door, and given it is in Dubai that might not be a bad thing. Recommended.

We reached at the hotel at 4:30 pm the room was not ready yet, had to wait for another 20 minutes. Receptionist welcome us a first visit though its our second visit, requested non smoking higher floor, but Receptionist said only in the second floor wt non smoking rooms, apparently our room is in 541 which is also a non smoking floor. When we got in the room, room odor was awful, had to call housekeeping for a spray, asked for bedroom slippers and toothbrush. The lavatory was not so cleaned, some stains on it are still visible. Lastly the AC had some leakage, Engineering staff advised us to transfer to another room… what a great stay, thought this hotel maintained still wt a 5 star brand standards.

I was there for an event. So I didn't stay in the rooms. The parking attendants and security were very courteous and helpful. The way and surrounds of the prayer area for ladies was under construction so it was difficult to find, however when I found it… it was very clean.

Very Bad experience. At 08 am I went to have a room and The lady in the reception wanted me to stay 05 hrs in the lobby to get the room then…! She wanted me to pay half a day price if I wanted to get the room now. I even told her that I will give you the room back at 07 am tomorrow as I have my flight early morning. But she just said not possible. I left and went to holiday Inn express and they welcomed me Emidiatly.

Good hotel and very good level of service. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Practical and functional bathroom.
The breakfast is very plentiful, with many choices. The gym is okay. The Hotel is well placed in relation to the World Trade Center. Possibility to walk in 15/20 minutes. The access to the subway is also very close. The Wifi is very good quality. I would recommend this hotel for all these reasons.

We were in Crowne Plaza Dubai SZR on Friday for a Brunch. It was amazing experience, best food and great selection of beverages where all outlets in the hotel participates in Brunch to provide cuisines from all around the world. Hotel staff is very proactive and understands your need. They made us feel very comfortable by taking care of our 11 months old daughter and 6 years old son with all their need in terms of food and entertainment. Special mention to Chef Sandeep Kamal… who was meeting with all guests to provide exceptional personal touch to their expectations. Overall amazing event, delightful service and attentive staff makes it complete successful event. Highly recommended place in Dubai for Brunch. Sushant Pawar.

Crown plaza is very famous on sheikh zaid road. It is always crowdy due to existence on main road. The enjoying part of this hotel is clubs it have. It has more than 2 types of clubs. One is private and other is open. Club is always crowdy. Services are almost fine. It has rooms also for living and restaurants etc also. Good place for stay.

If you love hip hop & R&B then Sensations upstairs is a great place on Fridays!

Older place but still nice, right on the metro. Great staff and clean. Plenty of food options close by, fast and slow.

Not bad hotel you can find clean room but small and you find door with twin room so if you bad pouple in other room you can not get good sleep.

Pros: Price, location, staff helpful. Wifi is fast. Cons: furniture and carpet look old and worn. Towels are very old. Shampoo, shower gels not great. Tips: bring or buy your own shampoo if staying for a longer time. Rooms are big and comfortable. They are all clean especially the bedsheets but the carpets look old so bring you own slippers. Again nothing dirty just not ultra clean or new. AC works fine in the rooms but in the main corridors and lobby they are just ok. Not cold but just ok — if that makes sense.

A big gigantic hotel. It's aura is beautiful but it's misused in lounge.

There were bugs all over the place, a "rock band" was playing at 9am on a Friday until 12. They messed up the booking and made me pay twice. The AC didn't work the first night, and kept switching off the second night. The food wasn't good and their hospitality was worse. But the worst part was when I was about to leave and forget about this horrible staying experience, they put my bags in someone's car and that person drove off.

A 4 star hotel with all the facilities expected. Could improve if staff were a little more attentive, or if they had some facilities geared towards families / children.

Spent one night here on 23/11/2015, it's a shame that when I asked for a standard taxi, the doorman proposed us a VIP taxi to go to the airport, guaranteeing that price would not be more expensive. No counter in the car and at the arrival, the driver asked us for 70 AED when it should be maximum 40 AED for this trip. So a feeling of racket just when leaving is not nice. Except fot that, the hotel rooms are very nice and the swimming pool also with the spa.

The hotel is nice good looking and it's in good location but the bad side no free Wi-Fi big hotel like ramda no free Wi-Fi it's disappointed.

Highly over-priced for a basic hotel experience. Location is not that great. They will even charge you for the breakfast separately if you book it online (shocking 30 dollars per head! ) and the food is not even that great. Also, be careful about the cookies and drinks on the table, they make it look like complementary but they will shock you again with a high bill when you are checking out.

We booked our room months ago and paid, when we arrived there was no room, the hotel asserted they never got a reservation and neglected help and were very unfriendly. My travel agency implied the hotel sold rooms they didn't have. Besides what is true the unfriendly and absolutely unprofessional behavior from the hotel was unprecedented. My advice dont go there.

Pros: updated room and nice shower ps ok breakfast and Friendly staff. Cons:This is not a 4 star hotel to me. Hotel smells funny like cheap indian food. Hideous decor. Does not worth paying 150 usd for a place that you literally see airplanes as big as hell from your window. It should be no more than 60 dollars per night. THERE are amazing hotels in this city bellow 200 dollars why would you choose this one? Oh and taxi you should hail one. It's not like jumeirah beach area that taxis are there 24\7, bummer! The only way I recommend this place is if you have to be close to airport and you need a bed and shower and medicare breakfast. The reason I gave 1 star is that I truly don't believe this is 4 star quality.

This is the second time I stay here. It is such a good hotel, I mean service and cleanness, the food and all. However, I was frustrated by the way they put the deal on when I made the booking online! at the end, they may charge you the Oxygen you breath while staying! Once you here everything is chargeable. I hope they will re consider.

My Wife Lesley and I had a marvelous stay for 3 days in July 2014. At the Crowne Plaza. So great that we missed our Flight to Munich and only through the kindness and extreme efficiency of John. The Head Concierge. We were able to fly out the next morning and continue our travels. Our whole dealing with this fabulous Hotel were the high point of our visit to Dubai. From Reception to the Shuttle Driver. To the Security People outside. We were made to feel special and were given the best treatment possible. Highly recommended place to stay in Dubai.

I love staying here great service and the food here whether it's from downstairs at a Bar or the In room service food is always delicious. Thank you and will be staying here again.

The service was excellent like always, I was so happy because the management send a birthday cake to my wife, n a fruit basket, for her birthday.

We have been there for our first anniversary, the receptions staff was so friendly, they sent a great and delicious cake and a basket of fruit to our room to celebrate, also the location was good, near the metro station and the hotel has tour to jumeirah beach and Emirates Mall every day.

The renovation is almost over and I really like their renovated rooms. The club is not open yet but club benefits are provided at other food and beverage outlets. Very good Priority Club Platinum recognition.

One of the best hotel I have stayed. But don't try Biryani at all. One of the most taste less Biryani I ever had in my life.

Great Location 10 minutes from the airport, near to Reef Mall and Metro Stations, Excellent Service and New Rooms (June'12). Guaranteed value for money on the stay and the F&B facilities. Spice Island restaurant is a treat. Meeting space and event services are topped with experienced staff. Loved it.
