Its my absolute pleasure to recommend carlton downtown hotal dubai, I thoroughly enjoyed on my vaction time with my friends, the staff are friendliy and helpful and the view is breathtaking, food is excellent, well presented faced and agnuinely should be giving this hotel top awards. The room and the bathroom was superbly clean, and the best is dear kevin who treat us like friend, thank u for the good, warm, kind and pleasant service you provided us, without a doubt we will return there thanks to you.

Complained a lot of times and none of my complaints were taken seriously. They aren't abiding by the covid 19 protocols when it comes to cleaning and sanitising. Staff enters the rooms without wearing masks and they are not keeping all elevators working on purpose to save costs which means people line up and no distance is kept between them. On top of that I lost 1200 AED and there was no care with respect digging deep into in investigation. They blamed me on not keeping the money in the locker which means they don't trust their employees.

Very friendly management staff at the top atmosphere at the top room very spacious super clean.

The room is big. I didn’t expect it to be that big. The staffs are accomodating. And its a good place to relax.

I was one of the old customer of this hotel but my last experience is horrible, I did online reservations on Agoda for Carlton Al Barsha with reservations number

Once I reach there was almost 10:45 and in Dubai lock down start at 11:00, once reach there security told me its temporarily closed you can go other branch that is 20km away from here (carlton downtown) and I can't reach before lock down start. And once I call reservation desk they speak to me in rude not guide me how to refunds. Even I called in morning the guy in reservation attend my call told me you have to cancel in night its not possible now.
My question is why you advertise online if its closed and if I can't refund now why you didn't told me in night time even I sent email before mid night 12:00 Am
Anyway don't book this hotel online I can't trust online booking on this hotel specially.

I've lost my Atm card a while ago and they found and gave it back to me. Excellent ambiance and very friendly staff I'll surely recommend Carlton to my Friends and Family ❤

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner last night at Carlton Downtown Hotel. They had great American Thanksgiving dishes and desserts as well. It was delicious.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Dubai. Metro very close, plenty of food outlets nearby. Staff are very efficient and friendly.

This was my second stay. I must say, the staff and service here is impeccable. They are very friendly and helpful!

Bad check in experience. At official check in time of 2pm was informed to continue waiting as room was not ready. Gave an upgraded room so was good on them.

All right, the rooms spacious and comfortable.

Ordered suhoor voucher during Ramadan at this place, and paid up a decent amount of money. To my surprise the menu contained absolutely nothing except very few basics of Arabic foods with juices without any meat or fish items!? I felt ripped off my money. I did the mistake of not checking with them and assumed they would offer a decent menu like other hotels in Dubai. Left the hotel unsatisfied. May not come to this hotel ever again. Once bitten twice shy!

Great hotel. Excellent staff in every area of the hotel. Their buffet nights in the hotel restaurant served good quality food in nice surroundings. Nice rooftop pool and bar area. The hotel is very handy for the business area and access to the metro system. I'd recommend it.

You should check your minibar once you arrive in the room or you can be charged upon checkout for something you did't get. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel with a good sports bar and a nice terrace restaurant. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast can be improved since it's a little poor.

Honestly, the reception staff was friendly and the room was clean. I have got a standard room (Deluxe), the room is already specious. However, bathroom was not clean enough and it is very very small. It is like a Public Restroom! The location is perfect, it is close to the metro station about 2 to 3 minutes by walk. There are a couple of restaurants around the area. I didn’t like the elevator control. It is really annoying. Wi-Fi is free and it is acceptable speed.

They have a perfect service, and very comfortable.

I been many times in this Hotel, their Location is perfect! The price is still reasonable, the place is very quiet as always, the food is excellent thats why I always comeback whenever we want to come to Dubai, our room is very clean, but no toothbrush if needed, and one of our room toilet water is leaking so I need to close from the main, other than that everything is good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. All of your staff made me feel very welcome. The rooms are great and the breakfast is a particularly strong feature with a wide variety of food and welcoming faces with good service. The Mezzanine floor and the roof top pool offer welcome relaxation after a hard day's work.

Your lift system is bad. You need to think about how to solve moving between floors, if guest live in separate rooms and different floor. It takes long time and effort all the way down and go up to the floor.

The staff are excellent and so helpful, all of them go out of their way to help and always have a smile. We have laundry collected and delivered every day and we have found Fahad to be the most courteous and outstanding member of staff. The chefs at the egg station/seafood buffet also deserve special mention. We return here next week and are really looking forward to coming back.

A good choice for residence specially if you have an event near the Dubai world trade center… Dubai Mall is one metro station away… The area is oriented in a lovely way… The rooms are clean and tidy… Breakfast is available fresh and tasty in bayti restaurant Over all they deserve a good rating.

Very nice hotel. Room was big and well furnished. Clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We had great views of the city from our window and from the pool. The negatives were the rooftop bar. It was a little run down and could do with some updating (however it could be amazing).

I would like to thank Olfa Gharbi for an excellent courteous customer service, the time and effort she spent to make sure that me and my family are comfortable is very much appreciated.

Its a beautiful and cozy place with very easy access fro sheikh zayed road. The staffs were so supportive.

Beautiful hotel with awesome location. Have normal swimming pool with normal view. In evening time you can look lovely sunsets. Comfortable: rooms, lounge with cafeteria area where can enjoy delicious coffee and deserts inside hotel or outside. Like in Dubai good hotel for middle normal price, independent what you looking, how much money you can spend. Easy travel to ✈ aero port. Close to Dubai Mall and fountain, BURJ KHALIFA…

Very nice Hotel nearby Mall of Dubai. Staff were courteous to us, even helped us to change our room to have a Burf Kalifa facing view. Good spread in breakfast. There is a travel desk as well for your convenience. Rooms are neat and spank clean. Thank you Carlton Downtown to make our stay wonderful.

The Hotel is a norm. The Breakfast is varied. The Room has a microwave and a large fridge.

Enjoy half of your stay waiting for Dubai's slowest elevators at the Carlton Downtown. Great staff though!

This is a very good hotel, conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Financial Centre. The staff are exceptionally helpful and a fine breakfast is available every day.

The room is not really clean and the mini bar is empty, the furniture are damaged and looks old … Definitly not a 4 star hotel … Maybe only one or two but the price is like four star … It's a shame, I will never come back again …

Good Hotel, Courteous Staff, good Location. Elevator selection system irritates when there is crowd. Hotel should offer more Indian Dishes instead of just 2. Shuttle service is very poor — at time the outsourced shuttle does not come at all without intimation and front desk/ concierge do not exercise any coordination with shuttle service. At least the proper information of reaching to hotel through Public Transport should be available-as it is very near to Metro Station. Swimming Pool is too small with odd timings (08:00 to20:00hrs). I could see only 3 restaurants and a Cafe. Toilets are just OK, where as rooms are spacious and very good.

A good place to stay. Helpful staff, good food, clean & tidy rooms. Near to metro and most of city attractive places like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall are hardly few minutes away. Elevators are too busy most of the time which is the only consequence I find while my stay.

I'm currently in the hotel and until the 22nd of August. No one cleaned my room since I came yesterday. Staff make excuses. 10 pm and waiting for someone to do the job.

Good location and spacious rooms. but overall not very clean and old bathrooms (if u need the business centre u should pay for everything! ). average hotel and there are better choices in Dubai.

It was a wonderful hotel. Spacious room with really helpful staff. Though the food at hotel may not be the up your expectation you have plenty of option to go to a nearby malls as hotel is in downtown. I admire options and advises given at receiption by Prewash!

As the subject stated, I really can't count home many times I stayed in the hotel (before even they change it from Warwick to Carlton Downtown Hotel), and I believeI tried all the rooms and maybe in all the floors. I usually book one bedroom flat or as they call it (Premium Room), Huge space with good size sleeping room and big separate living room some of the flat come with separate office room or big dining table. There are two bathrooms, one for the living room and the other with shower in the bedroom. helpful staff and free Wi-Fi and valet parking. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops around and the metro station is only 2 min walk. And its close to Dubai mall. the only problem I face in this hotel is the elevators, some times I have to wait for more then 10 min although they are fast and 5 of them.

Was an excellent experience staying at the Carlton Downtown! The customer service was really on point. Would like to appreciate 'Rochelle' at the front desk, 'Anthony' from room service & 'Mahesh' at the Lobby for exceptional customer service. Absolutely the worst hotel I've been to in Dubai. Their staff are rude and very unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time there!

Great service! The dinner variety is superb. The quality of the food is wonderful. Excellent buffet to fill your stomach with tasty food. The grilled lobster was amazing (seafood night on Friday)

Excellent views and good price. The treatment a little cold, put some paste. But the truth is q is a hotel great with a fantastic price.

Fantastic Hotel, very clean, Deluxe room very spacious with hot drinks available as well as a fully stocked mini fridge, quite expensive so check the prices before eating and drinking everything in the fridge. Good internet connection. Not a good place to change your currency, change your money for a decent rate, try next to the cinema in Dubai mall. Very nice restaurant, nicely prepared cakes and sandwiches, good room service, awesome relax area with pool and sauna on the roof, although I was way to busy to make the most of it. The staff fairly helpful, rooms are kept very clean so no need to call to moan about dingy towels and linen. 10 minutes from Dubai Mall and outside the hotel you can find Boots to Starbucks one minute walk. Metro on your doorstep with good connections to Mall of the Emirates and the Marina and even the beach. Not a place I did rate for kids as its more of a business zone on the busy Shieke Zayed main road surrounded by traffic and noise once outside. Not for peace and tranquility. If on business it's just fab.

Really a nice place to stay 2 minutes walk to the metro station, financial Centre. My first stay in and was upgraded to a suite.

A very nice hotel with good facilities, like well maintained gym, nice rooms and on top of floor no47 you can have a good view to other tall buildings. Keep it up.

I'd not heard much about this chain of hotels. But its right across to my apartment building. And i'd decided to stay there for a night once when the water pipe in our apt broke. One of the best experience i've had. They upgraded me to the penthouse suite. Which was unbelievable. Great service and quality food. Nice for a short stay! Beautiful city views on the upper floors.

I have stayed in this new hotel for a week now. I have to say, I have never had such a great experience in terms of the staff and how they are so polite and friendly. I think it is marketed as a 4 star hotel. In my judgement, it should be 5 star. I have stayed at the Royal Mirage One and Only Residence and Spa, which I have to say is a bit classier. However for those who want a very pleasant hotel stay in Dubai, I strongly recommend this hotel. Well done all at the Warwick.
