Affordable hotel apartments nicely located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Close to several restaurants on the same street. There is a spacious parking area for the guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is 15-20 minuets from the Dubai Mall by car or taxi.

Marvellous. Best suited rates. U can get easily indian food there. Majority of indian community.

The room is just OK, no so good and not so bad, just match the price. But the location and the traffic is perfect, very convenience for people to go anywhere by Metro system or taxi, wonderful!

Amenities are below average especially for Dubai. Internet barely usable. Very poorly soundproofed, could hear people dropping a penny in rooms above or people talking in the hallway. Otherwise clean.

I like this place as this is right on Sheikh Zayed road with a great view of Dubai skyline (of course Burj Khalifa). Place is surrounded with great food & shopping options and right next to Metro station for convenience. If you are staying in then parking is sorted (dedicated parking) if not then pay and park around.

Breakfast buffet could use tons of improvement in terms of taste as well as quality. Stone-cold food at 7am! And cold water for tea. Rooms were clean and decent enough for a short stay. But room service takes time.

Lovely place, Centrally located and just next to the Financial centre Metro… for excellent connectivity. They have an excellent restaurant. Kulcha King which is the highlight of this property, serving mouth watering Indian dishes. Apartment are well maintained but the Hospitality is not so great.

Very bad experience with the manager at the reception. Would request people to not spend their hard earned money in this hotel. There are many more, much better options available.

Great location and reasonable price, surrounded by a variety of coffee shops and restaurant, hotel breakfast is not recommended.

Wi-Fi is bad. Breakfast is so crowded. Bath has stains. Other than that everything is perfect, the view, the service, and location was great.

Good hotel for those on a budget. It is close to a metro station. Ample car parking space. Lot of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant on premises but it is Indian. Other Nationals may not find the food exciting. Rooms are big though some furniture appears dated.

Love the Sheikh Zayed Rd view and it has an outdoor parking area. BTW Tim Hortons is just next to the Enterance.

Perfect hotel with good staff and a great hospitality towards people … Are check in time was 3 but the receptionist Dinesh helped us to check at 11 due to senior citizen with me. staff here is great and always greet u with smile and wish u good morning/evening/night I first read the reviews thought to be an average hotel but turned out to be great they helped us in everything from cleaning utensils to helping us out with extra kitchen supplies thank you for the great stay in Dubai.

Decent accommodation great gym and service.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, great indian restaurant with good people. Gym and swimming pool. Nice place and you can get a taxi almost immediately. I do recommend it of course, specially for its price. In the middle of Sheikh Zayed street, easy to reach anywhere and everywhere, very close to Dubai mall. Not much good views, but hey, this is Dubai, what do you expect other than high building!

Rooms were not bad. Breakfirst was bad. I felt that the receptionist was not friendly.

OK hotel. It offers a variety of foods on the breakfast buffet. Worst hummus maybe due to Indian management that does not know how to make good Mediterranean food. Very small and crowded are for breakfast.

Good hotel with kitchen close to mosque and Financial District Metro station. The rooms are big and spacious. I stayed during Ramadan during which they had a buffet arranged for Suhoor from 2 to 4 am. It's around 30 minutes from airport. Easy access to markets like Naif Souq through metro.

We had the 8 person appartement, very big and very nice views over the city! Breakfast was a bit simple but can't spoil the good time we had over there! Location is great straight across metro and almost dead centre of Dubai.

Wifi not good and the hotel look old. For the Breakfast the buffet was not really good. But the bed was good and it was a quiet place near the metro station. Hôtel calme et très bien placé, mais sinon vieillot et le buffet du petit déjeuner pas super.

When I suppose to check out they refused to give me back my deposit and even asked for more money because my hair colour was running out and one of the towel got some stains! It's ridiculous they made me paid for it, towels suppose to be provided to the guest!

The reception was not friendly and neither curteous. The check in process took long time and delay was not justified. Internet service was terrible.

Awesome. But the food is kinda expensive tho. Well Tim Hortons and Starbucks downstairs make up for it.
