The best hotel apartment that I have ever been in and it makes it even more special for the unique view towards Sheik Zayed Road and world tallest building Burj Khalifa❤️, it’s definitely something that I would like to wake up absolutely every morning, it is actually my dream flat that would like to owe in the future in this favorite corner of the world, I love ❤️ Dubai and I highly recommend this hotel to everybody!

A great hotel for business. Large rooms. Friendly…

The Hotel and Location is good for business travellers located stregetically in the new Dubai. The rooms sizes are quite good compares other Hotels nearby. Cons.
No towels were placed in room after room service and even at the first day of check-inn in the room and had to call twice to get it.
After check out and after we went to airport we found our the reception staff did not refund our deposit balance. Good our flight was little bit late and the hotel was not far from airport. Had to spent another 100DHS to go back and get back the refund. And the reception staff did not want to take any responsibility for this.

Pros: — Nice location, everything is nearby — Very close to the metro red line and 1 station away from the Dubai Mall — Very friendly staff, especially the guys at the bell service — Very clean — Semi-equipped kitchen Cons: — For the kitchen, I bought sponge, dishwashing soap and kitchen paper. Those should be available for free. — Shower room flooded whenever I took a shower due to the poor drainage in studio type room (photo provided). I cleaned by myself after the shower. — A guy in the suits at the taxi service was very rude. He told me to pay 70dhs to the airport when normal taxi was 30-35dhs. I noticed he spoke nicely to other people (ladies in abaya, Europeans) so maybe he’s selecting nationalities… it’s a typical Dubai culture I guess.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff (a special thank you to Julhas) for cleaning our rooms and changing our towels daily. Great location.

The people are very friendly and the location is very convenient. But the rooms are old and the carpet is dirty. They are actively replacing carpets but if you happen to get a room with old carpets it’s gross. Check in and check out can be a hassle as well because of the amount of traffic the hotel has. Overall for the price we paid it was acceptable and the service and people made it great. If they just update and maintain their rooms they would be 3 or 4 stars.

Housekeeping constantly fails to provide us with towels enough for 2 people, they only give us one. Not only that, but they also don't add extra bottles of shower gel after we finished the one we had. Today I had to ask four (! ) times, first at the reception, then twice by the phone calling 0, and finally I got fed up and went to the reception again to pick some shower gel myself. Again, they said I have to wait, but ten minutes later I was able to shower. Finally! It's also midnight, so no idea what is so difficult about this task. Additionally in the room there are no tooth brushes or tooth paste, which most hotels always provide to their guests. Anyway, today an employee hit me in the face with a door and broke my glasses in two, which left me kinda blind, since I'm short sighted. This happened at the reception, but I chose not to make a scene, because it was an accident after all. What amused me is that nobody from the hotel offered an ice pack for my swollen and bruised face, or to try to get me new glasses (or at least fix the old ones). We're paying for four nights over 500 euro, which is sufficient in my opinion for a better service. Yes, I guess we're not the richest guests, but why this hotel looks down on us and ignores us is beyond me. I won't ever come back or recommend it.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are large with good view and it's centrally located. But the hotel policies really suck. You are not allowed to have visitors in your room whether male or female. Especially if you have a male friend visiting they will make a big deal and not let him upstairs. I had friends who were a couple and they stayed in the same hotel too. My friend's husband happened to pick up the intercom when reception called me and I was interrogated as to why a man picked up the phone in an all girls room! So the entire experience totally sucked.

Good hotel. Good service. Nice rooms. Not too much of a good view. Cheaper than a lot of hotels in the same area. The rooms have their own kitchen. The problem is that the hotel is a bit crowded. And you will see different kind of people.

Had an amazing brunch at the hotel. Nice views of Dubai from the 43rd floor. Brunch not very expensive. Food is good. A must try.

It is a good hotel at very good location. Just 2 minute walking distance from Financial Centre Metro station. I stayed in a studio room which was a lot bigger than I expected. It was clean, modern and I thought it was great value for money. I would not hesitate staying here again.

It was nice experience in Dubai. But I was very disappointed with the working of the staff. I entered the hotel around 2:00 am in the night and was not feeling well. Despite of my request that I am suffering from fever the hotel staff took one and a half hour to give me my room. And the gave me a room with two single bed. Didn't understand their situation. That what was the reason in the middle of the night for delaying. Rooftop is not at all good. Basic hotel. Given high ratings for no reason.

The location is very convenient, no parking onsite only valet parking available. I've been upgraded to 1 bedroom suite but the suite was a bit old and need a lot of renovation starting from the bathroom to the kitchen appliances such as the water kettle, tiles floor and couches. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Два дня из которых просто сверлил перфоратором в обеденное время, когда дети спят! Этот случай был 24.02.18 и 25.02.18 при чем я все эти разы пытался попросить не сверлить, но мне вежливо улыбаясь все говорили что немедленно прекратят и не каких действий по прекращению не предпринимали. Ребенок реально не мог спать. Получается тут постоянно идет ремонт локальный так как отель реально пора закрывать на ремонт. Были в пару номеров, ситуация везде одинаковая. Все заюзано и затерто. Мое мнение отель не тянет на 4 и на 3 звезды!
I'm writing this review so that all who are attracted to the low price are not bought for the services of this hotel! Lived here with the family 7 days of them were cleaned from us and changed the towels exactly 3 times (should be daily). Two days from which he simply drilled a puncher at lunchtime, when the children are sleeping! This case was on 24.02.18 and 25.02.18 what I tried to ask all these times not to drill, but to me politely smiling everyone said that they would stop immediately and did not take any actions to stop it. The child really could not sleep. It turns out there is always a local repair because the hotel really is time to close for repairs. We were in a couple of rooms, the situation is the same everywhere. All zayuzano and zaterto.

Spacious and well clean rooms staff kind and caring for me, breakfast buffet with ample choice between sweet and savory.

Location bang on financial Center metro. As for the hotel it’s spacious compared to more expensive ones. Service is very poor none bothers whether you walk in or walk out no greets, no one to pick bags, it’s all self service. Rooms are spacious equipment’s very old. I got an upgrade to a premium room. Tvs don’t turn on. Utensils were not cleaned had lipstick marks. I’ll prefer to avoid this next time.

Nice Hotel for the money. The Furniture is old. There is a Washing machine, but it is not connected. Microwave, the cooker is working. Overall clean. Location Internet is free, the connection is periodically disconnected.

The room was very comfortable. There is a kitchen, there is everything you need. Minus this is a mini bar, it was paid. And fetched managers of us, and did you finish the mini-bar? Dubai is generally very beautiful.

Very nice location to stay in Dubai. Hotel has nice family suites foe four adults. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Service can be a bit slow mainly because of crowd and levels of occupancy. The rooms were a shade less maintained for which I reduced a rating. Needs refurbishment in patches. Breakfast is a Good fare. Very decent.

I am having such a bad experience in one place. Elevator system is horrible, you wait so long to get to where you want to go, there is no flexibility. Breakfast venue was a mess, on Christmas day, they opened little space for breakfast and they said the other space was reserved… for who, for what, if not their customers? Only one person is helping at the breakfast omelette and egg station. For so many people? Why? We booked and they know how much people they are expecting and should have been prepared accordingly to make their customers feel comfortable. We just grateful that we had a place to sleep that’s all.

Busy hotel, but the rooms are big compared to other hotels and look like apartments. Every room has a kitchen. The breakfast buffet was normal. The lunch buffet they serve in the ground floor was nice, but it doesn’t include any beverages, not even water. Parking valet is included and most importantly free Wifi.

Loved it at a EGH. Very helpful and friendly staff. Especially Assad. Such a strong and helpful hand. Always met us with smiles which carrying all our shopping bags and baby's buggy up to our room.

Don't let the grand in the name fool you. This is a cheep hotel. Beware of the lower floors where the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Hotel services is laughably unreliable. In the 3 weeks I stayed there there was only two days that I had a towel, a bathmat and a hand towel. Some days you had two bathmats and no towels, other days they would take all you towels away leaving you with nothing, one day I had nine hand towels and nothing else. My room was on the second floor which was very loud do to the traffic on Sheikh Zayed road (again the higher floors are better). There were also spot lights designed to light the building facade at night that shown into my room, unfortunately the blinds were not large enough to cover the window and the lights shown into my eyes all night. As for amenities, the gym is a joke, it is so small that no more than two people can use it at a time and the pool is only open for the hours most people are at work.

We had amazing lunch buffet at the sicily café restaurant, lovely food & super delicious selection in all the dishes from appetizers, main dish & desserts. Will little focus on the service the place will be awesome. Will visit again soon.

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Stuff are very friendly and service is excellent. The hotel is very near to Khalifa tower and mall of Dubai, and near to city center. Just 2 minutes walking from a metro station. Room keeping service is excellent, special thanks to Harinder who actually took care of my apartment, always clean and shining. Everyday in my long stay is just like first day.

Customer service doesn't exist here, rang up reception number of times for a request as it is my girlfriends birthday wanted to surprises here with flowers and room service. All they wanted to do is pass me on to guest and hospitality team which for some reason seems to be on lunch all day. No help at tall, number of times they mentioned there will be additional cost which I am happy to pay for. Very disappointed.

This may have once been the grand hotel as the name suggests but it's due for a bit of an overhaul in terms of maintenance and style. The suites are very generous in size and have everything you need. The rooftop swimming pool and seating area is a great addition to the place but closes to early to be enjoyed at night when you want it. The internet speed is also rather slow. But it's very conveniently located right by the metro and it has nice views from the roof right to the beach.

Slow check in and out, concierge took almost 30 minutes to get the car every day. Leaking bathroom, cockroaches, very very noisy. Bad experience.

From the welcome of the dying red roses, and the incredibly slow check-in process, to the two very slow elevators to our one bedroom flat, which was enough for two, because there was no sofa sleeper to sleep additional people. It is really in need of a serious deep cleaning, at least it had a view of industrial, finance and Burj Arabie and close to the mall. The toilet sprayers were absolutely disgustingly filthy in both bathrooms. Bathrooms were in need of a thorough cleaning. Pictures in all advertisements are very misleading for this place. The flat was not adequately stocked with dishes, silverware, drinking cups and toaster had wrong size plug for outlet. Very disappointed. Very. Roof top pool and cabanas were old and dirty, including pool. Valet was always prompt, so that is a plus.

The room was spacious with small cooking and dining area. Do not has the full services house keeping services, but the staff is helpful and responsive. Breakfast at high floor, can has a panoramic view of Dubai. And buffet items is reasonable good too. The lacking is the lift services is need to wait long during rush hours. for the low price offer and good location it is worth to stay again.

Everything inside rooms are from past years. Only the name is 5 star hotel, but I know some 4 star hotels those are like this one. House keeping is good. There were not every needed things in the room. Rooms view are good. Access to Dubai other places is wonderful. Breakfast is good.

Centrally located on Sheikh Zayed Road between two metro stations. The Grand is a 47 story, architecturally matching building next to its mirror twin, Warrick Hotel. The staff I'd friendly, courteous and helpful. Suites have a mini kitchen and washer/dryer combo in case your stay requires a small batch in a hurry. The 46th floor has a panoramic restaurant, serving a breakfast of traditional foods, made to order omlets, Indian fare, deli and cheeses. Cost is 90 aed — ask for the discount pass when checking in. The property has a rooftop pool, coffee shop, ample fitness center/sauna and seperate parking structure if needed. A side bar here is the prohibited use of rooms for opposite sex guests not registered when you check in… . Cs reports.

The hotel's staff have the worst respect to the guests from the manager to the guy who answered my calls. I had called 3 times from outside the UAE and the rates of the calls are expensive and they don't care. I'll jump to to the point. I have reserved 3 rooms with 2 separated beds with an option to have an extra bed. 1 week before the arriving day, I wanted to confirm the booking. First, they told me that I can't have an extra bed. Second, the two beds depends on the availability. So, if they don't have it available, they will say apologize to you and you can't refund nor make changes. All the information they told me about are not presented in the website or the email.

The room is spacious. We are a family of five with three children. I looked for hotels with suit or family room with reasonable price and ended up with this hotel with two bed room referred by my travel agent. Considering the pricey room charge, the internet is a huge rip off. The lobby is a bit small. The entrance gate is always crowded with many taxis blocking guest from coming. TV channels are not sufficient besides the quality of pictures is bad. I would choose another hotel or serviced apartment if available in the next visit.
