This is Best Place to stay with family. This Appartment has two rooms with washrooms, kitchen, Washing machine, Iron room, a living room and dinning table. It gives feeling just like a home. Excellent Place to live in Dubai if you are with children or more than 4 adults.

Rooms are really spacious. Breakfast food was okay. The best part was Trade Center is couple of minutes walk away.

My first time in Dubai was there. Big amazing apartament, friendly staff and so fast for everything! Good pool and clean water! Everything to be happy! Every next time when I will go in Dubai for sure I will be in this place! This is the best place! I love it!

I have stayed anywhere in Dubai so I know the city well and its hotels and Aparohorel, I missed this. Never again!
This facility is run down, expensive for what it offers, dirty kitchen throughout, dirty bathrooms and no amenities if not a soap. Breakfast pitiful and far 300 meters outside the hotel. The booking photos have deceived me.
It is good proximity to the Metro but does not justify staying at this place.
I don't feel like recommending it.
The staff are very friendly but the structure makes you cry.

I state that I know well. Dubai. Just arrived in this aparohorel we understand that the place we went to throw, and with two small children. Structure is outdated and does not manutentata, dirty, despite the great location. By the scaeico tub, outside pieces of rust… not. Believe it! 55 The pool/breakfast battered in spite of the photos misleading booking, is 5 min of walk to outside the hotel. High cost for a supply which is really bad. I do not feel, honestly. Recommend it. Staff exceptional, but the structure NO.

The place was affordable, but the thing that makes me mad is that you have to walk past 3 buildings to get to the buffet, also the service is a bit unprofessional.

Directly at the fair, perfect location for excursions, good breakfast and parking included make the hotel very convenient. We are here already third time and will be safe again.

Great location with very clean rooms, fantastic pool area with tentative staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Location is great extremely close to the station so you can easily get around. Room is spacious and could do with some renovations larger TV to begin with, noise will be a problem if your room is road facing so I'd opt for the other side. Breakfast I went to other stores nearby in the convention centre also as they are close and have more options. Convenience store along the same street so you can buy your own snacks or even luggage scales!

Very good rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Only needs service improvement and budget breakfast.

It is a well maintained place. One of the earliest building to come up near DWTC. Best to stay if events are in Sheikh Saeed Halls 1 — 3.

Being the oldest apartments in Dubai… they lack the modern appliances you would expect from Dubai. The location is spot on, the pool with licensed bar is a great bonus. The AC units are old and very loud, the mattress needed replacing and everything feels a little dated. The staff are friendly and the price is very good for the area.

One of the oldest buildings in dubai. Location is good. Only one block has a poor and the breakfast area. Rooms are big. Not fancy. When opening a window it is veey noisy.

Ideally Located on main Shk zaiyad road in front of Dubai Trade center metro stop. Nearby restaurants n grocery stores, pharmacy help you to quickly get foods etc. Quiet peaceful and best for families.

Staff friendly and professional. Place centrally located to main attractions. Rooms can do with a little more attention to detail.

Good place to stay close to the center of Dubai, all shopping destinations and entertainment places. Not so exciting as most of Dubai 4-5* hotels, but worth each dirham spent for being here.

Really old furniture and poor breakfast. Breakfast location is 2 buildings away. The reception staff are not well trained to deal customers. I have recieved the apartment without shower towels in one of the bathrooms. It took them a lot to get me the towels. The only good things are: the easy free self parking, location and nearby pharmacy and supermarket, the spacious apartment.

The best option to stay, if you are having business at WTC. Helpful staff, good cleanliness. Definitely worth the value.

I love it there. Though the breakfast venue is a bit far from our building, it was all worth it because of the friendly service and good food. Staff — very friendly. Spacious one-bedroom with kitchen, dining and receiving area — — feels like home.

Was going perfectly fine until one night being rudely woken up by a call at 5.20AM! no sense of security by the operator as it was a nuisance call. V bad.

Great location, near public transport, good breakfast. My husband has a disability and the staff were very helpful, people very friendly in dubai every where we went.

I could find a better hotel at same street with the same price. I paid 418 SR. For one night and I have this in my room. It's over rated!
