Sceneries are good if you will be in the side of Sheikh Zayed Rd. The rooms are good and staffs are accommodating. The lobby is so grand and the breakfast at Celsius is fine.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything from the front desk staff, Adnan went above and beyond to assist me with legal documents and was so friendly. The hotel room is truly world class and the views in all directions are exceptional. Thank you for the amazing stay!

L visited hundreds of Hotels before — but this was the best hotel, the stuff was excellent, the food so so delicious, everything has been clean. The stuff was great and we already miss the time in this hotel. Not only Dubai, but especially the hotel and the people gave us the reason to come back soon.

I agree that the hotel is not 5 star. Pulls on 4. From the pros: near the metro, grocery supermarket, pharmacy + transfer to the new beach of La Mer. The view from the bathroom window, I would agree that it is chic. The room was not very clean, the audibility was very nice and the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very nice and the bathroom was very small. Emirates Towers liked it more.

Great hotel, quiet and centrally located, best view on upper floors.

The location was amaizing where as it is close to many nice sites. However it took long to check in and the TV was not working for maybe 2 hours till they fixed it. The breakfast was not impressive at all. Furthermore I have been to many hotels that are much better and adequate price. All and all me and my wife did not like the place. Therefore I would not recommend it to any one unless they got a great deal on it.

Went few times in last few months to spend weekend with a friend from India who stayed in serviced apartment section of this excellent property in the heart of sheikh zayed road prime area surrounded by other great hotels, pubs, cafes, fast food joints, restaurant, easy taxi pick ups, Dubai metro. Gives a feel of small section of NY times square as I see it with life 24x7.

Would not say that 5 stars. To be honest, Trerdaja 4 but with a steep view, of course provided that the room is above the 20th floor. We have 24 very cool. And only 48 fl. At the arrival surfaced nuance: in Travel said that you need to make a deposit 500 AED. But in fact it turned out to be 1000 AED. Negotiated reduced to the promised 500. Another nuance of the TV does not include the TC remote not from it. And only 2 Russian channels. I would like to note the coolest view from the bedroom and bathroom. Just outside the bathroom is completely wall. It overlaps all the cons. And Ocheeeeen cool food! We took breakfast and dinner. This is the coolest cat buffet I've ever seen. Hit the fish day sushi fish dishes to order shrimp oysters straight Fire! Well and the usual food chicken meat and TD.

One of the worst hotel in Dubai. I Do not recommend it to anyone one although I have not stayed there for a night. I booked two bedroom apartment for the weekend. Once I reached the hotel to check in the staff were very unprofessional to provide us the room they didn't find a room which is suitable for my family. They ended up showing us the highest floor apartment without a nice view and it was very small apartment then again they showed us a smaller one bedroom apartment when I asked the manager to show us the two bedroom. It was a waste of time dealing with them. I ended up leaving the hotel after seeing them very careless and not happy to know my needs. However, they're one of the worst staff and manager I've ever seen. They seriously do not know how to control a very huge 5 star hotel.

Probably once a shiny hotel it is now not that shiny anymore. Everything is old (e. G. Furnishings, lampshades, carpet and sanitary installations). All mirrors were dirty even after an extra round of the cleaning crew. The window inside is dirty. There was rust in the shower, the toilet flushing was coming of the wall and the door knob was halfway broken off. The latter two were fixed after a complaint, however, this should already be fixed for new guests without complaining. The breakfast is alright except that you have to pay extra for a cappuccino! Come on, that should be included in a 5 star hotel. Overall, the hotel doesn't really deserve 5 stars, it feels more like a 3 star hotel, especially for the room prices. Very bad value-for-money. All in all, I do not recommend to book this hotel.

The reception employee Kaylyn"as I remember her name" was a pleasant professional receptionist. Room srevice was fast. Room was clean. You find in the apartment what you need; a washing machine, a coffee machine, two TVs, etc… I recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

The hotel is nice. Especially if you live above the 40th floor. The view is gorgeous from the window. There is a small swimming pool. The best thing about this hotel is the Povor, the food is just yum. Five kilos in seven days like a bush.

Super beautiful rooms great view from the room and super breakfast buffet!

The hotel rents money as collateral at arrival and does not return. We booked the room through the ayear, paid back at home a month before departure. Upon arrival we were offered as collateral to leave a passport or 500 AED, which are returned when the eviction is good. So we were explained at the reception. When we checked out we were reminded of the amount of the deposit, we were told that the money was coming back within a week. There was no time to argue. The amount of AED 500 is 8000 ₽, has not yet been refunded.
About the hotel itself, breakfast for such amount of niochem, in threes sometimes is more decent. The pool is small, the beds are cramped, the seats are small, all are occupied by towels and people are huddled. The room with City view is certainly good. The view is beautiful both day and evening.

Good hotel with nice staff, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is fantastic — what a view, you have a wonderful view over the city. Since the hotel is right on the Metro, you can drive from there super to the Dubai Mall. Right next to the hotel are various 24h shops (KFC, supermarket, drugstore, Subway etc. ) Also recommended is the outdoor pool on the 7th floor. There are prints because of the lack of power outlets in the room (adapters don't forget! ) and the opaque system of light switches that make you constantly run through the room, and you have to change the elevators when you want to go to the SPA and pool, which is in Swimwear a bit annoying.

It is perfect hotel. The standard room like a luxuries suit. It is very clean. Bed is comfortable but pillow is not. Breakfast is great, the variety and taste are simply excellent. Hotel staff are friendly.

What can I say, firstly the service is absolutely brilliant everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They are so understanding when it comes to asking for an upgraded room or asking to extend our stay for a few more hours due to a late flight (free of charge). The breakfast is one of the best things about this hotel such a great variety of foods ranging from Indian, full english to Arabian as well as others. The swimming pool looked amazing however I was too busy to have a swim. The rooms are large and look fabulous with excellent views of the world trade centre and other skyscrapes. If you like your views you would love the views from the bathroom you can literally see the whole of sheikh Zayed road whilst having a bath. I would definitely stay here again if I do come back to Dubai, I had a delightful time staying here.

Actually was much better than I expected from a non-international brand hotel. Room were nice and well equipped, views were excellent, air conditioning was good and was quiet. Gym was ok and unfortunately while I was there the swimming pool was closed, for refurbishment, which is not ideal when it's 43°C outside over the weekend! Staff were nice, remembered me each day (I was there for 2 weeks) and were attentive, but not overbearing.

Wine and cheese pairing has been the bright shining light that has guided many a semi-classy house party here in our fine country over the last several decades. And once again it was proved by The Lounge at Nassima Royal Hotel! They bring the wine of the vineyards to the centre of town. They offered a gourmet platter with a selection of cheeses, fruits, preserves, olives, and freshly baked bread to be enjoyed with their delicious red or white wine. Here are few tips if you plan to enjoy their wine not? night. The wine and cheese testing was spectacular and definitely worth a visit. Available every Thursday night from 6pm onward.

The hotel has changed its name and concept several times, reflecting its current form and condition.
I will try to highlight the main pros and cons.
Pros:
Quality of materials and finishes, layout of rooms and control systems of light and kondishenom in the room, expensive, Japanese plumbing, view from the window (39 floor, first rooms). Absolutely friendly staff. The room was very clean. Cleaning every day, free and fast Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel (which is very important at 3g prices in Dubai). Breakfast every day is almost the same, but the choice is maximum. There is everything (main courses, milk, pastries, fish, fruit, drinks), and everything is delicious.
From the hotel there is a bus to Kite Beach (10.30, back in 14.30)
Cons:
All the decoration and equipment in the room (except plumbing) has a slightly worn look. There are no locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. The shower is separated from the room by a translucent partition. The room was clean.
There are few outlets and they are uncomfortable. The pool on the parking roof is nice but very small and has a depth meter. The food in the hotel is very expensive, but there is a lot of inexpensive cafes nearby.
Keep in mind the above factors. I, for example, cons absolutely did not interfere. Very pleased with this hotel, especially as the price was low.

There is a hair dryer and excellent free Wi-Fi. The staff were really friendly. The view was also nice from the room. The breakfast and lunch were really good at Celsius. Business center is fine as well.

Great hotel! My family and I are staying here for 6 weeks and it's been awesome so far. The suite is huge, the staff are friendly, and service is quick.

Me (Filipino) and my husband (Pakistani) checked — in at the hotel friday night from our long trip drive all over the emirates, No doubt hotel was luxurious in terms of furniture and fixtures. This is not our first time to book and stay in Radisson Blu Hotel but this is our first time to book in this specific hotel, we had used our carlton points to get free night in this hotel, all along we thought everything will be fine and we are about to sleep when a room service staff went to our room just to empty everything in the mini bar — — my husband was in shock and felt embarrassed, as per the room service staff he was asked by the reception to empty it. RACISM and DISCRIMINATION — — that's what I felt, is it because we are not as beautiful or glamorous as other guest they have? My husband tried to raise the issue with the hotel manager in charge the next morning but he only acknowledge he didnt dare to ask for my husband's name nor any contact number.

Everything is super. View with 36 floors.

It is a great Hotel with all needed fachilities and above all it has an exeptional and perfect trained warm personel in each of its departments.

So far so good. Strained that when there was no Russian-speaking settlement.

For a five start hotel we were a bit disappointed, when comparing to alternative 5 or 4 star hotels. We decided not to pay the extra 115 aed per person for breakfast when we saw how many and much cheaper alternatives are within walking distance. Also I had to pay 20 aed for using an old stationary computer in the business centre for 10 minutes, not really what I am used to being a gold card holder and having spent more the 500 nights with radisson. The staff in the reception are trying hard and are very friendly but strike you as not very professional and lacking training.

Nice hotel, will come back.
