Bug bed, the grand manager offer free dinner they put under the door they refuse saying the free dinner not good for room service. I really suggest you look at the bed before you check in. The Grand manager refuse to void the bill for the dinner. It's said nobody explain to you. I say the put under the door. Is reply was they are looking for you to explain. I was really surprised about a Novotel with a such not good service. I really not recommend this hotel. I really suggest to look at your bed before sleeping in it.

Very bad experience and service is very bad the main thing that no one cares from management and they never pick the phone never coming back and my advice don’t take this place as an option to stay.

The restaurant is located in Novotel World Trade Centre with Vast seating space and plenty of room for large groups. I went there on Iftar and is the Perfect ambience to enjoy the a beautiful Iftar Spread for AED 119 pp only. The Salad counter has a fusion of arabic and traditional themed choices. The food is a mixture of Arabic and Mediterranean dishes with varied options. The Main course was good with fish, meat, duck, chicken curries and gravies to opt for. They had dates, dey friits, soups and Ramadan drinks as well. The dessert station was too good. Like they say there is no better way to bring people together then desserts. The team of chef and host were amazing with their service and hospitality. Were very friendly and humbled to make our experience very comfortable.

A very nice place for Iftar with delicious food and a prayer room. Most importantly some amazing artworks can be seen too.

During the holy month of Ramadan, a delicious dinner in a restaurant with a painting exhibition in the hotel lobby — with Yuliya Solomennaya.

Novotel was very nice hotel for vacation for my family, rooms was very nice and breakfast was very delicious, reception and concierge was very helpful especially jun, umar and karthik, thanks to them, we will return for sure.

Good hotel with comparatively larger rooms. Up to 4 people can stay in one room. They provide one master bed and one normal bed. Beds are separated by curtons. Three washrooms are also there.

Staff were all very welcoming and so very lovely. Hotel had their own shuttle bus, so travelling around was not a problem. Included breakfast buffet with food from all over the world and the rooms were clean, hygienic and spacious.

Excellent hotel with a great breakfast. The double room has a sofa that can easily be changed to a bed for your child. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. It is located next to an exhibition center, where something is often going on. The valet parking is very convenient, although you should allow about 10 minutes for your car to be delivered to the front entrance.

A memorable, comfortable stay. Special Thank you to all the hotel staff members, especially those who assisted us during breakfast and the housekeeping who attended to our rooms very efficiently. All of you'll were impeccable in your service, extremely helpful and courteous. Enjoyed every bit of our visit!

The Hotel Is Awesome. The receptionists are really cooperative (Adham and murier and Rachel) they are very helpful. The room service was quite good. Laundry took a couple of days. But it was Satisfactory. The rooms were clean. Facilities are Quite well.

A holiday in Dubai, considering the climatic conditions that are there, can not ignore adequate accommodation in the hotel. I had a very good time here: new and well-appointed room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, international buffet breakfast (paid apart from once we arrived, discounted, given the Ramadan period), gym, pool and free Wi-Fi (which allowed us to continue to be informed, updated and communicate at home, given the prohibitive costs they would have had sim bought on site or phone calls made roaming).
After the heat of a day spent wandering around Dubai, the pool bath in the evening before bed was priceless!
Location compared to the city all in all very good despite not being "in the center": metro stop at 500 meters and supermarket as well, which to buy water is indispensable.
All for an affordable price, even for a family.

It's a nice hotel! The price is not the one listed on the sites on arrival pay about 30% extra. Clean. Good service. Good service. All nearby: subway, cafe, pharmacy, restaurants.

For me as a businessman, it was just the right fit, and I’m talking from all aspects which includes but not limited to “ Great prices, good services & most importantly sweet stuff” and it was next to my business meetings location at “Dubai‘s World Trade Centre”. So in short it’s a repeated experience for me next time and every time I go to Dubai for either business or tourism, or both ✈️‼️

Amazing place, huge hall at the entrance for guests and residents like meeting and dining. Since its right at the back of World Trade Center it makes this Hotel worth visiting due to its prime location. I visited this place for an interview with an International Company that provides technology testing tools and implementation.

Convenient and comfortable… yet… they don't trust their guets. If don't deposit money when you check in… they will not deliver anything to your room. You have to collect your laundry from the reciption. Pay first then get the serice… breakfast is the same every day… left my room all the day, it wasn't cleaned yet when I returned at 4PM… no signs were posted on the door by the way … unless you need only a place to sleep. Don't think about it.

Nice holiday, really wonderful city and really good staff in the hotel! Everyone are kind and welcoming, if you come here, you would be stunned by the beauty! I hope to come back to this magic city Ps: the people of Novotel are the best and in particular Patrick and Sameh!

A decent place for staying. I preferred this place more than ibis hotel which is also very close to it, but keep in mind you will be paying a bit more. It has a nice size swimming pool. Hotel provided shuttles can take you around (e. G. The airport and the malls). It’s also very close to the metro station if you decide to give that a try, which I recommend.

My stay at Novotel hotel was a great experience. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. There was a friendly air about the place. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, specially Mr Seifeen, Mr Othman, Rachel and Irene at the reception desk.

Calm, nice place. I didn't like tge attitude of some staff, but still a good place. Food and blue bar are super. Sameh from the reception is so professional, so talented and friendly. I write this comment specially to thank him, his warm smile is the best there.

Well I stayed here for 1 night and I can say that this hotel is generally good one and I believe value for money, here are my notes: Location: good in middle of dubai, perfect if you have work in exhibition center. Staff : helpful and nice. The room: spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom: all the amenities are avaliable, small in size but sufficient. Break fast: doesn't have variety of choices only few. So if you have a chance to remove it to save money then don't worry about it. Parking: available for free, but they won't allow you to park it yourself which I personally find it a disadvantage. Generally speaking this hotel is recommended.

Rooms very small standard good for just sleeping. No luxury. Cleaning rooms could be improved. Restaurant is very good.

Just checked in literally 5 mins ago. Hate to have to give such a low rating. I am a frequent guest of Novotel (not only in dubai) and appreciate the level of professionalism provided, but sadly not this one in Dubai World Trade Centre. Frontdesk staff are rude and unprofessional in dealing with guests (especially in the way they speak). We thought we were the only ones that were given this treatment but it is apparent with every other guest that they served (we were watchin…g from the side while we waited) And why were we waiting; booked a suite, asked for a room transfer, could not change rooms as the frontdesk told us to put this request up through the agent we booked the room from? (Fyi, we paid in cash, in person). Went a whole round to contact our agent just to contact the novotel sales person, just to find out all rooms were fully booked, which the frontdesk could have told us when we made our request but decided to make us wait and find out through our agent. Sad.

Very nice staff, basic room and very clean and well soundproof; Quiet Despite the work next door, with a nice view of the famous buildings. Perfect location away from the infernal traffic of the city center. I really enjoyed my two night spent at this hotel. Novotel has four restaurants, a spa and shuttle services to the beach and the two famous mall; That I'm not trying because of my busy schedule. Yes I would recommend this hotel and yes I will stay in the future. Friendly Miss Delilah.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and can only recommend it to those who want a fantastic experience, central location, super service minded staff and delicious buffet with new dishes every day based on a theme such as curry night, seafood night etc. 5 big stars from here:)

Not prepared for the reception, not ready the tables for dinner booked, try to be forgiven with kindness but professionalism is another thing…

My one week stay at Novotel world trade centre was historic. Well coordinated staff, spacious rooms receptive and always willing to assist anyone in need, the break fast fantastic and the service personnel mavelous. Well positioned and strategic. They provides free shuttle bus to inportant malls and locations. Though the rates are on the high side but worth the sacrifice. I hope to be there again.

I had the best service ever at Novotel World Trade Center Dubai. Ms. Stephany (The Duty Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I cannot compliment her enough for her stellar service and hospitality. She is an outstanding manger. I strongly recommend her. Finally, I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone especially to my friends and family. This is definitely where you want to stay when you come to Dubai.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and efficient and the service was great. I particularly enjoyed my time at the pool.

Good and comfirtable stay as per their usual standards. Service is decent with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a little off if you were to look for easy commute using metro. However taxis are easily available outside. Breakfast was a little disappointing as we practically got the same spread in all the 3 days that we stayed.

The hotel was linked with metro, taxis were always available outside, the room was clean, staff was super friendly, and quick to respond. Valet parking was a huge plus. The included breakfast was great, Lots of variety and tasted great. The concierge service was superb, They recommended good tourists spots and were able to arrange tickets for us. If you want to get recommendations for places to visit and things to do in Dubai, talk to Karthik at the concierge. Pharmacy, grocery store, etisalat (to get a local number) outlet, and a few restaurants outside the hotel were within walking distance. All major tourist spots are close to the hotel as well. Overall 10 out of 10. Would recommend to all my friends and surely will stay there the next time I'm there.

Euphoria ignited atmosphere. Nothing beats interacting with a staff that overwhelms you consistently with smiles. Added plus was the distinctive cleanliness of all common areas and rooms. I am definitely returning to this gem.

As a family we booked a superior room in August with 2 extra beds. The room is not very large but actually sufficient. Since we had a full program, we were just sleeping there anyway. Despite all-sided sites, the view (on the 9th floor) was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive and tasty. Once the butter was all, it was extensively personally apologized for it. There was also a lack of 2 towels in our room, which were taken during breakfast, regardless of room service.
The staff are very friendly and also helpful in booking various excursions or shuttle services. For example, there are A bus that runs several times a day free of charge to various shopping malls and also picks up again.
The price — performance — ratio is appropriate for Dubai. We were very pleased.

This is the second time I have come to Dubai,
But this hotel literally changed my mind.
I recommend it to 100%.

The hotel was excellent. The room and amenities provided were very good and plentiful. Free water bottles provided on a daily basis. The shuttle bus service was excellent, many places and reasonably frequent. Staff were always helpful and approachable. The only downside was the breakfast. We had breakfast included in our booking which was on a buffet basis. There was plenty of choice but the quality was poor. They had a cook that made omelettes on demand. However, one cook for all the residents made for a long wait. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all.

Excellent service, helpful staff with smile. Daily shuttle bus services are highlighted of this hotel. Excellent food, curtasie call to room and ask about service. No complaints, we as a family stay and enjoyed every moments. Near as soon as as you enter in hotel, on your left porter, driver, and attendance staff are more helpfully. Only one thing we miss daily is DAILY NEWSPAPERS at your room. We are thankful of entire staff.

Novotel World Trade Centre is a very good hotel. It's very clean, my room was awesome with a nice view of the convention centre big room nice bed. Excellent breakfast for only a few bucks. My only problem was the shower, when I took my shower the bathroom floor got wet. Theres a bus that take you from the hotel to Dubai mall or the beach. Everything was excellent, I give Novotel World Trade Centre an A.

Every time, extremely unpleasant experience at the time of check-out or the employee sends someone to check the mini bar rather than to satisfy the customer's statement.
Unworthy of an Accor hotel.

It's been 13 years that I regularly go to the Novotel. Every year for the beauty World and often for my professional stays. The staff are very friendly and smiling. The standard rooms at the Novotel, so no surprises. Clean and well-appointed.
Only regret is that no barbecue is served in the evening. No cook behind the buffet, which would be nice to change the routine of the dishes in sauce.

Very convenient location for those in Dubai for a trade show at the World trade Center.

The staff are so professional since the moment I stepped in I felt like coming back home During check in they did not ask for security deposit: I booked online through Agoda The room is great and very clean Free internet with all what you require the bed is little bit hard, but I had a good night sleep though I believe that they should put different options of pillow, the ones they put were to soft for me the room service is great and fast The room has many features like easy access to power outlets, USB, HDMI and AV sockets to connect to TV. Best Hotel when attending events in Dubai WTC.

My favourite hotel when staying Dubai. The location is perfect, easy to reach many services including Dubai mall. I use my car but the hotel has shuttle service to Dubai Mall. The room are clean and the hotel has offers and packages on online prices. A recommended hotel for family. My only comment is that they have a limited connected rooms, so your children do not have direct access to you.

The staff and very friendly and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had, the rooms seemed pretty dated and one wasn't very clean that we asked to move they easily did this for us, the new room wasnt too bad but defiantly dated not what I expected from the Novotel brand but because of the staff and food it made the stay ok.

Best hotel, if you are in town for an exhibition, direct access to the DWTC exhibition center, decent restaurants around and close by the metro station if you want to go around.

Need to upgrade the furniture. Only worth staying if you plan to visit the exhibition halls.

The hotel is maintained very well, the rooms are excellent. The Wi-Fi is free and decent speed. The bar downstairs is amazing for relaxing with a drink and enjoying live music. The reception definitely needs some help as it gets overwhelmed when packed.

We forgot to pack our dental kits and we expected dental kits to be in our rooms but there weren't any. We requested for some dental kits and after several hours they called us back saying it was out of stock. Had to get out of the hotel in search of brushes and it was very frustrating So u better pre-order dental kits if u are planning to stay there plus they could tweak up the room service and house keeping they should also think about breakfast theme (its basically the same everyday)

We asked some fresh milk for tea minute later we got call in our room and staff saying we have to pay 20AED! ridiculous I have lived in B&B and got free tea and coffee facilities later we went out and got litre of fresh milk for 3AED everyday we have to ask for the sugar when someone come to the door with it you couldn't look at there face make you feel like they giving you some free gold. Pathetic.

Excellent a very good internet connection really like the bathroom because the toilet is just behind the door and also had an exquisite meal although I like The ALMOADAS Libing were like cushions or room.
