I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The value for money is outstanding. It is central, impeccably clean, the staff is friendly, competent and unobtrusive. The pool and gym facilities are well maintained and the restaurant downstairs is excellent.

It was nice to have like home experience with you all the staffs were good. Thank you for your great effort serving our frontline heroes.

Hotel apartment size are very big and all facilities are available. Room design and all furniture are amazing. All crew are very approachable. I am writing this review with Regards to the spa centre in the hotel. We had enrolled for the aromatherapy massage and it was absolutely bizarre. Instead we were given deep tissue massage to an extent that my body parts are hurting today.
Despite telling the lady that the pressure is too much and its hurting, she chose to laugh it off rather than change her technique. A very bad experience and would never recommend to anyone again.

I sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes got up and grabbed my own menu. Still no service. Few customers and no manager on site. After another 10 minutes I walked out.

Where you feel at home! There are things that may be small for some, but they carry many feelings of honesty, love and hospitality. Al Maha Arjan staff, you are my family in this country, and I love you sincerely, Really I do.

Amazing experience in the ballroom, the place was nice, the service was superb special mention to the servers with the team of three leaded by Meetha (if Im not mistaken) and the food was deeee. Licious.

Super deluxe hotel. Superb almost in everything. Except the rooms soundproofing is quite poor as you can clearly hear the sound of every door closes and opens and even the water tap while running. The toilet flush in the other room. Horrible. You wake up almost every half an hour. Convenient location at the the city center, accessible by short walks to the business and commercial center. Underground carpark just opposite to the main entrance. Staff very efficient and friendly, who always take care of our reservations. Rooms are spacious at affordable prices. Nice buffet. Will definitely return back.

Fantastic hotel and great friendly staff! This hotel is bang in the epicentre of AbuDhabi city and the best location as you are well connected into the other main streets of AbuDhabi. The hotels offer good facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym and they have a good restaurant below it. If your not looking to eat there the hotel is situated very close to a lot of hotels and cafes outside. I think this is the best hotel for a business and personal stay within Abudhabi city. Been a very happy customer for many years!

After me and my family were gracefully checked in at your hotel by one guest service associate, ‘Harold’, We knew that finding the same person elsewhere was going to be a difficult task. We had initially planned to to stay there for eight nights only so we could finish off the rest of our vacation in Dubai but we ended up extending our remaining days in the UAE at the same hotel as we now realized we were having the best guest service experience ever just because of this gentleman. If only every hotel had a ‘Harold’ type of employee then ‘Real’ guest services would be an awesome experience for everyone. The UAE has over 200 nationalities and multicultural work environments are an everyday occurrence, but to find someone from a different cultural background and yet being able to identify with your needs, to me is an exception. It just proves that in any industry, hard work, dedication, teamwork and humility can take you far. Welldone Rotana, welldone Harold — your patience, eloquence, kindness, poise, humility and understanding made our vacation memorable and worthwhile. Keep up that attitude and go far!

BED BUGS! Worst experience. Ruined my holiday trip i have stayed in many hotels Rooms. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life Rooms were full of bed bugs. Cold response from the customer service. We wrote many emails to al maha arjaan. No response at all.

A lovely business hotel. Good sized rooms, nice and clean. Great selection on minibar even if very expensive is the norm. Staff great. Restaurant good. Many dishes good, not quite to my taste but still good. Very happy.

Spent 3 nights here for business meetings. Extremely warm welcome. Shown to my room by a helpful chap. The room was adequate but in need of a bit if maintenance here and there. Hard bed but I slept well enough. Breakfast was a trial. Almost full and getting to the good required patience. But able to provide an egg withoytcbell peppers. Coffee lousy. Room Service was good. Meeting room was good and staff attentive.

I stayed at this hotel every weekend for 6 months in 2010. I called in for coffee 2017 and the staff welcomed me back!. Excellent coffee and breakfasty things in their refurbished cafe. It my new meeting place in Abu Dhabi.

I stayed here for 3weeks as part of my relocation arrangements and I enjoyed my time there. Yes on some day room service cleaning slipped as it seemed the longer I stayed the less attention they paid to the detail however in general the facilities are clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and the front desk staff very helpful. Great location which made most things within reach. Breakfast was rich and fresh. Also opted for dinner a few times and was never disappointed. The myth of hotel meals did not apply here, found myself looking to it. Will certainly recommend!

A good hotel in the hamdan street to stay with family. It has a small restaurant with limited variety of dishes.

Excellent accommodations and welcoming staff. Location provides easy access to shopping and various restaurants and bars. Although the hotel is 10 years old, it has been recently renovated. Loved my brief stay.

Nice cozy and very well maintained place. The facilities offered here like Gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, TT table are some of the best in class in the market. Very well located with restaurants, malls, supermarkets, places of entertainment all surrounding you within 0.5 km radius. It also leads you to nearby corniche beach.

I really enjoyed staying here as everything was amazing. We enjoyed the couple massage, room service had great international and arabic options and was fairly quick.
I wish the pool was a bit bigger, but hey, it us a rooftop pool so good for chilling and having some jacuzzi fun.

Very nice apartments with incredibly nice staff with excellent service. Love the cafe 302 for it's authentic interior and the very nice food. The only and one of the major issues are the unexpected and unannounced renovations of pool and gym. My husband and I moved here to live in long term stay. We had few choices and the major reason to choose here was the gym amd pool. We moved in September and then found out that both gym and pool is not accessible as it is under renovation. We wish we were informed about it before we moved here as we are very disappointed that we don't have the inhouse gym now. They keep giving dates and then again procrastinating each day we ask for. I wish and hope we could use the gym and pool at least before the end of this year.

AL Maha Arjaan is decent hotel offering quite a few amenities and services. Located in the tourist club area which doesn't offer quite the scenery but is adjacent to nearby hotels such as the Le Meridien as well as the nearby mall. There aren't quite a lot of nearby restaurants in this distance and considering that the hotel is mostly isolated except for the aforementioned POI's makes it seem as a downside for me. I cannot comment on the rooms and service since I haven't really stayed at the Al Maha Arjaan hotel. As for dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It was overall a quaint meal, nothing especially remarakble.
