Very good and friendly staffs. I had a specific seat request and they without hesitation provided it. Food during the iftar was very good.

Locate in centet of the city, the hotel is look quite old, especially the rooms could be refurbished, but for who do not care about these details it is acceptable, hotel generally clean and not expensive, the restaurant has poor variety of food quality not so good, better go to have lunch or dinner somewhere else. Personnel are gentle.

Very bad service of this hotel, they are just making foolish to the customers. Last time I was book the room but there happened some little problem and I not stay there and I come back, after I ask for refund money but they want refund. The fake management is there just make business they don't care about the customers.

The hotel is nice. The staff was hospitable and welcoming. The fact that they don't have a valet could deter people but Mawaqef parking is available and abundant, with 3 storeys underground. We had a free upgrade and the room was spacious and clean. We were 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. We didn't have any difficulties or mishaps.

Convenient location at the the city center, accessible by short walks to the business and commercial center. Underground carpark just opposite to the main entrance. Staff very efficient and friendly, namely Ms May and Mr Binyam who always take care of our reservations. Rooms are spacious at affordable prices. Nice buffet. Will definitely return back.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Continental hotel because of housekeeping very nice Service even staff is very friendly this hotel ass manager (zinash) Hk attendant dancan evening shift very nice guy. And frooq Hk attendant he approaching us on time very nice guy. Thanks very much all of you Grand family. I hope this next 29 I will come again. See you guys.

The hospitality of this hotel is great. The staffs are very friendly. With in reasonable price this a good hotel in the heart of Abudhabi city.

Awesome experience at affordable rent. Continental food was good. Don't bring your vegetarian friends/family here. They'll be disgusted. Located at centre of Abu Dhabi. Can roam around easily. Good but smell is comng from rooms may b from carpets. My children become ill from that. Asthma occured due to it. we left v immediatly.

The worst hotel I have ever been. Loud noise at room hallway at night. I told the reception to do something about it. They acknowledge the problem but didn't bother to fix it. They didn't even ask me if the problem went away. Simply irresponsible and totally ignorant of a customer's demand!

Worst hotel in Abu Dhabi probably… I ve been there for 3 horrible nights, evene the TV was far from bein normal definition, hot water is not guaranteed. However the personnel is really nice.

Very very bad Hotel services specially the reception is really the worst in the world! Don't go this place if you want real hotel.

The location is perfect! Small grocery selling the main needs 4 travellers in few steps behind the hotel, 4 the seafood lovers, there is — Golden Fork — restaurant behind the hotel too, more Restaurants and bakery are close also. The room is spacious and the rate is affordable. Highly recommended.

I felt the reception staff could be more welcoming. Paperwork perhaps be quicker. Sending documents to back room always makes be uncomfortable.

Clean and with very friendly staff. Quite good for a 3 star hotel, with easy (paying) parking and easy access to bus and taxi services. Nearby there's a city park and a smallish Mall with a cinema, plus the area is full with small, decent and very cheap "hole in the wall" restaurants if you don't want to dine in the 2 restaurant in the hotel (international buffet and indian restaurant)
