Very friendly staff, and room service was superb. Buffet had an excellent variety of food, highly recommended. The only thing that was different compared to other hotels was the lack of taxis at the hotel, but that's not an issue as you can get the hotel staff to have one ready within a few minutes. Will be coming back again.

No intertaiment facility. The breakfast was not worth the money and our car was parked at the sun for 3 days. The pool is very small. Note the people there is very nice and helpful.

This hotel is located at the most famous iconic building, standing like a boot or slopped, in Abu Dhabi. The facilities are pretty good and the receptionists are also very kind. However, there are not gym and swimming pool.

Spectacular luxurious hotel in Abu Dhabi, the building itself is amazing architecture. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are really good. Breakfast is excellent and you can find everything here. Staff is excellent. Minor downside, not in centre of Abu Dhabi but you can find taxi's here.

It's a great hotel. Great staff, delicious breakfasts, clean cozy rooms with beautiful views in either direction. I'll definitely be back there again. If they stay somewhere, it's only in Hayet. Special thanks to Kate from the reception and Sasha from the lounge.

Second stay here, been in several Hyatt properties. This one is only a few years old and has kept up well. Tom, the CSR at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating. They listened and catered to my every request. Highly recommended for a stay in Abu Dhabi!

Beautiful hotel. If you don't feel at home and well cared for, perhaps you'll have better luck on the next planet. Spectacular service, beautiful attention to detail in my single king room. Lighting in the room is technical and fun, though there are a few "on/off-but-still-on" master switch bugs to work out. The breakfast is worth your money. A multinational masterpiece, the fare is suited for both substantial eaters and the lightweight grab-n-go.

Perfect hotel! The rooms are spacious, the views are breathtaking and the hotel is not too crowded but not empty. It is also not very touristy which is very nice. I stayed in the presidential suite and it was lovely the room had an amazing ambience and the staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi if you are planning to visit the city.

The room was great. Amazing Bathroom. No one answers when I dialed room service (0) twice. Food is expensive +100 for chicken burger which looked fine but tasted so horrible — couldn’t eat it. Fries was good.

This hotel is truly fantastic! I have stayed here a number of time. Don't expect a lively hotel, but if you prefer breathtaking views and very nice rooms this is the place. Bathroom is a true masterpiece especially in Deluxe rooms. Breakfast at 18 degrees is excellent with very good selection of hot and cold dishes. Unforgettable stay at a the building holding Guinness world record for most tilting tower in the world!

The hotel shape is one of the best looking hotels in AD representing the excellent architectural. Good location. Lovely rooms. The view is fantastic. Recommended.

Great location and if you ask to be at the top you will enjoy a suggestive night view straight from your bed overlooking the wall window which have rooms.

I didn't live in this hotel. Was near him solely to look at him. What is not usual in the design of the hotel-it is that the hotel has a slope more than the Leaning tower and the lining of the hotel building from metal structures. In the lobby, the hotel did not amaze me with its luxury and wealth-a good business style. There is parking for cars near the hotel.

Hotel is located is a spectacular tilted building. Rooms are spacious and appointed with modern stylish designed interior. Bathrooms have a bath and separate shower with good water pressure. Bathrooms have glass wall on the bedroom side, a style also found a lot in China and Thailand. Rooms have coffee and tea making facilities and large TV's, nice touch is the adapter plug in the socket near the desk in case you did not bring the UK 3 legged plugs. The hotel has a beautiful fitness area and a small and stylish pool that is a bit too short for morning workout swims. Good selection of dishes at breakfast, outside seating is also available which is nice in winter. The space inside is somewhat limited so I image that in summer it can be pretty full. Hotel is located adjacent to the convention center, with a car most sights and the airport are a 20 minute drive. Overall good hotel, very friendly and efficient staff with a good location if you have a car.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious with great views. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good variety when it comes to breakfast, and the outside dining is very comfortable in the morning sun. Stayed there for 3 nights, wishing it was more.

We only stayed one short night here. The staff were really friendly and the views from the room were stunning. It’s just that the hotel felt a little soulless. As we were there on the weekend, we’d figured there’d be more life around, but alas it felt as if we were the only ones there. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel, per se, but there’s definitely something missing.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the guy at the concierge and the check in person. It is obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, plus I waited very long for anyone to show up and take my order at the lounge cafe and on the top of that they refused to stamp my parking ticket. A bad experience which I never encountered in any 5 star hotel. I only gave 2 stars for the location.

Beautiful and futuristic structure… Convenient for both the airport and the down town. Both less than a minute's drive.

Surely one of the best hotel in Abu Dhabi, the building in itself is a rarity. The main structure is outside the building not inside. The rooms are gigantic, with view over Abu Dhabi, huge bathroom with showers and bath and sound from the TV or any deice you would plug in. Air con is ok. Service is very good and the food is out of this world (meant great). A bi far from everything though but who cares when you have a king size SUV and unlimited petrol.

My wife and I were in town in January 2015. We did not stay in the hotel, but we went to the bar here every evening. An absolutely chilly place to relax. Totally delicious cocktails and great music.

Super delicious early stuck of top quality I have ever seen, room and design very nice and the bathroom with the free bathtub with the unobstructed view of the sea is gigantic;-) service and staff is top, you have gained a new stem guest to it;-)

The hotel is an unconditional masterpiece of engineering thought. The architecture is impressive both outside and inside. The huge atrium, if viewed from the top floor is breathtaking. Outdoor pool on the 20th floor overlooking the city. On the same floor a nice hammam. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, but the hotel itself is far from the central tourist streets, beaches and malls.

Had an excellent quick overnight stay here on our honeymoon. They kindly upgraded us to a suite which was awesome, and the room was modern and comfortable. Quick taxi ride to/from the airport so the location is nice, and we'll definitely look to stay here again when we're back in Abu Dhabi.

Hotel was nice, but sadly not really close to anywhere you could walk to in the evening. Room was spacious and with a good view. Only downside was the mattress sagged a little to one side which I rectified by wedging a towel under it. I didn't say anything to the staff as I'd solved the issue, so can't comment on how they would have dealt with it.

Awesome hotel! We stayed here just to try this iconic hotel and our experienced was superb! The only thing I dislike, hotel is far from the city proper other than that everything is a perfection to me.

Most everything about this hotel was exceptional. Service and room quality were excellent and the Spa, Pool, and Fitness Center cannot be missed. Absolutely stunning hotel.

Simply wonderful place to stay in! Concern with Facilities: I had a broken clock! When I asked for someone to check it, he tried to convince me that it's working and not to do anything. They changed the clock after my second complaint. Concern with Service: I wish if the elevator could go straight from the upper stages to the ground. Buttons are there but locked and not working. Wi-Fi is not free. Overall: Wonderful experience and much more pros than cons. Clean, quality, luxury, care, and value.
