Nice hotel yummy food staff so friendly not so strick and the location very ideal.

Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Me and my friends will not come back anymore in this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, poor customer service from Filipina receptionist and Filipino guy in the security. Especially this liar indian guy in the swimming pool (life guard) We paid for 5 extra person and gave us only 4 towels and insisting he gave us 5 towels. This Indian guy (life guard? life annoying) is soooo rude.

Its good, there is no Indian channel for TV. There is no door stopper, each time a person is coming out for any reason the door is getting locked.

The staff is perfectly helpful, everybody speaks and constantly smiles, takes care of and especially loves children.

It was a nice experience staying at gloria downtown. Food was a bit expensive but room interior was nice and vibrant and service was courteous. Deserves 5 stars!

Great place close to the water that offers a wonderful shopping experience and eateries. Great view and a historical place that truly captures the essence of Coronado Island. I was fortunate enough to enjoy the visual delight that is the Hotel during their all season. Their lights are amazing and they provide an area for ice skating as well. The Del does not disappointed. Its really amazing… all service aree good. Food quality better. Room biggest and stay well.

Great great hotel! Very friendly staff who do everything for you and are super nice. Beautiful large room, which rather resembled an apartment (2 bathrooms, living room with TV + bedroom with TV) Giants built-in wardrobe with safe. And the most important thing: You don't hear any noise in the room, it's super quiet and pleasant. Next door directly a super Filipino restaurant. Very very satisfied!

This is a nice place, but a little hard to find. The rooms I have been assigned have absolutely no view.

Worst receptionist ive encountered! they have no manners & no service skills. Dont book in this hotel!

They loat our car keys. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and on the 1st day they loat our keys. The manager was useless and we sat around all day untill they managed to sort out another hire car for us at 7pm. What good was that. I emailed the hotel numerous times complaining and still not had a response. Very very dissapointed never ever again.

While I called the hotel for room booking… I was very much happy with the way how my phone was answered… within 3 ring and the way how receptionist had addressed my query. While I came at the lobby for check-inn, the bellman had politely approached me and asked me for luggage assistance and offered me valet service which made me a good feeling just even before I could check-inn. Moreover, I saw Mr. Ahmed Hilmy who represented himself as an Executive Housekeeper also personally assisted and escorted which gives an impression of the culture of the hotel which is very nice and appreciated. He made sure that our room was nice and clean and when we entered our room, it was smelling so fresh and clean that my wife mentioned next time whenever we will have some work in Abu Dhabi we will prefer to stay-inn here rather than staying in our house or at relatives place. We liked the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel right from the entrance of the hotel lobby till our room. All staff's are so helpful, jolly and smiling. Receptionist staff Aalia who checked us in was very quick and all I needed to do was to sit for a maximum of 60 second and sign and move to the room, this express check-inn and check-out was amazing and I was very happy to see such process of the hotel. I would say the management of the hotel must have made a huge effort in Training Staff to make guest happy. Kudos to management team.

The room is nice and clean, also the vallet parking personnel are kind and friendly. What pissed me off are the people in the reception, — guy and the security manager. They are so rude, the way they talk and treat people are very disappointing and racist. It is our wedding anniversary and plan to celebrate it with my daughter but it was ruined, we just stayed only for 4 hours and we check out 1am.

I am very much satisfied with our overnight stay in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Ms. Rita upgraded our room to suite without any additional charges. The style of the room is very modernized and spacious. Will definitely come back here again for sure! Highly recommended!

I got a room for the weekend business trip, at a very low rate. For that price the hotel exceeded my expectations. It's very clean and quiet and the internet was fast enough.
