Very bad service, I called someone today to bring adaptor for me to make my and I was late for my work, every time I call reception they said I submitted the request and they will bring it for you and each time I call different staff answer my call, almost 45 minutes I was so lat for my work and finally I called the reception for the 5th time she said we don’t have now, we ran out of adaptors now, I said why you didn’t tell me from 45 minutes and how come there is no adaptor in such hotel and other staff said they will bring, she said I answered you we don’t have as you just asked me.
Finally I went from the hotel so late for my work and without making my hair.
Wrost service ever.

I had the business lunch at Spaccanspoli authentic Italian tasty food very good value for money.

Hotel is great in a good place more suitable for business people.

We had a great time in this hotel, spacious family room and tidy, very comfortable bed, the only problem is the uncomfortable bathtub; we were on the 12th floor the view was fantastic with the mosque nearby. Really characteristic. Very large the property offers everything you need, from restaurants, to the beautiful pool, abundant and always different breakfasts, kind and caring staff, helpful reception and nice. The property is located in the very comfortable downtown location; outside there is always a taxi to get around the city.

Amazing customer service. Check in was super fast and efficient. Staff were friendly.

The location in my opinion is great, just minutes away from the Cornish and the malls. The restaurants are also good and they also have the bars to go for drinks in the evenings.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi city. They consistently maintains an excellent standards. Rooms are neat and clean. Variety of Buffett breakfast, lunch and dinner. Efficient laundry service. Highly efficient check in and checkout, privillage for royalty club members, roof top swimming pool. Located in the prime location inside the city. Taxis are available, close to the hotel. Highly friendly and responsible staff. In general, highly recommended place to stay and dine during official and leisure trips.

From a professional point of view, this hotel meets his star standards, simple stay experience is good, no bad reviews.

Not so great. I was staying in a corner room and the wallpapers were torn and room service is very poor. Not so tidy for the stars it’s holding. Reception is not much welcoming as well.

Just about average. The lobby is too cramped. Pool bar ambience is dull. Rooms feel worn out.

The hotel staff are excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and presented. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

They have the best sports bar in Abu Dhabi. If you a football fan "Heros" in crown plaza is the place for you to chill with a cold beer while watching your favourite team play.

Centrally located, good dining options, small indoor pool. Cho-Gao and Hero's Pub are fun dining/pub outlets.

Level lounge has a great atmosphere if you like someplace quiet where you can have a conversation.

Food location. Very good baat and dinner. Great gym and overall gr8 place.

Ok hotel, has a couple of bars and 19 floors. Believe it is rated 5 stars but it feels more like 3 or 4.

This is a nice hotel with a central location in Abu Dhabi. The staff are friendly and the gym is excellent. The rooms are a little tired and it lacks a bit of atmosphere but on the whole a pleasant stay.

It's a well established hang out with a lively croud. The band are the best in Abu Dhabi. Only downside is it's too smokey for me.

Love the place. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The pool was good and the view awesome. Room was nice. The card to the elevator had some problems. Overall I loved the place n the staff at breakfast was very friendly.

Crowne Plaza situated at Hundaan street is one of the best situated hotels in Abu Dhaabi. Rooms are great and the food is good for indian taste. All the shopping places are within walking distance. Corniche is walkable, Gift shops are close. Many shopping centres and jewellery stores are within 500 metres. The nightclub on the hotel (Heroes) plays live music and is open till 4 in the morning. Place for all kinds of travellers.

Not the best of the best . But they really have a good service and are doing good in every other aspects. Everyone should try it out once.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy interiors. Rooms are spacious with everyting you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast has many options and just delicious. Its quiet inside although the rooms are open to the restaurant.

A great place for family stay. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of options for all nationalities. The pool has a viwe at the top and the staff are very pleasant and cooperative. They also offered a late check out option although it was busy for the Eid holidays. They have a dining options availabke for asian and mexican cusines.

Nice hotel for Indian guests. South Indian breakfast and Indian delights available in lunch and dinner as well.

Hotel and customer service was excellent. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a large variety so I could eat accordingly to my cravings each morning. Great place, would stay here again!

Crazy Hotel with excellent service.

Stayed in this hotel for a week and the staff were great. Rooms were also very good and food in the hotel was excellent. Very close to local shopping areas and all round it was very good value. Heroes Bar is very good. Staff were great and service was excellent.

Kudos to the whole management team… This hotel was the first in our list… My Husband and I like to travel a lot and we really had a very good stay in this hotel… Staffs are very polite and accommodating (specially a girl from reception I'm sure she is from Myanmar excuse me if I forgot her name) Breakfast buffet was extremely good… service team are Super… cleaning staff was very helpful they are really attentive specially the girl named "Joan" they are all wonderful people that will make your stay really the best… Rooms and other amenities are excellent greetings from Austria.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room… yes it was tidy but the couches in the suite was extremely old and an unpleasant audore came out of them. The TV is very small. The staff were okay although a bit of friendliness could feel hospitable.

I used to enjoy your Heroes but nowadays your service is getting down. Boys are not experienced. I came there before because of your service. I went last day and asked your boy about the timing of your happy hours and he told me its up to 8 pm and I ordered Stella as usual. At last the bill came for the full amount and I asked but they told it's not included in happy hours. Two weeks before I had the same drink for happy hours charge from the same place. This is not fare and the boy could have tell me this before. This is not the matter of money but it's a bitter experience for me and I never be there again.

Great hotel with some of those most popular local eateries and watering holes. Heroes Pub and Level Lounge (poolside rooftop bar with a fine view) are two of the many places to enjoy yourself. Spaccanopoli, the Garden and Cho Gao serve delicious food and have full bars. The service is top notch.

The Crowne Plaza is truly deserving of its 5-star rating! We enjoyed the modern and clean facilities, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. Plus, the dining options are absolutely superb!

5 star hotels worth all…
Friendly Staff and all great amenities.

This is the best hotel experience that I have ever had. The service was beyond reproach from the room service, restaurants, front desk to the people manning the arrivals and departures outside the hotel. The front office manager Deepak was superb along with Adrian at Hero's bar. It is really a home from home hotel and can really recommend anyone who travels to do themselves a favour and look no further.

Amazing brunches. Nice service. The workout facility is well maintained. The massages are well priced (watch for coupons). The pool is nice on the roof. The Asian restaurant is good. Breakfast buffet is fresh and nice. The quiz night in the bar downstairs is fun too.

The best 5 stat hotel in the world! I can't describe enough the experience I have with my family each time I visit this amazing 2nd home and the way we are greeted and treated each and every time. Everything is great! Food is amazing, rooms are neat and clean and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. It compares to no other 5 star hotel I have ever been to. Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi is the black horse to beat. 5 years have elapsed and still no competitor! This is my 4th visit, and it won't be the last.

Crowne Plaza Hamdan Garden Restaurant's staff were all so friendly. The service they have provided when we had a group dinner was really excellent plus the ambiance is also so great.

I found the sales staff to be quite arrogant and greedy, they charged me half days extra for a late checkout. Their pricing policies are circumspect too, and sales team seems to be throwing away the good work which regular staff seems to be doing. While their business may demand spot pricing, but interacting with devious and bordering on dishonest representatives left me with a bad taste.

I only stayed for a few nights before transferring over to Yas Island, really was a great experience, everything from the lavishly comfortable beds, delicious buffets and attentive staff. Great spot for checking out all that Abu Dhabi has to offer.
