Nice hotel. Great pool, nice restaurant, varied menu. Always clean room. Very friendly staff, especially the guy from room service Ram! ) ) )

It was a good place except few issues. Its access is a bit too complicated and more so due to ongoing road construction. Also, the room and the bathroom were a bit too cramped. Breakfast was great with good variety. Access to swimming pool was also a nice touch.

Very good service. Our house keeping Mr. Ismail, treated us with a smile and was very friendly. He did his job to his best, thankyou for your service.

Great service, cooperative staff. Very help full house keeping. If you are in Ibis and you are on top floors and need some help, just call house keeping and ask about the house keeping boy 'Hukman', he will definitely help you.

It was very pleasent stay. Staff were very concerned and helpful. House keeping staffs were very polite. I remember one staff Ramesh he was very friendly and nice guy, Overall the stay was very great and will be back again soon. Thank you.

Price to experience ratio is the worst. I supposed to have a non smoking room, but I can smell cigarette smoke from the next room. Never ever again.

The hotel is great. Great care, friendly and helpful. Modern and comfortable rooms. Has a pool awesome and everything is spotless. The rooms are spacious and comforting. Parking is convenient and ample.

Good price, friendly staff. Nice choice of restaurants, gift shop. Room was quiet, Enjoyed my stay. At this time there is a lot of construction nearby, but not much of an inconvenience.

Valerian doing his job in professional way… I found him honest and very friendly. Now value added gym with sauna and steam is complementary from ibis … Previously it was chargeable.

A decent stay for business visits, rooms are bit small compared to a regular 3 star offering. Location is not the best, for the hotel being in the middle of construction activities and close to the industrial belt. For leisure stays recommend to try other hotels in the city.

Hotel Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate is one of the Best Hotel in economical price in 4 Stars. Its Far From Downtown and also from Main Road. If you want to stay there you should use Taxi service or your own Car. Buss stop is little bit far from here. You may see very beautiful views of abu dhabi from this hotel. Services are Excellent. Thumbs-Up.

I give it a 4 star for so many reasons, first of all the bication, which is not really close to the center of the city but it is in the middle of everything so very convenient and well served with the highways that surround it. Then the parking is very convenient, it has the swimming pool and fitness, The restaurants underneath, the elevators are fast and many, and the comfortable dwellings, with amazing views. The staff is very nice.
A mole instead concerns the attention of the room, which is not always the best. They have to pay more attention to this. There's No pen to write. They don't put the paper box back when it's finished. And Some refrigerators do not work, very serious thing in a country where it makes hot pier.
However all in all it is quite acceptable.
Ps. I Thank the Director Nicola Hothgruber, to read my comment. I'm sure things will be better. I still think it's the ideal hotel for business as well as for vacations. Ú

Food is ok, service very slow. Live music is below standard.

Everything is mostly correct for the class of this hotel. Except shower room hygiene. There are plenty black spots of poor cleaning on many cornets and joints. Perfect place for a spread if bacteria.

Room was tidy but amenities were not carefully provided as little items were empty or missing. Over all it was a good experience and in and out procedure was brisk.

This place is one of the best value for money deals that you can find in Abu Dhabi. Great food options and a luxurious compact room for the price.

Wonderful, clean and modern place. Good Wi-Fi. Bathroom is compact and spotless. Friendly helpful staff. The free bottle of water in the room is a welcome sight for a hot and tired traveller! Those little things really make a difference!

Not worth for money… No bell boy to carry ur baggage… No swimming pool access extra cost for each and every thing even no bath room kit… Rooms are very small and bathroom are like smaller den lift… It's suitable for children's not for adults.

Place is Good for the price of the rooms clean and neat. Prompt service. However no amenities provided in the wash rooms like tooth brush and paste or even shampoo. Food is tasty prices are 5 star. Rest was fantastic.

The brunch is very ordinary. It could be a great place, the Belgian Cafe is potentially lovely but it is all wrong.

Good, Clean Path room is small no safety box in rooms.

Comfortable room. Though It was a single bedroom the bed was large enough for two. The view from my bedroom was excellent. Room service was great. Room was cleaned every morning. Bed sheet, towels whether used or not were replaced ever morning. Coffee and water were provided to bedroom everyday at no extra cost. Breakfast was offered free too (buffet style).

Rooms are small (but new) and the location isn't great if you plan on spending a lot of time downtown. Perhaps overpriced?

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms are very small and the space is not used properly. However, the hotel has a good gym and lots of recreational activities to keep you busy. It should be noted the hotel is far away from anything. There is a gas station with a burger king about 15 min away by foot.

Overall good, food is not good in most of Restaurants. Room service just prepating the room, not cleaning the room. Food from the room service is better but very low variety.

Great value, quiet rooms, lounge bar and Belgium beer café.

Nice place and location, its easy to access to Abu Dhabi city and to the international airport, clean and quit place, friendly staff and perfect service.

I like it, nice atmosphere, everyone smiling, the coffee shop and bar are fantastic, location helpful just 15 minutes to reach Cornish. I would like to do it again.

Well its not that much good hotel, its enough just to spend the night to sleep.
