Booked a room here for myself and 3 children, 3 nights for a baseball tournament. Staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for us. The double queen was big enough with comfy beds. Laundry facility was a major plus. The kids enjoyed the pool with an adjacent patio including picnic tables and a community charcoal grill. I would definitely consider this property for future visits.

The rooms were extremely comfortable, with all of the comforts of home. The hotel is located up a hill, away from the highway, so the property is very quiet. There is also a concrete patio behind the hotel with lounge chairs and picnic tables.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We requested non-smoking rooms, and both rooms were smoking. Told hotel staff when we were checking in, and they were very rude. The bath rags that were supposed to be clean, had hairs embedded in them. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We reserved two rooms at the same time and one room had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the other one did not, yet we still had to pay the same price for both rooms.

I have family in the area and usually stay across the street at a Marriott property but decided to give Super 8 a chance. This hotel is weathered and needs of a reface. It looks better on the outside than in. I was disappointed there were smoking rooms in the hotel and the deodorizer used in the hallways was way too strong. Our room was okay… it had a iron burn hole in the carpet and the TV would work. The bed was comfy enough and clean. We reported the TV problem to the front desk and he wanted to leave the issue to the next person after his shift. At my insistence, he fixed it while we were gone. The front desk is busy and in need of more employees. The rooms are very overpriced for what you receive.

We just stayed here with our Saint Bernard, it was $20 extra for her to stay which is super reasonable. They said they usually have people with pets stay in the smoking rooms only but they allowed us to have a non smoking room since I’m 8months pregnant. Staff was really friendly. I thought the elevator and halls had a smell but our room was smell free. The room and bathroom were clean. They gave us a room right next to the staircase that goes outside so my husband was easily able to take our dog out without constantly bringing her through the lobby. The two things that I really didn’t like was how much noise carried through from the room above us, it sounded like a heard of elephants running around and of course happened between 1-3am. The second thing we didn’t notice till the morning, there were cigarette burnt holes in one of the blankets on our bed. We found three holes in that blanket, not sure why they are still using it. Thankfully it didn’t smell.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and swimming area. They provided a delicious complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of food to choose from.

This is a nice enough hotel in an easy to access area just off the I64. There are a Wendy's and an Arby's within walking distance. It has a smallish indoor pool and a hot tub. Some things to know. This is a Super 8, yet for some reason you will pay the same price as a much nicer Crowne Plaza in Columbus. The only difference between a standard and a deluxe or superior room is a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast is waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. Enjoy!

Our king size bed was like laying on a cloud. The the jet tub was great being personal. Be nice with more jets.

So clean, and a wonderful staff. Very affordable. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Dont understand why they will not let anyone who lives closer than 25 miles rent a room. It is a nice hotel to stay in if you are just wanting to get away for the night. Disappointed that I could not stay due to living 21 miles away & not 25 or further.

We rented here to just get away for a night. Not bad pricing, comfy bed and pillows. Whirlpool tub in room was awesome! Will most definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay and the service here at Super 8! The staff were all so very nice. Manager Levi was so helpful to me amd accommodating. As a travel nurse it is important to find a place to stay where you can feel safe. I was very comfortable here It has all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend it and will definitely return to stay here again.

They were very accommodating to our family's needs. There were quite a few of us arriving from different states on different days. I've stayed here before and will stay again for future visits.

I've stayed at this location before and I've always been pleased. This time was no exception; I believe they even had homemade biscuits on the breakfast tray which surprised me! My only complaint is one of preference, I did not enjoy the small pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows.

Experience was decent. The breakfast is of course generic. Rather judt go to Bob Evand accriss the road. The toilet wouldn't flush each time. But the biggest is… they now have a rule that they won't rent a room to local residents or in the local tri-state area. Even when you are just trying to get away for a bit from reality.

After driving 12 hours, this was a pleasant surprise. Our room seems to be very clean and the staff is welcoming! The bed and pillows are very comfortable. All in all, a great stay.

We ALWAYS stay here for our hospital visits! BEST place we have found they are always super nice, our room is always clean and upgraded EXCELLENT We love them.

The rooms where in great shape. For the price it was a good deal. The view from out the front door is awesome since your up on a hill!

Establishment was very clean, and the staff was very nice and informative about dining locations in the region. A very good sfay.

Shower head dispensed water at more of a trickle than a spray. The tiles on the floor of the bathroom. The comforter on the bed was also stained. Service was good though.

The hotel is fine. The staff was very accommodating on a very busy night. They could not offer any of the hotel discounts from travel magazines or AAA due to local events. The floors are mixed smoking and non-smoking if that's a concern for you. We were able to preview the room before staying to make sure it didn't smell like smoke. Sheets and comforters did have many cigarettes burn holes in them. Pool was out of towels and our toilet would not flush and the shower was slow to drain.

Wonderful room, and great staff. They called me 10 mintes after I checked in to make sure my room good. Awesome views. Have recommended it to a friend and would not hesitate to stay there again.
