Everything I paid an extra 50 to stay longer and our car was broke down and they kicked my 2 grandbabys out and my 3 kids, the beds were hard and water was brown. Dirty hotel. No air.

We had a planned trip even paid for a day early upon arrival we were told a planned power outage the next day 3, 15, 19 from 8-12 reluctantly we agreed to stay mind you I had called 2 times prior to coming and no one informed us of this (we woukd have canceled) so here we are power outage now we are told told until 4pm we have a concert need to be there at 6 to get parked etc and we hace no lites no TV need a bath do hair etc front desk same guy from last nite at check in "oh we cant do anything about this etc etc) well im sorry but YES IM COMLAINING COMMON DECENT THING TO DO IS INFORM PEOPLE PRIOR REIMBURSE THEIR MONEY ETC ETC NEVER NEVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. That is no way to do paying customers!

Our room was very clean, had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us all the details associated with our stay, times of checkout, breakfast, where to get ice, etc.

The location was ok. Front desk was nice. And it was very quiet.

I've stayed here a few times, and the hotel is nice for the price. Wifi is strong, and even offers a fitness center for the cheap room price.

Staff was friendly rooms were cleanvery pleasant stay.

Rooms clean. Not as close to highway as I would have liked but next to a Super Walmart. Beware, book online as rates are considerably higher in person. Desk personal very slow in booking correct rate in system after proof of rates. Also be warned if you have a service animal staff has NOT been trained that a Service Animal IS NOT a pet. I HATE hotels which advertise they are PET FRIENDLY but then tack on a hefty fee for pets. They should advertise pets with fee. Regardless, I have a SERVICE DOG which I rely on for medical alerts for medication. I had to jump through hoops with desk person regarding difference between Service Animal VS Pet — — he finally contacted manager — — but it took 30-40 minutes to check in, it was late and I was very tired.

Found a bed bug in one bed. Tried to get our money refunded and management would not give. Ask about room policies before you book a room. Sketchy part of town, across from a strip club.

Wife and I came for one night and stayed the second night. The front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We asked about spending another night and later he called to make sure if we wanted, then sent up the reservations, this made it easy to go pay the next day and never had to move our room. We were told about the renovations there were on going. The breakfast was the normal stuff, but everything was good and warm, even late. Thank you.

Econo lodge was great in Huntington West Virginia, economical, clean, comfortable, breakfast you can make your own Waffle's.

The room was clean and had a very fresh smell. Over all top quality.

Unfortunately there’s not an option to give them zero stars. I made a reservation with Econo Lodge, spoke to a representative that barely knew English, and then I went to cancel the reservation due to family issues. The representative (male, doesn’t know English) was the worst representative. He kept saying, “I warned you. I warned you. You cannot, cannot, cannot get a refund. I’ve warned you. ” WHO TALKS LIKE THAT? So I followed up that Monday and spoke with a polite lady who informed me they would try their hardest to get that refund. She said to call back that afternoon to speak with the owner. I followed up within that time frame and the original man who didn’t know English answered! I asked, “May I speak with the manager? ” He said, “For what reason? ” I then told him the issue. So then this man was defensive AGAIN and told me I can’t get a refund. So I then called my bank, made a dispute, and got my refund. Thank you Econo Lodge. I will NEVER go to that location, and I will warn all friends/family about you. Good day.
