It's your usual Hampton Inn, check-in was fine, breakfast is decent and bed is comfortable. The only problem is that my air conditioner is very loud and has a rattle, I asked to be put in a different room but they were sold out. Otherwise it's just fine.

I love this hotel. Now that my son is going to Marshall I am making this my go to hotel and I have been telling the university to send more people to this location because of the service, cleaniness and the extra friendly front desk personal at all times of the day.

Check for BED BUGS! I recently stayed here and woke up at 2am to bed bugs! I called the front desk and they moved me to a new room. I expected the manager to at least offer an apology but she checked me out without speaking a word of it. The walls are not soundproof so you can easily hear the people on either side of you and the footsteps above you. On a positive e note the pillows are fluffy and the breakfast is wonderful.

This hotel is located very conveniently to both the freeway and the city of Huntington. The room was clean. The air could be turned down to 62, which is lovely to someone like me who is usually hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was abundant and delicious. I would gladly stay here again.

We were forced to stay here for a local soccer tournament. The rooms were smaller than requested. The front desk staff made accommodations for us but only AFTER we pressed them heavily. Once again, another Hilton owned hotel with poor service. If you have your choice of hotels to stay at, don't select this one. The Towne place suites is right next door and I'm sure more accommodating with less hassle.

Room was nice and clean, bed and pillows we're very comfortable. There was a nice breakfast buffet in the morning as well. Hampton inns have consistently been excellent in the ones that I have stayed in.

Fantastic from start to finish! The new digital key feature is amazing, I look for it while im traveling. All staff are professional and made me feel welcome! Room was spotless and beds were great, breakfast staff never skipped a beat! Will definitely be coming back to this Hampton.

Stayed at the Huntington Hampton for one night. Awful soundproofing. Someone upstairs decided to test the theory that elephants can't jump at around 3 AM, then someone checks into the room next me at 3:30 AM. They spent almost an hour yelling and cussing (sounded like 4-6 people in one room). A call to the front desk got them settled, but it still took over 30 minutes. The response in the morning: "We're sorry you didn't have a good stay, but we have to look after our other guests. " Blatant implication: "You don't matter as much as our other guests. " Unacceptable. Worst Hampton stay I've ever experienced. I understand that the management has no direct control over guests, but a single phone call to a problematic room is not a satisfactory response. I was offered hhonors points as compensation (a woefully inadequate offer in the first place), but nothing has shown up in my account over a day later. At least the room was clean, but I will not be using this particular Hampton again.

I give them 10 stars! After staying in two other less than desirable Hampton Inns the previous four nights, we were beyond ecstatic that this one exceeded even our usual expectations of a Hampton Inn. Cassie, went above and beyond to meet our requests at check-in. While accompanying my husband on his business trip throughout Kentucky and West Virginia, she made my post surgery recovery much more relaxing. I only wished we had this pleasant of experience in the previous two Hamptons. Our room was immaculate and I am an OCD hotel snob, so that says a ton! Our bed was very comfortable… it housed me in my pillow throne comfortably. The towels were soft and fluffy and all the pillows were actual pillows, not just bags of cotton balls! Although they don't have on demand, they do have plenty of munchies in their in-house mini store which appeased me just fine. Unfortunately I won't be able to enjoy the pool but it looked very refreshing. Lobby looked inviting and comfortable and I am excited to try their breakfast because truthfully, at this point, I don't think it can disappoint! I will definitely join my husband on his next trip through just so I can enjoy another stay here!

Stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. The staff was phenomenal in supporting me during a hard time while I was away from home during the holidays. Kindness, caring, and excellent service! Thank you!

Clean and quiet hotel for business travelers in the area. Nothing particularly exciting, but definitely no complaints from me. Access is pretty clear but if you miss the left turn at the light (coming from the highway) you'll have to go pretty far before you can turn around.

This must have been a newer hotel. It was pristine. The staff was attentive and eager to help. The rooms were clean and comfy. Some food nearby but limited.

The location and service were great. The room even being on the 3rd floor the curtains did not have a way to close the curtains. Breakfast could be scrambled or made the way you like them instead of cheese omelet that look like they were the premade frozen heatemup stuff. That was not appealing.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were clean and modern. Wasn't as pleased with the breakfast, but it overall it was an awesome stay.

Very comfortable room on the 3rd floor and great service. However, was not able to shut non see through curtains (only see through curtains would shut).

My son and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Huntington, West Virginia. The hotel was immaculate and comfortable. The indoor heated pool and gym were perfect. The staff were gracious and cheerful. We had a great stay all around.

Fantastic hotel. Cookies available, the pool was plenty warm, the staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. What more could I ask for?!

Very nice hotel, location was a great spot for what I was in Huntington for. Nice people working at the desk.

Check-in was quick and easy, room was pretty clean. Bed was very comfortable and had a great night's rest.

We had an issue with another hotel, and they gladly accommodated us on short notice. Nick checked us in with no problems and offered any assistance we needed. The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool was nice and held at a nice temperature. The breakfast was great, only wish they would have offered sausage as well as bacon. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very nice room's and great staff. Had two stay a couple extra nights front desk was very helpful. Thanks again such great staff.
