Awesome place! The Santa was pretty amazing too!

Not let the valet go through paying customers vehicles it's extremely unprofessional won't go into detail but I recommend another hotel just be careful.

Nice place… the staff was awesome!

Staff has been super friendly and helpful. Room is very clean with comfy bed. Would stay again, and recommend to friends. Oh! and greeted with awesome cookies!

Great view of the Ohio River and within walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Too bad it rained most of the time we were here.

As a Supervisor looking for hotels we decided to book our staff here for the month while working in Chesapeake Ohio and the staff have been amazing, friendly and gone above and beyond. Rooms are always cleaned & stocked. We have a few more weeks here but I highly recommend this hotel! 5 Star in my book! Best hotel we have stayed in thus far in months!

Staff didn’t care that much and there was trouble from the start. Couldn’t find our booking, no toilet paper in the room, no explanation of the amenities, and it was very dirty.

Wonderful experience during very strange (Covid) times! Helped us pull off perfect wedding! Even during Covid and an ice storm! Thank you Desiree! Couldn’t have done it without you and your patience! Jerry was a wonderful help also! Always right there anytime I needed anything during set up or tear down! Can’t recommend enough!

Bad service The Night Receptionist was very rude and arrogant But overall the rooms was nice but we didn’t stay there we decided to leave After being there 2 hrs The dayshift that checked us in was awesome.

Place is garbage a service is trash. Rooms were not ready in time: when they were ready it smelled like weed. This place is horrible. Stay somewhere else.

The staff were all really great, very helpful and kind. The facility was undergoing massive renovations, which I did not know about at time of booking. The room was subpar and smelly with problems in maintenance related to the renovations. However the location was superb and once completed will be a fantastic location in downtown. I look forward to coming back once renovations are complete. Call ahead to confirm completed work.

Check-in took about 10 minutes, some discrepancy with the payment which was already done online. Nice staff though. Hotel is currently under renovation to become a DoubleTree so my experience was not normal. Windows don't have molding. Elevator is pretty beat up right now and the ceiling sways. Housekeeping replaced the towels but that was it, didn't make the bed or replace the soaps. No restaurant at the moment. Cost is somehow not a whole lot lower than the Holiday Inn a couple blocks away. Best feature until the remodel is complete is it's location to downtown.

They are under construction so that is a good thing. The rooms are a bit dated though clean. There was no refrigerator in the room, and no counterspace in the bathroom. Hopefully the renovations correct this.

Still under renovation. We stayed in one of the completed rooms but there is construction dust everywhere. Linens need updated. Service was very good and location is excellent for access to everything downtown Huntington has to offer.

I love how the building looks and the out door pool. Currently being renovated.

I was looking forward to my stay, but the hotel was under construction when I got there (I didn't know until I arrived) — when I got to my room it had a musty smell and the sheets were damp to the touch from the condensation. Went to the front desk to change rooms (she was super friendly and had no problem helping me out), but the next room I got was the same way. Idk if it was because of the construction or what, but it was too gross to stay. Ended up switching hotels (Fairfield Marriott down the road is much nicer). I wouldn't bother staying anytime soon unfortunately. It's a shame.

Place is undergoing renovations so it's pretty messy. The breakfast is yogurt and packaged muffins. Wifi barely reached my room, which smelled of cigarette smoke. Decent location though.

Not too snobby to stay at a hotel undergoing reservations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Valet went above and beyond his job. We had no refrigerator in our room due to the renovations going on. When one breaks they don't replace until the room itself is renovated. He went beyond and found us a fridge for our room. I am anxious to visit again.

This hotel is under construction and should be closed. Only one elevator working. Also several rooms and conference center had no air conditioning. Lucky to get one star.

Had a great time here. We were having a new years party. The hotel space was perfect for that We had a balcony a spacious room for the main part of the party we had a small kitchen area for making mixed drinks and beds and a bathroom so people could stay instead of driving home. It was a good time.

The complimentary breakfast was fine, and unfortunately that was the best part of our stay. It sounded like there was a party in the room next to us, the extra security latch in our room looked like it had taken a beating possibly from the door being kicked in at some point, the bathroom lacked an evacuator fan and was moldy, the pillows were very lumpy, and the exercise equipment was ancient. Best to wait to stay here until after their renovations are done and it is owned and run by whoever bought them out.

Easter Buffet was good, but needed additional staff for clearing used dishes from tables and refilling glasses. New owner, well known hotel management, so presently under renovations. Will be first rate when updates are completed!

The hotel is fine. Old and outdate, but fine for a night or two. Good value place to stay as the bar is cheap and there's a free breakfast.

They were so nice and friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Within walking distance of so many great places. Highly recommend.

The room had a lovely view of the river. The bed was very comfortable (as was the on-site couch). The TV in the room was really nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was pretty darn yummy, too! My only issue is the walls did sometimes let louder sounds through.

Even though this is an older hotel we enjoy staying here. It's always clean and the staff is always so nice. Love the vallet parking! There are plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. Looking forward to seeing their remolding!

This hotel is historical and has a lot of potential charm — but unfortunately, unless you live in the 80's — it doesn't hold up well. The rooms were clean but stuffy feeling. The cleaning supplies used were heavily perfumed. The conference rooms are outdated and catering is expensive compared to the fare that is provided. This place could be so very much more with some modernization but it has a ways to go. Unfortunately, I felt like I was paying modern day rates for antiquated facilities.

Stayed for the weekend for SYC2017 with 250/300 middle school and high school. Hotel staff were awesome. Valet was wonderful and were always early with our BUS! Breakfast was really good. The Hotel is older but maintained. Pullman Center is across street a few shops. Movies and food. Small park in the center as well. Great water pressure!

It was a wonderful place for a sleep study. Since I was only there one night, I am not sure how good the cleaning staff is. But the room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The dining room staff was friendly, and the clerk at the front desk was helpful. Plus, free valet parking.

Amazing extraordinary staff from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle. Hotel is dated but clean. It's apparently scheduled for Reno's. Complimentary Breakfast is eggs sausage and waffles you make yourself. Take a few dollars with you for gratuity. There is minimal parking. The location is right downtown across pullman square. Lots of shopping. If it was not dated this would have been a 5 star rating. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Attended a professional function at the hotel. It has seen better days. The air conditioning was not functioning in the meeting room. The coffee tasted burnt. There was not a garbage can near the coffee. No small snacks were available at breaks. There were holes in the ceiling panels. It was simply a shell of its former self. I know Huntington has hit hard times, but this was just sad.

This place is definitely run down. The staff was extremely nice and they have complimentary valet parking. But everything about the hotel is old like the wallpaper everywhere and the elevator with what appears to be water stains. The place smells a little like smoke. The breakfast was nothing fancy just scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and waffles you make yourself. This hotel definetly needs a makeover.

Terrible. Foggy windows that reck the river view. Bed mediocre. Broken alarm clock. Very old decor. Great location.

It could be a really nice hotel. It is however very outdated, and although the major things such as beds are clean there is still cleaning to be done and updating to carpets, elevators, and the sliding doors to the balcony. I really enjoyed the pub attached to it and the view from the balcony is great. I won't stay here again though unless it is remodeled.

Great hotel, quick check in (even let us check in early. ) Not a huge fan of valet service but they were quick and polite. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Only complaints are no mini fridge/ microwave and the balconies are sealed shut. Certainly not a big deal though.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also offer free airport shuttle all day long. Very pleasant and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

The service and finding was good my plate of food was great I recommend Pullman plaza hotel.

Very old. Definitely needs remodeling. Carpet is coming loose from the floor. Wall paper coming off wall. Mold on lamp shades. Needs paint.

This used to be plush place. Now it's dirty and run down. Valet parking ate food in my car. There was food sauce or snot on my A4 Audi stick shift. Scuff marks on my seat. I will never go back. Only good aspect was breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than that, nothing special about this hotel. It did its job, it was a place to stay overnight. Would recommend your own pillow as theirs are very flat.

Nice place despite the reviews they were negative it's not the Hilton… my only wish is they had indoor pool and jacuzzi! And balcony opened! We stay here at least once a month and they are ALWAYS so helpful, will go outta their way for any request you may have within reason. Also they are renovating this summer completely from ground up, 5 star hotel I think under Hilton im not sure on that name but it will be the nicest most convenient place to stay. Like I said I like staying here only wish the balcony was open. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman Plaza, we will see you this weekend for Poison and Tesla Concert.

Attended a conference here. Wi-Fi was good, bathrooms dated but clean. Snacks/drinks were fine. Overall a 4.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is a little dated but still nice. The location is amazing. Parking is kinda sketchy. Complimentary breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Pretty good as far as hotels go. Good breakfast. Cozy rooms. One of the elevator rings like a phone at every floor. Not sure why.

I can not even rate this stay as M STILL waiting on management to contact me about the HORRIBLE stay. We had no hot water. Maintenance was sent up several times and told us to just 'wait'. After waiting for four hours and them coming up three times still no hot water. They "upgraded" us to a room that the jets in the 'jetted' tub did not work and the Sleep Number bed did not work which caused a sagging in the bed. I couldn't find the fitness center so I asked a maintenance man that was walking by where it was. He said he had to get keys to unlock it because high school kids went in there to have sex. As we walk to a nook in the corner where the elevator was to go to the fourth floor where it was located-not from the rooms, totally secluded area — he proceeds to tell my boyfriend he should join me in the morning because its not always safe because bums from the street have been found in there and once I'm in that I need to lock the inner lock. Once in the fitness center there were plenty of machines BUT they chains were so rusted only three machines worked and I had to find the closest Planet Fitness. I have left several messages and no one has yet to contact me so that is a negative as well and it has been several weeks. I would book elsewhere!

Great location, great price, a bit run down. Staff was amazing friendly. For some reason I like to park my own car and all they have is valet but it works for them. I was told a new owner just bought the place and plans to fix it up. I hope they don't price it crazy. But again the location…

I've stayed here twice, both times for concerts. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable. During my second stay we had a beautiful view of Huntington, which I really enjoyed. The proximity to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena was a major selling point for me. The staff were all very pleasant. The only thing I'd recommend changing is the fact that the rooms don't have mini-fridges. If the rooms had these, and maybe microwaves as well, I'd rate it five stars for sure. All in all though, I'd definitely stay here again.
