Nice and clean! That’s a win in my book! Plus they have the mattresses fully covered in a protective cover to prevent bedbugs. When I go to any hotel no matter how nice it looks I don’t even bring my stuff to the room till I look at mattresses pillows blankets etc. YOU NEVER KNOW! It only takes 1 tiny bug and your screwed!

I've spent multiple nights at this property. This review of the hotel does not compare it to more upscale properties. It's a Microtel. Understand what you are looking at. My room with 2 queen beds was clean. The refrigerator was cold. Ice machine worked. TV channel selection was good. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video streaming. Bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast is very continental, so if you like protein at breakfast, plan on hitting a restaurant. Hotel is very convenient to the freeway, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants in walking distance.

This was a nice visit. Although our room didn’t have a microwave, refrigerator, or a coffee pot, we literally got their last room at the hotel. We just needed to sleep for the night, so we took the room. The only downside was I had requested extra pillows, but never got them. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We have stayed here before and have always had a great experience!

Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very nice with views and good restaurants in walking distance.

Room has bed bugs and they refuse to do anything about it. Should of realized this sooner when they had a terminix van sitting out front of the hotel the front desk employee even agreed it was bed bugs lucky you can’t add pictures to this review I had five rooms reserved for me and my coworkers needless to say we will be switching hotels.

Called about availability and making a reservation. The desk clerk said they only had the next 2 nights open. I would have preferred a week but it would do for now. I was then hung up on instead of getting a reservation made. I was only a few minutes away so I thought it would be no big deal but upon arrival they were making a new reservation for someone that they told the same thing to but then magically had a week open after he said nevermind. I was then told they were now fully booked. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Decent hotel, but highly disappointed in the TV service. 20 shopping channels and no ABC! Can't watch NBA finals on a BASIC channel. Otherwise no complaints with my stay.

Issa room for the night. Breakfast was useless. Didn't even have milk. Had some stale breads and lack luster coffee.

Clean comfortable room for the price. Stayed there for three days while visiting family in Brideport WV. Bed was very comfortable. Room was what I expected for the price paid; good value. Convenient location right off interstate. Restaurants in the plaza next door. Tim Hortons and Dukin right down the road. Would stay there again.

Clean room, great service, plenty of mirrors for any use. Tv was nice. Blankets are thin and pillows are super fluffy. Great for one night stands with your best friend.

Clean, comfortable rooms at great rates. Nothing fancy but you can't expect Michelin five star accommodations at these prices. Only quirk was that there wasn't a coffee pot in my room.

Clean, very nice front desk staff and breakfast. Walls were quite thin (could hear our neighbors all night) and housekeeping came by at 8:15am! While most of the motel guests were still sleeping. Not a great way to wake up.

Bugs in room, full bed not the queen I reserved, no blanket on bed, no list of TV stations, no password for Wi-Fi, they put me in a handicap room… I am not handicapped, very small desk (I have to work from the room), no vanity in bathroom for makeup, curling iron…, curtain missing hooks, few outlets, some of the other guest look like thugs, yelling at each other in the parking lot. Should have stayed at the Hawthorn!

Rooms are a bit smaller than a regular hotel but the staff is amazing and the juice, coffee and hot chocolate around the clock is perfect for a tired traveler.

Had a great two night stay. Hotel staff was kind and attentive. Had fresh cookies ready at check in.

Tis a very good hotel, staff wasnt mean to my wasted dad so that was pretty cool.

I love this hotel and I will be staying again when I come back to west virginia to visit my son. I have also recommend this hotel to my family members when they come to west virginia. Its clean and quite a d the staff is wonderful.

Rooms were very nice and spatious. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint would be when the shower was on half of the water still came out of the tub faucet therefore limiting water pressure.

Great service! Easy access in and out, and very impressed with room size and pricing. Wi-Fi was very reliable. Contintenal Breakfast was small but had lots of options. Glad I chose this hotel!

Top notch all around. Greeted by a great young lady on the front desk. Stayed two nights. We've been going here for several years, and will always go there when we travel to our friends house in Bridgeport, WV.

Wonderful facility, and even better people, I've spent several nights here and will several more due to working in the area.

Well maintained building and kept clean everyday. Friendly staff that are helpful. 24 hour coffee and juice bar. A quality hotel at a good price.
