Upon checking into our room we noticed there was dust so thick you could write in it truly disgusting to think if that is missed what else is neglected in cleaning.

Very convenient, (for me, on my travels between Louisville & Salisbury) clean hotel with a very friendly, accommodating staff!

BEWARE! This hotel will make fraudulent charges to your account! The management calls guest liars and their staff talks about using drugs to their guests. Read their reviews on TripAdvisor multiple people reporting the same things. Being charged hundreds of dollars for a few non answered phone calls and smoking fees to a non smoker…

We stayed one night as a guest at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. I was a bit disappointed that the "courtyard" was more like a patio and faced a major road.

Really nice hotel for the money. Room was very nice, but what really got it to 5 stars was the restaurant in the main lobby. The menu had a large selection of food and it was INCREDIBLY tasty. Breakfast was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area. Try to get down to the restaurant because it is really great.

The room was mostly clean. There was a bit of long black hair in the bathroom that was certainly not mine, however. Additionally, there were three bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. Not a big deal but somewhat annoying when you don't notice until you're about to jump in the shower. Front desk staff was fairly indifferent. I think I'd look elsewhere the next time I'm around; plenty of other hotels in the area.

Great place still smells like new all of the personal are amazing and very attentive to your needs. When I come back to Bridgeport I’m staying here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Quite. Nice soft beds. Can improve on breakfasts to much sweets, fruit was great. Love to have ice tea. Love to stay again but longer.

Courtyard by Marriott in Bridgeport/Clarksburg is an amazing HOTEL every single employees and managers are extremely professional, kind, and upbeat! They always have a smile in their face and love giving happiness to all of their guests! Y’all the best!

Nice place for the money, front desk people very nice and helpful. Room were spacious and clean. We needed a cot/portable bed which when requested came promptly and was comfortable. The only thing I can knock the place about is the lack of a complimentary breakfast, they have instead a snack counter with inept people working, if you have to pay for breakfast there are better nearby options out there. Overall acceptable and I would stay there again if I had too!

Well I checked in at 6AM. I was in bed fast asleep when the maid knocked on the door and then tried to come in. I had the dead bolt on and that was at 11AM. When I got up to take a shower. I was in the shower and it was luke warm and then turned cold. I was not happy. Then after my shower I went down stairs to tell the front desk about it. The guy told me their knobs work different in the showers than any where else. He told me to put the knob all the way over to hot and then back to the middle and then move it toward the hot side. I guess I was just supposed to know that. There was hair in the shower that was not mine as well.

If I could add a star just for the Bistro I would. The two egg omelette with arugula salad was outstanding and the people nice. I’m back given the opportunity. All you want in a room.

Absolutely perfect! Couldn’t have been better! We had an issue at a hotel down the road and moved here. The staff couldn’t have been more awesome! Would definitely stay here again when we pass through!

This has been my family's hotel of choice when in town dealing with our father's estate. The aesthetic appeal of The Courtyard Marriott is very cozy and modern. Even though there isn't a free continental breakfast there is a Bistro that has a plethora of choices of very tasty food. The staff is always very pleasant, inviting & accommodating providing great customer service comparable to that of a Hotel especially Kara & Gilbert and Dee Johnson the GM. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. My family and I had stayed at another hotel for my father's funeral that was recommended by the funeral home and it was just down right awful the minute we checked in until the day we checked out, since then I informed the funeral home to stop recommending that hotel and recommended The Courtyard Marriott instead.

Excellent room. Beautiful, spacious, and clean. Again, no tea in the room, only coffee. The maid had no tea on her cart and when I went to the lobby, if I wanted a tea bag, I'd have to pay for it.

Was fairly nice. Only issue was we couldn't get back into our room due to the door lock being broke. The staff did what they could but the after many attempts to contact the General Manager Dee Johnson she never got back with me. Customers deserve better than just being blown off.

Only spent time in the meeting room and lobby while there. Guest services was very pleasant and asked if I was in need of anything. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful when I needed business services and a corkscrew. The rooms are large and well equipped, new looking. There is coffee and a mini fridge which is empty. Excellent for storing your own pop and munchies.

Went there for a work event, but the lobby was super nice and clean, and the staff very nice and helpful!

I feel like they should provide a larger variety for breakfest and I also feel like they should extend breakfest to 9am. Other than that everything was excellent.

Recently visited for a business meeting and very impressed. Dee was the manager on duty and she was very professional with not only having answers but also the ability to communicate thoroughly so there was no misunderstanding. The structure is fantastic. Clean and very well organized. We'll be having more meetings there for sure.

Nice new clean rooms. The staffs has always been really nice. It's close to some good restaurants.

The place was super clean, neat and very modern. I will highly recommend this place. My only gripe is I wish they served continental breakfast.

My wife and I usually stay here when we're in WV. Great location right off of the interstate. Great back patio area. There is no breakfast available.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Great location right off of interstate. Clean and modern rooms. Nice patio area and fire pit, lobby very spacious. Many restaurants nearby. We were very pleased all around.

We stayed at the Courtyard in Bridgeport because we had a baseball tournament in Bridgeport. The hotel was reasonably priced and was able to accommodate our whole team. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and overall we really enjoyed the hotel. Great location with a couple newer built restaurants around. Right off of interstate.

Our room was very big, nice & clean. Bathroom was very nice. It had a walkin shower with glass doors. Staff at the front desk was very helpful & professional. The location of the hotel is close to everything but we didnt hear any noise. The pool looked alittle small but we weren't there to swim. Great hotel!

The conference room was clean,, well lit, perfect for the audience size, and staff provided friendly directions upon entry. Audio was also flawless.

I host meetings and seminar events in their meeting space. The room is always prepared ahead of time (I don't have to worry about it being done), the environment is clean and quiet, and the staff are accommodating and courteous.

I know this is really late for me to reviewing my experience but I think it would be bad on my part for not telling my stay at courtyard. Picture this Mid March we have been declared a state of emergency, first the rain came with floods then came the snow overnight knocking out power for three days sub freezing temperatures which left me whole electric house without any lights or heat beside this weak and quite scary kerosene heater my college was closed for two days so I couldn't find refuge there and everything was to a standstill making me unable to contact my relatives for help I finally decided I needed to get outta here and find power. I honestly do not have a lot of money (poor college student) so things like a hotel stay are very rare and used only in emergency situations or for travel. So I drove to Bridgeport in hopes to find a room unknowing if they would all be booked from the pipe liners but I knew easpointe had power also I heard someone stay at the courtyard before and said it was a nice stay so dirty hungry cold and exhausted I drudge into the lobby and the wonderful receptionist Kara greeted me in and booked me a room right away and was nice enough to give me a room on the third floor so it would be quieter. I cannot tell you how nice it was to walk into a room that was had working heat lights and hot water! The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very plush and the window was very big letting in a lot of natural lighting.
