Very nice hotel. Well maintained and has plenty of parking. Front desk staff are very friendly and are eager to help solve any issue that may arrive. One of my top stays at a hotel.

Just want to say Thank you Jasmine for an awesome housekeeper who help me. I checked into a room on 3rd floor and as I got into the room my girlfriend had to use the restroom and there were no toilet tissue at all. I went out and let the housekeeper know there were no tissue. She was so apologetic and gave me tissue. Then after driving from buffalo to west Virginia I sure was needing coffee. There were plenty cups and creamer but no coffee for pot. So I went back and seen Jasmine and she was such a great young lady and was very apologetic again there was no coffee and gave me the coffee. So I returned and low and behold I went to take a shower and my girlfriend done had hers and I was already undressed for the shower. There were 4 towels 4 hand towels 1 wash cloth. So my girlfriend already used the wash cloth and I wound up using the same wash cloth. So after we were going to wash are clothes downstairs. I seen jasmine the third time, and told her I needed a wash cloth there were only 1 in the room. She was very very apologetic again and I told her it was not her fault. But she continued to tell me she was very sorry. The room was cleaned and everything looked very good except these little missed items. Jasmine should be recognized for her kindness that she gave me and my girlfriend while we stayed here. If I would have thought about it I would have tip her. So my hats off to her. She is a very kind hearted lady and is a great customer help to this hotel.

This is a really nice location. The rooms was really spacious. Loved having the couch to watch TV instead of having to sit on the bed. Not sure how long it has been here but everything looks new. We were able to book online and once we arrived checkin went smoothly. They had a nice breakfast layout with almost everything you could want. Definitely will return.

Excellent, very clean, no residual smoke odor. An excellent breakfast with eggs sausage, waffles yogurt and cereal choices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This Comfort Suites is one of the best mid-priced hotels we have encountered on many north-south runs between Canada and the southern U. S. A. Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable, as the name implies. Staff are competent, efficient and personable. Location is far enough from the highway for quiet sleep. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast offered good choice and was tasty, with the dining room kept tidy and food stocked by a sweet little lady. A good choice.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. After attending multiple parties at this hotel, we decided to book one for our sons party. My husband called and made the reservations, letting them know we needed a room to accommodate 30+ people. When I arrived and check in, the front desk staff gave us a conference room that had a max occupancy of 20 people. There was a long oval meeting table, with 10 rolling chairs and two small tables. Not enough space for what we needed. I went and spoke to the front desk staff and She stared there was no other room, until I told her I had previously been there for parties before and was in a much larger room. She then changed her story and said that room usually cost $75 more and when I asked if it was available, she said no. We were there from 1230-530 and no one ever went in or out of the bigger room. We will NEVER book a party or room here. My husband has called the general manager numerous times and left numerous messages, to never get a callback. Horrible place, horrible staff and horrible experience!

I have previously booked 3 birthday parties here for my kids, and this most recent party has made 4. The first 3 times I was charged $150 for a LARGE banquet/conference room (across from the lobby restrooms, to the left of the breakfast area), enough to fit 30-40 people comfortably with use of the pool. The restrooms in the hallway/lobby/pool area were phenomenally cleaned and very nice. This past experience, however, was the polar opposite. I was put in the small banquet/conference room (across the hall from the ice machine, but next to the pool) with two large tables and chairs all around. Barely enough room to move, enough to fit MAYBE 10-15 people comfortably, not enough space for a child's birthday party, the pool restroom was dirty and had either hot chocolate or feces and trash throughout the toilet area; on top of being charged $200 for a SMALLER and crammed room. Book elsewhere if you are trying to have a decent get together; save your time, money, and frustration. Not to mention the housekeeping staff that was walking around WITHOUT shoes and you could see her socks plain as day! I wonder how some previous reviewers were able to recently use the large banquet/conference rooms, but some of us get shafted and stuck in the small one?

Was there for a swimming birthday party. The hotel is located in a quiet area, plenty of spacious parking. The banquet room was nice and spacious even had a sink and counter area. The pool was a decent size, enough to hold 16 plus kids plus any other hotel guests. We were there a good while, desk clerk was helpful and attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for business. The room was very spacious and clean for the price. Half of the room was hardwood and the other half was carpet Which I though was a nice touch. Breakfast is included but it is limited. However there is an Ihop right next door.

Wow! Exceeded my expectations. Very large rooms. Beautiful property with modern furnishings. Nice inside pool and hot tub. Very clean Breakfast was very good, but I wish the coffee was better. Great place to stop on the area. Hotel is located near some other restaurants.

I attended a meeting for my company during my visit. The representative at the front desk was professional and courteous. The room was a proper size for the amount of people attending. The chairs were comfortable for about 30 minutes. I was pleased with my visit.

What a fine accommodation experience! I will stay here again when I am in town. Hotel staff was the best and rooms were more than comfortable.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it had just opened. We loved it. We were a little disappointed this time around to see it starting to go downhill. The main objection was housekeeping. Whoever had cleaned our room did so with a cursory effort, what used to be called a lick and a promise. The first clue was the ring I saw on the dresser as we walked in. Then I found a pair of trousers hanging in the closet. The bathroom counter was clean except for where a cake of soap had been sitting by the faucet. The cleaner had wiped it off, but not scrubbed it, so there was still soap there. Then I happened to pull a drawer open and found it full of clothing. That being said, I think the room was actually clean… but whoever cleaned it was not thorough. If you are in the housekeeping business, and happen to read this, I hope that you will see how important your job is. We actually will not stay at this hotel again because it just left a bad impression and there are so many other hotels at the same exit. If you are a manager and happen to read this I hope you will value your housekeeping staff and realize how important they are. Please don't chew them out, value them and let them know it.

Accommodations were fine, had an issue with veteran discount though. I booked on line and was unaware of veterans discount. When I arrived I paid at desk and showed my drivers license which shows I am a Vet. Not a word about discount. I became aware that evening from another Vet. Upon my return to hotel the desk clerk said it was too late to get the discount since I already checked in. I asked the manager the next day at checkout and was told sorry, you already signed in. Well I was still there wasn't I, they should have honored the discount. I will find another hotel next time. I served with honor, so should they, shame on them. Ron (USAF-1976-1980)

Upon arriving, I was notified that my room had been upgraded to accomodate my request for a handicap room. It was a very nice surprise. But then I went to get on the elevator and three employees of the hotel were waiting there also. They did not even greet me, which is fine. They were in conversation about how much trouble it was to clean the rooms. How they hated the ones with the jacuzzis and kitchens. It made me feel uncomfortable to even be on the elevator with them while they were discussing this. They continued the entire time and they didn't even stop when I was trying to get them to move aside so I could exit the elevator on my floor. The room was wonderful. Their was only a couple things that would have made it the best room ever; the water pressure in the shower is very low; there is a lack of trash cans, ie none in the kitchen area or bedroom. Other than that, the room was great. The breakfast checked all the boxes, but the quality of the food wasn't the best. The lack of vending machines was also a negative. A bottle of soda in the "marketplace" was almost $3. Luckily there was a Sheetz right around the corner. Overall, the hotel is extremely nice and will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated & only going on 3 yrs. Old! THIS is the place to stay! Very FAMILY friendly; on their bookcase, they have family games & to read while here! Just finished breakfast & we are full! Plenty of things to choose from: fresh fruit — hot biscuits & gravy! Oh, don't forget strawberry flavored waffles! Fell in love with the large pool room. Pool & large 8 person walk in HOT TUB! They even have a large patio with grill! Bring some food & grill here! We are already looking into booking here for next year's family reunion!

I was only there for a job fair. Seemed ok. Nice meeting spaces. Front desk barely acknowled but perhaps they'd had a steady stream of candidates.

Really nice surprise. The hotel is really nice to look at. It has a really professional feeling too it. Parking is real easy and we'll lit. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It is right next door to an IHOP. I will definitely be back to this hotel when I'm in the area.

The Comfort Suites was located just off the interstate with a number of businesses close by. The rooms had a lot of space and included a mini fridge. There was also plenty of space for shower supplies which is great for a larger family with many bottles of shampoo and types of soap. It was a great comfortable place to rest for an evening.

I was really impressed with this room! Super clean, friendly staff and our room was huge! We travel at least once a month. I always go with the higher end, more expensive hotels and I'm always disappointed. I'm grateful we found comfort suites! I'm very impressed:)

Top Notch Comfort Suites. The hotel is brand new. Rooms were great. Clean and well maintained Free Breakfast was well done with lots of choices. All staff we interacted with were very professional and friendly.

Love this hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. For the price you can't beat it. The breakfast is pretty good too. Not to mention the view from almost anywhere in this town is beautiful. I pass by this town for work alot and it's starting to become my go-to place to stop at.

I attended a birthday party in one of meeting rooms. It wax quite spacious and met all of our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and we also had access to the Poole which was great. We had over 30 people and the event went off without a hitch. We will definitely use their facilities again.

Our refrigerator was dirty as well as our jaccuzzi tub. Also there was hair in the bathroom. I called to reserve a room with a hot tub/ jaccuzzi me and my husband could get in and I paid $150 for a bath tub with jets. I would not have accepted the room if our vehicle didn't break down on the interstate and we had it towed as we rented a vehicle to get there. My husband is a Vet and had a doctors appointment the next morning, he also has a pacemaker which is why I wanted a hot tub jaccuzzi for both of us to enjoy. I will never book here again. Terrible and the cleaning was not done. Kept my slippers on in the shower, disgusting for a big price.

As always a great stay! New bartender is hot so that's a plus too! Clean rooms and a fair breakfast, worth they stay.

The hotel was very clean. I was in morgantown working and decided to stop there about 30 mins from morgantown. I will definitely be stopping there again.

Worst internet ever! I came out here on business and to be honest it's the worst hotel to work from. There is little to no reliable internet connection. One week the internet is great an the next two the internet won't even load a web page. There are a few other hotels being built across the street and I recommend anyone coming or sending employees out here to book elsewhere. The breakfast is not as advertised either. If you like eggs and cheap microwave sausage in the mornings along with awful internet, this place might work out for you. Otherwise I suggest booking elsewhere. And the one and only one elevator is so slow you might as well take the stairs. All in all my chief complaint is the internet. The staff is really nice though.
