Best place to hold a party/event. The event rooms are spacious. The food is excellent. And you will not find better customer service anywhere! Rhonda & the catering/event support team are hands down the best in our area!

Everything staff is incredible, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, cooks, bartenders shuttle driver the early driver, hes a stud watch out ladys, dave is his name.

The staff has always been so helpful. Even when I forgot the dogs bowl they accommodated!

We’ve been staying at the Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn for many years and it is and has always been such a welcoming place for us and our dogs. The staff is very attentive to our needs, the restaurant waitresses have been there as long as we have been staying and are top notch, Susan and her team can be proud of the well run hotel/restaurant. They provide lots of old fashioned customer service at a very affordable price when customer service seems to be going out of fashion…

Adequate room but bed soft on one side. More options for a continental breakfast would be good. Very nice facilities for a small banquet meeting.

Very comfortable room. No problems. Restaurant is very good. My pet Scottie liked it also. He was left alone 6 to 8 hours daily during my 7 day stay.

Decent and clean. Staff was friendly. I was hoping to use the exercise equipment while staying but the room was out of order. Wi-Fi password would not work properly. On site restaurant was nice. Pretty good food.

Upon entry room was fresh. Bathroom was updated and spotless. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet restful night. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. Great value!

Loved the atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Good price. Only drawback is no free breakfast, but they do have a restaurant right on the premises.

Room had dirty clothes and garbage left in it. On site restaurant closed for the day. An email to that effect would have been appreciated as we were a party of four ladies travelling south.

This is more for their banquet room and service there. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and made our gathering memorable. The food was good overall. We were told it was the chef's first attempt at cooking certain specific dishes (Scot Eggs) but I thought she did well.

The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Even the coffee in my room was good (I usually don't even bother with coffee as it tastes like they scooped it from a mud puddle). The price was more than decent. This is probably the nicest best western I've ever seen and I've been travelling for a living for the past 12 years. If I am ever in the area again, this will be my "go to".

Nice stop after a full day of travel and staff made the stay pleasant. The restaurant also had good food and caring staff.

The room was about average in size that we stayed in, but the bathroom was tiny. It was like being in a bathroom stall at the mall instead of a bathroom you would use in a hotel. They had the most useless helpful bar in the bathtub I have ever encountered. It was in the way of my arms and elbows when I took a shower. The bar is also angled, which makes it hard for anyone that sits in the bathtub to grab and pull up on it because their hand would slide down the bar and pinch their hand at the bottom. If someone was shorter or perhaps weaker than me, it would be difficult to reach the bar as it was placed kind of high, so it is almost out of reach. The room itself had a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, desk, and a flat screen TV. They don't have any closets, but they do have an armoire to put your clothes in. They do need to work on their keys or their key slots on the door as it took about 20 times to swipe the card to unlock the door every single day. I do like that their check out time is 12 PM. They don't offer a free continental breakfast, but they do have a restaurant on location that serves breakfast until 11 AM. They also have a laundry room, fitness center, and an outdoor pool. I don't think the pool is heated as it was closed while we were there in April and it was still a bit chilly for swimming. The most annoying part of the room we stayed in is the fact they don't have enough outlets to use.

The reception was very friendly the were very helpful the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good overall I had a comfortable stay.

The food was perfect and the hotel was very clean. The employees were professional and friendly.

The entire staff was EXTREMELY friendly. The shuttle service was great and the drivers were very kind; I got everywhere I needed to be, on time. The breakfast service was great. I highly recommend it! My only comment was the furniture was organized oddly throughout the room, when you first walked in the room felt smaller than it should have.

Facility was clean, staff helpful, amenities excellent, price as low as other facilities of lesser quality. This is the seventh stay we have had at a Best Western and I am totally committed to booking at their facilities when they are available.

We love this hotel's romantic jacuzzi suites! We go here every year for a getaway and have never been disappointed!

This is a consistently satisfactory experience. The staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfortable; the linens are top notch. In addition, the in-hotel restaurant is a step above expectation. We have never been disappointed in the breakfast or dinner offerings. The menu is diverse though limited to a degree, the food is well prepared as well as presented, and the staff is attentive. No hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Excellent stay. Best beds in long time. Plush, new, and comfortable. Nice staff and pet friendly. Close to everything. No breakfast included, but nice causal restaurant on premise.

It's not bad. The place is quiet and clean. Just not crazy about the intersection before the hotel.

It was nice. The rooms were nice. Had a fridge and a microwave, however the fridge does not stay cold. Nice place to stay.

Not a bad hotel. Staff is nice and they do a good job cleaning every day. We stayed for 3 weeks on business. There is definitely nicer hotels to stay at in the area though.

I didn't stay there. I go to support a friend in the karaoke contest. So all I've seen is the lounge and it looks decent.

Only one elevator so depending on where your room is you could have a very long walk. I'm handicapped so it was not good for me. The bed was a little lumpy. No wall plugs close to night stand for cell phones. The employees were very nice.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good restaurant.
We had a problem with our door and they were there to fix it right away. No fan in the bathroom, that is a pet peeve of mine. The mattress was not good for me. Hubby was fine with it. We have been here before and will return in a week or so.

Fast check-in. Friendly attendants at front desk. Very nice and neat rooms with clean sheets and towels without any detergent smell.

I was very pleased with this stay. The room was nice. The breakfast was great and the bartender was nice too. I was there for my high school reunion and they did a pretty good job on their banquet services too. The price was great. I'd stay here again.

EXCELLENT! We arrived seconds before a horrible wind, thunder and lightening storm with tornado warning hit. No wind when I got out of the car to check in, hubby was waiting in the car, the clerks on duty were telling me about the tornado warning when all I can say, out of no where very high winds with rain hit and hit hard. The nice young man behind the counter ran around the counter and headed out to my car to get the luggage! And took it all the way to our room! Luckily all we ended up with was a wowzer of a thunderstorm, no tornado but it was unsettling indeed. Thanks to this young man who was in training too! We had dinner in the restaurant and they went overboard too! EXCELLENT service there too.

Great place to stay! Best Western Plus, Bridgeport, WV. Greatly situated, lots of amenities around this area. Clean, Comfortable and the Staff are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend you stay here if you have the chance.

While I didn't stay there I did attend a meeting there. The imperial room was set up well and the food was great. The hotel staff was very considerate and made the night a great event. The hotel itself looks like an older place but seems to be kept up very well. If I ever need too stay in this area I would consider this hotel depending on price.

Staff very friendly. Stayed here twice and like being able to have dinner and breakfast in the Inn. Ideal for us doing a long drive. Have stayed twice, but noticed the plumbing was a bit noisy when the other room flushed the toilet in the night it woke my up.

Our friends in different rooms said their rooms smelled like smoke; however, ours did not. Also, no free breakfast. The room was great for us!

Good housekeeping staff with a friendly staff in general. Located near various fast food and sit down restaurants. The pub within the hotel is a nice place with delicious food and a wing night every Tuesday.

After we drove all day from North Carolina, where we stayed at a terrible hotel this was a breath of fresh air. Clean room, free internet, and lots of pillows which is all I cared about.

I feel like a giant trapped in a midgets world. Everything about the rooms are small. On a positive note the staff is wonderful.

Good place to sleep and you can bring your pets here too, nice friendly people.

I want to personally thank Brenda in housekeeping for taking care of Teddy who unfortunately got left behind when we stayed there back on March 15, 2014. She took the time to send him back to us and it was greatly appreciated. Our stay was also very good, the rooms were comfortable and we had no issues. Brenda and all the staff. Thanks.

I Love this hotel, its really nice, cozy and comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean the staffs are very friendly nice and helpful to our questions and to what we need but I hate the fact that when we try few times to stay there again, they always booked up don't have any rooms available, maybe for one night or none at all. But I guess we was lucky for our first time. So definitely will go back and stay thats if there's any rooms available.

I stayed here on business for 10 days, and my company set me up with the reservation here. After getting my reservation I called the location and specifically asked for a NON smoking room. The day I arrived, the front desk handed me my key, and I went to my room. The exterior of the facility does not give a lot of confidence. There were employees standing outside of what I assume was the back door to the restaurant smoking and sitting on upside down buckets. I ignored this and proceeded to my room. The moment I opened the door the smell of smoke hit me. I went back to the front desk and told them that I had been placed in a smoking room. I told them that I had called about a week earlier asking for a non smoking room. The man look at the notes, agreed with me that there was a note stating that I had asked for a nonsmoking room and then told me they were booked solid and that I would have to wait for a new room. 6 days into my stay (I was unable to make other arrangements with another hotel on short notice) and they finally moved me to a non smoking room. I asked every day, and they assured me that my name was in a book to be moved asap, but they did not accomidate me. I ended up smelling like a cigrette butt for 6 days because they would not make right what they had screwed up. I expected better of Best Western, let alone a "3 star" hotel.

The hotel itself was more than satisfactory. The onsite restaurant however is a completely different story. The food was terrible and the bartender was fairly rude. There was one waitress who seemed to be doing a very god job. When I went to get some hot water for my tea the water was cold, the front desk told me to go to the restaurant and tell Dan. Well, after waiting for about 5 minutes for somebody to come out, I was completely ignored and passed over for to other patrons who had arrived after me. Hotel = O. K. Restaurant = TERRIBLE.
