We used our free night at this hotel, our daughter was eating the breakfast burrito that was provided to us in the grab and go bag. Mind you no paper plates no napkins. My daughter dropped it on the bed and it got beans on the bed so I grabbed a towel to clean the mess. No big deal right its washable. And not like they give anything to prevent or clean up messes. I looked at my account today and they charged me 60 dollars. I called to see why they said that they have to replace the towel and sheet because it got beans on it. SERIOUSLY! everything is white… you put it in the washer with some bleach (which it probably didnt need) and it would be perfectly fine! funny thing is when we're checked in at 11pm we got to our room laid down and there were yellow stains all over the bedding… but they had to throw away the ones with burrito on it lmao! DONT STAY HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!

Nice just like any best western so many choices for breakfast unlike any other Best Western I've been to, bar totally Clean Indoor Pool gym definitely no roaches here.

Stayed 3 nights. Staff was wonderful but saw 2 roaches crawling in the room, food on the TV stand and dirty floor when we checked in. Tv didn’t work, ran out of hot water all three mornings for showers and found a hair in the gravy at breakfast. Animal Urine smell in 4th floor hall. Walls were patched, bath tub was moldy and the jacuzzi tub was hot but jets didn’t work. We won’t ever stay at a Best Western again. Hotel from Hell.

Great midway stopping point. Not much to do there but you could go into Spokane if you want to shop. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Pool was chilly and hot tub was only warm.

All of the amenities are open 24 hours, which is great for my family to get a chance to swim! The breakfast was great and had many options. The dining area was nice. There were video game consoles available, which could be fun for the kids. The double queen room was very spacious and had nice double sinks outside of the bathroom! A big help with a family. We're definitely planning to use on future trips as a stopping point. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel about a year ago and wanted to replicate the excellent experience we had then. We weren't disappointed! Staff was caring and professional; room was spotless, modern and comfortable; bed was super; lighting was good; water was hot; TV worked well; breakfast was above average. We'll definitely stay again when we're in Washington state!

I don't believe any these negative comments. Every staff member from checking in to happy hour and even the ladies who get the breakfast ready in the morning, all top notch employees and excellent service! I'll stay here any time I work in spokane.

Not my favorite hotel. Upon arrival I was thinking this looks like nice hotel. Nice lobby and clean room. Friendly staff. Now what I didn't care for hot tub not hot, pool little cold. No towels in pool area so had to drip dry before heading to room to change. Staying here for work I did not have to pay for this room if I had I would be disappointed. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends and family. Not the worst hotel but not really impressed.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The desk agent a nice young lady was so kind and very proud if her job and the hotel. She talked highly of the hotel as she told us about the offerings. The same lady was there in the morning so I'm not sure if she worked all night but every time I saw her she was smiling and genuinely happy. Those are the kind of individuals who make the hospitality industry successful. The hotel had a 24 hour pool and gym and even though I couldn't enjoy either I felt that was an awesome amenity to have!

Great location to stay when visiting Washington/Idaho area. Super comfy beds a great happy hour to help you unwind after a busy day. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety to choose from.

This hotel was clean and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed at a good price. It was a good value with a great breakfast. The front desk staff were great and very knowledgeable about the local area.

Best Western Plus Liberty Lake Inn has earned our sincere appreciation for their staff service and for the quality of their rooms and amenities. Their price is more than reasonable. And their pet friendly policy is one of the best we have found. We will certainly use this hotel again if we are in the area, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a room in the Spokane, WA-Coeur d'Alene, ID area.

I have not started in the hotels, but attended a swim class in their pool. The staff is very friendly, the pool is well maintained, and both the pool and hot tub have handicap access chairs.

We recently stayed here for a few nights on a family vacation and it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were wonderful. Definitely enjoyed the make you own breakfast sandwich and they made omelettes to order on Sunday.

It was a nice place, went in the breakfast area for a birthday, then went to the pool. It was good but the hotub the finish cut my foot.

I stayed here the night after Thanksgiving 2017. I was driving over to visit my sister who lives about 1/2 mile from there. I have two Whippets who travel with me and can't stay with my sister because they have a lot of cats. I called on Thanksgiving night because I was suddenly concerned that my note about needing a first floor room due to disability might not have been seen. The fellow who answered found the note on my reservation but said rooms had not been assigned yet and he said he would make a note of my needs. I arrived about 6pm the next evening and was given a second floor room and was told it was right by the stairs so it was easy to find. I said that I had called the previous evening and asked for a first floor room. She said "because of the dogs? " I said "no — because I am disabled! " She said "well, all the first floor rooms are taken but there is an elevator" and she would move me close to the elevator. My dogs had never been in an elevator so I was concerned. In addition, I cannot leave them alone so every trip up to the room and down to the car meant taking them with me — making more trips because I could only carry one or two things at a time. I was upset. I needed a room that was friendly for disability but the bathroom had numerous issues that were not disability friendly. Then the shower did not work properly and only dribbled. I went down to the desk before leaving and complained about all the inconveniences.

Awsome hotel. I stay at Best Western exclusively and this is by far the best one yet. :-)

I love this hotel, it is my go-to spot when I visit the Spokane area. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and the beds are so comfortable. Hot breakfast is included in the price of the room. I use the priceline website to get the lowest rate.

Wow. This is not at all what I was expecting. This place is nicer than some four star hotels I've stayed at. Very clean. Very comfortable. If this is the direction Best Western is headed, I'll plan on starting here more often.

This hotel in my opinion is the best that the state of Washington, I have stayed in 4 and 5 star places not are no less than $500 a night and they don't even come close.

It's a great place. It had amazing service and amazing rooms. The pool is wonderful, and the hot tub. They have an amazing recreational room with pool, checkers, many televisions, game systems, and some couches to just hang out on. They have delicious wide variety of breakfast food in the morning that is very delicious. I go to this hotel every time I'm in Spokane. It's a great place to stay and I recommend it for all ages.

I wouldn't say that this hotel is especially new feeling, but the rooms are nice, the staff is always helpful, and the pool is 24 hours (18+ after 10pm). Monday through Thursday they have 2 free drinks and snacks from 5-7pm. Overall, a great place to stay if you're needing a place in the area.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty reasonable for a continental breakfast. Our room key kept not working even though we kept it away from everything so we had to activate it many times. Staff was friendly. They had happy hour m-h two free drinks with snacks. Wish they did it everyday. Pool and hot tub were pretty hotel basic.

Our stay was so great! That staff was very friendly and warm. The breakfast had a great selection of things to try and we could play pool for free anytime we wanted!

No major problems, clean, great interior, bed comfortable, quiet. Looked like a nice pool … Didn't use it. Happy hour drinks and snacks a plus if you are a BW member. Breakfast has a good selection.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the host and checked into our room, since we were also club members we got our gift for staying. The room was clean with a newer LG flat screen TV hooked up to xfinity cable box it also came with some higher end channels at no cost. The room came with a shower tub combination, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. Had to get front desk to bring up toilet paper because housekeeping forgot to put some inside. Happy hour was cool, John was our bartender and very pleasant and nice. The pool was clean along with the hot tub except somebody took the tubs knob to get the jets to work and the maintenance guy had to use pliers because the parts were on order. Other than that it was very quiet and relaxing except for the beds were were a little firmer than I would like; however, I will just bring a memory foam topper next time. Breakfast was okay with it was better, but free is free.

The room was dirty with food and a lot of toe nail clippings on the floor. The bathroom light was out. We had to use our phone flashlights to see in there. The sink area floor was sticky. The spa had dirt on the bottom of it. Staff was nice and the breakfast was a nice choice of foods.

Hotel was newly renovated, which was very nice. Blood stain on one of the blankets, probably from a bloody nose, but the blanket had been washed so I wasn't worried about it. Paint job in the building was pretty atrocious, but I have an eye for it because I am a painter. Friendly front desk and easy check in and check out. Easy to get to from I-90.

Our stay at this hotel was so very nice, all the staff were exceptional at performing their jobs. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was also very good, great variety.

This little hotel is doing it right. All about customer service, satisfaction and going the extra mile. We checked in to a lovely clean lobby, inviting and friendly. The front desk lady was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We were invited to happy hour in the hospitality room, where there was free wine, beer and goodies to munch! And it was great! The gentleman serving us was one of those really friendly people with a permanent real smile for everyone he served. There was cheese, crackers, pretzels, taco chips and sauce to munch on. The rooms were spacious and clean, well laid out with everything we needed. This will be our Spokane hotel. But with this level of customer service you might have to book a year in advance when the word gets out! Thank you Liberty Inn, we will be back.

Liberty Lake best Western was without a doubt one of the Nicest Best Western we have stayed at. All of the staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. Very clean with great beds. Their a happy hr and breakfast better than average.

Room was clean, breakfast was decent, staff was friendly. They lack a service elevator, so there were long waits at times, when housekeeping staff was moving their carts or when guests were loading their luggage. All in all, a decent stay. Would stay there again. Especially because they accept dogs. One strange thing that happened was when a "homeless looking" couple kept coming in and out the pool facility in the first day. In one of those times, the woman pointed at my shoes (which were lying around along with my wallet and ipad) and asked if they were hers. I just said no so she left again. At that point my 12y old daughter asked to go back to the room.

Well, we decided to stay here at a nicer motel than our usual off Argonne that is a bit sketch. Liberty Lake area is the newer part of Spokane. We made the trip to house hunt as we are relocating to that area. I was born and raised there as well. My daughter and I only stayed two nights. First thing I noticed was four hairs in the shower that were very noticeable. I went to lock our door and the deadbolt worked but the top lock that latches was completely loose. It wouldn't stay closed. Went to dry my hair after a shower and the hair dryer is broken. It folds in half but should be in a locking position to use it. Nope. Both nights had to call the front desk due to very loud guests on the floor above us. It was like midnight first time and second night 2am. I did mention to the male working the front desk the information the first morning. Got back in the evening and maintenance hadn't fixed the lock and no hair dryer replaced. This place is next to a bar and grill. It was extremely loud due to motor cycles and cars the first evening. I am assuming it was one of the parties of people there that syphoned a full tank of gas from our vehicle. Informed the manager of this after returning from house hunting. I filled up immediately upon coming into Spokane that day, then only drove to the motel. Driving out to Deer Park the light goes on and I am out of gas. Yep, $50 worth gone. I was told by two employees they would have the manager contact me which has yet to be done.

If you need a place to stay in Liberty Lake, I recommend this place. Clean and well kept. All the staff were great, from the front desk to the ladies working the buffet. The free breakfast was a plus, plenty to choose from and tasted great.

We had in issue with our room the first night, and our needs were quickly and graciously accommodated. Great pool, nice staff, clean and cozy beds. Delicious breakfast that's is quickly refilled during peak times. Cold A/C! Clean appliances and bathrooms. We will be back!

Crap, crap, crap. They didn't clean our room, even though they knew we had our "please clean room" sign outside our door. We had to bring the front desk our garbage and dirty towels. They claimed they couldn't do anything for us, since we booked through expedia… Bull CRAP!

My family stayed at the best western in liberty lake on our 2 week vacation! I called for a reservation from the road I was quoted a price of $134.00 a night, so we stayed there, in the morning checking out, my bill was $234.00 Which they all ready took out of my card acct. I tried to explain to the manager that the bill was wrong, and he was very rude, and said I must have heard wrong. Well I didn't! I have stayed at many best western hotels never a problem until liberty lake. The manager said he would call me back later when he straightened it out, he never called back! Worst hotel experience of my life! Don't stay there they will rob you.

We have yet to be let down by best western. We have stayed at several across the west this past two weeks and we are very pleased. When I was checking in I overheard that a guest wanted them to come make the pull out bed. And while I would never expect that level of service, they met their request.

After 5 hotels in 8 nights, this has been by far the best experience. The service is just great! Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order, room had both a fridge and a microwave as well but perhaps what was the most convenient is the access to PLUGS! They have them with almost all their lights and even a couple extras along the walls. I find this to be frustrating in most hotels. THANKS! The breakfast is also one of the best I have had, they have multiple options for hot and cold breakfast. Pool is clean. Easy access to Idaho and Spokane. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family traveling this way. Thanks for the great stay. I will likely stay here next time I come through as well.

My wife and I have stayed at the Peppertree Inns at the airport and Liberty Lake multiple times and have never been dissatisfied. The front staff is always friendly as is housekeeping. The hotels have always been clean and a comfortable temperature, the rooms are up to date and clean as well. We travel to the Spokane area often and will continue to stay here. Highly recommended.

First, It has come to my attention that when you stay at the Peppertree Inn, you are giving these con artists permission to drain your credit cards. My suggestion would be; purchase a prepaid creditcard with the amount of the room rates you need covered. This will prevent the Thieves that work in this establishment from draining whatever credit you may have on that card. Second. If you happen to need to leave your room for whatever reason, but dont want to have the PepperTree Inn staff to steal or go through any of your things, Be sure to take proper photos each time you leave your room. But because they claim that your pictures dont hold any ground, Try purchasing a small nanny cam. (Trust me. The cost of this camera can save you hundreds, in comparison to the money or items that they may steal or feel justified in helping themselfs to. Perscription drugs jewelry clothing electronics) Third, remember that they will do whatever it takes to cover their own butts. This is a franchise with what seems to be, con artists, thiefs and employees not afraid to steal medication from a baby,. If you happen to stay at this PepperTree Inn, be sure to keep your eyes on the employees and your personal things. (sorta like your staying at a Convicts home. ) I would NEVER recommend Liberty Lake Peppertree to ANYONE! What I do recommend, Is staying somewhere nicer for less money, I recommend staying at a 1 hour hotel before you resort to staying at this establishment!

I've stayed here in the past. It's fairly clean and nice, and a good breakfast and local papers in the morning. It had ice and a pool and all that; go for it. I'm just going to have to give it a 3 star for customer service today. The manager curtly informed me, after a hold time long enough that I expected some results, that I could not reserve rooms for my relatives in town at my company's corporate rate. I had selected the Inn because my work has a corporate rate with the Inn. I then informed him that I would no longer recommend they stay there on future visits, to which he replied "ok, great. " and we hung up. It may be a matter of policy, and it's not that which I rate them down for, you see — it's just his way of going about it and the customer service today.
