My parent stayed here over Thanksgiving and Christmas when they came into Spokane to visit and the staff was AMAZING! They really were thoughtful about so many details and made it feel like home away from home so much we did half of our visiting there and not just at my house.

The room was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable and both soft and firm pillows are provided and labeled. The room was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast had many options!

Every time I go through Spokane, and am staying the night, I stay here. Great customer service, and all around good people.

Nice hotel. We didn't have a chance to check out any of their amenities as we were really only there to get some shut-eye before work, but the pool and hot tub looked very inviting, and I think it's so cute that they do milk and cookies in the evening! Leaving in the morning, the breakfast looked quite popular. The front desk people were all quite friendly, even the lady who had worked overnight and would be understandably exhausted. So overall a nice stay.

Easy access to freeway, safe location. Excellent customer service. Awesome free breakfast and don't forget to try the cinnamon rolls! clean, well taken care of facility inside and out. Pet and family friendly.

Holiday Inn Express is always our favorite place to stay. The rooms are consistently comfortable. The free breakfast is always consistent and better than most free breakfasts The beds and pillows are always very comfortable. The prices are not the cheapest, but I find them a good value for the money. This location in East Spokane is no exception. They also have a really nice lobby where they have popcorn, cookies, and iPads for free use. They have a small fenced off grassy area behind the breakfast room for dogs to be off leash and do their business.

Location is easily accessible near the freeway. The pool was a perfect temperature for lengthy kid play time. Nice breakfast area and good food options. Appreciated the 7:00pm milk and cookies.

Not the typical HIE. Very dated, pretty run down room. The so called food at this location was missing most of the time and bad when it was there. Not coming back here.

Was really impressed and pleased with our stay here! Would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Spokane they try this place.

The hospitality is above any other Holiday Inn we have stayed at! A special shout out to the guy who runs the kitchen. He was so thoughtful and went above and beyond everyime!

Very modern and well appointed with amenities. Staff was very courteous and helpful even in difficult situations. Hotel is very pet friendly as advertised, which is good because none of the other IHG hotels in the Spokane area are pet friendly.

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express! We got to town and had no place to live for a month, so I have a Holiday Inn Card and we decided to settle in for the Month! Eek! We are on week 3 and the Service is Impeccable. The Staff are Courteous and the Facility is clean. Their Breakfast is enjoyable and the nights they serve Dinner, they are Hearty Dinners. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Very beautiful and spacious rooms that are well kept, as well as all common areas. I still have a headache from the chlorine, but the pool area is very nice and cozy. Went for my niece's birthday party, and it was a very good spot for that. Definitely a great visit.

Not like other Holiday Inn Express Hotels I’ve stayed in! Bathroom not cleaned, won’t stay here again. I thought Holiday Express Hotels had higher standards.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff was very kind and helped our large party very well. If has a wonderful breakfasf. The rooms are nice and comfortable and they are very large. It has a nice indoor pool and jaquzzi for cold weather. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beds were super comfy, rooms smell new only complaint is the temperature of the hot water. Had a luke warm shower on both occasions that I showered. Otherwise a great hotel.

Customer service staff was fantastic and the room was nice and clean just what we'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express or we wouldn't keep coming back. Nice facility!

Hotel refuses to issue miles or points. Tired of cheap owners hiding behind “not a qualified rate” excuse. I stay in Spokane twice a week and was assured I’d receive miles for switching to their hotel. Going back to Oxford inn now. Place is so much better in general too The place looks nothing like the pictures online. The beds are horrible and creepy people going in and out all night. Lock your doors twice if you stay here. Ha.

Had a lovely quiet time. Must stay for breakfast. It's amazing the lady that works there on Tuesday was a delight she was on top of her game. She seems to love what she does. Great job.

Very nice me and my man are staying here for our 5th annavisary. And we are loving it! the room and nice and clean and cory at the from desk is so awesome! he was so nice and genuine best service I had in long time! thank you cory your awesome I will always come back as long as he is working here he was so polite. We enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean hotel. There were complimentary cookies and milk when we got there. Then in the morning there were complimentary donuts. But let me say the breakfast was delicious! 2 chioces of omlettes, sausage, fresh fruit, cinnamon roll (just to name a few). Their breakfast was the highlight of my stay! We will definitely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed over night. Had a wonderful stay clean comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. For a good price would stay here again.

Nice place, didn't get to try the pool or gym but the looked decent. Breakfast was great, eating area is a bit crowded. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our hotels pool was closed, so this one allowed us to use their pool. Just down the street. Pretty awesome if you ask me. My kids were so happy.

Amazingly courteous and professional staff who assisted us and provided excellent accommodation options when we had arrived without reservations (note, that was a weeknight). Location is convenient and hotel was very clean with all needed amenities. Ample parking.

Clean, updated and awesome service. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Room and bed were modern and slept like a baby. This particular hotel has won many awards and deserving so. I would highly recommend. It was nicer than most upscale hotels I've stayed in. Top notch!

It's easy to find with adequate parking. The rooms at this hotel are clean and comfortable, with modern Tvs so that you can plug in a laptop or console. There is a pool, and they have a happy hour with free drinks and food in the evening. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One issue is that the door locks are kind of a pain. The card has to be bent back as it's pulled out, or the lock won't read it properly.

Outstanding check in, and the room was nicely furnished and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each day and a decent breakfast to boot. Highly recommended by this IHG Vet.

This is probably the nicest Holiday inn express I've stayed at. Extremely nice staff, breakfast always on time and fresh. Dinners were different each time and very delicious. I was surprised how big my room was, it had a living room and second TV with no extra charge. I'll definitely be returning again. My only complaint is the location, not as big as selection as downtown holiday inn but a better hotel overall!

The staff was great, room clean, beds comfortable. The price of hotels in general is so out of line I am going to have to quit traveling. I do recommend this hotel excellent but pricey.

Spent 5 nights here on a business trip. I have to say one of the most pleasant and professional hotel stays for this price range. Excellent breakfast, neat and comfortable. No complaints. I will say I'm now convinced that HIX will be my preferred brand.

We were overwhelmed by the amenities and the personable staff's hospitality. We stopped in Spokane Valley on the spur of the moment, and after calling the Quality Inn, and finding that they didn't have any available rooms, they referred us to the Holiday Inn Express, which price-matched the more affordable Quality Inn. All of the staff were genuinely friendly, and the head of housekeeping, after discovering that it was our youngest boy's birthday, bought him and his brother several gifts each! The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen offered complimentary beer and wine in the evening, and the breakfast bar was thoroughly delicious and diverse. We are converted, and will certainly stay there again!

Filthy! The hallways look like they rarely get vacuumed & very stained. Pink grime in sink & shower. Stains on ceiling moist and food or some thing. Attention to detail. If you don't do that then how's that bed your sleeping in or the biscuits & gravy your putting in your mouth? It appears as though they put a bandaid on & try to fool you with their building. However, the staff were great & very friendly!

Very average. Seems like an older property. Outdated. Internet was very slow, could not even stream Netflix.

Nice hotel. Coffee 24 hours which is great because I work nights. Breakfast is above average. Rooms are nice and fairly spacious. Have evening food option and drink which is really nice.

First and foremost the beds were extremely comfortable the friendliness at the front desk made me really feel at home now I travel alone and as a woman safety is extremely important to me I felt extremely safe and after staying there several times I actually felt like part of the family as they seem to recognize me from my previous visit I am very picky about where I sleep and was completely satisfied.

We are staying for 2 nights. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and clean. Both beds were confortable. The breakfast was great and the offer cookies and milk in the evening.

Dont stay here on a weekend! The bar in the parking lot blasts music so loud you cannot get away from it til 2am! The hotel management knows yet does nothing.

This should have been done 10 years ago, but my friend/co-worker lost her son in Afghanistan. Her son (21) and his wife (19) and son (1 yrs old) where stationed out of Spokane and the funeral was there. There was no place for friends/family to stay during this HORRIBLE time in their lives. The wonderful people at Holiday Inn Express Spokane-Valley gave them a couple of rooms (and even us guests when we came for few days surrounding the funeral) and would not let any of us pay. We stayed 2 days, but she and her family stayed MANY. I am unsure if it was 2 weeks or even longer. I still remember their amazingly generous hospitality and great rooms/breakfast. Thank you!
