Much better than the Motel 6 we stayed at last time. They are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they dont accommodate to allergies with their breakfast, but not many places do. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone coming this direction.

They have 24 hour pool and hot tub. Breakfast options could be better, but delicious and excellent service otherwise. Under the bed was still dirty, but looked good otherwise. The bed (1Queen, wheelchair access, no smoking) was bit hard and pillows needed to be replaced badly (-1*)

Older building, floor had a couple pieces of paper on it and areas that were sticky. It felt like there was no floor under the bathtub in our room. You have to walk through the parking lot to get to another motel to swim in their pool. Breakfast was hard as it was so busy.

Nice Convenient Location and huge paved lot for semi parking. Staff is Great. Laura, Candace, Kyle, and the early morning front desk… Cant remember his name. Hassle-Free check-in. Denny's restaurant 70 feet away. Breakfast is Great (especially fond of the Biscuits&Gravy. Rooms have always been clean. Nothing to complain about.

Candace at the front desk is on top of every situation! Broke down and stayed here 2 weeks! She has been so helpful, making sure we were taken care of! The staff is polite, informative and very helpful. If you are close and need a place to stay, I highly reccomend here!

Nice paved truck parking around back. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is nice, and there are waffles, cereal and biscuits and gravy. We stayed two weeknights and our cat was welcomed with an extra pet charge. The furniture was good quality, TV was big, Wi-Fi was fast enough to support PS4 gaming without a single glitch. The only complaint was maybe the carpet could have been cleaner. It wasn't horrible, but I definitely wouldn't set a baby down on it, although our cat had a fine time. All around, it was a good 2 days off. We will stay here again, for sure.

We had to stop here and got a room for 2 nights because my husband was having problems with his shoulder and neck. We had to take a break from his job of driving until he got well enough to drive again. No one bothered us and even though we didn't wake up early enough for breakfast, it smelled good. Domino's Pizza delivers and there's a plethora of restaurants near by. The staff was pleasantly nice and housekeeping came up to give us everything we needed. They do have an elevator and smoking rooms are on the third floor which makes perfect sense. They have the flat screen TV that you can hook up your laptop to threw HDMI cable. We enjoyed our time there! Thanks again!

Very accommodating night service, but poor billing. Quoted us $84 not including tax with our discount. Got the bill in morning full price no discount. Complained to front desk said there was nothing she could do since she only works one day a week and her manager would not be in till 1pm. Cost $102 for one night. But the breakfast lady was very helpful, kept things full and clean have her the $5 tip no one else. My rating dump!

Everything was great. Even breakfast but the beds are ROCK hard. If you like super firm its for you. It was very hard to sleep on. If they got cheap foam pads I would give it 5 stars but that bed was a rock.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in. -It's disgusting. Smells horrible. There was sticky stuff on the walls and on the surfaces. -It's creepy. The hallways were dimly lit, no cameras anywhere. Random holes in the walls. Walking through the hotel felt like walking through a prison. -The pool is in a seperate hotel so you have to walk through the parking lot to get to it and there was this middle aged man to let us in who just walked into the pool room and sat and stared at us the whole time. Not to mention if you take your towels from your room and leave them in the pool you get charged for the towels but the pool room dodnt have any towels in it. — The elevator made awful noises like it was going to break any second. — The guy that checked us in talked way too much about everything. He made us all super uncomfortable and you could definitely tell he was on drugs.

Every time we stay at a motel I like to choose Super 8 for the moderate pricing and the pool. Our stay was good but we did feel a little unsafe because its obviously not just a motel, if you get my drift. It was nasty to see and be around, I was not pleased. The continental breakfast was fair, if I want to be optimistic, but even though they claimed that breakfast was over at nine, the food was always gone by around 7:45 am and then the stock was never replenished. It was like, "Yeah, we ran out of the biscuits and gravy about an hour ago. " No apologies or explanation so that made me mad. Because they certainly didn't bring out more. I ended up having to take the kids to Dennys where I spent another small fortune on food that was supposed to be served at the motel. We stayed there three days and not once did the maid offer to clean my room. For the money I spent I was rather outraged. At least it was clean and we had a bed and warm water to bathe in, but I dont think I'll be going back to Super 8.

Really needs a face lift. Hallway carpets are worn and look really dirty. Also, bring your own pillows. Theirs suck.

The motel is currently being remodeled and will be much nicer when they get all the work done. The 1st room had a faulty shower head. The room they moved me to had a leaky toilet. The new artwork is attractive local scenes. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was yummy.

Very comfortable bed. Reasonably clean. Very helpful friendly staff. They just updated their Wi-Fi and we were in a dead spot. We were able to pick up the motel next door's signal. They are working on that. Printer wouldn't work in the business centre. They share the pool and hot tub with the motel next door and it was nice and clean. It even has a lift for disabled people. I would stay there again.

The staff was really nice and helpful, but we probably won't stay here again. The toilet was broken and so was the remote. Both were fixed for us. We chose this hotel because of the advertised pool, so our kids could go play. The pool is not in this hotel, but in the hotel nextdoor. It's not ideal to take your sopping wet kids outside in December. It felt like false advertising. I give 2 stars just for the staff.

Good price but this Super 8 needs to be renovated and updated. It looks quite shabby from the outside — not very welcoming to drive up to. Good location with lots of places to eat nearby. There are a couple of grocery stores not to far away as well.

This place is quite good! The amenities were extremely satisfactory — being able to take advantage of the pool and spa 24/7 was HUGE. Wi-Fi was strong and stable, and the few technical problems we had were quickly fixed by their friendly maintenance staff. My main complaint was with the A/C unit — I don't believe the filters have been cleaned in a long time, which made the room smell quite musty. Otherwise, kudos to the staff for providing a welcome respite to the rigors of the road.

The elevator creaked and jerked around until we got to our floor, which made us wish we had taken the stairs instead. We had booked a room in the non-smoking section, which was separated by a door, but since someone had been smoking in the actual smoking section, the smoke found its way to where there was not supposed to be any smoke at all. When we got to our room, it was "tidy", but it did not feel clean. There was a TV and a couple of practical appliances like any normal motel would have. The bed was big enough for two people, but we did not feel comfortable sleeping on the blankets because we didn't know if they had been washed or used recently. We called the front desk asking the lady if someone could bring us up a couple blankets, and about 15 minutes later she happily brought them to us. The downside was that the blankets were kind of like the green sheets of craft foam you can buy at Walmart, except somewhat softer but of the same color. There were two pillows on the bed, but they were the equivalent of someone putting a couple pairs of socks in a pillow case.

I simply called to see if they had smoking rooms and was asked to be put on hold. I nicely said I just needed to know if they had smoking rooms and the lady raised her voice and asked to put me on hold. I told her I just needed to know if they had smoking rooms. She yelled yes and said hold please. I hung up. Won’t be coming here. I’ll go to motel 6 across the street. Their staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice and clean.

Anita, Nathan, Candace, Leah are the most superb staff of the most professional and courteous caliber. My profession affords me the luxury of traveling around the country and even though the Super 8 has it's eccentricities, the employees truly have shown they care about their work and the customer (s) they serve. Love you guys!

Room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. It had sunflower seed husks on the floor. Didn't matter much to me though. The shower head being super short was a let down. I'm 6'2" and it was a full head shorter than me. Just adding extensions would be fine. I do see improvements though with new paint on the walls. The floor still needs to be replaced in the center hall. Also the pool is in another hotel next door. I did find some kind of bug in my bed almost like a smaller box elder bug maybe some trees nearby have them.

Very poor customer service.
We made three reservations with double bed and when we got to the place tired and exhausted they booked us with a single bed in each room and when we explained to the Recepsionista our problem, he was very annoyed and we shouted we attended very reluctantly without hope Solve in our favor.

Me and 3 of my family members stayed over. There was boogers on the wall. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The floors were so dirty my nieces feet turned black after walking bare foot. There was no creamer for the coffee in the room. Our key card barely worked for entrance into the building and the day we were leaving it didn't even work on our room. Staff was nice.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Although housekeeping is my problem. I come back to my room and some personal items are missing. Nothing super 8 could do except take down my info. Keep an eye on your stuff.

Good clean place to stay. Reasonable rates. Nice pool and hot tub. It seems to be reasonably located as well. We always stay there when in Spokane.

The hotel building seemed old. The location isn't super scenic, but there are several quick eating options close-by. The morning we left, the power went out, and thankfully the breakfast was still hot, but the juice dispenser required power. The desk man did a good job sorting out the stressful situation of someone trapped in the elevator during the outage. The room was average for a cheap hotel. Clean enough but nothing special.

Easy to find. Bed was very comfy. Fresh clean towels, clean bathroom and space. The service was extremely friendly. Would stay again.

Really nice and clean room especially for the price. Decent continental breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy and waffles. There were a couple odd things though like the fan in our bathroom couldn't be turned on. Not that it was broken, but as far as we could tell there isn't even a switch for it.

Location: Close to sites of interest. Not too far out of the way. Rooms: Decently sized for parties of 4. For value, good amenities. Service: Have plenty of items ready at request, including a sewing kit I needed for an emergency. Pleasant.

Rate was more then worth for this place… while the breakfast is nice the bathroom had mold under the shower trim. They also photo copied my ID and credit card info at check in for incidentals… Um NO.

Staff was pleasent rooms were clean great price per perk hotel.

The sheets on our bed did not look very crisp. They looked wrinkly like they were not changed. It was a very noisy place right outside our door will probably not stay at this one again it was $10 extra for another bed.

If you are hobbit height the shower is perfect for you. I am 5 foot 8 and the shower head was so low on the wall I could only get it to hit my collar bone. It was clean and acceptable over all. If you miss the free breakfast in the morning there is a Denny's in the parking lot. Would stay again.

I realky enjoyed the night manager, Lon. He was professional yet, always in a great mood. A very positive person.

Great place to stay if all you need is a bed and breakfast. Friendly staff and a relatively comfortable bed. The pool and laundry are in the hotel next door.

Standard room gives you a cozy chair to sit in besides the computer/desk chair. Decent Wi-Fi.

Fairly clean room. In-room material indicated there was a pool, but it was in a neighboring hotel. It would have been nice to have a map provided in the room. Staff was very friendly and we slept well.

The lady working there when I checked in went out of her way to be helpful. Room was clean and affordable. Very good location.

I went there to get a room so I could get a good night sleep & since I was coming down with flu but the front desk looked at me funny & suspicious that I could've been on drugs, but I wasn't… I was sick! Winter is not in my blood as I am a desert naive. But surely enough they called the police to come to my room as I was asleep peacefully to tell me that I have to vacate! I was shocked! I just grabbed my clothes & put them on & left to go outside. I started crying, screaming, & then just curled into a ball freezing on the street for hours. Never again. I hate it when people treat me unfair, especially with my hearing disability!

This is a great value location that's perfect for family. The service is friendly and the pool and hot tub are enjoyable!

Room was very clean, front desk was very helpful. The Spokane Valley Super 8 exceeded my expectations by far. 10/10 would stay again.

The staff and service at the Super 8 in Spokane Valley last week was really, really, good. We had everything we needed and when you asked for something, the staff immediatley got it for you! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had a great time. Jean Otto.

Kind of old but ok for price.

So it's BY-FAR the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast isn't the best, but it's a lot better than any other cheap hotel breakfast. It's a large enough hotel that there are always going to be at least a few people up walking around, so I don't think you're going to have to worry about your car getting broken into. I stayed for 7 days and didn't have any problems. The carpet is kind of starting to get old and because it is a cheaper hotel, there are sometimes some ghetto-ish people around, but the majority of other guests staying here have been regular people that are traveling. The cleaning staff spend all day cleaning, all the time. I had a bag of pot and I think I accidentally left it out and one of the cleaning staff snatched it. It's cool though because I have more and I appreciate the clean room. Anyway, it's almost as nice as your average Best Western or Holiday Inn, and I really mean that, because I normally don't usually stay in low-end hotels. But yeah, I don't understand some of the other reviews… I didn't see any bugs and didn't smell any cigarette smoke. It really was I nice hotel and it didn't feel like a Super 8 at all.

Stay here if you like sleeping with cockroaches. I could have had like 3 hookers in one night.

The room was clean and the front staff were friendly. The breakfast was mostly cold food however, and nothing spectacular.

Nice stay for a good price. Pool open late for kids, 24 hours for adults. Good breakfast.

Clean and affordable. The front desk staff are outgoing and courteous. The rooms are a bit outdated, but for the price it isn't bad at all I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and less expensive than most others motels around Spokane, WA. AAA discount. Nice pool and jacuzzi which is always open! Denny ' s just feet away with other places to eat near by. Right next to I-90. I usually stay here when traveling through. No smells in halls, at least on first floor. Don't smoke and rooms always smell fresh. Beds are a bit hard but thats the norm. Pillows ok and can alwsys get extras. Noise level is again normal for motels. Breakfast is good, simple, and FREE.

Stayed here with our Shepherd/Husky mix, it's good because they allow her breeds in the hotel but that's about the only good thing I can say. The air conditioning in the room was busted (Individual A/c in each room) and the coffee maker had the previous guest's used coffee in there. Will not stay here again.
