We had a wonderful experience here! The continental breakfast was good, the staff were pleasant, pool was clean and rooms were cozy and clean. Thank you all so much.

It was okay. There were house keepers, Breakfast, Wi-Fi, a pool, a spa, and good rooms. I say its pretty decent.

In the same parking lot as a super 8, use to be a super 8 admin building. It has been renovated. Rooms are a little small but nice. Worth 80-85 bucks.

We actually stayed at the Super 8, the sister hotel across the parking lot, owned by the same person. Here's another hotel I said I wouldn't consider from my poor experience in Atlanta years ago. This time I was impressed at first, then, getting in bed, we had them come change the sheets, they didn't look very clean. Had to ask for more towels and washcloths, tissues and toilet paper (found out they had housekeeping staff quit that day so they were shorthanded, just our luck. ) The room was clean otherwise. The shower was a little scary. They had a poorly done overlay, the bottom was uneven. Once you figured it out, you rolled with it.

Had a little trouble with the online booking when we arrived but staff was super helpful. Kiddo liked the pool and hot tub. Clean nice rooms and really good breakfast. Managed to get the room for 68 after tax, which was a GREAT DEAL!

The place has a 2.5 star rating online and that is accurate. The room is acceptable, but needs to be cleaner. The sink is clogged and leaking like crazy underneath. The carpet in the stairwell is filthy! The good points are: room has a mini fridge and microwave, and although is right next to the freeway it seems to be pretty quiet. The room is somewhat updated and hotel is all non-smoking! And the rates are low.

Has nice hot tubs in the rooms and a pool outside (altho the pool was drained during the time that I was staying there due to the season), even has a great peaceful view.

Nice staff. 24 hr pool and kids are not allwed after 11pm which is nice. Website claims warm cookies in the evening but not true the 2 nights I was there. Also the room has a info page that says breakfast is until 10am on weekends but it was wrong as well. Rooms were clean. Even with the little discrepancies overall still a good place. I would go back I think.

The rooms are very nice. They've recently updated the facility and is a nice change from the previous look. The continental breakfast was great, although they could use more protein choices. I would recommend this plac.

The reason to spend the extra $20 from the hotel next door was the Spa. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, because they didn't have enough when they remodeled. But the jetted Spa is important to my travels. I wasnt told the spa didnt work and the part was on order, however was told about the elevator. I wasn't asked for my Wyndham Rewards. Would I recommend? Lets see how this plays out, as this will be my first rate and review.

Fantastic hotel! Inexpensive and a great overnight experience isn't something that always happens together. Ten, ten!

Great place to stay. Kid friendly. Pool, hot tub, board games, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. My kids and I had fun. Was very clean.

We had an excellent experience, the room was clean and the pool was amazing. Hosting a kids birthday party, the kids had a blast, and there was a hostess room that we used for the cake and presents. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean, roomy and plenty of hot water! Check-in was easy and efficient.

Where shall I begin. Worst stay humanly possible. The motel 6 was more curtious and accomodating. We were told not 10 min after being in our room to keep it down for the truck driver across the way… um we were simply hauling luggage up 3 flights and getting things settled. We offered to move rooms to help accommodate the drivers needs but we're told it was ok. The Food cold at breakfast and not enough for the amount of guests. Waiting in line 10 to 15 min to make a waffle. The sausage was very pink. I admit the rooms are very cute and color coordinated and the flat screens perfect for football. Cute and quaint. I must say. Unfortunately this has to have been the absolute worst stay I have ever experienced. Not enough bedding. Very unfriendly staff who allows adults to assault youngndisabled children in the pool and after reviewing video of such said "well I'd be irritated too if I was being splashed" IT'S A POOL. That issue was over looked. The cable constantly went out and is no where near premium cable. There are 30 channels that go in and out in higher rooms. No elevator which is not told to you until paying. The 1 thing they did was allow our service animal. Only after I told them it was illegal to charge me the deposits for such and was told my dog must be in a kennel when we are not in the room. It is now 326 pm on our 2nd day of our stay and we have yet to have room service.

I checked in to Baymont October 19th checked out the morning of the 23rd and I was very disappointed with the service. My room on one occasion was not cleaned, apparently rooms are cleaned at 9:30 I didn't get back til 3:30 and the room had not been cleaned. The second occasion the bed was not made nor were the sheets changed and we didn't have any toilet paper or towels in the room, each time I spoke with the guy at the service desk he smiled as if it was a joke. Breakfast was very poor the eggs looked like rubber. I will not make a reservation at Baymont inn and suites ever again and I do not recommend staying there.

I enjoyed the stay. The room was really nice and the breakfast was good. I wish the TV was centered with the bed.

I was just delivering pizza there. The staff was courteous and asked me if I need help finding the room I was delivering to the first moment I looked confused. If I needed a place to stay I would surely stay here.

The rooms have been recently renovated & are somewhat new/modern. The shower looked like that glued panels over moldy walls & the mold was trying to creep out of the corners that weren't sealed well enough or at all. The hallways have not been renovated and are dirty/musty. Those problems didn't bother me, what bothered me was that the door was so thin that it sounded like there was no door. You could hear people talking clearly as the walked through the halls, it almost sounded like their voices were amplified.

Very great place to stay the bed was super comfortable the price was very reasonable and right across from the hotel literally 20 foot walk was a dennys where they had some of the best service that I've ever had really nice employees that work there and if you want to take a short walk just right around the corner is McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell she's in a great location and I'm very happy with the place and I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived on a Monday afternoon in the middle of the Spokane Spook Convention. That is, there were a lot of invisible people staying at the hotel. The front desk apologized for having to put us on the 3rd floor. Yes, Martha, this is a No Elevator motel. There were 5 cars in the entire parking lot. Everyone was on the 3rd floor! You used to have to book a room with a view. Here you have to request "First Floor, please. " The room was okay. If you're 14% of the population like me who like to sleep with their feet exposed, you'll need to get 3 people to help you lift the mattress because the Maid-on-Steroids tucks the sheets in an extra four feet. Not that I'm nitpicking. There are about 19 different places to eat about a mattress toss away, so even if the Baymont had a restaurant with Gloria Child on staff, it would probably still be empty. I gave 3 stars because the desk failed to mention the Spook Convention, any deaths and subsequent hauntings or Idaho-bound remnants of Hurricane Harvey. Distance from downtown and price are at equilibrium.

I am so PISSED! My sister was visiting and staying at this "hotel" (more like city dump) and I was absolutely appalled. We were trying to eat breakfast and they were serving scrambled eggs and sausage with waffles and fruit. The eggs had the consistency of rubber and looked like a fried unborn and beaten animal. The sausage was cold and slimy. I was also upset by the way the curly haired gal at the front desk was pushing people aside to go in and out of the kitchen. I hope to never be near someone like that again. So young and immature.

Nice clean room. Decent price. Great location for easy I90 access. Oh includes nice breakfast. Will stay again.

We stayed here a couple of nights while visiting from Canada and we were happy with our stay. The location is great and it is close to everything. The staff was friendly and our room was updated and clean. My only recommendation is new beds and pillows!

Nice and old rooms. Included breakfast and the pool is nice. No five stars because it's not the biggest motel and we had to get new keys because they didn't work.

Descent place right off the interstate next to a Denny's. It's an older place but the room are well kept. No elevator, but there's hot breakfast in the morning. Perfect place for a single night on the road.

Got a room at a good price. Very clean, cool, and quiet. Plus all the amenities and more for this price. Good Wi-Fi, wreck room with snacks, breakfast was great, hottub was awesome.

The indoor pool is a major plus, having a microwave and refrigerater is even better. I needed more pillows and the house keeping were more then happy to provide me with what I needed. The Wi-Fi works great. I added another night and they were then happy to let me stay in the same room. 24 hour pool for adults is also a plus. Time away from the kids. It should be 16 and up, but ya. Great stay. I also think considering Danny's is here there should be a discount for guests there. I'm sure it would bring in more buisness.

Rooms were clean and nice, quieter than expected with the proximity to I-90. Typical breakfast, nice pool area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They are conveniently located and the property layout is real nice. The rooms are clean with good decor. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and having the pool open late was fun as well.

Worst experience ever. Me my wife and 3 kids got a suite for 3 days while piping was being installed in my house. The front desk was irritated my wife asked for towels at the pool. They ran to the hotel next door and got some. 10 hours after we left we were charged $250 and then another $50 with no explanation. We had our two nieces over the last day while my inlaws went out for Superbowl. We had a total of five kids the worst damage could've been cheese dip on a towel. Looking at reviews they did the same thing to another black family. I am a veteran and hard working family man and deserve better than this. We will be settling this matter legally. I would not recommend this hotel to any black people.
