Definitely don’t stay here if you have any sort of business to do. It’s ridiculous that any hotel now wouldn’t have reliable internet, but there’s effectively none in the room and barely any in the halls. Otherwise, room is fine. Location is fine.

Had a great experience with renting the ballroom! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything was set perfectly and we had a beautiful brunch afterwards! Mirabeau is quiet, large and has great staff! Would stay here for sure😊

The Mirabeau is such an asset to the Spokane Valley community. All events held here are top notch and the service at the Max is incredible. We recently held my daughters baptism reception in the courtyard and the Mirabeau really went all out to ensure our event was perfect. I’m especially impressed with the staff and how they always seem to go above and beyond.

Only downfall is the showerheads are horrible. Other than that I loved everything Mirabeau Park Hotel has to offer.

Just spoke with management over an incident that occurred last night involving my niece. It was her Wedding Night. She was turned away after having reservations. The customer service was unprofessional. Although management tried to rectify the situation, nothing can recreate your wedding night. My hope, that in the future, professional development and training will be offered so that staff can trouble shoot alternatives and offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. A visit to this business today should have never had to take place if problem solving on the part of the management happened last night. I am sure that with a business of this size something could have happened to resolve this issue. My family has done a lot of business with Mirabeau in the past and we are saddened and disappointed on how this special event turned out to be such a disaster. M. S.

My good friend was treated horribly when she tried to check in on her WEDDING NIGHT and the very rude front desk clerk refused to help them and said that's too bad we can't find your reservation and made them leave! I am blown away at the horrific level of customer service that was given to my dear friends on their wedding night. On top of that they stayed there the night before! there is absolutely no excuse to treat anybody like they were treated. I don't even want to eat at the restaurant anymore because of this and we go there all the time…

Amazing hotel. Always smiles and very friendly at check in. The breakfast hands down the best we have ever had at a hotel. Beds & pillows are wonderful. Don't have to worry about not getting a good night sleep.

My Wife and I have stayed here four times now… always found the accommodations comfortable and clean… staff has always been warm and welcoming.

Recently stayed and absolutely loved my room. The staff was super nice especially the maintenance guy that ended up helping twice. Very prodessional, respectful and prompt. Going to recommend Mirabeau Park to the Company I'm employed with for our next Company party.

Currently undergoing construction in the parking lot. Room was spacious. Nice looking bathroom with a shower. Separate sink outside of bathroom. Had a fridge. Enough storage and closet space. Used the computer and printer during my stay. Nothing bad to say other than they need to update their elevators. Way too small, I felt that 3 adults with small luggage was already tight.

My 11 year old son stayed here when we went to Silverwood. We loved it. I was so surprised how nice it was. Very upscale, modern, I just felt classy staying there. And under $100! So nice. I'm going back today for my second stay. Can't wait for my boyfriend to see it.

Spacious and quaint for my daughters and I. Was on the list of hotels for Silverwood Theme park. It would have been nice to have had an elevator for those with large suitcases. I also had a sprained knee which made the stairs hard as well. Check out times were perfect and great location.

Nice quiet place. Rooms up to date and clean with some under renovation. On site restaurant is great and views of mountains out back are nice. It is very close to the road and there is some noise but you cant hear it in the rooms. The rooms are great and the location is fabulous. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my time here and I hope you do as well.

This is the BEST place to stay in the Spokane/CDA area. Don't let the reasonable price fool you! The staff is amazing, Jason and Sung have always went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms are very clean, comfy, roomy and have everything you need. Oh did you forget your razor? Well the staff has one for you :) The restaurant is just as nice… The breakfast staff is efficient, very friendly and the food is wonderful.

Located in the Spokane Valley, this hotel is a short distance off Hwy. 90. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It includes all the amenities plus more. Even a plush robe is waiting for you to relax in. Check in and check out are quick and staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi works well and the pool and hot tub are clean & a perfect temperature. The dining room serves delicious food, although a little expensive. Highly recommend!

Months ago, I booked a block of rooms for an upcoming summer wedding at Mirabeau Park Hotel. None of our family had ever stayed there, but it was in close proximity to Arbor Crest, our wedding venue. Being loyal Marriott patrons, we were s bit nervous, but couldn’t have been more wrong! From the beginning, the staff was so helpful & seemed to totally understand our needs. Plans were made smoothly & we were definitely feeling better. But it was our three night stay, along with many of our out-of-town guests, that sealed the deal! Our rooms were very nice, clean, and the complimentary bottle of wine was such a special touch! Sitting out on their lovely patio In the morning after a yummy buffet breakfast, servers coming by regularly with hot coffee, everyone in our group had the best time… thanks to Mirabeau Park Hotel & their wonderful staff!

Was worried at first glance but the rooms are large and roomy, beds are comfy, building on the inside is really nice and looks remodeled but the room itself has a little older smell but could also be that it’s a pet friendly room. The staff was super pleasant, and the room was quiet — couldn’t hear anything outside of it. Easy on, easy off the interstate. Great experience, especially for the price.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. So well maintained — people are constantly cleaning the public spaces. It's old, but so clean. Amazing buffet breakfast, and we are picky! Staff is so nice. Pool is clean, big and heated. I would absolutely stay here with our family again.

The check in seemed okay enough at the beginning, but the moment we ordered our food the woman on the phone was very dismissive and a little rude. We had ordered the "Indian" burger and Top sirloin steak, the steak came out pretty well but the burger seemed to be unfrozen and or boiled, which made it well done. I'm not one to nitpick but for the prices this hotel is asking for, a little bit of finesse wouldn't hurt. My mother has an accent so it is quite obvious that we get a lot of "can you repeat that? ", However there is a point where it becomes clear that it is for purely the sake of being quite frankly mean. The only saving grace of this establishment would be the singular respectful and kind server who, even with no cart, took all of our food (which were enormous portions no human could consume) to our room by hand, without even the mention of a tip, (we did anyways. ) needless to say, we will not be returning anytime soon.

This place is so unassuming! It’s absolutely perfect. Quiet, even right next to the interstate. The staff had been out of this world, even when I called about getting the right room. These rooms far surpasse any room I’ve been in at this rate. Cheaper, cleaner, quieter, fantastic view. Thank you to the staff! And Max’s steakhouse is also just as fantastic!

Facilities are top notch. Beautiful ball rooms and meeting rooms. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The MAX is a great restaurant for any occasion. Both brunch and dinner have been great with great food and wonderful service.

Our client Albert Hammond, and his band stayed here after a recent performance nearby and they loved the stay! The rooms were very nice, clean, and well decorated. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even considering how late the check-in was! There was plenty of free parking, and there was a fitness center which really helped get going the next morning. Thank you for taking such great care of our clients, we're looking forward to booking more rooms with you in the future!

What a cool hotel. We stayed at the Mirabeau Park Hotel only for one night, but had a great experience. Visually it reminded me of David Lynch’s Twin Peaks, it was cool but with high quality amenities. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast were good too. Very easy and quick check in process. If I’m ever in the middle of nowhere I will gladly stay.

Beautiful hotel! I was surprised to see what the rooms had to offer. The outside of the hotel is aged looking but the rooms are very up to date. Nice robes and slippers. The beds where 4 stars in my eyes. The only thing that I had issues with was the navigation around the building. It was definitely maze status.

Stayed at Mirabeau Park Hotel over night and really enjoyed it! Beds where very comfortable and despite the hotel being full the rooms where very quiet! Entrances to rooms from parking areas where convenient and the location was close to other stores and businesses. The lounge had an extensive menu with options in many price ranges. We also listened to a live band. Our room had a mini kitchen and both the bathroom and kitchen had nice granite counter tops and tile flooring. Some rooms include a really nice balconie. The pool and hot tub are great too. This hotel was a terrific value!

Great place to stay! VERY comfortable beds, everything from glasses to robe's are top of the line. Amazing swimming pool/hot tub open all year. Great staff always willing to help. Had a wonderful stay.

Second time in 6 months have tried their restaurant. Super slow service. Over 20 minutes for anyone to take order then another 30 minutes to deliver. Due to the slowness, had to ask (before it was delivered to the table) to please package to go, as my class was ready to resume. Opened box, looked like fod was literally dumped into the box and food was lukewarm at best. Last time I will try to eat here. Next time will bring my own lunch from home.

Here for a banquet. The foodvwas excellent and the staff was great. The bartender even took the time to learn my name and speak to me very respectfully. Banquet rooms are a LONG way from the front door. The hotel had an exceptional rate. ($89)

I have eaten at their restaurant MAX many times… always love it! I have stayed in the hotel… I completely recommend you stay. I have also booked a banquet hall room for my daughter's reversal dinner which included dinner for 15 people… they were very organized and attentive… food was delicious! I have also booked an child care provider conference with buffet meal and was completely satisfied even through there was an audio issue… they were able to rectify the issue quickly.

The food was fantastic! But we ended up having a few to many and decided to get a room for the night. This is where the night took a total nose dive. The room price was comparable to the Davenport downtown Spokane. In hindsight we should have call an uber. Heck: Motel 6 has better rooms, plus you know what you're paying for at Motel 6. In short, if you charge premium prices you better deliver the goods or you'll never get a second chance. Burned me once, never again!

Classic old style hotel with a couple of convention hall rooms. Years ago they had weekend brunch buffet that made the cost worth staying there, but no more. The restaurant and bar are classic old school style with many types of seating for small or large groups. Huge layout with 3 separate buildings connected to main building, with plenty of parking all around, even for RV's. Has an outdoor pool sheltered between the buildings, and fitness rooms. Shopping centers nearby, and eateries.

We went for the Thanksgiving Buffet, it was surprisingly calm and well set up, (admittedly, we had reservations) The MAX is an excellent restaurant and bar, with top notch desserts and alcoholic drinks. I have also been to the meeting rooms for various things, one being a bead show. The meeting rooms are slightly hard to get to, but they are excellent. They could improve on parking, as there is not enough for big events like the bead shows.

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights and was very impressed. Although I never got to experience the events at the hotel or the pool and gym room it was still very welcoming and seemed very up to date. The hotel had a well kept outdoor pool and a small gym that was by my room. The breakfast was much better than any hotel I've stayed at for a while and the bed was very comfortable and had several pillows and sheets you could use. The only downsides of this hotel were the thin walls that allowed me to hear other people that were down the hallway (although at night it was pretty quiet). I'd definitely recommend this hotel! :)

The place was clean only because it was recently remodeled however the room was not clean that toilet tank was leaking water all night long. In the morning when I checked out I mention the front desk about the leaking water tank and the only thing they told me was. Did you call maintenance, did you know they're open until 3 in the morning? I reply to them; serious how am I going to know your maintenance hours of operation and why would I want anybody working on my toilet in the middle of the night when I'm trying to get some sleep I'm not sleeping on your hotel just because I'm bored it's because I am in route to somewhere and needed a good night of sleep. I never ask for a discount, all I did was mention what was wrong with the room so it could be taking care, so the next person won't have to go through what I went through. It just another disappointing thing about Spokane, everybody is cheap and they think you are also cheap looking for a cheap deal on a cheap town. The really suck!

My company frequently uses the Mirabeau hotel in Spokane, WA. This place is second to none. Great customer service, clean rooms and great food in the restaurant. Recently I called and made a reservation. I didn't look at the email confirmation and the clerk must have set the date wrong. It was set for a month earlier. When I did not arrive for the earlier date Chris the sales manager called me personally to make sure everything was okay because I had missed my reservation. I called him back and we fixed the error for the dates. I was really impressed that he took the time to reach out to me and make sure I was okay. Thank you Chris! If you haven't stayed here before I highly recommend you do.

Didn't like it from outside, but when I got in my room… awesome. Stuff where friendly. Love the mini kitchen thou. The only thing that they could add in the rooms is second set for coffee. It's only one. Need one for PM and AM. Other than that, great stay.

Very nice room with ample space. Staff both for the hotel and restaurant (Max) were truly awesome. If you like a soft mattress this is the place for you. The Max restaurant was too noise for my wife and I. We had to speak louder than anyone should to have a conversation. We both had the Halibut. Mine was over cooked and a tad bit dry. My wife's was perfect. The potatoes were delicious as was the asparagus. The selections and pricing on the food items was reasonable. We spent $125 including tip. No alcohol was ordered. I would suggest getting the Date Night package. The room has a Jacuzzi, Spacious shower with four heads and plenty of room all over. Of course, ALL reviews are subjective to personal taste. The four star rating is due to the bed and restaurant. My wife's rating will probably be five stars on Trip Advisor.

Stayed here once before but in a different wing (C wing). This time we stayed in D wing and we're disappointed to find the room was much less to our liking. It was less comfortable and had no bathtub. Decided to ask the front desk if they could change us to a room with a bathtub, they very graciously upgraded us to the honeymoon suite (C wing again) at no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again but be sure to ask ahead of time for a room with a tub.

This is definitely a 5 star experience for this price range I have done a lot of corporate travel, and have stayed in rooms that cost three times this amount, and did not provide the pleasant experience that I had here for under $100. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all of the bathroom fixtures were real, actual porcelain, not cheap, gross plastic. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of towels, a real hair dryer, coffee maker, and fridge. The building is not new, but everything has been updated and is well maintained. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant had decent food, and although some items were pricey, there were other items that would totally work for a family traveling on a budget, and there are a ton of other restaurants (fast food or chains) within walking distance. Outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained and the area had a nice ambience. The hotel is in a busy area near a major shopping mall, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of street noise. My only criticism would be that some of the rooms do have sliders that open directly into the parking lot. For us, this was a plus, because we could basically back our car up to the room to unload. If you are really security minded, this might make you uncomfortable, so you could simply request an interior or a second floor room when making your reservation. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were here visiting family and the room was very well cleaned, spacious, and very comfortable. Location is great if you're looking to stay in the valley, one exit east of the valley mall and within walking distance of some useful stuff. We had a good, quiet night's sleep. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good, too.

This place gorgeous. We went for dinner to Max restaurant. The hanging flowers were huge! The outdoor seating was cozy and so relaxing, among trees and flowers! The food was superb! You must get the bread and garlic butter with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also the clam chowder is excellent. I don't know about the rooms, but I am certainly willing to book there. I would love to try breakfast!

Super friendly gentlemen at the front desk! They got us quickly checked in, answered some questions, and provided some small but incredibly helpful things for us. They even helped out with a somewhat odd, late night request with a caring and quick solution. The breakfast buffet the next morning was quite delicious AND fancy, complete with cheerful and friendly wait staff. We were surprised at how gracious they were. It made for a perfect start to our day. My one suggestion for people who stay here, is regarding the HVAC system during the summer. Set the thermostat high while you're away. Then turn it down at night. That way it shouldn't cycle on-then-off seemingly every 10 minutes while you're trying to get a good night's rest. Overall though, the hotel is incredibly nice and a great value complete with bath robes, real glasses, and comfortable beds! We hope to stay here again :)

Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center offer a great place to stay. They are located near many Spokane activities, and the staff are very friendly. If you ever need a place to stay in Spokane, I would recommend them!

Very disappointing and horribly discusting. Rooms were filthy. We pulled back the sheets to find little black hairs. Called to request new sheets. The comforters had red stains and were almost gray. Supposed to be white and bleached? Had to requested them as well. Took 45 minutes to receive new bedding. The lady seemed so irritated to bring us new blankets. After driving all day don't seem right to have to make your own bed. We did, she handed me the blankets and walked off. The halls smelled horrible. Indian food. And mold. Discusting. Worst costumer service ever. Tara? Was the rudest most stuck up hotel staff member we've came across. We told the day manager and all we got was sorry, hopefully your next will be better! Horrible. Do not recommend this hotel unless your on drugs. Shady people walking around your vehicles. One was taking pictures. Wth. Try the Holiday Inn or Marriott. The extra money is definitely worth it. This is not a highly rated hotel as they list.

Stayed in a suite, very happy with it! Great people working when we stayed, front desk ladies were very helpful! Jessie stood out the most, she went out of her way to make sure our stay went well. Very impressedl!

I was at The Max restaurant for a professional development training. The facilities were clean as always, and the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. As usual the food was amazing as well.

Had dinner at their restaurant. Was very happy with the service. Accommodated celiac and milk intolerance well. The waiter was very knowelegable. Felt very comfortable with what he told be about the menu.

The rooms were immaculate I was extremely impressed with how clean Everything was they had a pool and a hot tub that both looked very inviting as well as a very nice gym with both cardio and weight training machines. The only cons I experienced were that the hotel rooms where I was staying was a little outdated. However you can tell that they update the hotel regularly but do itnin sections so if you are staying there and that is important to you make sure you request a more updated room. Also and this was the biggest con the bed my wife and I slept is was very uncomfortable for 2 people one person would have been fine but I am a bigger guy and the bed would sink in on my side of the bed making my wife slide almost on top of me. So although I slept fine my wife had a very bad nights sleep. Overall I would give the hotel a very good rating but they may want to get a new mattress in room 333.

Was there for a conference. Had a good experience. Room modern & clean. Outstanding restaurant. Wonderful & service.

Complete lack of Hospitality from the staff with the exception of bartenders and waiting staff at the restaurant. One of the greeters at the front desk, Jessie, was dismissive and short tempered. Laundry is paid for in quarters, roughly 3 dollars for a full load; when we were looking for quarters Jessie was not helpful in the least bit in helping us find some after she gave us less than enough for a full load. After we went back to inquire if she could help us find some more because what she gave us wasnt enough, she rudely replied "you took all my quarters. " The manager of the restaraunt in the morning greeted us with a tired, impatient attitude without any visible effort that she wanted us to feel welcome. The showers dont have doors, only one peice of glass that reach half way across the opening, so expect a wet floor and to get cold water on you turning the faucet on. The food was excellent, my compliments to the chef, the bartender, Renny was her name I think, who went out to her car in the middle of her shift to get us quarters, and the waiting staff who were all wonderful and frankly the only professionals I encountered. If hospitality and a positive energy is important to you, I suggest you find a different hotel, or just stop by the restaraunt in the evening.

Stayed here for a week and will deffinetly return. Rooms are spotless, the breakfast at the restaurant " Max" was amazing. All of the staff were came in contact with went out of their way to welcome us. We were almost sad to leave for home.

The location was nice. The rooms are very brand new and feel very comfy and warm like you're in a 70's den persay. The showers were very nice with marble floors. The food service is probably 9/10 with fresh made and room delivered pizzas which is a huge plus. Overall 5/5 experience.

We went to The Max at Mirabeau which is the restaurant in the hotel. We were celebrating a friend's birthday. This celebration just happened to fall in the middle of the busiest weekend for most restaurants (Valentine's Day weekend). That being said, they had a limited menu with only a select few of what I assume they deemed their Valentine's specials. You would think that they would be prepared ahead of time for the busiest restaurant weekend of the year but they weren't our group reservation was at 730. I arrived at 745, but most of the rest of the party was already there when I arrived. That being said, I would expect there would have already been water and bread at the table, but there was none. Initially, none of us were sweating it and were trying to go with the flow being understanding that they were busy. But when 8 role around and our waiter hasn't checked on us, taken our orders, gotten us water, brought over the free bread, nothing. 815 rolls around and he finally comes to. Take our orders for drinks, appetizers, and the meals. Mind you we still haven't gotten water or bread. 9 o'clock rolls around and we now haven't received our drinks, our appetizers and salads, the water, the bread, nothing. Problem becomes that we have other plans for the birthday girl at 10, so at this point we're all getting ready to leave after having sat their for 2 hours not to eat.

Reasonable prices considering the quality and quantity. Service was phenomenal, there was a rude guest yelling at the staff every five minutes during a holiday, while that guest was disruptive, I was extremely impressed that this did not take away from the attitude and service we received. They were able to keep up with the rude guests demands AND still provide us with exceptional service.

We went to the New Years Eve party at the hotel. We won a grand prize from Key 101 FM. The room had all the amenities and a great king size bed. The food is decently priced and tastes amazing. All of the staff was wonderful as well. It is located in the Spokane Valley near shopping and the freeway.

I was at a party for work. The food served by this location was for the most part good. The rice was almost not even cooked but that's my only complaint. Service was great the staff was friendly. We are likely to come narco next year.

The room was big and clean. I went to the hotel bar during my stay since they were open late and there was a huge storm outside. The food was not great though and the waitress was not very friendly. She looked over worked and my food order was wrong. But the atmosphere was lovely and overall I enjoyed my short stay there.

Mirabeau has a great feeling to it… It's not your typical hotel but more open and spacious feeling. Would definitely recommend.

Love the Mirabeau. I stay there often. The staff is really great and it is locally owned I believe so there area often local based events there like wine tastings. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel — ask for the Max fries.

Clean, modern rooms. Nice pool & spa area — lounging for 20. Many hanging flower baskets add to cheerful & friendly atmosphere.

Overall great hotel and we were able to get an awesome deal thru priceline. Purchased a 2 night stay and received HORRIBLE customer service during our stay. We stayed the day at silverwood and on our way to the hotel I realized I lost the address to the hotel, so I phoned them and asked if they'd be able to give it to me, a man gave it to me incredibly fast and in a super rude tone. I seriously did not understand one word. I asked him to repeat it like 5 times and he was incredibly rude and just no help at all. So I said thanks and hung up, I decided to use Google instead. Upon checking in (im sure it was the same guy) didn't even smile and was very rude. Well we go upstairs, find our room, open the door only to find someone sleeping inside! The guy at the front desk gave us the key to someone else's room! My husband went downstairs pretty upset at this point and apparently all the guy said was that it was a mistake and he didn't realize that room was taken. No apologies or anything. About an hour later we FINALLY were able to get into our room. The rooms are really nice! Renovated, balcony, really nice finishes and comfy beds. We visited the MAX and it was amazing! During our check out the same guy was there! Haha. Still no smile, didn't ask about our stay or anything. I will not be returning as I believe customer service is everything!

Loud at night by the courtyard but overall a nice place to stay. Staff were excellent.

The only thing I found exceptional is the shower and tub and how big the TV was. The coffe cup was dirty with dried coffee at the bottom, there was a very big spider weds in the corner, dusty curtains, the bed was a little too soft, there was no continental breakfast that we was told of. We paid 225.00 a night with no discourt for second night, which was Sunday. We didn't get all clean items like robe and sheets but we paid the price for them. Hmmm don't think I will stay there again. Nice place for $ 117.00 not 225.00 and that was honeymoon suite!

I regretted not staying at Motel 6 for half the price. For $149 I expected much more. Rooms were large but they were dark with hardly any electrical plugs and the carpeting was old and dirty/musty smelling. They did bring a fridge to the room when I complained about the lack of one. The pool was out of order.

Great hotel. Have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean, smell good and the beds are amazingly comfy. Would recommend it to anyone. The front office is extremely helpful as well.

Our stay at the Mirabeau over Valentine's Day weekend was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and the food at Max's was delicious — be sure to ask for Travis, as his spectacular service, knowledge of the menu items and personality made our dining experience memorable! We will be back.

Spent weekend of Sept 12 — 14, 2014 Our room with 2 queen beds on the ground level opened into a courtyard with a path that led to the pool which I used twice comfortably heated. The rooms are arranged so they are on small courtyards and the paths lead to the restaurant on a large center courtyard. Instead of pictures on the hallway walls they have beautiful large carvings. Every person we were in contact with from the time we arrived and including the lost and found on the phone were professional and kind. The room and bathroom were spotless and beds perfectly made! I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I thought the facilities were really nice. You could see that they were bring updated, but still were not dingy or dirty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the restaurant; it was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive. My four year old had gun at the pool and the price reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

We got in late, and swam in the morning before eating in the restaurant. Great everything! Would go back and am recommending to a company I know who have a need for a seminar location. Thanks.

Great room. Bed could have been better, but happy with our stay. Got a great deal on Priceline.

Stayed for 2 nights on a weekend business trip. The rooms were a little older but we're very comfortable. The linoleum in the bathroom was cracked. We purchased the room through hot wire at $75 a night, including tax.

I called to make a reservation this evening at 8 o'clock. The women I spoke to an the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes and then was annoyed when I asked if someone could help me with room costs for the weekend. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anyone who really wasn't really interested in giving me information that would create income for the establishment that pays her. Just a little dismayed.
