Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Great black out blinds. Pool was very crowded and there weren't any towels. Construction workers started at 6 in morning next door it was very loud.

Perfectly adequate. I'm a business traveler and Hampton Inns tend to be fine for my purposes. No more, no less.

My folks stayed here when they were visiting my family and they loved it. The staff was friendly and attentive and their room was clean and modern. The pool was just the right size and plenty warm. I would definitely stay here.

Easily the beat hotel we have ever stayed at. We forgot a toothbrush, they had them. We bought a bottle of wine and they opened it and gave us 2 glasses aswell. Amazing free breakfast! Amazing room! So clean and modern! Such nice staff! Would come again without doubt. Gave us complimentary travel lunches on our way out! You have to stay here!

Great place to stay, our room was really nice. We stayed for 2 night and noticed after the first night when housekeeping cleaned our room, they left us a nice note letting us know they put ice in our freezer. It's the little things!

Nicely updated, rooms and all. Front desk and kitchen staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back in town!

The check in process was easy and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the new remodel. The fixtures are smart and stylish. Breakfast was great with good choices. It is centrally located to shopping and activities. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Though I have not stayed in one of the rooms here, my family has used their banquet hall four different times. Each time has been excellent, too. The room is always clean and the staff is always wonderful — and patient with kids of varying ages. If their service is that great for a single-day event, I could only imagine it would be at least equally as good for a stay.

Attended a professional event that was held in the conference room at this hotel. The location and facilities were perfect for the event. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the construction that was going on at the hotel caused excess noise. Once that is complete I would highly recommend it.

Amazingly this hotel is about to get refurbished, I say amazingly because it's actually really nice already, I'll be interested to see what it's like after the refurbishment! The front desk staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly, big shout out to Tony, thanks for making everyone feel at home!

Newer hotel, room was relatively quiet, clean and kept up well. The included breakfast was limited in options to the point I skipped eating there one of the two days of my stay. Located 1 mile from the Spokane Valley mall where lots of food options exist for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is nice looking, and the reviews made it sound great, but the walls are thin, we could hear doors slamming up and down the hallway until 10:30 or 11:00 PM. Not only could we hear, but the walls shake every time a door slams shut. Room above us woke up at 5:00 AM and even though he was trying to be quiet, we could hear every step he took. The hotel is next to the freeway, and even with ear plugs, could still hear the hum of semis through the night. Breakfast was OK, but nothing to get excited about. While it is not a hole in the wall, the way it was built seems like they could have invested a few more dollars in some simple sound-proofing options that would have made for a lot less noise in the rooms. We won't be staying here next time we are in Spokane.

Great hotel, we stay there coming and going from our destination. We have two little kiddos and we love the pool and grabbing dinner and eating at the tables in the lobby / dining room. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and a great location. Highly recommend.

Great room, helpful staff, love the high Camode as my knees are sensitive. The remodel, coming soon, will greatly enhance the stay. I will return.

I have stayed in nothing but Hamptons this one was awesome, Very nice staff, room was very spacious! Ac worked like a charm, breakfast was great, pool and hot tub were clean and warm! All around a great place would definitely stay again! They are doing an amazing job!

We stayed on the fourth floor. It was quiet enough. The room was clean, the service was good, the breakfast was a really nice spread.

Spokane valley Hampton Inn was conveniently located. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonable rates. Best part of the stay was the staff. They were all very polite, courteous, friendly, and caring.

I would stay here in a heartbeat again. Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was okay but they have awesome go bags with breakfast on the go. Rooms were clean. Overall no complaints.

I was there for a business conference. The ambiance seemed nice and the event room well taken care of. Nice lobby/lounge area too. Quick access to the freeway but far enough from traffic that it wasn't noisy or congested.

The staff here are all amazing and make you feel welcome. They have a very good breakfast. And the rooms are great.

Your standard Hampton, so no complaints on that front. Service was good, the hotel and the rooms are clean, though the TV's are older so a bit smaller than you'll find in newer establishments. The bigger downfall? No cookies.

Wow. Last time I stayed here it was the best hotel experience of my life. I am a picky well travelled person. My husband, 10 & 12 y/o kids arrived at the front desk and were greeted like they were truly happy to see us. Gave my kids snacks and water and provided tips for things to do. Every hotel will do this but the manner in which they did it made the difference. Helpful, friendly talk every time we passed through the reception area. They truly have good teamwork at this property and we will be heading there again this weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Valley. The room itself was very clean, and super quiet considering we were there for the Junior Olympics and the hotel was full of kids. The location was out of the way so that we didn't have to worry about a lot of unnecessary traffic, but still being close enough to any food or shopping when we were done with our activities during the day. We will definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

Large comfortable room. Next to freeway, but quiet. Great bed. Breakfast a step above others; more choices. (Loved the option for plain Greek yogurt, not just sweet yoplait). Front desk people very friendly and helpful.

The hotel isn't bad, just not great. The staff were very friendly, both morning and night shift ladies. Upset they didn't have any beer or any alcohol for that matter. Our room seemed a little dated but the pool and gym made up for it as my kids loved both.

Wasn't anything special. They had a fitness center, a pool, and a complementary breakfast. All of it was good and I'd stay again, but it didn't stand out exceptionally.

Hampton in Spokane valley is a hotel my spouse and I visit every time we goto Spokane. It's 20 minutes from the Riverview mall, and the Idaho border. The pool and hot tub are always well kept, the rooms are clean and appropriate for 3 stars, and they are currently remodeling the convenience shop in the lobby!

Always love to stay here. Friendly and clean.

Our stay was great. Everyone that works there are nice and friendly. Their breakfast bar is top of the line with many choices to choose from. I have to say their beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in away from home. I would highly recommend them to any traveler.

We got a pretty nice suite here for the weekend at a decent price. KNOW: That if you change the card you're using for your visit, you'll spend a week fighting with them to clear the charges on your original card. Pros: Clean, nice rooms, pool area was nice and the freeway access makes life easier. Even though its next to the freeway, rooms are quiet when your window is closed. Cons: No matter how many times we spelled our name out, front desk couldn't get it right, which made connecting to the internet a pain since you use your last name and room number to connect. Housekeeping ignores you in the halls (not even a smile, except one person in the elevator, ) the television mount wasn't what I would call trustworthy. Every time you turned the TV it would slip a little. The toilet sticks when you flush it and for some reason, there is no fan in the bathroom. When you shower its makes the whole room humid, and hopefully your poo doesn't stink because you'll be smelling it for a while. Also, this is minor but it struck me as strange, there is no trash can anywhere near the fridge/bar area. My final con to this place, is the breakfast. Its nice that it is open until 10, but they didn't appear to keep it stocked. So unless you are downstairs first thing, don't count on getting breakfast. We came down at 9am and the place was totally cleaned out. We skipped the breakfast after the first day.

A bit pricey but it was clean and the employees were nice. No bad experiences.

I recently had reservations for two nights. Unfortunately, 2 hours after checking in, I had to check out for a personal emergency. I was somewhat frantic and ended up leaving an important bag behind. The folks at the Hampton were wonderful. They absolutely took care of me and mailed my bag via over night mail to me. Thank you so much for looking after me when I was having a hard time doing it for myself. This was my second 'stay' there and I'm so VERY impressed with the customer care.

I have now stayed at all Hilton Hotels in Spokane and this hotel is by far the nicest property. It is only 11 miles from downtown but a very quick easy drive. The property looks to be newer and is updated and contemporary. My room had a microwave and fridge. I am very happy with my stay and would recommend this Hotel out of all the Spokane Hiltons.

This hotel is perfectly nice and clean. Everything new. However, the king suites have a sink that is open to the bedroom. There is a separate toilet/shower room, but you turn on the light from outside the room, so if two people are sharing a room and happen to go to bed or wake up at differnent times, the other person wakes up. I asked as soon as I got into the room if there were any rooms without this arrangement and person said no. Then, my sister-in-law arrived and checked into a double queen room which did not have the sink in the bedroom arrangement. So I called the front desk. I asked to be switched and they said the hotel was sold out. This kind of room is fine for a singe person, but annoying for 2 people. Also the suite is arranged so the desk (a counter, really) is situated between the bed and seating area. It's a poor arrangement. People get suites to have some real separation between living and sleeping area. Be aware that ALL double/queen rooms have microwave and fridge. King suites have these ammenities, but king rooms do not. Had we known, we would have gotten a double/queen room for less money and a normal bathroom. The web site should really explain this. So now you know. Wish I had known.
