I recently paid for a room yesterday for my boyfriends 21 birthday. I paid around 130$ for the room. Upon walking into the room we found it was extremely dirty. There was construction unfinished in the bathroom on the lights. Pubes in the bathroom… the floors were not vacuumed. There was MOLDY pizza above the headboard. The room temperature was set to 59 degrees and it was freezing. There was cum on the floor and the tub didn’t drain. SO we decided we wanted a refund and to not stay. We showed an employee the condition of our room and explained the situation. The worker agreed it was a mess and said the general manager would be in tomorrow (which is today) so I had my boyfriend go in to get the refund. They told us they will not be giving us a refund and that they will call the police for trespassing. I’ve asked the manager for the general managers number and I was refused and information. I called corporate which took over an hour just to be told they can’t help me and I called the police as well. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Extremely disappointed. THEY STOLE 130$ from us! I have not received my refund.

Blood on the bedspread, cum on the floor, front desk walked away from me when I reported it and said "I'm not dealing with this" and started playing games on their phone… hot tub was cold, and the rooms were dirty, dirty dirty! Beds are super uncomfortable and the air conditioner in the rooms (and they are aware of the issue) make really loud buzzing making it hard to sleep… Have pictures of it all… Save urself time and money and go elsewhere!

Rude manager with no class. Cigarettes butts everywhere, drug needles in the yard, gross room not lean at all.

Stayed at Liberty Lake. Has always been wonderful… staff and stay. However this last time was horrible! Took the kids to go swimming… found bugs, broken hair ties, and jewelry. Wanted to speak to a manager… wasn't allowed to as it was her day off. I had said I didn't want to stay. Still she wouldn't call me back. Later in the evening while outside found used syringes and cigarette butts everywhere. Hallways were dirty. I have pics of all this. Spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact manager. Finally got ahold of her. She didn't care about my complaints or anything I had to say. Said she will not give a discount or refund. Rude woman and she will end up being the reason I never go to another Quality in or affiliate in my life! Willing to show pics as proff!

We stayed here on 04/02 and the people above us were fighting and the TV was so loud that it woke us up. This was like 1:30 in the morning and so we had to walk to the front desk because there is limited hours. At check in they didn’t tell us who to contact in the event of an issue. So we get to the front desk to find out that one of the problem rooms was there front desk associate. I called them anyways and asked them to be quiet because they woke us up. I also emailed the General Manager to tell him what happened and never received a response! The grass area by the back door was full of dog poop and that is all you could smell. We use to stay here all the time and I do not we will be back! Super disappointing as we get rooms a few times a month!

My husband had to stay here for 2 weeks while we are in the process of moving over here. I came down with my baby and dog the last 2 days he was staying here. Such a great place to stay. VERY Nice clean rooms. Amazing free breakfast. They make you feel like you’re at home. The staff is awesome. Specially sandy that stuck out to us. Took the time to talk to us. She gave us treats for our dog. Just a very kind person. Interactions like that make you want to come back to a place like this.

Very clean and cozy room! Hot tub and swimming pool are so much fun. Breakfast was great! We will be coming back again!

We are far from home because of a family death. Everyone here has been so thoughtful and caring. Their thoughtfulness has helped a really terrible time be a bit more bearable.

I was making a reservation for a guest that was coming to our work for a couple days and had to stay at a hotel in town. On the phone, the front desk was very helpful and courteous. However, because I work for a company in town, they directed me to the sales director for our business rate. I wasn't worried about the fact that our rate had expired and therefore needed to renew our paperwork, I was more shocked at how unprofessional the sales director was at the time. I didn't catch her name, but she had children in her office screaming. She could not hear me very well due to that situation and I had to tell her my email at least 3 times! Plus, when I finally received our guests confirmation via email, his name was spelled incorrectly. I ended up having to call back and the front desk helped me very efficiently. Hard to say if that sales director knows what she is doing. I too have worked for a couple of hotels in the past and have never come upon a sales director so unprofessional.

My hubby and I love the Quality Inn in Liberty Lake. It is close to home and great for an overnight getaway. We have a roommate and it's nice to have alone time every now and then. The pool and hot tub are open 24hrs for adults! The breakfast is decent. Nothing fancy, normal hotel fare! The staff are always nice and friendly! Always a great time!

The room was great and the hotel was relatively quiet. The breakfast was… Odd. It has eggs but no meat and no condiments to go with the eggs. The price was reasonable and location was great with quick access to i90.

This place is great!. Waffles in the morning are delicious and you make them yourself. Rooms are great! Comfortable and fashionable beds almost perfect! There is two things that made me take one star away though. One, I think it is not good that your rooms don't have fast ventilation or frebezer for the bathrooms. They stink up the entire room. Second, I would also like to address the fact that the pool is amazing and has a great spa but it reeks of chlorine. I understand it makes things clean but my lungs couldn't breath anything else even if I wasn't in the water. All in all, apart from the small mistakes, this hotel is great and I advise anyone to come if you're on vacation. It's worth it!

This Hotel is Fantastic. The people who work there are amazing. Really top notch service. And the The Rooms are newer and so clean. I highly recommend it.

Always love the choice hotels quality and hospitality are second to none! Had a recent stay here and all I can say is that staff is beyond excellent. They made me feel right at home and the morning breakfast is awesome! I've put this hotel on favorites list as you will find out if you pass through and decide to stay you wont be dissatisfied.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were friendly. Beds… not very comfortable, unless you like a hard mattress. Good god at the diner, gift shop had a great variety, and it's still only one dollar to add a silver dollar!

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are having your RV serviced at RNR RV Service Center. We have had our RV serviced at RnR for years. Ask for Rob S. In the service center he always does a great job. Liberty Lake is a quaint little town. If you go on summer be sure to stop by the farmers market right next to the Library on Saturday. It is a short walk from the hotel. Liberty Lake is a friendly town.

Great place! Has an arcade with pinball and pool table. Super cool also 24 hour pool area with hot tub. As well as 24 hour fitness room. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you we will be back.

Breakfast bar was amazing and they have a small travel store in case you forgot to pack something. The suites are spacious and the furniture is comfy and in good shape.

Immaculate. Amazing stay. Great customer service. Excellent variety of choices at snack bar. Even a game room with a pool table, two giant bean bag beds, 3 recliners, and two TVs. Perfect place. HIGHLY recommend.

Best rate for amazing features. Free breakfast has variety day in and out. They offer a comfortable late night escape with two free beers or wine and hot food. 24 access to pool with limiting kids at 8pm so no noise or annoyance for adults. Jetted pool room is the most amazing experience, with being chubby I can lay in it and with another person side by side. It's incredible there for the winter to get away. I would say just one down fall, staff are a bit dry and unhappy looking. No energy or much customer service. Selene and the assistant manager were ok but besides that yeah. Huge perk… offering a way for disabled people to enjoy pool by having a lift for them. Very kind feature.

This is a very good hotel. Extremely clean. The breakfast includes protein options that I did not expect for a room that cost under 60$. Scrambled eggs, sausage, peanut butter and yogurt. The whole place was very very clean. My room did have some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom but nothing major. The bed was comfortable and the room plenty spacious. I appreciate the 24 hour fitness room and pool access (no kids during night time hours though). There is also a guest laundry that I did not try out. The area was extremely quiet which is always appreciated for a hotel near an interstate highway. I had some trouble finding the entrance as it was dark out and raining. The sign for the turn to the hotel is small and in the median of a boulevard and the hotel is well off the major street that you exit on to. During the day, this would not be such a problem. I will be staying again.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Your room was clean and tidy. The room they gave us had a big jetted tub. We have stayed there several times and always have had a good experience.

This hotel was a great find. Brand new. Attractive. Spacious spotless rooms. Terrific amenities — 24 hour for adults. Personable staff. Great breakfast. Worth meandering off the freeway. Close to Spokane without the traffic.

This is a great hotel. Managers and staff are extremely accommodating. They allowed us a very early check in and no pet fee for our small dog. Our room was slightly dark but clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful service. My one gripe is that the heater doesn't have a heat with constant fan. So if you want heat you have to put up with it coming on and off. The second night we just left it on constant fan without heat. The breakfast was good, they have a pancake printer. Did not have Belgian waffles. Good pool, but made my eyes hurt after awhile.

This hotel is nice and well kept. The staff was very helpful and actually let us check in early which was great because we had just traveled more than 1200 miles. There was no pet fee and they actually gave us pet goodie bags with all natural products for both of out dogs! The grounds are well maintained and have a dog cleanup station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great place to stay.

This hotel is always clean and very well managed. Each and every employee goes above and beyond for the guests. The hot tub and pool area is a great addition to enjoy while staying here. I am very impressed with the staff and their quality if service. I intend to stay here many more times. Thank you.

It was a nice clean hotel good customer service but was so disappointed with the breakfast area I have been to So many choice hotels and never been to one with such a small breakfast room with such small selections of food options. My girls had no where to sit had to bring the little bit that was there up to room because it was so crowded people there was no where else to go. Other then that the hotel was nice.

The whole experience was nice, great service great breakfast, the front desk clerk her name was Judy, she was absolutely amazing, her hospitality skills we a 10 in my book. She was great. Thank you for a great stay.

The rooms are great. Extremely comfortable bed. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. We also went and sat in the 24 hour hot tub.

Nice quiet hotel. Everything is updated and clean. Location isn't that great but it has good rooms.

Our family has been on a two week cross country trek and have stayed in Choice brand hotels every night. This stay was hands down the most disappointing stay yet. We had high hopes as we splurged a little to get a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. We experienced so many minor annoyances it was almost comical. This was the first hotel that didn't have automatic doors. Not a big deal, but it's nice when lugging in suitcases for a whole family. We were then met with a broken elevator and a second floor room. So we hauled our luggage up the stairs. We didn't even bother bringing in the cooler, but it was fine since the kitchen was disappointing. I was led to believe there was a stove in the room and turns out they must have removed it. The exhaust fan was still in place, but a piece of counter was slapped on top where there was a stove top. There were no sheets in the room for the pullout. Asked at the front desk and they gave me a set. Got to the room and they didn't give me a fitted sheet. So I went back downstairs and the lady acknowledged there wasn't one in there because she couldn't find one. She could have told me that in the first place. You could tell the room must have been recently remodeled because the paint looked fresh, but was done so poorly. They sprayed paint on the wall mounted lamps and didn't bother to write it off. I was embarrassed for them it looked so poor. There was also no signage on the door indicating room rates, legal stuff and the fire escape route.

It had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff was very nice and knew their jobs. Wide variety for breakfast. Pool open to adults 24 hrs. Kids till 10pm. Very clean room. Stayed 5 days before. Staying another 5 this time.

When we arrived, we saw the pool area was closed due to broken glass. Because of this, we were moved to a king suite with a 2 person jacuzzi tub. We also made a request to have a photo of Johnny Depp on our bed and it was there. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again and request it to people visiting the area.

You cannot use Wi-Fi with your phone. How is that even possible? Sure stay here and rack up your data plan. What a joke. I hate reminding people here what year it is… but it's 2016. They've actually had complaints about this issue before and yet have done nothing. What does that tell you?

The rooms are a decent size, clean and quiet. There is a nice pool and good Wi-Fi, but none of that matters. Why? Because pancake printer. That's right; they have a device that prints pancakes. The free breakfast has things like eggs and sausage as well, but who cares when there's a pancake printer?!

We stayed here for a little over a week while waiting for our new apartment to become ready to move into. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Had a small issue with the shower which they came out and fixed right away and its been awesome since. We loved that they were pet friendly. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. If we ever need to stay at a hotel we are definitely going to check out Quality Inn again.
