They advertise “free breakfast” which is not true. The juice and coffee were the only items of any value. Now I’m stuck taking the kids to breakfast because we eat real food, not microwave crap sandwiches. Next time I will clarify “what breakfast looks like to you” before I make a reservation. Note the “hot buffet” advertised in the photo? They only have free crap sandwiches from Jimmy dean and a microwave, not a hot buffet breakfast. Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious. Likely won’t be back. Please advertise free refreshments, you do not offer “BREAKFAST”. They also charged me THREE TIMES. Front desk says one is just a “hold” but at this point they have $909. I have 2 rooms @ a total of $303ea. Hold for what? They have no retail or room service. Not impressed.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at! The customer service was top of the line. The little fish option for a companion for the night was such a awesome idea. The front desk both when we checked in and this morning were amazing. And the doggy made my entire morning (huge dog lover here) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I love that this hotel is also pet friendly! 10/10 I will be staying here again.

In town from across the state for Christmas. We come over often to visit family and typically stay in hotels. This is by far the best we have stayed in yet. Rooms are great size, very clean, comfortable beds and the pool is open 24hrs. We would definitely recommend others to stay here. Also if you are in need, they have companion fish bowls that you can use to keep you company.

I have not a single complaint. My Grandchildren and my self stayed 2 nights. Rooms are clean, Hotel is clean, friendly staff, pool area was great. Breakfast was above average. All around great experience.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel. My room was nice. Hot, good and variety breakfast with fruit. They leave folded towels on all the chairs in good working pool and jetted hot tub. Only things that need improvement for me are the air/heat and mattress. The air/heat box was a little too loud for me and mattress felt too firm. TV could also seemed a little small.

Very nice by any standards, and better than most Comfort Inns I've stayed in. The lobby overlooks the indoor pool, which gives it a feel of a vacation spot rather than just another hotel. The staff was ready with our reservation when we arrived and the AC was already on in the room. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet despite the fact that the hotel was obviously very full.

Fantastic hotel! Had that home away from home feel. Rooms were super cozy, staff super sweet, they even had companion beta fish which were a big hit with my kiddos. Breakfast was top notch and the laundry room and fitness rooms were great too. The only complaints I have: the pool isn't outdoor and they put us in a room right at the front of the hotel on the main floor and the noise level from breakfast in the lobby woke me up earlier than I had wanted to wake while on vacation lol. But not enough to take away a star. This stat makes me want to consider Comfort Inn more while on road trips!

Had a great time there. Very clean, very nice staff, comfortable room and bed, priced well, nothing negative to say about my time there. If friendly staff means a lot to you, (as it does to me) you will be very pleased.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful — — front staff, breakfast staff, AND housekeeping. The companion fish idea is so much fun and we enjoyed the company of our little friend, whom I dubbed "Lil Dude" during our stay. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel, and breakfast was delicious both days. We are definitely returning to this hotel when we visit Spokane Valley again.

Wow! Breakfast was amazing! Probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. They have pretty much anything you can imagine. AND it was tasty. The front desk staff also was very nice and accomodating even when we showed up without a reservation. If all comfort inns are like this one ill definitely be looking for one of these on the road next time.

Awesome staff and service! We have stayed at many Comfort Inn & Suites over the past year and by far this is the best one ever! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their guests have everything they need. If you're in the area and looking for a great hotel to stay at stop and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent hotel. The room and bed were super comfy. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Shower was great pressure. Entire facility was very clean and staff helpful and friendly.

Compared to many others of the same brand this hotel had a welcoming and happy vibe about it and the friendly and efficient staff added a lot to this. The room was comfortable and mostly clean but didn’t pass the dirty feet in the bath test — guess the carpet was dirtier than it looked. I’d stay again though, but probably in a room on the car park side as I suspect it might be quieter as there was some noise from the nearby freeway and train line — not bad but you could hear it.

Just came home from a weekend at Comfort Inn in Spokane. We celebrated our daughters wedding. This hotel was more than accommodating. The staff was so helpful, kind, and even had favors in each room for our guests. Thanks for a great experience. I definetly will be back when traveling to Spokane.

This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Both times have been wonderful! The staff here is amazing and very friendly! You'll be hard pressed not to see smiling faces no matter when you walk through the door. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast too! Oh and if you need a comforting pet they have fish bowls available to take to your room.

Friendly, convenient and CLEAN. Stacey at the desk is a wonderful greeting throughout the evenings and Heather is a fabulous Lead Housekeeper along with her staff. The room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The 24hr pool made my kids happier then a mountain of candy. The continental breakfast was my favorite part of the stay, so many options that made even my picky kids happy. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay, I slept really well compared to earlier in the week an another motel. The bed was very comfortable. With that being said, there were no washcloths. Just two towels to dry with. I did not really understand that as everything else was wonderful. Did they forget? my co workers said they got washcloths so maybe it was overlooked but kinda strange. But the place was very clean and comfortable, staff was freindly.

Best place in Spokane/Spokane Valley to stay! Some of the personnel have been there more than 10 years and all are very customer service oriented. I stay there every excuse I get! Close to restaurants (Applebees is across the street), close to the mall and many other shopping establishments. The chocolate chip cookies in the evening are a nice treat and this year they added milk! Coffee is available around the clock. The breakfast is very good.

This hotel made me realize that not all hotels are created equal. The staff here is incredible. We were in town much longer than expected and they were very sweet and accommodating. It's obvious that they all get along well with each other and they treated us like family. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is this is a very busy hotel. Lots of families with children running around the halls and if you have someone active above you, the floors/ceilings aren't very soundproof and you hear every footstep. None of that in anyway reflects on how awesome the staff is though. We actually kind of miss them. Excellent breakfast too!

I was for sure thinking, wow this is great, walls could be a little more insulated (sound wise) but bed was comfy and really happy with price paid until went for breakfast. Well they had me at BACON, soon as noticed rather than gross frozen sausage patties had bacon, and being on a low carb diet (most of the time anyway) made me decide 5 out of 5. Then as enjoying my bacon was asked if I would like made to order eggs or an omelet, enjoying my omelet I was thinking 6 out of 5 for sure. For solo traveller's (guessing not a stickler for solo, lol) they offer companion fish, this made me smile even though did not take them up on offer. Pet friendly hotel, so if have allergies maybe not for you.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite for our stay. The room was what you'd expect from here, clean and comfortable. The only downside was apparently they had an emergency with their boiler for the first two hours after we checked in which meant no jacuzzi. After a couple hours it came up and everything was great after that. The breakfast was also very good for a Continental.

Fabulous stay! I've stayed in many choice hotels, but this one is the best ever. Super clean and friendly. It felt like a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price. We will definitely make this our place to stay in Spokane!

Nice and super clean rooms. Lobby/Front Desk Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was top notch. Fresh variety of food. I was pleasantly surprised to see an omlette station complete with chef. We will stay here again when we're in town.

Our first time here. Wonderful. Everyone was amazing we have zoey with us, We all add slept great facing freeway. No noise. Except train at 730 am but it was even great. Hot cocoa bar in the evening. Heading to Breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again, Breakfast was amazing will even make you a omelet.

I had no problems with this hotel. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfy, and had some very nice beds, hot showers, and a solid selection of TV channels. The food offered for breakfast was great, and the late night cookies were delicious. All in all, it was a very cozy experience.

Our stay was awesome! They have a marketing program I knew nothing about but was randomly pick for. I was the guest of the day, I was upgraded from a standard 2 queen room to a king suite with a fireplace and spa tub! The suite was fabulous and I had my pup with me, it was not a problem. We decided to stay an extra day to finish our Christmas shopping. We were able to keep the suite at my original room rate! The staff were very personable, professional and all around happy fun people! I will recommend this Comfort Inn to my friends & family! Thank you for choosing me for "Guest of the Day" and the gift of chocolates also! Christmas came early for me! Thank you, you made my day and my stay wonderful!

We were passing through and stopped for the night. We were amazingly pleased with the customer service, the cleanliness and over all condition of our room and the entire hotel. We used the pool and hot tub which are also clean and well taken care of. The next morning we went down for the free breakfast which was amazing. The staff were once again very friendly and professional, constantly cleaning and taking care of customers. I stay at allot of hotels and like I said above, our entire party of four, are amazingly impressed. I give it a 5 stars and will be back.

Great hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms were large and comfortable. Very nice pool and Jacuzzi. Terrific full hot breakfast service and soup & chili some evenings. On top of all that they have a special offer of Sunday night at half price if you stay on Saturday. We used this when the pass to Seattle was closed due to snow. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We travel a lot and found the Spokane Valley Comfort Inn to be superior in all ways to most other ChoiceHotels we've used. The room was quiet, clean and nicely furnished with a heavenly bed. Employees we encountered were professional and friendly. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time, especially the omelet bar. And the hot soup, served five days a week, in the evening was a very welcome treat. Good job, all of those involved with this hotel. We loved it.

Fantastic stay, with an amazing breakfast. They had someone making omelets, and the food was fantastic. They also had hot food when I arrived at 5PM. The room was comfortable, and my receipt of stay was left under my door the day of checkout. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a good place to stay.

Clean room and comfortable bed. All the basic stuff you expect at a good 4 star rated joint. However the continental breakfast was off the charts! I've eaten lots and lots of these breakfasts. However this one is super good! They make omelets that are good stuff.

I have traveled to Spokane Valley from Seattle every other month for the last 2 and a half years. I used to stay at the Oxford Suites, but after so many issues I switched to the Comfort Inn. I love it! Love that it's dog friendly, comfy beds, nice rooms, complimentary breakfast, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially fellow dog owners!

I stay here frequently for medical appointments. They know me and treat me like a queen. Very personable, go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. It's always clean and neat, and the food and snacks are delicious. I can't say enough good things about this place. Well worth your money! Stay there!

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would! Made a reservation a couple days in advance as I was passing through headed for Chicago and only staying one night. Got there later evening and was greeted by a toothy smiled Al! Al immediately gave us cookies and water and offered coffee and begin to explain their wonderful amenities. I told him we would be leaving around 5-5:30 am. The next morning around 5:30 we were leaving and Al brought us "to go" breakfast plates! He had started breakfast early. How awesome is that?!? Then our vehicle wouldn't start and Al and the entire hotel staff just made us feel like we were with family for the next two days! Accommodating is really an understatement! The rooms were nice, clean and they even moved a recliner to my room to accommodate a disability that I have. All I can say is, I would highly recommend this hotel! I recently was a guest at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Spokane Valley, Wa. What an amazing hotel. When we booked our stay I figured it would just be another chain motel, like I've stayed in 100 times before! First impressions are everything! Luckily our first impression was extremely pleasant! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting a member of your staff named Al! This man had excellent customer service skills. You could tell that he guenuinely wanted to make certain our stay was a positive experience. He was very knowledgeable about not only your specific location, but with Choice Hotels! He took pride in his job and was very helpful with local directions and places to see and dine! Earlier I stated that LUCKILY OUR FIRST IMPRESSION WAS GREAT! Because our second was not! Our next staff interaction was with a manager named Will! He was arrogant and honestly he made me feel like my questions were an imposition on him and whatever he was doing in his office. We will definitely stay here anytime we pass through thanks to the amazing attitude of one of your mid level employees! It's pretty sad when a mid level employee takes more pride in his job and is more accommodating and helpful than management! Christian Davis.

We have been traveling as a family all across the country and have stayed in many hotels. This was by far the very best! The hotel was clean and felt like new, the staff was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of staff members present to keep things clean and running well. The pool was super clean and the breakfast staff was wonderful, not to mention that the food was fantastic! I hate when the "hot breakfast" includes some sort of egg product that is not 100 percent egg, but this breakfast included eggs-to-order and waffles with a real fruit topping and whipped cream. We were sad to have to leave. It was like a little vacation resort. But the best part was the friendly and attentive staff. Well done, Comfort Inn and Suits in Spokane Valley!

Good experience from the get go. Learh was very kind and accommodating. Beautiful property conveniently located off the interstate, close enough to see but far enough to miss the Hwy Noise. Our room was very nice, clean and beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. I recommend it:)

A welcoming desk clerk at the end of a long day with fresh chocolate chip cookies and refreshing lemon ice water at the entrance to the lobby. The room was spacious, quiet and on the top floor as I requested. Everything appeared to be new and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had waffles and scrambled eggs and fruit for breakfast in the lobby. The room came with a keurig coffee machine as well as a microwave and refrigerator. We went to the Spokane mall just a few miles away and had a wonderful dinner at twigs bistro.

Had an EXCELLENT stay here during the busy basketball tournament. Front desk was VERY kind, professional and out-going. The hotel looks great with a beautiful design. Great breakfast (have their own chef) and my room was great as well. Would love to stay here again!

Easy to get to location. Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Pool kept kids happy. Best complimentary breakfast on our two week long road trip. Chocolate waffles we're awesome!

Super friendly front staff, comfortable and clean for a quick overnight stay, easy access off the I90. Applebee's and a few other restaurants a short walk away.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good compared to other hotels. The pool and spa were open 24 hours. The only negative was the slight oder of smoke in our non smoking room.

Comfort Inn & Suites in Spokane is a very nice place to stay. Clean, quite and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Close to the mall and several restuarants. Will stay again.

Great hotel, and had excellent online discounts as well. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and the facility well maintained and clean. Lots of parking close to the doors, even on a weekend night. The room was immaculate, and I really do mean that. I actually noticed that all of the nooks and crannies in the bathtub were spotless, the shower head nozzles all worked, the shower curtain was clean. I stay in 2 to 3 star places and this is very often not the case. The shower pressure was perfect. I didn't feel like it was trying to strip cement from my skin. The lamp bases even all had outlets built in, so I didn't have to play the "charge phone, charge laptop, use the lamp, have an alarm clock — only pick 2" game. If I have any complaint, it's that the curtains are only translucent panels, and they let in some street/parking lot light. They also billow a bit when the A/C or heater runs. The heavy curtains are just a narrow panel on a short track that doesn't move, and can't be drawn. I felt a bit uncomfortable being on the ground floor where someone could theoretically look in on me when they were blowing around.

Thank you Comfort Inn Pheasant Hill. We stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend and our stay was wonderful! Rooms were quiet, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All of the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple very minor issues in our room which were immediately taken care of and the rest of our stay was perfect. This hotel is the top of our list! I will definitely recommend it to friends.
