Dinner was marvelous, drinks great and our waitress was the most amazing attentive…enjoy.

Great staff! everyone was friendly and so helpful.

Had catalytic converter cut off my car right outside the front door. Area is not secure.

7/19-8:03am — asked Bob — front desk mgr if I had to check in for my prearranged airport shuttle?
Bob — replied No! I said it’s 8:03 and I need to get to the airport! Bob — replies — the driver is helping a 88year old guest and he’ll be here.
Well, that doesn’t work for your other guests who are now late.
After confronting Bob for a 2nd time — requesting he call us a cab to take us over, with the other guest who was waiting also.
The purpose of a hotel is to provide shelter and service for your transient guest. Your Customer service sucks!
Bob refused to call a cab, after many unsuccessful attempts to get a ride to the airport, my husband and I finally ended up walking at 8:10am, with no shuttle in site.
I urge your corporate office you need to give training and remind your staff — The customer is FIRST!
TReat your customers as you would want US to treat you and your family! That’s the golden RULE of LIFE!
I would appreciate a full refund for this nightmare of a service! Donna — The duty manager — working the front desk, ignored me (prepaid customer) for 10min while she was doing nothing but looking at her computer screen, while a young gentleman helped another customer. This is BAD customer service to ignore someone who wants to give you money. She needs TRAINING! I’ve worked for Outrigger Hotels from desk clerk to asst. Mgr in 2 years. And I would never treat and ignore anybody — especially if their standing in front of you!

Whatever you do, just don't order the clam chowder it was the worst we ever had. Other than that everything else was perfect.

It was a very nice room and a comfortable bed. They had beautiful hard floors… BUT… the lady in the room above me wore high heels and the click click clicking above my head was annoying. Even turning up the TV volume didn’t help.

What a nice place to stay! Super clean and pretty and modern. I’m usually all about vintage but this was really nice and very comfortable and warm.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. I waited OVER 40 MINUTES for the "courtesy" shuttle to pick me up. No call back. I was then given the run around about why it was late. First I was told they were unable to reach the driver. Then the manager told me the traffic was "really bad" getting into the airport. Seriously… if you are going to lie about traffic make sure there is actually traffic. I saw the same Marriott Hotel shuttle 3 times while waiting. The manager had suggested that I take a cab to the hotel, but they did not want to take the fare for a driving distance of what turned out to be less than 5 minutes. As a professional who travels a lot for business and for vacation, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a supposed premier hotel. If you want to pay to get ignored and lied to, this is the place to go. Get it together.

I have NEVER had such terrible housekeeping service. I'm in town for 2 weeks staying in a double room. Due to my job I'm showering twice a day so have asked for 4 bath towels and at least 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. I've had to call the front desk 4 days in a row for towels and also a bath mat, soap and today… toilet paper. I do not believe my requests are unreasonable as I refuse to sleep covered in truck exhaust and dirt and want to start my day with a shower.

Construction is 7 days a week and starts at 9am and you can hear it loud 4 floors away.
Absolutely horrible, no way would I have stayed here had I known that you can't get away from it. I also hate the cold hard floors that they put in with the renovation.

I asked to be moved to a different room, away from the busy street, and they accommodated me. The customer service was outstanding, the service was great and what started as a frustrating experience because of the construction, turned out to be very relaxing. The food was delicious as well.

The hotel is okay. My room faces the airport and the sounds from that area are not very well muffeled. However, it's not the hotels fault. The room is okay. Standard amenities but the room lacks a welcome guest info booklet. There is no complimentary breakfast and menu prices are a bit high for what you get at their on site restaurant. But there is complimentary coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful but checking in, the front desk forgot to give me a parking pass so my rental car got a parking ticket. I brought it up and they removed it and gave my the parking pass. The gym is standard but the pool is indoors which is nice.

The hotel rooms have been updated, they are nice & clean. This is the second time this year we stayed at the Radisson Seatac Hotel. The hotel restaurant has good food, although the service is terrible. At times the waiter cannot be found for long periods of time. Our second time this year was on August 19th, 2018 we ate dinner there. There was only one other group at a table near us, so it was not busy, about 8:00pm. The next morning we went to breakfast just after 9:00am and the same thing happened. There were only 3 other tables being serviced other than ours. I finally got up & had to ask someone for a box to go so we could leave, who knows where the waiter was. We will stay at the hotel again as the rooms are reasonable (priceline) and the staff at the front desk are professional & helpful, shuttle service to the airport and the food is good at the restaurant.

What a wonderful place to stay! The employees are very nice and polite. The modern design of the place mad with very relaxing and comfortable.

A little outdated but renovations are coming. Quick walk from the airport or they have a shuttle. Decent food options nearby. Beds are a bit hard but that night be what you like. Pleasant stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. Convenient location just a couple minutes drive from the airport and restaurants. Staff was OK not friendly, but they were effective.

Stayed here for a quick 1 day trip to Seattle. My flight landed early in the morning so I wasn't expecting a room to be available before check-in time. However the front desk agent was nice enough to find one for me so I could freshen up a bit before heading out. The room itself was furnished quite well. I do wish there were more charging outlets next to the bed though. I found the location of the hotel to be it's strongest point. I believe this is the hotel closest to the airport. I could literally see the terminal right from my window. The airport shuttle also provided a simple way to get to the terminal without much hassel. Overall quite happy with my stay here.

Better than the average Airport Hotel. The help were indeed helpful. The room was fine.

Employees were very welcoming and professional. My room was cozy and clean, the bed comfortable but a bit dated. The HVAC unit was not too noisy.

Wasn’t impressed. Room wasn’t completely clean, very humid on the top floor, couldn’t adjust thermostat, and front lobby was acted like we were an inconvenience.

A bit older but very conveniently down the street from the airport, ~10 minutes walk. The room is nice and quiet, friendly customer service.

Very good stay! Friendly staff and super clean property. Less than 1 minute away from the airport by shuttle. It's free and you you need to go to level 3c and wait for your shuttle number. Very comfortable beds and pillows in the hotel, water, tea and coffee included. Everything was perfect. If I come to Seattle again it would be my stay. Thank you!

Very well kept. Clean nice rooms. Family friendly. Easy check in & out. Nice well stocked bar. Noon check out ideal. Shuttle to airport just moments away. Same with rental car return.

We got upgraded to a suite when we told them we were getting married this weekend. Staff was very helpful when we needed them or asked questions. Location is nice, especially if you have to return a rental car when flying out from SEATAC.

No breakfast here so I had to pay $13 for breakfast. $120 a night and no free breakfast? These high and mighty hotels that don’t give a crap about their customers can kiss my butt! I’ll never stay here again. $50 cheap ass slumlord motels at least give you coffee, toast and cereal. Too much to ask for here! And when I asked the lady behind the counter she treated me like dog shit because I checked in with a CLC card, like I’m some sort of lower class citizen. Never again Raddison.

Stand up hotel, my gift certificate for one complimentary night expired by a few months and they still honoured it. Lots of love from Vancouver BC. Anytime I plan to come to the area I will stay here.

I have two sets of visitors who always stay here. Clean, friendly, & convenient. Skip their breakfast bar and go next door to 13 Coins instead.

Convenient access to airport. Great 24 hour restaurant next door to the hotel. Rooms were quiet clean & comfortable. Our shuttle driver this morning went above and beyond to be helpful! The airport shuttle was quick and painless. Thanks for the great stay!

I stayed here earlier this week. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hotel front desk clerks were very professional in the attention given to customers. The manager went above and beyond to help me when there was and issue with my vehicle. I appreciate all your help. Thank you Kelly.

Great hotel directly across the street from the entrance to the SeaTac airport. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and the train to downtown is only. 4 miles away. The hotel staff was super friendly and the hotel very clean. The rooms were spacious and very welcoming at the end of a long road trip. They have an indoor warm pool and business center.

Very clean and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay. Close to the airport which is convenient. Airport contains Link Light Rail which makes traveling downtown from the hotel super simple.

Check in quick. Everyone that works there has been helpful and friendly from the minute we encountered them. The employees want to make sure you enjoy your stay in Seattle, not just the hotel.

Unless you are walking across the street to the terminal at SeaTac international airport spend less at another nearby hotel and take the free shuttle. Company puts us up here every year before flying out. The rooms are hit or miss, some great others haven't been cleaned thoroughly. Ever single time I've had the bathtub drain back up while taking a shower, this drives me nuts.

They charge over $20/day parking that is not included in your vacation package information. You will be charged from day one when you land. I've never been charged parking after paying $500.00 for a room. I promise you I will never again. I'm told every hotel near the airport does. I won't stay here again. The room was adequate but not overly impressive. Staff was courteous and helpful. Indoor pool.

Great option close to the airport. Received some of the best customer service in all my travels from the staff here. Brandy and Theresa are simply phenomenal and are a welcome fixture at the front desk. You girls rock!

I'm so impressed with the Radisson! The staff was so friendly and kind! They made our stay so fantastic. My daughter turned 12 while we were there and the front desk stooped us on our way to breakfast to give my daughter a birthday card and cupcakes! This made our morning and day! Thank you Radisson!

While the public parts of this hotel have been modernized, the rooms are extremely dated. The hardware is made of the gold coated stuff from the eighties, the thermostat was made in the late seventies or early eighties also. The rooms are otherwise well appointed and the staff is extremely friendly. Apparently I didn't get the breakfast package and ended up spending $18.00 for a piece of French toast, two sausage links, and a small glass of orange juice.

We had a late night check-in & a super early checkout. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly & helpful. The shuttle driver unloaded our many suitcases, took them to our room, and unloaded them into the room. This was such a helpful gesture. The beds were incredibly soft and inviting. The shower had decent pressure, and the toiletries were fairly nice. I was disappointed they didn't offer complimentary toothpaste, but that is really my only quibble.

What a terrible place. I picked it because it was rated as a 3-1/2 star hotel, but it isn't! The toilet paper holders have a stop in them so you can only use two squares. I couldn't believe it! $150 a night and they limit toilet paper! The room was so dark I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. I don't know what they do with the money they make but they don't use it to buy lightbulbs or toilet paper.

Room was clean, not in the best of shape. Hotel staff was very short with conversation when checking in, seemed more of an inconvenience. Lobby is busy and very loud even at midnight. Overall I'd stay again if the price was right for a night but not longer.

I love this hotel. Conveniently located to the airport. Beds are very comfortable since they took out the sleep number beds.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable but not soft enough for me. The towels were very push and absorbed water with minimal effort. Shower was nice but not tall enough. No free breakfast or parking is really what kept me from giving a 5 star rating.
