So far so good, clean comfortable, friendly staff upscale food and reasonably priced wine by the bottle, what’s not to like.

Always stay here when we visit Seattle. Clean Modern rooms, quiet bespoke location. Very near Link rail terminal. Food is good.

On time airport shuttle, friendly helpful desk staff, beautiful functional rooms, great shower!

I dont believe in charging someone $ 200.00 a night for a room is worth the money for the room I got. When I called to order room service, no one on the phone could tell me what sides I could get. If was like no one who I talked to understood the menu. So I had to order from some one else and have it delivered to my room.

The hotel is a very short walk from the airport, and most cities don't put airports in the nice neighborhood. Seattle is no exception. On that note, the hotel is thoroughly obsessed with security, from the parking lot to the elevators. The room was immaculately clean, with lovely furnishings. The restaurant was expensive, but the food was outstanding. They have a wonderfully stocked snack shop with a microwave oven (there isn't one in the room). The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport several times an hour (security again). It was really quiet in the room.

Talk about exceeding expectations, what a treat this stay was! From the great location, friendly staff to the excellent accommodations this hotel really captured the essence of a great guest experience. Even the breakfast was above the average! The above average price was offset by the fine service and excellent experience. Look forward to another stay here.

The staff is great, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is the best shower I have ever taken. It is right next door to the Link Light Rail which makes traveling into downtown Seattle extremely convenient. I was worried about the airport being loud but you can't really hear it. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle.

I thought this was a fantastic hotel. Staff was amazing and friendly, going over the top to help out at any chance. The rooms were decent, with a very comfortable bed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, especially with the quick Access to the sound transit.

Beds are comfortable and rooms have all the amenities you'd want; to include shoe shine kits, robes, and slippers. I didn't particularly like the water efficient sinks. The sink itself is also quite small. Showers had pretty good water pressure. Hotel staff is great. Lobby is very modern. Fitness center has a good amount of equipment for a hotel gym; several treadmills, free weights, and cable pulls.

Very nice, clean, updated hotel. Staff was very friendly. I was sitting in the lobby alone after having a long day and a staff member walked by and asked if she could get me some water or coffee. She brought me a cup of coffee and was extremely nice. I appreciated it very much. Great place, very close to the airport without all the noise.

Had a great stay. Airport Shuttle was super convenient. Restaurant and bar had great food and service. Perfect for a long stay or a quick business trip.

The place is super nice… A bit pricey for the room size but it was possibly due to the fact that all the hotels in the entire city were booked due to a Taylor Swift concert… Overall the place is nice and people are very friendly…

Everything is very… SMALL. From the moment you walk in you will notice that. Can't walk 10' without having to turn a corner, They tried really hard to put as much as possible into a shoe box and that fact does not stop at the lobby. Seriously… you have to walk down 3 hallways to find the little tiny elevators, the place is a maze. They completely perverted the term "less is more", less space means we can pack more stuff in right? Either lose the conference rooms or the exercise center and spread things out a little, you cant please everyone and you dont have enough floor space to do it all. My wife is tall at 5'11" but her toes should not hang off the end of a king size bed.

Very nice hotel. Front desk was friendly. Yet, although they were friendly, they didn't explain the parking situation well due to talking too much, mostly about personal things with us. When we tried to exit the parking lot they didn't let us know they had to stamp some ticket we had. Just make sure to ask how to leave the parking lot! Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Excellent overnight hotel. Convenient to the airport, and parking is free if you're an overnight guest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and good at their jobs. They're was some plane noise in my room, but only if you were really listening for it — excellent for an airport hotel.

The interior of the hotel feels up to date and renovated, very clean rooms and comfortable modern decor. The staff was friendly during check in and the evening restaurant staff was very efficient, and the food at dinner was good. The breakfast buffet staff was fantastic, going out of their way to be helpful and create a cheerful start to the day. The hotel is super convenient to Seattle Tacoma International Airport.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was nice. Staff were great. Conference set up was profession, clean, and well supported. I was very impressed.

Great airport hotel! Excellent service right from the airport shuttle to check out. Very friendly staff. Nice recognition for IHG Elite members. Upgraded us to the Executive Level. They have a really good buffet breakfast (can be added on to the room rate if booked through IHG). Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

Rooms and bedding nice and clean. Hotel was loud though. Woken by housekeeping at 8am pounding on doors They were quiet after being asked, front desk staff nice.

Beds were comfortable and clean. They had towels that I used on my body after the warm water sprayed on me from the shower area. The shower was completed and I proceeded to make use of their beds which made me fall unconscious. I will be back.

My experience with the Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport was excellent! All were very kind and let us check in although we arrived much earlier than the check in time. The breakfast buffet (additional cost) was very good. They had hot food for breakfast and also fruit and bread. The shuttle to the airport came every 20 minutes, and near the airline that we needed. It is very near from the metro station and bus stops if you want to go to downtown Seattle. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel near the airport.

I can't say that I am happy after advising you in advance that I was paying cash, only to find I have both a charge to my bank in full for my stay and a fully paid receipt that shows I owe nothing having paid cash at 10:30 this morning.
Your processes and procedures need great refinement before I will leave you a happy review. I feel as though you have stolen $344.50 from me since I no longer have access to it.
Stay somewhere else until these guys fix their billing practices.
DAY 2 of the theft of my funds — — the theft of my money evidently does not matter to these folks. I am still deprived of my funds by theft. They say they "can't refund" Ha ha ha ha… you either have poorly trained individuals or poor systems. Neither reason matters to me. You are enjoying the float of my funds and depriving me of living expenses because you did not notify me that you were charging both rooms, incidentals and also accepting my cash for payment in full. It must be good to be you!

From the moment you walk in the staff are the most considerate and nice people you will meet. We witnessed someone who's booked room was incorrect and the staff did everything they could to make it right, giving out drink vouchers and the like to the guests and all seemed happy by the end of it. The rooms were very spacious though the TV system was not working very well when we arrived. The restaurant and bar is very tasty though limited in selection. The hotel shuttle was very convenient even at 4am when we were leaving. Overall we were very pleased with the stay.

Nice hotel. Aesthetically beautiful. Nice color tones, textures, furnishings in both common areas and guest rooms. Rooms are a bit tight, but the decor and cleanliness out weigh the lack of personal space. Beautiful bathrooms. Nice 24hour high-end restaurant two blocks away called 13 Coins. High-end meaning, high-end for a 24 hour restaurant.

I used the hotel for airport parking. It was very convenient and easy. They have regular shuttles to the airport 24 hours. It's very affordable.

The atmosphere in the lobby was modern and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was also very modern, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom and shower doors are hung on rails (much like an airplane hanger), which was a cool feature. We only heard a couple planes from our room during our stay, which is impressive seeing as the airport is directly across the street! My girlfriend and I didn't visit their restaurant or bar during our stay so I can give an honest review on those features, but if you are hungry and want a taste of classic americana, I highly recommend Dave's Diner! It's maybe 100-200 yards down the road and the food and atmosphere is great! To sum it all up, this is a great hotel and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

A fairly decent place with a modern look and feel. I wish I could say more, but there isn't too much that jumps out at me about the place. By no means is anything about this place bad. I quite like it here. I just wish it were a bit more memorable. Good work by the staff. They are super cool.

Amazing people and a delight to stay. Light rail short walk away with easy access to the Seattle area. We were the people that would pay $400+ a night to be downtown and close to everything. Not anymore! The Crown will be our new stay when in the area.

Nice property, but as a lot of airport hotels go there isn't much nearby this property. The service this Crowne provided was great, and their room was comfortable and modern. The lobby restaurant did have a decent happy hour as well.

I attended a conference in this hotel in the ball room on the top floor. The area was clean and well kept, but very tightly packed for 230 attendees to move in and out of the room. Service for refreshments was good and consistent. All staff I came in contact with were polite and helpful.

Great hotel with always friendly staff. I feel Crowne Plaza is a brand that is generally always nice clean and comfortable in this location is no different. 24-hour gym 24-hour pantry Starbucks in the lobby in the morning and there is an all day Restaurant and Bar. Denny's and a few other places to eat within walking distance but even more importantly the hotel is close enough to walk from the airport and is immediately beside the light rail station and a car rental place.

I ordered the chicken parmesan. It was more than a steak at most decent restaurants. Although the pasta was good, the chicken was no better than a McDonald's chicken sandwich. Perhaps my pallet is not refined enough to taste the fine subtleties of chicken breast; but I expected far more when paying almost $30 for just the entree.

Nice, clean rooms. Right across from airport. Upscale priced food in the restaurant didn't quite live up to the chef quality prices. Average at best. My biggest pet peeve, maybe because I'm from the Midwest, was having to pay $25 to park our rental car in the hotel parking lot! No validation for paying customers is unreal in my world. Those are the 2 reasons why I cannot give them 5 stars.

This hotel had a nice modern European feel to it. The king bedroom isn't overly large, but it didn't feel cramped. The euro-style bathroom has nice finishes and is quite functional. There's a desk in the room, a small stool that makes a great place to sit when putting on your shoes and a full length mirror. A major plus for the modern traveler are the multiple electrical outlets within easy reach of either side of the bed and more at the desk. The hotel is an easy walk to the terminal. There is a small pantry as well as an on site restaurant and bar. The fitness center is clean and adequately equipped. Having to use your key card in the elevator can be a pain, but it does increase security. The biggest negative is the outrageous $24 per day parking fee for guests. So if you're not parking a car and want to be close to SEATAC, this Crown Plaza is great option.

Booked at last minute after getting bumped from flight. Hotel is excellent. Ambiance. Professional front desk service. Kust overall quality and helpful staff. MY WIFE IS VERY PLEASED! Awesome job Crowne Plaza.

Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help you in any way possible. The room was cozy and clean and it actually made me feel at home. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included and you have to pay for it; which I felt was not worth it since it was just basic stuff like scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits, sausages, cereal and what have you. But that wasn't too big of a deal. The rest of the hotel was amazing and there's a bus that takes you to the airport, which is only maybe 3 minutes to get there. And the bus appears every 5 minutes. This hotel is also within walking distance to the shuttle station, so that's convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Website says 24 hour room service but in reality it closes at 11 pm. When you travel on a six hour flight and at counting on being able to get decent food at 11:10 pm it's highly disappointing. I then purchased cup of noodles from gift shop only to get to room and find out no microwave. I had to go back to lobby to heat them. You would have thought the person at the front desk might have mentioned that fact when they were purchased. Rooms and bathroom are small for a family of four. They just fine for a nights stay but I would not want to stay in a room that size with a family for very many days. Rooms were clean and had a modern look. Over priced for the size and service. Otherwise the room was sufficient.

I went here for a conference on May 16, 2017. The place doesn't look impressive from the outside, but the inside is beautiful. The staff is very kind and attentive. Food provided by the hotel for the conference was fresh and delicious — salmon, buttermilk fried chicken, Caesar salad, fresh steamed vegetables, and fresh fruit salad. Real linen napkins, water glasses, and coffee mugs were used. Very classy and professional. I definitely would return here for another conference.

Stayed here last night… room was very nice… loved the decor… the barn door to the bathroom… so cool and ingenious since the room is so small and a door would have been taking up space in either the room or small bathroom… plus it adds character to the room. The bed was extreme comfy… including the pillows… and I loved the special cream for you face and the linen spray to help you get a good night's rest. The staff here are very nice and friendly… and helpful. Now to the why I only gave 3 star rating… I arrived hotel from a long flight to find the bar closed already… it was only 11pm… I was looking forward to a glass of wine before bed. Crappy coffee in the room with chemicals (powdered creamer) and in the lobby you have to pay for a machine to give you a cup of coffee. Terrible when you are staying in coffee capital of the USA! And a staying guest has to pay $20 a nighy to park? Thank goodness I decided to get my rental car in the morning.

The Crowne Plaza is a great premium brand for the IHG family. This location was beautiful and a great location for travelers. From the beginning I was treated very well, as an IHG Spire Elite member I was upgraded to an executive 11th floor room as well as a complimentary drink at the hotel bar. The front desk staff were very courteous. The room was very nice and beautiful furnishings with a great view. Everything about the room was very nice including the many complimentary toiletries that the Crowne includes. One of my favorite items is the sleep kit. I also took the opportunity to experience the bar/restaurant where I enjoyed a cold cider on tap. I ordered a salmon and clam chowder along with a amazing steak sandwich with fries. I really enjoyed this location and already planning a return visit.

Night manager was horrible. Ole MitcheyBoy. 8 years highest ihg level. 7 hours, 15 phone calls, 4 e-mails, calls to corporate IHG in Georgia 3 times. Escorted off property by very professional At least someone did a good job that night.

Closed to the airport, great rooms, wonderful staff. Breakfast a little expensive but tasty. Recommend for a conveniently located hotel. Rooms were quiet and modern.

I've never left a review but after my stay at the Crowne Plaza I had to! I am a 27 year old young woman staying with one of my best friends in between flights and my expiriance was perfect from start to end! I highly recommend this hotel/restruant they were so awesome and accomidating the rooms are so fresh and modern exactly what I like! Thank you to the staff I had a wonderful experience :)

Very nice hotel. It does look like an older property but it must have been gutted recently. Very nice rooms and all modern interior layouts. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Hotel was very modern and close to the airport. They run free shuttles to pick up/or drop you off at the airport ever 20 minutes. Room was spacious and sleep great in the bed.

Modern updated rooms with a nice restaurant and easily accessible. I personally think this is the best hotel that is near the airport. Parking is secure and you do have to pay, but that should be expected for its proximity.

Tiny Rooms… Restaraunt is a Rip Off… They add 18% Service charge if you want to 'take out' to your room… There is no service involved in that… Terrible!

It's a very nice hotel at the SEATAC, just recently fully renovated beautiful property. Staff are very accommodating and know what is the customer service is. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall I do like this hotel, the bar/restaurant is great (lamburger is exceptional). The main reason I rate a 3 is after my stay, I needed a receipt emailed to me, when I talked to the front desk, instead of taking my info and emailing me later, the response I got was "I can't do that right now, if you call me in 30 minutes I can". I know this sounds trivial, and in the grand scheme of things, it is, just seems like it's not up to par with what I'd expect from a Crowne Plaza.

This hotel is awesome! My whole family was there, we had great time there. The restaurant is 5 star like the hotel. The food is great.

Usually I only rate a Buissnes when I have a bad experience, but this place was really great. I'm 27 and stayed here with my twin sister, my niece, and mother. We all enjoyed the environment the rooms are outstanding and the staff are on point. It's a modern style building with a lot of class, located centrally in the middle of shopping and the airport. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.

This hotel was nothing short of rigid, unocomodating, and clueless during the entire process of me making my reservation. They refused to allow me to cancel my reservation, even though I asked months prior to the date and they had not yet even charged my card. What purpose would holding on to a reservation booked 4 months in advance serve, other than to deprive me of my money whether I like it or not? When I got to the hotel, I quckly came to realize that the south entrance, which had at one time allowed quick access to the Hilton convention center, was blocked, and prevented "escape" from all sides but the one side facing west. This idiotic move on the hotel management's part forces its clientele to walk all the way around the southwest portion of the block, passing by a terrifying bus stop full of weirdos (who are often either possessed or suffering from severe Tourette's syndrome) in order to reach the convention center. I should remind you that the conventions and events that are held at the Hilton convention center are a huge reason why anyone would book a room at any hotel in this area in the first place. Knowing this information, It is positiely braindead to create more of a hassle for convention goers by forcing them to walk twice as far as they could have had the south entrance simply been kept open.

The food at this hotel is amazing. Hotel food is generally higher priced but the quality of the food exceeds the price. Highly recommend the restaurant.
