Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great place to stay particularly if you have an early flight out. Reason for only 4 stars is the cleanliness of my room. There were crumbs left on the desk from a previous guest so it was clear that they did not wipe that down.

Wow! This place is beautiful! Was comped by the airline (Alaska, they are also amazing) and did not expect this caliber of a hotel. The whole place seems like it was renovated yesterday. Everything is new. The pool is indoor and has 15, maybe 20 foot height totem poles and is surrounded by jungle like flora. Reminds me of being in Hawaii.

The hotel staff has been very friendly, the common areas or nicely updated, clean and comfortable. The room is very recently updated and the bed is very comfortable. The layout of the hotel is a little difficult to navigate and the overnight parking price seems high which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Beautifully decorated and general ambience. Good restaurant. Close to airport. Not so great rooms. Bathroom had a sliding barn door that was noisy, had to open and close from inside, and provided minimal privacy. The shower's faucet was not accessible any way but by actually getting in and turning it on. I was unpleasantly dowsed with cold water, trying to figure it all out. Might be fine if you have very long arms. Room was very noisy. I was woken at 4 a. M. (I'm not a light sleeper) by the sound of a neighbor urinating, not flushing, urinating. Constant racket made by hallway doors opening and closing by contrast, sounds of air traffic were minimally invasive.

The Seattle airport Marriott is one of the best hotels which I’ve ever been to. Staff is amazing and very helpful, and they were even willing to help out when a different hotel messed up my reservations. It was a wonderful experience to spend a night in this wonderful hotel following a great trip in Canada. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area as it is quite close to the Seattle airport and is within driving range to many different destinations around town.

Place is stunning. You'd never expect to see what's inside from driving past it. It seems very discreet but at the same time very active amd alive with travelers, work events/conferences, training, etc. The structure of the place is facing an undercover pool/park/coffee shop/entertainment, meanwhile most of the rooms from multiple levels surround it. Very cool looking place. Definitely worth checking in, also, almost forgot to mention… The place is renovated and is really modern looking.

Newly redecorated room is beautiful but the bathroom wall is too transparent so the light will wake you up and shower noise will too. Room was for two but should only accommodate one. Asked doorman to call cab and he didn't. Front desk staff and breakfast were excellent.

Great location and availability to interstates. Staff is like expected at Marriott. Always on top of every detail. Very clean and even has an indoor pool. Rooms have been updated as of this posting. Concierge lounge is on the 8th floor and has top of the line customer service. Evening selections are excellent. Tonight we had peanut chicken on skewers and then Cesar salad making and to top it off was the best smoked salmon I’ve had in a while. Don’t hesitate to give this wonderful Marriott a try.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Very nice! Aqua Terra restaurant was very good. The staff was very accommodating to our family (we have two young children). And the food was very good! Great pool!

This place is fabulous! The staff treated us so kindly and they were so very helpful. This is such a great place and few people realize just how nice it is. The indoor pool is like being in Maui. Oh, and we got it at a great price too.

The location to the airport is perfect and the shuttle is fast and friendly. The rooms are brand new. We really like the level 7 corner room. It was quiet and had wood floors there is a pool in the center atrium giving it a tropical vacation feel. The price was perfect. It was noted that it was our anniversary and they sent up complimentary wine and chocolate covered strawberries. The new bathroom door broke, hit want really a problem. Just needed an adjustment. We would stay again.

comfy beds with plenty of pillows The not so good: We literally waited 50 minutes for the shuttle. It was ridiculous. I called three times and the first and second time, I was told it was due to traffic. The third time, they tell me they had switched out a shuttle for maintenance. I would have much preferred to take an uber and not sit outside the airport for almost an hour. That was disappointing. We asked the next morning about getting the shuttle to the rental car facility at the airport and were told no. $8.35 later in an uber and we are there. No big deal. Then we paid almost $30 for parking overnight. Those things weren't great. Would we stay here again? I'm not sure. The shuttle situation was pretty frustrating. We saw the Double tree and Hilton shuttles drive by 3 times each while waiting for Marriott. The hotel is nice, but I don't like sitting and waiting because someone didn't check on the actual situation.

Newly renovated rooms were nice and comfortable with big TV, desk and modern bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Convenient location is a short shuttle ride to the airport. Breakfast buffet was satisfying.

First, the parking is very tight, we can barely open the car doors to get out. I will not go back there to get my car doors dented. The hotel inside is not bad. We went to the pool. I wore a sweater and a jacket and it was cold. My kid couldn't stay in the pool, it was too cold even she loves swimming, she had to go to the hot tub. And I saw many young men just hang out in that area. I wouldn't want to go back to that hotel.

I took a group of 45 high school students to this hotel as a trip, and we were not very impressed with our service. The hotel is being renovated and this meant that part of the parking lot was filled with construction equipment. They hadn't done anything to provide parking for guests during this time, and there were at least 20 cars parked illegally. We had to have another hotel guest's car towed because they parked in front of our bus and blocked us in. The hotel was clean, but the new remodel of the rooms was not very well done. The bathroom doors are a sliding barn door style, which were not all installed correctly. This meant that many of the doors got stuck closed or wouldn't close correctly. I had to go and help kids move the doors a couple of times, because they were stuck closed. Along with not sliding, the bathroom doors had huge gaps between the door and the wall, which left very little privacy for the person in the bathroom. There were hand rails in the shower that had loose pieces flopping around on them, and didn't appear to be safe to use as a hand rail. It seemed like they had rushed the renovations so much that functionality had been lost. The bathroom doors didn't have a handle on the inside, so you had to have someone outside the bathroom open the door for you after you were done in the bathroom. The hotel staff were not very pleasant to talk to and were even slightly rude to students when they asked questions.

I love this place. My family has enjoyed our stay so far. The pool is so pretty and feel so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. The reason for 4 stars is you pay $26 for parking and no free breakfast but they do have room service and a store. Super fun place.

Walking into this place was like stepping into Hawaii. The pool is one of the most amazing things about this place, it is the centerpiece! Two hot tubs. Trees. The cocktail lounge was nice. You can order drinks around the pool. At around 9:00, the pool is reserved for adults only. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on clouds!

We payed almost 200$ per room for my daughters bday. We payed that so they could have use of the pool. Kids got ready in the single room that was ready instead of the duel rooms we payed for. Pool was closed due to someone taking their business inside of it. For 2 hrs we had conflicting stories of weather it would open up a again that night? Mark the bartender awesome sauce! And I’m not sure of the names of the couple of helpful people at the front? Young Asian kid and a super awesome man that was very Accommodating. White middle aged super sweet. All in all awful except those three. Spoke to soon the maintenance man was also very helpful.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful staff great amenities. Very good location with it being near the freeway and also there is lots of food parking and there's even a marijuana dispensary close by called Kush 21 where you can get all the Marijuana you need. It feels very luxurious and fancy with a indoor pool and hot tub. Parking is kind of confusing though.

I expected more for what I paid. Very expensive, room was tiny. Room service was a joke. I asked for a print out of my bill and was told I couldn't get one. The elevator was out of order and we had to walk to the other side of the building to the working elevator. I won't stay here again. The only positive was the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice.

Nice hotel. Lobby and hotel bar are very well we'll decorated and make the overall hotel seem classier. The rooms are not quite at the same level, but good enough. The pool and hot tub were both very enjoyable and clean. The only major problem this hotel has is its design: the courtyard, pool, and hot tub are encircled by the hotel rooms. We had a hard time getting to sleep because guests in the courtyard were talking loudly well past midnight and their voices echoed and carried throughout the courtyard.

I have been to this hotel many times over the years. I go to Science Fiction Fantasy Conventions here. The staff is friendly and the beds were comfortable. I was a little disappointed that I got a room with 2 double beds instead of 2 Queens but they were still really comfortable. The Marriott Burger is the best, really juice and flavorful with the bacon done just right. They have an indoor pool and hot tub with trees and greenery around it's really cool. I really like this hotel.

This hotel has a really cool pool. So it's popular on weekends for large groups of kids and families to stay together. My point being, if it's a weekend and you're sleeping at the airport hotel to maximize your sleep opportunities, bring your earplugs. The hotel is not new so the sound travels very well. Very convenient, nice comfortable and welcoming lobby. Shuttle service awesome.

Great, full-service Marriott. Perfect for "pre-flight" or a family-getaway destination. Located near the SeaTac airport, and providing shuttle service, this property is a great choice when looking for a place to stay before your flight or during a trip to the area. If you've stayed at Marriott's before, I don't need to explain their high-standards or consistent quality, but the feature that most sets THIS property apart from others is their huge indoor pool/atrium. Soaring nearly 5 stories, the wood, steel and glass roof encloses a collection of pools, spa's and tropical plants that make for relaxing escape from what is frequently dreary Northwest weather (I'm sorry if you're from Seattle and think the weather is divine, it's not. ) So, maybe when the kids have had all the rain-soaked hikes they can stomach, book a room here and let the kids enjoy the warm pools while you sip a cocktail and just relax.

While this Marriott hotel is okay now, they were much better in the past. My family has been going here for 25 years for a family party. Any more they are always having noisy construction whenever we are there, they have made the whole facility much colder, and their parking situation is atrocious. The employees are very pleasant and helpful and the food at the breakfast buffet was good.

A very nice place to stay the night before flight out of Sea-Tac. While very close to the airport, there is no plane noise. Shuttle to/from the airport. Wireless is $10. The staff is wonderful. Great service in the bar and restaurant. Rooms are above average, but need refreshing to get a 5-star rating. A good Concierge breakfast.

Four-star hotel, the room is beautiful and comfortable, bedding is particularly comfortable.
However, there is no free breakfast, internet, parking, all at an extra cost to pay attention to.
Another day of stay due to the reservation system problems, service staff attitude is not very friendly, and the understanding of the Chinese name needs to be strengthened. Always know the hardware facilities are excellent, close to the airport, but soft services to be strengthened.

Really nice staff, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was sick when I stayed, I mentioned that at check in and asked for a room in the morning way before check in time. They were able to accommodate me and sent me complimentary tea and fruit along with a get well card! They even asked how I was feeling upon check out. They have a free shuttle to the airport that is very convenient. My only complaint was staying in a room near the pool was quite noisy, I did call about this after 10 pm and the staff promptly took care of it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay again, Thank you again to the thoughtful staff!

I didn't stay here, but I was there for a one day conference and I had lunch in the "outdoor" atrium area. I found it a very neat concept in the wet Washington area to have an indoor pool and outdoor patio style atmosphere in a warm dry place. And all of the rooms surround it so they all look out onto this jungle garden pool area. Very cool and a great place for me to enjoy my lunch!

Decent place to stay for price and location. Comfortable and met the needs of our family and event. SeaTac area is older and little rough but easy access to newer areas makes it worth the stay. 4 stars for service, they were helpful and nice. I would have to say some of the other Hotels in the area pretty much the same for value.

This was once a high-end property. The center of the building is a large enclosed solarium, with mature plants and a nice swimming pool. There are several nooks built into the indoor space housing tables and chairs that have been nicely updated. The common spaces in the hotel have been renovated and feel recent and cared for. The building structure itself, however, is aging and needs attention. There is paid parking on site; it was $14 for a day-long meeting.

The hotel charges $75 per day as undisclosed additional fee for incidental. Once you check in, the per day charge is added to your bill and you get charged in advance for during your stay as well as incidental. Since this is not disclosed in your Itinerary reservation confirmation, one can be unpleasantly surprised between $300 to $500 additional charges for 3 to 5 days stay. Also Marriott does not refund the funds for an additional 5 business days after departure. I think this is very unethical and such sharp tactics should be discouraged by us consumers. I travel frequently, I have never seen such per day charges. Normally hotels have incidental hold (not charge) for $100 or something like that and hotels do not charges the total stay before check in. Hotel was clean. There is only one place to eat and same food unless you drive to downtown or mall. We were there to attend a conference.

We had a 6 A. M. Flight out. This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes starting at 4 A. M. This was perfect for us. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was quiet. Marriott has great bed linens. Just what we needed for our early day!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and are so clean you could eat off the floor (not that you would). The hotel features a stunning lounge area in the middle of the building. It features a beautiful garden, small creek, hot tubs and a large pool. It's perfect for a late night swim. Or for relaxing early in the morning. There is a nice restaurant with a large selection of food, as well as an equally large selection of fine wines. Overall this is an amazing place that I would recommend to everyone.

Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were well kept. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is amazing. I'd visit this hotel just for the pool and the hilarious bartender.

The event room and food was good. Parking was a pain. First the ticket machine ran out of tickets. They allowed me in without one but this became more of an issue later. Second, some guy setup a table near the event room and was selling "discount validation" tickets. The room rental provided free validations yet this guy made easy cash off of guests who did not know they had to get it validated at the front desk instead of with this guy. Third, because I had no exit ticket I also could not leave. Their button to call for help didn't work at the first gate. I drove to the other one and I explained the issue and they shut off the intercom. I thought they were going to let me out but I sat there for another five minutes while their machine continued to say "please insert your ticket" repeatedly throughout the whole time. On my second call, they finally let me out.

Check out staff inexperienced, being trained. Tried to use Marriott Gift Cards which didn't work — — told to call 1-800 #, when called, they needed the checkout staff to call them. Parking was expensive ($27! ), not covered by stay & a hassle to come & go, needed to get special key cards to get in/out of parking lot. Dining room chairs old with vinyl chipping off of headrests. Noisy rooms, children running in hallways. Pool gate slams shut, which reverberated in central pool area which our room viewed. People walking with wheeled suitcases along agragate cement walkways around pool area very noisy! Will never stay there again! Was not able to use old Marriott gift cards toward room fees. Very displeased!

Everyone that worked there was amazing. They were all so personable and helpful. I was picking up family from the airport in the morning and it took roughly 10 minutes of travel time to get there. The room was plenty spacious enough for myself and two kids. Room service was quick and helpful when part of my order was forgotten. Highly recommend.

The front desk girl Friday night 7/7 we checked in around 2 am was awesome! Best service ever she should get a big pat on the back excellent service she made my stay. I was only gonna stay one night extended my stay because of the excellent service! I believe her name was Angelic or Angelica I'm sorry I forgot her name.

We went there for a pool hang time with friends. Their room was spacious, clean and bathroom was well stocked. Room was great proximity to the pool area and bar. It was big enough to host the 15 plus attendees that were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be booking my room there for my next family chill day.

Building is nice. Bar is expensive. Rooms are definitely lacking. No fridge in the room. Overall decent hotel but I expect better for a Mariott.

The pool was beautiful, and the view excellent. I was here for a conference and it was very well managed. The only part that was ridiculous was $10/day for in room Wi-Fi — how stupid! I can get free Wi-Fi at McDonald's but not a fancy Marriott? Dumb.

Arrive about 5:30pm, check in was easy and super quick. Very friendly and helpful staff. There were dirty dishes outside our room door and many of the rooms had dirty dishes outside as you looked down the hall. However the rooms were very clean. We got unpacked and changed into our suits. Went down to the pool and my kids had to get our within about 20 mins of getting in because a kid had thrown up in the pool and they had to clean it. Which I totally get, however we were told it would be closed for the night… so I asked for compensation because I booked this room SOLEY for the pool for my kiddos. If I wanted a room with no pool, I would of went somewhere a lot cheaper. He took my room number and said he would ask his manager. We went upstairs, took showers, and went to get something to eat. Came back to our room to find out the pool is back open at 8:45pm. Well it says no kids in the pool after 9pm because adult swim is from 9-10pm and then the pool closes. So I told my kids no they can't swim cuz it ended in 15 mins anyway. Come to find out it is 9:49pm now and there are still a pool filled with kids! I'm ONE angry mom right now because had we known they were gonna get to swim past 9, we would of went down. Still waiting on an answer from management but I hope they compensate me somehow. I have 3 VERY disappointed kids because the pool fell short.

Nice hotel, good location and very accommodating staff. Didn't try any of the food or pool. Only thing was the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as a couple things seemed to still be dirty.

Awful — terrible dining experience w cold food, poor svc where we couldnt get glasses of water by the time meal was done and steak was served cold and undercooked, raw asparagus and cold potato that even cheese didnt melt one. Then at 4am I get my door pounded on by member of staff w a luggage cart. I get out of bed, sprained ankle and all, and hop to door to tell him wrong room. Now 6hr speaking engagement for me today w no dinner last night along w no sleep all due to the worst, absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have spent 500 nights of my life at Marriotts and maybe had 1 or 2 complaints in all that time — this property is so poorly run and absolutely should be avoided at all costs.

Good place to stay close to the airport. Tranquil pool in the atrium and a Carter/Reagan era style. Attentive service.

Hotel shuttle was quick on pick up. Check in was also quick and courteous. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The only quip I had was they were not very forthcoming about a $4 shuttle fee when I was going back to the airport. It was not brought to my attention until check out, and that short trip should, be complimentary.

Very clean and friendly staff. The food here was in point and delicious. The Fitness was amazing. They provided earphones for the treadmill TVs, Apples, and Wet cold towels.

Worst Marriott I've ever encountered! My Mother-in-Law booked me & my 2 children a room & requested a crib to be ready after our 12 hr. Drive. I arrived and they were not prepared for us at all and even called my mother-in-law at 2am to verify her payment even though she is a lifetime Gold member and had already pre-paid earlier! After 45 mins. They still charged $27 extra for parking. The attendant who was supposed to greet us and help with our luggage was outside smoking! He didn't welcome us or anything and proceeded to shush my newborn crying baby the entire way to our room as he rushed us along and said "get in" and "get out" as we got in and out of the elevator and when we got to our room. He then pointed and told my exahsted 8 year old to turn on the lights across the dark room. He didn't ask if we needed anything and the crib was not in the room as requested. Worst hotel service ever! Would never reccomend anyone stay here, especially with children. After reading other reviews I see a bias towards families vs. Single/adult guests. Unfortunate.

Very nice hotel and staff. Super comfy beds. It has a beautiful atrium. I was surprised how beautiful the hotel was. The staff was super helpful, letting us check in early and letting us get into our room. Let us know about the airport shuttle as well which was really convenient. Really close to the light rail station so easy to get to and from the city.

It's a solid four star hotel with five star fun (for an airport hotel. ) Drove up from Portland today with wife and kids to catch a flight to Korea tomorrow. We played in the Marriot atrium pool all afternoon. Good prices in April. No nonsense. Nice staff. Quick answers to questions. Rooms are clean. We'll be rested for tomorrow's flight.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. But no cell service, no mini fridge, and no microwave. For the cost I should at least get to use my cell service.

I traveled here recently for work and while the hotel is very nice and the staff is wonderful the rooms are a little small and rather basic. I also found the hotel oddly laid out. The entrance is really impressive but the layout of the rooms around the pool is odd and kind of frustrating. I was traveling with a client and it was a bit confusing finding each other to meet for dinner and breakfast. Not a huge deal but rather frustrating.

It's a wonderful Marriott! Lobby is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Some rooms have really nice wood vaulted ceilings. Food is usually pretty good, although the bar area service can get overwhelmed on weekend nights. During the winter, they sometimes offer hot apple cider.

Way overpriced for the quality; $14.99 for in room Wi-Fi, unlike most hotels that give it free and they run a cell signal dampener, I lost all reception the moment I stepped inside. Then their restaurant menu has an "under $20" section, where a simple salad was $16, dressing cost you $2, and chicken cost another $2. Comfortable rooms, but if you want more it will cost an arm and a leg.

I suppose we are a bit spoiled by all of the amenities provided by 2 and 3 star hotels and we expected more from this "3 1/2 Star" hotel. First of all let me share the plus side. A very beautiful indoor pool and terrarium with winding pathways through the foliage. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. And when we checked out a day early the desk clerk did not charge us anything for the final day. A restaurant was also available for BLD. Now the downside. Full cost parking, internet, and breakfast. No fridge or microwave in the room. The room was small with just the basics and only one bar of soap for the three of us. When I tried purchasing Wi-Fi I couldn't log on so I called the desk. The friendly girl tried assisting me but had no idea what she was doing. I was finally given the number of the internet provider but when I called them they had no record of this Marriott Hotel so I just cancelled the Wi-Fi service altogether. We did receive a fairly good convention room rate though but will probably not stay there again unless it's for a convention.

A lot of added fees. Parking (with taxes) is $28.19 per day. Rooms surround a pool/socializing area which makes the room noisy into the evening. In short, this is a bad choice for business travel. To top it off, I get a follow up nit-noid $2.50 charge on my company card for a water bottle? Not only was there never a water bottle in my room to begin with, but getting this as a separate charge screwed up my expense reporting. I will stay somewhere else should I return to Seattle.
