Great curtains for keeping the light out. Airport shuttle service was good.

Friendly staff however the rooms (moved twice) smell like pee, no coffee pots in the rooms and the walls etc. Are in terrible condition. It looks very ghetto.

Great bed, the room was nice and cold! Slept like a baby!

Clean and big rooms, wasn't there long enough for anything else. Ooo yeah eat at the restaurant good food, but out of alot.

Nice clean room. We were quick to get checked in and the folks were very efficient. The room was very quiet, even though it was located just across from the airport. We had a good stay.

The location is very good, close to public transit and the airport. There are quite a few restaurants around and some of them even have reasonable prices! The room is spacious and comfortable for two people and includes a mini fridge and microwave for easy meals.

Easy to get to. Convenient shuttle service. Make sure to call ahead to see if the shuttle is available when you land. Courteous front desk and we had a great night sleep there. The only downside was I couldn't find the climate control in our room and it does seem like you are staying in an early 2000's hotel. Overall 4 stars.

This hotel is a little run down and in need if updates. There is an extra charge for parking which is always annoying. Why not just include it in the price of the room? The hotel is not in the best part if town but I did feel safe. There is a restuarant attached that has mediocre food and you cannot have the food delivered to the room. The hotel is close to the airport and an easy drive to the rental car return. All in all I would stay again in a pinch.

Red Lion by Seatac Airport: easy to find, easy parking, easy check-in, nice staff, comfortable bed. REALLY miss an 'In Room' coffee maker! Work put me up here all week for meetings, so can't complain too much though. Nice place.

If I had the offer of putting no stars, I'd choose it! Terrible stay. The carpet of my room was gross and sticky! The AC didn't work, the knobs of the tub were broken too. I got charged 14 dollars to park per night, we stayed 2 nights but got charged for 3 days. It states the checkout is at noon, but housekeeping came by 3 times knocking at 8am and asking us to check out! No pool, no free breakfast. No reason to ever return, and not recommending to anyone else.

We stay here often if we have an early morning flight the next day. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

Great place to stay at if you're just in and out of the city. Nothing fancy, clean enough. Good customer service and they'll give you a short 3 min ride to the airport for free.

This hotel is as close to SeaTac as it gets. There is a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel (but it's even close enough for you to walk). Despite its proximity to the airport it was surprisingly quiet. Rooms are nice and clean, and the free coffee in the lobby was really good. Staff was not very welcoming though, they did let me check in early, but don't expect them to greet you when you walk by the reception area. A 15-minute walk to the Light Link Rail station (takes you right into downtown). I will most likely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Right across from airport. Walking is faster than waiting for shuttle. Older hotel but room was great. Bed was great. Front desk was friendly. Decent food easy 5 minute walk. Great price.

Great location only minutes from the airport. The check — in experience was terrific and I feel the room was a terrific deal. The hotel certainly does not offer all the amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel but if you need a nice, clean place and ate watching your budget you won't go wrong here.

We only stopped in to catch a few hours of sleep before our next flight. Super friendly staff at the front desk, close to the airport, a comfy bed, and a shuttle service to get back to the airport. Perfect for what we needed.

Nice place to stay. Picked this hotel on ratings and proximity to SEATAC on the return leg of an Alaska cruise. It is directly across from the airport and surprisingly quiet being this close. It appears to be an older place but, looks to be well kept as things were all in good working order for my stay. Had a very nice, large room labeled as "standard". Huge TV, free Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant right next to it. Had 2 meals there, food and service are very good. Should I come to the area again … I will likely stay here.

Simple fast location nearthe airport. Rooms are plenty largeand the TV was bigger than usual, had good channel selection. Definitely not a place you stay for a few days but for a night to catch a flight it was great.

Very dated! Hotel has been around a long time, can smell stale smoke from times past, in hallways and elevator, not so much in the room. Rooms are very clean, have amenities. Staff is not so friendly. You do pay an ADDITIONAL COST for parking in there parking lot $14.99 per night. Hotel is close to airport, Gregory's bar and Grill next door is WONDERFUL! Best part was a view of wetlands lake out the window!

The people that work here are incredible. I've never had better service or a better time at a hotel than I have here. They take very good care of me and their ADA rooms are great!

The halls smelled of smoke which made us think we had gotten a smoking room. The lights & thermostat didn't work. There was no coffee maker & the towels were like sand paper. My skin was actually red after using it. Housekeeping banged on the door at 8am to find out when we were checking out. I WAS asleep until then. The front desk clerk said that the housekeeper was just trying to do her job & dismissed my complaint. I won't get into their rewards for staying program which allows a free stay at a "budget property. " Red Lion was our go to up until now. It's not worth the $$. There have been issuesvat multiple locations but this one took the cake.

Room good not great quality. Lack of a free continental breakfast is pretty lame. Overall experience just fine not bad or amazing.

Great hotel! Super comfortable beds. Great showers. Cozy room. Very clean. Super close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes! The staff were all super helpful and friendly!

Hotel is very close to airport (within walking distance) but they have a shuttle that runs every ~10 minutes 24 hours a day. Rooms are fairly standard with some upgrades, but clean comfortable for a nights stay. They even asked if we need a walk up call… guess they have a lot of 1 night guests. Restaurant next door has early bird discountss from 4-6.

I have stayed here on business several times (the company pays for our lodging here). I would like to give it at least 3.5 stars if the option was there. My main issue with this hotel is the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms. It's not possible to make the room cool enough in the summer. Period! This evening when we checked in, our room had to have been close to 80 degrees. The heat was on full force and we had to prop open the window just to breathe. It's 51 degrees outside mind you, not 20 degrees. Knowing what I know about this place, I usually bring a fan with me just to get air. On the positive side, our rooms have always been clean and the beds are pretty comfortable.

Hotel stinks like an old building. Bathroom isn't very clean. There were little winged bugs on the bed. No breakfast and they charge for parking. The check-in desk isn't pleasant or friendly. The carpet in my room had stains and spots… totally grossed me out. I couldn't sleep because the walls are so thin I heard the neighbors slamming doors, flushing toilets, and running water all night long. Save your money and go to a Hilton!

The room was very nice and spacious. Good rates. And the airport shuttle is 24 hrs that runs every 7 min. Staff was informative as well.

We stay here every year and we love the people and the karaoke bar next door. The only thing I would recommend since there isn’t a place to sit outside is where the pool area is have a fire pit and Chairs. In the middle of our vacation it would be nice to relax in the sun at the hotel. Other than that we love it.

Hotel was clean but no A/C in our room. It’s fall and only 60 degrees outside and room was so HOT cannot imagine how hot it would be in the summer months. They did have a fan and we could open the window 2 inches and were able to cool off but how inconvenient! Staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant next door was really good with excellent service.

Word… pillows. The room was spacious, clean and did I mention the wonderful pillows. The staff is great. Will stay there again next I'm in town.

I visited the Red Lion Hotel on a work trip. The property was clean, walkable from the airport, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Moreover, the Wi-Fi is free and the speed good. A fine option if you just need a place to rest your head.

Very clean and nice hotel for a quick stay. Rooms were big and bed was comfortable. Stead was very friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean and easy to navigate. My room had a large bay window and a nice TV. A perfect place to stay overnight between flights, and just a few blocks down from the light rail station to get downtown.

It's an economy hotel. I gave it 4 stars because it's good for an economy hotel. The beds were fine in the blankets and sheets were soft. Everything was clean. Definitely not the place I would stay for an extended stay on vacation.

Overall room and service was good. I don't agree with the "hidden fee" they charged my card after check out for "Seattle's minimum wage going up". Include that in your quoted price or make guests aware of it at check in. It questions the integrity of the hotel when you have hidden fees. Furthermore, customers have to take the time to call and identify why their card has a seperate charge.

Pros: Very clean rooms and friendly service. Reasonable rates. 5 minute walking distance from the airport. Cons: we were in room 223 and it smelled a bit musty; the fridge was turned off and had water in it. Our biggest complaint was that the shades barely blocked the Sun and our room was bright at 5 AM.

I found the room itself spacious but the mattress needed replaced, I felt like that I love Lucy episode where they sink into the middle of the bed! Seriously not that bad but it did need replaced in my opinion. The halls were noisy as people came and went. Staff were very friendly. I was there on business and it was okay.

Not bad. Bed is comfortable. Not a good experience with the Wi-Fi or the gym. But the accomadations are pleasant enough.

Service was good, not great. We were told during check in that the rate that we had booked was unavailable unless we were Red Lion employees, despite the website saying nothing about that. The hallways smell like stale 30-year old smoke, but the room smelled OK. We were just staying the night before we flew out at the airport the next day. It isn't the kind of hotel or location I'd stay for pleasure. If you're just looking for a place to stay before an early flight, it fits the bill.

Im a fan of Red Lion in general, but we just had the pleasure to stay here over the past weekend and overall, I was impressed. The lobby was on the smaller side, but the rooms were nice and big. We had a 2 queen bed room and it was a really good size. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and parking was provided by the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again for sure when in the area.

Nothing is included except coffee and basic internet. You have to pay for parking, high speed internet, breakfast, etc. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and it could use some updating, but the staff was friendly, the lobby was nice and cozy and the rooms were decent. It was noisy, but the locale was good.

Awful person on the line. I was simply asking if we can upgrade the room to suit 3 ppl. As the hotel tonight app doesnt allow me do so. She was veryyy rude and not helpful at all… Asking me to call the app developer.

I stay here for work every 6 months. The staff are always friendly & willing to help any way they can. The restaurant is decent & free breakfast with a higher level of Red Lion Rewards. The rooms are comfortable and a good size and the internet is good. The fitness center is ok, not much more than treadmills & ellipticals. If you need a good place to stay near SeaTac airport for business or pleasure, this is a great hotel for price & comfort.

The only cool thing about this place is the door, the key doesn't slide you just tap and go. For as much traffic as this place sees the rooms could be better. It's like walking into the 70's. You could argue that no one is staying here for an extended period of time usually, so it doesn't have to be this amazing experience but I think that the reason it needs to be refreshing.

Extremely nice rooms for a bargain compared to other hotels in the area, the complimentary soaps felt as if they belonged at a 5 star hotel in Europe, and the atmosphere was sophisticated. Definitely will be staying again.

Nice place to sleep after a long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was quaint. I accidentally left my phone there and they mailed it to me after they found it!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found it to be a clean, somewhat utilitarian place. Our room was on a high floor, facing away from the airport, and therefore quiet. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast at Tully's, the adjoining diner, was good, as was dinner at another restaurant recommended by staff.

Exceptionally convenient, with parking and location. Recently waived last minute change/parking charge when forest fire/evacuation notice for my home forced last minute cancellation. Have stayed there for years, and will continue to do so.

Fine accommodations. Older but basically clean. Nice beds with good pillows.

Terrible service. Found ticks and bed bugs in my room and then had extremely poor customer service! Pretty sure my sheets have been re-used again without being washed. I was disgusted. The room smelt like old garbage. If you love yourself, DON'T STAY HERE.

This place was great. We stayed here for our first anniversary of marriage. The rates were reasonable and they had a special which made it a great deal. We received movie tickets, a gift card to their restaurant (which was better than I would have expected), and chocolate covered strawberries with Champagne. Good value, good location, would stay here again.

It was cheap, I had to book an unexpected one day stay in this hotel and it was cheap and quite comfortable. For $70 a night it is totally worth it because everything else was over $130 a night, the only thing is this place kind of reminds me of a Motel 8, but they for the cost I'm not complaining.

Nice place hallway smelled like cigarettes but room didn't. It was nice and very clean and comfy beds. There is nothing extra like free breakfast like you would get at other hotels for about the same price. Also parking in the hotel even though your staying there is an extra $10 dollars which I didn't know until I was checking in after I had already made an online reservation.

I could have eaten off of any surface in the hotel. The staff was willing to answer or find answers to any question I had at any time of the day. ATM (with a small fee) is located in the lobby. Tully's and Gregory's Bar and Grill are located across the parking lot (great meal there my last night — cedar plank salmon) The room was very comfortable and clean. Airport noise was not bothersome and good air control (I turned off the air, because I got cold) in the room. I caught the airport shuttle which was waiting outside at 4:15 AM. The staff was friendly and helpful even at that early hour. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a good place to stay for an early flight.
