Great location just south of Sea-Tac. Angela Mose an Emmie Crespo are the best to deal with when planning your events. Guests rooms are spacious snd comfortable!

Deposit is a bit extreme and to pay for Unsecured parking, but don’t leave anything in your car.

We were charged for parking. There was no notice of this charge on our reservation. We are Bonvoy members. The hotel parking lot is empty. Why the charge? We booked on your app. The front desk clerk would offer no help. The room smells so bad. The disinfectant is way way way too much. Just clean the room. Spraying the room is not cleaning the room. The hotel bar and restaurant are not open. Again, no mention on our reservation. We traveled all day, the last thing we wanted to do is get back in the car to find food. This is the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in. No more. This property needs to be dumped. I’m sure management will blame all of this on Covid, but it is really just very poor management.

I reserved my room online and arrived to the hotel to check in, MJ who was working the front desk at the time was very dismissive and seemingly frustrated when I arrived. She told me she couldnt help me to come back at 3:00pm which was only 30 minutes away, no big deal. I returned at 3:00pm to find a really long line of people waiting to check in. At around 3:45 I made it to the counter and was informed by Lash that my reservation had been cancelled since they were over booked. I asked why nobody had contacted me or why MJ couldnt have told me instead of having me wait for over an hour, he had no response. The level of customer service was extremely poor and I wasted over an hour just to be turned away due to their own mistakes.

Clean rooms, wonderful view, very courteous employees, quit and calm environment. I would definitely stay at this establishment again in the furture!

Unhappy, the card in the room offers $5 credit per night for skipping room service… then at the front desk they "changed the program". Why leave the advertisement in the rooms? I would bet the ads are still in every room because that is how they get patrons to skip housekeeping.

I will not recommend friends I visited got charger for 250.00 cause I'm a tareable for not throwing my cigarette butts on the ground but threw them in garbage when I got back to the room. Not I thought I was doing right not to liter and being a vet and in habit field striping it and throwing butt in garbage. And didn't want to hear nothing of the truth.
250.00 fine for not littering really … so u know why I will not recommend.

Very good customer service. The bedrooms are extensive and good menu to tempt your palate … The only thing I can say is that good thing cost 190.00 dollars for a single room.

Excellent hotel near SeaTac airport with a good restaurant/bar. Some people might find the noise of Pac Highway real close to the hotel and the aircraft noise from SeaTac Airport but it was not too bad and as an airline geek I loved watching the aircraft depart from there.

Great place for business meetings.

I stayed here last weekend while in town for a show and to visit friends. The location was ideal, the staff was excellent and we loved our room. We checked in very late on the first night and the two staff members who helped us made it quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was better than most and we had great interactions with our server both days and with the chef who offered to go get an item that wasn't available the second morning. I'll definitely stay here again.

Stayed in anticipation of a cruise. Ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was delicious. The shower is spacious and has dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Ok, I stayed in room 327 from July 14 — July 20th I’ve tried to complete a Costumer Survey on the Marriott website with no luck. I would like to say that this hotel and their staff is top notch! I would like to directly point out these people in your service side for their complete professionalism and true customer care. Keith, Kellie, Katrina, Kat, Kayla, Don, Lash and Gianni (hotel manager). These people are what makes travel great! Thank you for all your hard work. Shannon.

Shuttle bus won’t run when really needed. Front desk employees are very rude and not very helpful. Was told it’s their way or you can go elsewhere. I will never stay at this hotel again…

Our room was nice and clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. Really loved the airport shuttle. I would definitely stay there again.

Good mid range property. Building is new. Close to train into town. About 5 minutes to nearest station. Has a free shuttle to airport that runs on demand. Train ride into town about 40 minutes. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good value and who doesn't need access to rooms during their day.

Check-in was smooth, very courteous and friendly service. Room was comfortable with nice sunset views. Good beds and pillows. Coffee could be higher quality. Great Wi-Fi. The pool was small but serviceable, cool in the afternoon as completely shaded by building when sun goes over. Breakfast buffet better than some, with steel cut oats and good quality fresh fruit salad. This hotel is quite a bit farther from the airport than others, and the price doesn't always reflect this… but we used points this stay. Shuttle driver was extremely helpful and personable.

Rooms large, clean, and well appointed. Near the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport Shuttle is free and runs every 30 minutes. Restaurant was average but it does have a full bar. 5 stars for the hotel but only 3 stars for the restaurant.

It is very nice hotel to stay at. The hotel staff was amazing and very nice at their job. They have a restaurant, a bar, and a heated pool. The interior of the rooms is very modern and well kept extremely clean. Also we have small children and stayed in a room facing the busy road and had no problems going to sleep. You can hear the road noise however it wasn't bad we all slept very well. They also offer a free airport shuttle which was pretty cool and was very efficient. Overall I have nothing to say bad about this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

The Olympic grill is right inside the hotel and I must say its very descent place. They have good collection of local craft beers, food taste is food. This is not an expensive place to eat. The ambience is great whether you are alone or with someone. Staff is friendly and this is a perfect place to relax in evening especially if you are staying there in a business trip.

This place has a three star rating and price, but seriously they offer five star service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure that we had not only a great stay, but a great vacation all around! The rooms here are great for the price. Convenient location to the Seattle airport and they have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the airport and will pick you up as well. The light rail is very close to the hotel and that can take you directly into the city for three bucks. Also an outside pool here which is nice to enjoy in the summer months!

Room was nice, they have a nice workout room with Life Fitness elliptical machines, treadmills and bike machines. That is probably the best part of the hotel. I was hoping to swim laps but their outdoor pool was really small and only 3 ft deep. I think a hot tub would have been more practical. The restaurant on-site was expensive and didn't offer much. They didn't have a complimentary breakfast either. For the price of the hotel it was disappointing. The staff was super friendly at the front desk, the bar/restaurant and house keeping.

This place is perfectly fine. Clean. Good service. Quiet. But the carpets stink. Really stink. We’ve stayed here twice. (My mistake. ) Last year the maid doused so much carpet fresh powder would fly up when we moved. We switched rooms, same thing. We had an early flight so the four of us gave up and breathed in the powder all night. Windows don’t open. This time we found out why. The carpets really stink. Hallways and our room. My girls and I used scented lotion under our noses and on the pillows. We will stay at the Marriott down the street next time.

First interaction was very positive. We arrived early intending to park, pay for the daily parking, then coming back to check in but they informed us that we could actually check in early for no charge. Our 5th floor basic King room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The furnishings felt very clean and modern. FYI parking is $15 per night. Our room was very quiet on a Saturday night. Would recommend.

This is an almost brand new hotel, so perfectly clean and modern. Price for room very reasonable, drinks cheap, food reasonable. Now under Marriott, the menu is limited but varied, at least for now. I believe that they are targeting the Four Points to appeal to you and me, not the low price leader, not luxury high end. I would call it affordable luxury. I really enjoyed my short, accidental stay here. Keith in the bar is great company.

Hotel is nice and remodeled has a casino and restaurant in it. The day staff isn’t as squared away as the night staff. Came in to Seattle airport in the morning and waited over an hour for the time I called for the shuttle to show up, then when getting to the airport they had no rooms clean. When I can down this morning to check out and get on the shuttle I was informed that I wasn’t signed up… even though I signed up when I arrived. The night staff looked through the book and noticed I was “penciled” in for 0530 the next day! Andrew at the desk offered to pay for the cab ride to the airport to make right the poor service by the day crew. This is only my second time staying here and will more than likely be my last because of poor customer service by the daytime staff. Don’t let my bad customer service experience keep you away from this hotel.

I would like to say that my stay was great. We stayed 3 nights, Shawn @ the front desk was amazing and very helpful on suggesting things to try at the restaurants and was a pleasure to talk with. The Olympus Grille had amazing food and drinks Bar tender at the Grille was very entertaining and friendly, highly recommend the clam chowder and the prime rib dip. I would definitely come back again.

Had a spectacular time this past weekend, 4 days travel, great beds, very clean, quick and easy check-in, along with a great and happy staff. Ate at the resturnt, and had an amazing salad. Aaryn checked us in, and gave great local information for activities. Highly recommended location.

Room was nice, and the staff are friendly. They were accommodating for my dog, however the security followed me around, reminding me to lock my door and keep my belongings locked in either the safe or up front. Felt a bit weird. The hotel seems to be located in a run down/unsafe side of town. Also the food was terrible, a step down from airplane food. Would recommend another hotel for a better price.

First off, I’d like to say that the front desk representative Shaun who checked us in Friday night was awesome (best part) of our 2-night stay in this facility. It was the rest of the weekend that went to hell. Started out Saturday morning when We ordered room service. AMY the room service gal was rude from the moment she answered the phone. We called to order room service at 5:30 am to place an order. We had 3 girls in the room who had to eat and be at the competition by 8…:00 a. M. When she finally brought our order up it wasn’t complete. She had no desire to be there. We called down to speak to management (surprise nobody was available). We called back down the Front desk gave us vouchers worth $14 each for the next am. Sunday morning, we tried to use them only to be told by AMY we couldn’t use them for room service we had to use them in the restaurant. She was informed we were told we could and were given them because we didn't have time to eat at restaurant (nowhere on vouchers does it say you can't use then for room service). She proceeded to argue and took our food and the vouchers with her our because we would not sign. We got a hold of someone at the front desk. They sent her back with our food, when asked if that was the same food she originally brought up she copped an attitude and she “ma’am I’m trying what do you want me to do? We were on a time frame, so we had her leave it. Order was hot food, but it was cold by now.

Would never stay again. Poor customer service except for the front desk check in guy. He was best part of hotel. We ordered room service. AMY the room service gal was rude from moment one. Then didn't bring all our food. We called down to speak to management not available. While packing found wallet missing and computer moved out if bag in closet to a shelf. Talked to front desk left 2 numbers for management to call us. 2 days later still no call!. Car in our group broken into in parking garage, money and cc stolen from our room.
Worst stay ever. And we stay in hotels very regularly as kids are on travel sports team.
Would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent bar. The area is a little iffy, however, it was close to where I needed to be and rated well on the SPG app. The rooms are a tad dated, specifically the bathtub/shower. Overall the staff made the experience wonderful for my stay.

Beds are nice. AC works. Showers have ok pressure, but not great. Wi-Fi was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Parking can be a bit odd. Street noise may bother some. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

A bit disappointed. Called to secure room on Christmas day. Price on phone $15 higher than online. Asked if she could match, she said no. Would have been nice for a bit of help on the holidays. Room has wonky window shades. It took awhile to figure out how to close because they are electric. No instructions. Parking is $10 a night, again a rip. Pillows are really non supportive and beds are pretty hard. Elevator closes really quick, not helpful when can't walk well. Staff not rude, but not friendly either. It's an OK place to stay but had more expectations from a four point Sheraton.

Very nice hotel. Still has new smell in the halls! Super spacious inside, so if you have lots of luggage or need wheelchair access, this is a must. Reasonably priced for so close to the airport. Plus, for extended stay, there is a Safeway grocery down the street. Only drawback is the casino downstairs… that is, if you aren’t there to game.

Very clean rooms very nice staff the parking is pretty secure with outside walking security. The restaurant is very good and the bar staff is very friendly. We front desk staff or outgoing and made sure that we had everything we need for our stay. The room was very clean. The walls do not have much insulation so you do hear any opening or closing of other doors in hallway.

I was at the Four Points for a training seminar and was satisfied with the meeting room. The restrooms were very clean and stocked. And lunch was actually pretty good… A salad bar with a clam/crab chowder and most chocolate cake for dessert. There wass slight delay because of available issues and during the middle of the training there was bleed over from a wireless microphone that being tested somewhere else, but other than that it's was good and service was good too… On top of the empty dishes and water pitchers.

Bright and minimalist appointed, clean hotel for singles, couples, or families. Its close to the airport but not right on top of it. The pool is small and offers kids a place to dip on a hot PCNW day. They have a grille where you can order decent food. We had an excellent meal, but it is pricey. We had a little trouble with the room phone but they sent a repair man immediately.

Convenient location at an even better price. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off which saved us a lot of time. The room was nicely finished with tasteful and modern touches. The view from my room left a lot to be desired but didn't distract from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and might even visit the neighboring casino.

The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and big. No valet, bar and restaurant close early and the staff do not treat you like your in a nice hotel. As Marriott and spg life members we did not feel special on our wedding night.

If you're familiar with SPG properties, this was more like a Sheraton than a Four Points. Great stay, comfortable beds. There's a casino with tables, friendly staff and decent exercise room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Worst Starwood hotel so far! Front desk was very rude. Called for airport shuttle they said 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call, they said 15 minutes after about 30 more minutes the shuttle arrives and the driver said I was on lunch and took an extra 30 minutes off. Fine. After I get to the hotel there were no other guests but front desk took 30 more minutes checking us in. True story… we get to our room and as soon as we walk in there are children jumping on the beds and a woman mad at me. Why are you in my room I said I'm sorry clearly the hotel made a mistake. We get down to the front desk and they said they are full and have another room but this was not the suite I booked and paid for it was just an average room with a horrible view of some run down apartments and the trash cans. About an hour later no kidding I hear someone trying to get into my room I open the door and you guessed it, the man was given my room? The room was not cleaned properly and I really would have felt better if I had gotten a partial refund my suite was supposed to be 2 levels and a great view. I went to bed thinking people (other guests) might just try to walk in given the wrong room.

We were placed here on an overnight by Delta. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and more. They really went out of their way to make the best of a bad situation. It's a long trip to the space needle but if your looking to stay local I highly recommend it.

Every single experience staying with 4 Points was excellent. Every employee went above and beyond to give me the VIP experience during my stay. From the reservation associate on the phone, to the parking lot security officers greeting me, to the front desk staff, to the shuttle driver, I was met immediately with positivity and warmth. I was given free parking for an extended stay, a wonderful, quiet room with an extremely comfortable bed and an impressive layout, and even a free energy drink when I checked out at the crack of dawn. The security feature are wonderful including covered parking which appeared to be diligently patrolled and the elevators to the guest levels are activated by the customer key card. The shuttle to SeaTac is prompt and comfortable. I wasn't able to explore the restaurant or amenities but I intend to stay at this hotel next time I fly out and look forward to checking it out. For $159 I expected an average experience but felt as though I were a celebrity in an exclusive hotel. Thank you!

It was a great place the crew is nice and very helpful … The bar makes the best drinks! They place is beautiful it smells great. Its clean and beds are very comfortable and soft! I loved it!

This is not a Four-Star Hotel, but they definitely deserve a Four-Star Rating for their mid-range business hotel (Hampton Inn, Courtyard, etc. ) category. New, modern, clean and close enough to SeaTac, but without all the traffic and "hubbub" associated with the half-dozen hotels located across the street from the airport. The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport where one can easily catch the light rail to downtown Seattle and even the University of Washington. The hotel "features" an environmentally-friendly device that cuts power to most of the lights in the room unless the key is inserted into it. This means, by definition, you have to be in the room to keep the lights on! The device is a little weird, but effective. I guess you really do have to stay at their more famous (but not nearly as nice) competitor, Motel 6, if you want them to "keep the lights on for you! " That said, the rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and the beds are great! I definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a room near SeaTac — — especially if their destination is south of the airport anyway.

The hotel was clean, tidy and contemporary with an informal feel and the location 20 minutes from the airport was convenient for an overnight rest before our next flight. We arrived at 6pm which as we'd flown in from London felt like 2am after a ten hour flight myself and 2 young kids were exhausted. The staff were so friendly and considerate. My only negative would be that as I had a young family there was no children's areas near by for the kids to blow off some steam. That being said one of the staff pointed me to the a corridor where the board rooms were not in use and the kids were able to run around without disturbing other guests! Thank you Four Points Staff.

New Four Points are very nice. I loved the new TV, but even better was the easy to use guide function. I hate searching for channels at new hotel. AND… the had a charging port at bedside. Staff was super friendly.

The convenient airport shuttle runs every half hour. The grill and casino restaurants, as well as a Safeway and several other restaurants nearby provide ample dining options. The gym equipment, while fairly limited, is better than many hotels and rather new. I was fortunate enough to stay in a two-level suite, it was way bigger than either apartment I had when I lived in New York. USB ports for charging in addition to the electric outlets is another nice touch.

STAFF IS SO RUDE! Tried to talk to the front desk guy, and he picked up the phone right in front of me to make a call! After me standing there for a few minutes after he did that, he was forced to address my existence and tell me to wait in line, when I just wanted to ask him a quick question. Also, was waiting for the shuttle at the airport and the guy was so rude to me when I called the hotel, saying that the shuttle at the airport would take 10 minutes to get there and to be patient, meanwhile we ended up waiting a good 45 — 50 minutes for it. I don't know how this happened, seeing as though the hotel is only 4 miles away! Other than that, good hotel rooms (besides not having a fridge or microwave, and paper thin walls) and close enough to the airport and seattle.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location near the airport. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The staff, especially, Dianna, in the restaurant, are warm and happy and so personable. Check in was fast. The food was so good. The clam and crab chowder was excellent, and the dungeness crab cakes were easily the best I've ever had… with 95% crab meat! Plenty of parking and very quiet during the night. 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, and visible active security in and around the property, especially in the out of the weather parking garage.

Exceptional service and very nice hotel. Great food. It may be 3 miles from the airport, but this is a much better hotel than the Hilton at SEATAC. Thanks to all the wonderful people I have met at 4 Points. My stay with you has been fantastic.

The front desk checked us in with much warmth and information. He was very professional and warm, we felt right at home. I admit, not the best neighborhood to stay in, but definitely the best place to stay locally. They even have a security guard (very friendly) patrolling your car. All in all, a good stay.

Great stay. Great price. Beautiful hotel. I especially love how they are environmentally friendly and don't use plastic liners in their in-room trash cans and have shampoo and body wash dispensers instead of individual little bottles.

First time staying at this brand of property and I love the hotel. Rooms are calming, bed is amazing. Parking is easy and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Would stay here again!

I attended a meeting at the hotel, we overlooked the pool witch looked very nice and inviting. It was a little to cold outside to actually use it. The meeting rooms were very nice they kept us stocked with beverages and some snacks. The sound systems were working correctly and seamed to be up to date. Overall I would have meetings here or attend more meetings at this location.

Honestly one of the best hotels by the airport. I loved how modern and high tech everything was. I loved how the hotel didn't try to charge you for every little thing. The airport shuttle was a life saver at 5 am. Yeah, it's a distance from the airport but the shuttle will take you to and from there. Bathroom and room were spacious and the hotel overall just felt new. Price is right too.
