First off, I’d like to say that the front desk representative Shaun who checked us in Friday night was awesome (best part) of our 2-night stay in this facility. It was the rest of the weekend that went to hell. Started out Saturday morning when We ordered room service. AMY the room service gal was rude from the moment she answered the phone. We called to order room service at 5:30 am to place an order. We had 3 girls in the room who had to eat and be at the competition by 8…:00 a. M. When she finally brought our order up it wasn’t complete. She had no desire to be there. We called down to speak to management (surprise nobody was available). We called back down the Front desk gave us vouchers worth $14 each for the next am. Sunday morning, we tried to use them only to be told by AMY we couldn’t use them for room service we had to use them in the restaurant. She was informed we were told we could and were given them because we didn't have time to eat at restaurant (nowhere on vouchers does it say you can't use then for room service). She proceeded to argue and took our food and the vouchers with her our because we would not sign. We got a hold of someone at the front desk. They sent her back with our food, when asked if that was the same food she originally brought up she copped an attitude and she “ma’am I’m trying what do you want me to do? We were on a time frame, so we had her leave it. Order was hot food, but it was cold by now. While packing found wallet missing and computer moved out of bag and on the bottom of the closet. At check-out, we handed our keys to the front desk girl, we weren’t asked about our stay, we were simply told we were “all-set” we had to ask for a copy of the receipt. We left the front desk with 2 phone numbers for management to call us. I called back and was told that supervisor would be in at 3:00 pm and the girl on at the desk assured that he would call us back. When I got back to Spokane at 9:00 p. M. I called again only to be told the supervisor was in at 3:00 pm and he had received our messages but that he went home at 8:30 pm. So here we are 2 days later and still no call!. No response from hotel, no understanding or concern on their part. We have a big group and we stay in hotels regularly since our kids are on a traveling sports team. Will never stay or refer anyone to stay here. Not only did money and cc stolen from our room. These but a Car in our group was broken into in parking garage, Worst stay ever.
