Very clean and sercas of the airó port I custo a lot that otel.

Checked in with a group in several rooms.
1 room — broken AC
1room — couldn’t get into, even after help from front desk.
1 room — smells strongly of cigarettes despite being a 💯 smoke-free hotel. Someone’s used gum in a coffee cup.

Cockroaches. For one, The staff is extremely rude here, no microwaves no fridge the elevator is extremely dirty, the place smells horrible, they’re are clearly people carprowling in the lot, the bath tub is nasty and gritty.

I think it is good. Suitable for me.

I just checked in and the entire hotel stinks to high heaven of paint thinner or some kind of industrial solvents. They never mentioned the renovations when I spoke to the desk the day before.

Location is the best. Clean rooms.

Great location near airport with shuttle makes easy transfer. Would recommend this inn.

The rooms are ok but I've stayed at better places. You would think since it's close to the airport the rooms would look much better. Adults can watch TV for free but you have to pay for kids watch anything on tv.

So far it’s nice and clean surroundings. Nice spacious rooms except no breakfast included.

Stayed one night, elevator was old & rough working. Key card had to be reprogrammed twice because it didn't work. I would not recommend this to anyone, I was very disappointed so I cancelled my return reservation there the day after I left.

I reserved a room on May 17th because I had a layover in Seattle on Monday 21st as my flight arrived at 10:00 p. M. The reservation stayed that payment was going to be due upon check in, to my surprise right when I arrived to the airport and turned on the Wi-Fi I receive an e-mail from Red Roof Inn staying that my reservation has been cancelled. Note that I received the cancellation 2 hours prior to arrival (8:00 p. M. ). In the cancellation notice they explain the reason why they had to cancel my reservation was because the payment of my credit credit got denied.
Fair enough? … 1) Why did they cancelled my reservation 2 hours before? when they had at least 4 DAYS to let me know there was a problem with my card. 2) If you want to blame me for not having sufficient funds well… A hotel never have charged me prior to my arrival or else why did Expedia sent to me a confirmation of my successful booking? The staff at reception was not helpful at all… blaming Expedia for the mistake. The hotel staff suggested I call Expedia to complain and the funny part is that Expedia then blamed the hotel… Honestly those deals are maybe a big scam as I purchased the reservation because it was on sale. As the hotel staff suggested me that the only rooms available where more expensive. I honestly could have payed more for it but I just felt like I was being deceived. What am I supposed to do?

The most terrible customer service I have ever been a part of. In the middle of the night. All I needed was a place to crash.

We stayed here on March 11th and we had the worst night we ever had at a hotel! The fire alarm went off after 3am several times waking my toddler up. It was so loud it scared him he woke up crying. The first time the alarm was going off for a good 10 minutes or longer we had to get out of the room on the 3rd floor and go down to the lobby because no one was picking up the phone when I called to find out what was going on. The 2 other times it went off it was a few seconds but still woke us all up again. The worst part was when we checked out we got charged full price we didn’t even get a small discount for the inconvenience of not getting a good night sleep. Another thing I didn’t like was that the rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn again.

Front desk staff were pleasant. Room was clean and the bed was ok. Not sure why ee were put in a handicap room… but it was spacious. Could definitely use some upgrades and the elevator is sketchy as it is old and creaky. Hearing the people walking above us sounding like they were going to come through the ceiling… made for waking up often and not a good sleep… But the water pressure is awesome and helped to relax the tense muscles. Would stay again but would want to be on an upper floor.
