When you read the negative reviews, please believe them. I'm not one to complain, but this one is necessary. First of all, this was a late night check in, it had been a very long day of travel, coming in from out of state. I reserved a room with a kitchenette, when I opened the door to my room, there was no kitchenette whatsoever. I called the front desk to inform of them of the mistake and I had the privilege to speak with the wonderful general manager, Alicia. Alicia yelled at me when I brought this mistake to her attention. If you're looking for great customer service, don't call Alicia. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. If there was a customer service training class, this would be on the list of what not to do. She told me to look at my reservation, I told her I was looking at my reservation email from them, it did not indicate any detailed room description or bed size, it only confirmed dates and fee's. The general manager told me — not told, yelled at me — if I was not happy she will cancel my reservation, right now and I can go somewhere else. I felt threatened. How am I supposed to find a hotel at last minute notice, after I'm already checked in? It was a late at night, finding another hotel was not going to happen. They did tell me where I could park my car, but never asked for my license plate number and didn't inform me that I need to get a pass to put in my dash board so my car wouldn't get towed.

Room was a good size and they have shuttles to the airport and the mall which is nice. Check-in wasn't great since there's limited parking spots in the front (I think there was 4 parking stalls total… two of which were handicap stalls). The guy in the parking lot wouldn't let us park without a room number and there were some other groups checking in. Shower pressure was good and the bathroom was a good size as well. Car rental return is right up the street which is convenient. I would stay here again… it wasn't cheap but it was one of the lower priced hotels near the airport that looked fairly clean / safe.

Clean hotel, just stayed one night. Just basic and cheap. Beds were soft and the parking attendants were very helpful. Very quick ride to the air port. Disappointed the restaurant closed so early, it looked good.

This place is okay for the price. The rooms are average. And the fact that it is across the street from a graveyard doesn't help. But it is close to the airport. The cleanliness is average and parking is sometimes hard to find.

Normal Hotel to spend a night.

I loved it, it was only for one night I was close to the airport.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The location is very close the the airport and around 25 minutes from downtown. The beds are decent, the bathroom is clean so can't really complain. The TV is doable but a bit small. Everything works so that's great. The only negative was that the shower didn't drain well the first day but we informed the front desk and they fixed it the next morning.

Though with a more dated design, the beds were very comfortable, jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax also great for couples. Within walking distance to the metro. Overall a very enjoyable stay, would recommend for a weekend visit.

We will never stay here again. The room was clean and okay, but we had a no smoking room and people smoking outside the front door caused smoke to come into our room through the air conditioning unit. The beds felt hard as concrete. When we checked in, there were two homeless people sitting in the lobby with all their belongings and the staff had no problem with them being there. One asked the front desk if he could use the bathroom and he was allowed to use it. I don't understand why they were allowed to be on the property in the first place since it was warm outside, but we just ignored it. We asked where the printer was in the business computer area to print out our boarding passes and were told that it broke some time ago. Clearly they are not interested in replacing it. They told us just to email the boarding passes to our phone. In the morning, the hotel shuttle driver literally threw our bags into the back of the shuttle. My wife then asked the driver to be careful with the carry on bag because her laptop computer was inside. He couldn't care less and threw it in as well after she asked him to be careful with it. At the airport, the driver asked everyone which airline we were all flying on and he split the difference and had us get out in the middle so all of us had to walk further to our airline check in.

Very nice hotel. Stayed here on the beginning of an Alaska cruise. Not terribly far from the airport. The restaurant on the lower floor had good food and was thankfully, open later than restaurants in the area. Food was good as was the service.

Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition. Pool was a nice size and very warm. Only negative was no one seemed to be patrolling the pool area. A lot of wet towels and the pool needs a good scrubbing. Almost every tile some one had seat bed their initials in the sun on the tile.

Clean rooms. The lobby and the outside needs fixing. Just to sleep and get out soon. Advantage is that it is close to the airport and they have shuttle that picks you up right there.

It was affordable but rooms were not that clean. Dried food (at least I hope it was food) on the comforters dirty bathrooms. (Pee around the toilet). We were only there for a few hours to catch a flight so we didn't make a big deal out of it.

Very clean… very friendly staff… and a very good breakfast. Definitely not a 5 star… fancy motel but perfect for a nights stay before traveling. Parked our car there while we went on vacation. I would definitely recommend!

This hotel is what it should be at the price. Clean, modern and comfortable enough for a quick stay airport hotel. Usual bathroom amenities. Small and reasonable Asian restaurant off lobby. A few dollars more than the funky places and worth it. Weather permitting, you can avoid the airport and walk 15 min to Link train to Seattle.

Great value for money! Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are nice. Food on sight is cheap but cannot comment on the quality as I haven't tried it. All in all a pleasant stay and would come back again. I've stayed at hotels for 3x the price with comparable service and facilities! The only issue is the noise — I had trouble getting to sleep at night as I could hear everything in the apartment above and in front of mine. Still good for the price. Perhaps they should invest in some better doors/seals.

The hotel is decent for a budget. The restraunt Ginger Palace was really, really good! I had the Sampler Platter. 2 egg rolls, 4 Ginger Palace specialty wings (so, so good) and 4 pot stickers $12 full bar. I had sake! They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also provide room service, cash only $18 minimum.

Rooms were nice and big. King bed was amazing. Very close to the airport and the shuttles are every 30 mins but you can definitely walk over to the airport as well.

Neighbors very quite didn't hear a scream at all! Some airport noise to be expected but not upsetting. Pool nice, clean, warm; no spa but there is an exercise room.

The hotel is nice and clean the room is spacious. Walls seem a bit thin can hear everything on all side of us. The food at restaurant is good however I'd advise to use cash. They charged me twice on my debit card. It's an inconvenience being charged 82$ and now having to wait for that to go back into my account. The staff at the front desk were very nice. Thankfully they have cribs available as well. Our stay has been a good experience.

My bedsheets had a couple stains on them which was gross and the fitness area was only one treadmill but the restaurant that's there has pretty good prices and good food. Overall a good experience. Loved having a shuttle to and from the airport.

Good place to stay for few days. The Chinese dinner is very good must try at least once. The owner seems to be so nice and experienced and well trained staff.

A housekeeper pounded on my door before my check out screaming at me in Spanish then calling me a mother-f'er. I immediately called the front desk and reported it. Alicia from the front desk said that "it wasn't possible because housekeeping can't speak English. " She said she really didn't care and hung up. I just was shocked and in disbelief. I travel for a living and never experienced anything like this, ever. Be careful here, super shady.

For my stay it was quick check in, the gal was friendly. Room was clean upon entry, always saw hotel staff about. Quick check out as well, though parking can be rough.

Food service of transportation to airport and shopping mall.

The location is very convenient. It's 5 minutes away from the airport and Denny's. My room is good. Services are standard. For a couple night of stay, it's good enough.

The room was clean and the single with double queen bed felt spacious. Front desk staff came across as bored with their job, so don't expect a warm greeting. The worst aspect of staying here was having to pass clouds of cigarette smoke from people standing near the entrance, which is illegal in Washington State.

I have had it with Ramada Inn and I'm completely frustrated. In December 13, my family and I were supposed to stay at the hotel. However, we had a death in our family and contacted the hotel. They are REFUSING to refund. This makes no sense to be this inconsiderate. Approximately two weeks ago, we flew in and that's where we stayed. You wouldn't believe how many times we had to call the front desk. Not only did we not have hot water, we kept getting a marijuana smell in our room from another guest. They refused to move us. I really didn't want to write the review, however, the level of disrespect my family feels is unreal. We will never stay at the Ramada again.

This was convenient to long term parking and to the airport. The room and bed were comfortable, especially the pillows. We would stay here again.

They have comfy beds in the rooms but no refrigerators that work. Also the alarm clicks don't work right. Don't recommend staying there. But great place to come and relax.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. It was awesome. Front desk were so friendly and helpful the whole stay. Housekeeping did an awesome job, my room was always so clean and nice. They have a nice indoor heated pool and I was the only one in it both times I used it. I had a rental car and never had an issue finding parking on the hotel lot. Room service from the restaurant was also nice, reasonable price and good food. I felt all the staff were very polite and friendly, well except for the shuffle driver that takes you to and from airport, just not a good job fit for him. Being right across the street from the airport and I only heard one plane one night, extremely quiet the rest of the time. My room was like new, refrigerator and microwave with a big king bed and nice desk to do my work at. All this for 66.00 a night that’s a deal. I can put up with a cranky shuffle driver anytime. I’m staying here again.

Our room smells like cigarette smoke. We've left the window open since we've arrived and is has improved. Forget trying to park at night because the parking is shared with frequent flyers from across the street. The roomkey stops working every 2 days so you have to go back down stairs to get another one. You're better off else where.

Affordable, Close to SeaTac airport, and 24hr shuttle. Worked for what I wanted. Comfy bed. Fairly quiet night. Busy, people tromping down hall, and talking in halls. I could hear my neighbors upstairs walking around.

Hate this place. All front desk staff is rude even the manager. They are not very accommodating. Took them nearly an hr and a half to pick me up from the airport that is less then a mile from them. I have 3 children with me 1 of which is disabled and have never been treated so poorly in any other hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are basic no micro or fridge and no microwave downstairs either. Of course you can spend an hr and leg at their crappy hotel restaurant! Dont come here beware!

The hotel rooms are fairly average, but about what to expect for the price in Seattle. What really makes this place stand out is the unassuming yet incredible restaurant in the lobby. The Hawaiian influenced Asian cuisine is something to be tried but the old fashioned staples were just as good.

Front desk girls talked amongst themselves upon check in, I guess my money I was spending didn't mean much. Hotel smells old. Closed sign on the indoor pool, "the one reason" we picked it. Bathroom counter is falling apart, they have it taped because they are obviously too with packing tape as they are too cheap to fix it. Restaurant at hotel is WAY over priced! Over $16 bucks for a hamburger and burnt fries. Save your money go elsewhere to eat. Hotel is priced cheap for a reason. It's fine for a one nighter and nothing else.

Do you not stay here! I repeat do not stay here! This is the worst hotel on the planet. Don't give me wrong it looks OK and decent until you get to your dirty room. I guarantee air-conditioner will not work. I called to try to get it fixed only to be yelled at by the manager! The room was dirty, hair on the bed not vacuumed just gross. Didn't really care because I was there for a concert but when I book the reservation I asked for a 2 PM check out that I was granted without any questions or problems. At at 8:30 AM sharp I was walking to a route housekeeper being on my door when I open the door I explained her that I had a 2 PM check out her and five other housekeepers started to Becker and scream at me in English and Spanish about there's no way I have a 2 PM check out and no one is allowed to stay past one! 1 PM is not a problem to be until 2 o'clock it was whatever. I cannot believe that the housekeepers yelled at me and screamed for me to get out. I called the front desk and I speak with a manager to ask her what was going on and I explained her that when I made the reservation with a different reservations line is it 2 PM is the problem granted it was only just before 9 AM when I call the manager at the front desk and the managers screamed at me so loud I had to hold the phone away from my head and told me that I was out of my mind and I had to check out ASAP and I asked her to please stop yelling at me and for Batum she told me that you haven't even heard yelling at.

The first room that we were given was not fully cleaned, the carpet was moist, it reeked of an odor bomb etc. They stitched us rooms to a much better quality room. The evening front desk people were very nice and polite… however the morning person was very rude and condescending. Do not waste your money. Shuttle service sucks too-mail box was filled up and had to deal with the horrid customer service multiple times to get a pick up from the airport.

Beds are 4 stars, comfy and clean. Besides the burn mark in the bed foot cover. Staff was helpful, average. Shuttle leaves often but only fits about 8-9 people.

I think this hotel is super great for as inexpensive as it is. Can find great deals on the rooms especially during the off season. The restaurant downstairs is great love the breakfast!

Rooms were comfortable and clean and work well enough for a single night stay. There is no refrigerator in the room so you have to use the ice bucket. Unfortunately, the ice machine on our floor was broken so I had to use the one in the next floor, just one thought of stairs up. The afternoon reception team could also be more pleasant and professional. The person at the desk had more of a conversation with the other employee and other people passing by than they did with me. I wasn't necessarily looking for a new best friend… I just wanted to not be treated as a nuisance to their day, simply for wanting to check in.

The room was fine and dinner in the restaurant was good. However, the low rate and bonus points advertised on the website was "no longer available" when I hit the final button less than 3 minutes after starting the process. At check in there was no help in resolving the issue.

Reserved kitchenette which was advertised as being equipped with kitchen supplies. Nothing was supplied except empty cupboards with the microwave & fridge. Hallway of building had bad odor. Large window at end of hall was wide open with no screen, so anyone could go in & out of it. (No bugs. ) Thermostat in room not working. Reported it several times to lady at front desk. Was told someone would come. No one did. After 11 p. M. Reported it again. Male desk clerk said other clerk went home & never told him about our problem. He sent someone, who could not fix it. We asked about getting our money back & going elsewhere. Clerk did not have authority. My son called a phone number & was told office closed an hour ago. Mattress comfortable & room clean, but will not stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind. They have a nice, heated indoor pool. The lobby was very elegant and was nice to lounge in. Overall, I was very satisfied with the amount of quality we got for such a cheap price. The only problem we had was the parking, because Ramada sells spots in their lot for $9 a day. There were cars everywhere and it was super packed. Some cars were trapped by cars that were not in real parking spots.

I spent one night at this hotel after a late arrival at seatac. The shuttle arrived within five minutes and the driver was friendly. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, check in process was fast even though they were very busy with it being labor day. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and they were also very nice. I will definitely stay again next time I'm here.

The location is a 4 min drive to the airport. I waited 25 mins, and after being on hold for 8 mins to tell the front desk lady that the shuttle drove right past me, she tried blaming me. Never apologized and told me the shuttle would turn around to get me, its been 10 mins since then. I haven't even checked in yet and I'm pissed. That's what you get from a Ramada.

Comfy bed. That's it. Black mold on my bathroom ceiling and the shower knob was missing. Also no continental breakfast. $12 for the buffet which was toast, pan baked eggs, baked bacon, sausage, milk, coffee, cereals, and bagels. All things offered free at just about any hotel. If the whole package matters to you, avoid. I'll state again. Comfy bed. The rest sucks.

I really like this hotel. The staff is friendly and the facility is well kept. They have ample handicap parking and access. When you report an issue the staff does their best to resolve it immediately. I would highly recommend this particular hotel location.

ABSOLUTELY terrible! The hotel is dumpy looking, dirty, and broken down. Mouthiest, most rude desk workers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The rooms themselves are not terrible, but they're definitely nothing noteworthy. Every other part of the hotel, including the staff, could use a full overhaul. If you're planning on staying here, consider the cheaper option of sharing a tent with one of the thousands of homeless people the cover the entire city.

What an excellent location, customer experience, and cleanliness! The staff was friendly, greeted upon arrival immediately. The whole 3 day weekend was quiet, and beds were comfortable. We will be staying here again.

Good location. Within quick distance of the light rail station. Check in was horrible. Room was horrible. There was a hole in our wall, the bed was hard, the walls were paper thin, the restaurant had nasty food. The bathtub liked to seal up and not drain even when trying to drain it.

Very spacious room and staff is super friendly. Airport shuttle and cheap room makes this a nice place to crash for the night. Decor is dated and our room was by the main street making it noisy however after our long flight we didn't care.

The rooms were large but the maintainance was poor. The bedsheets had burn marks on it. The rooms were not made up, dustbins not emptied and bathrooms not cleaned when we came back after a long hectic day! And worst of all when we called reciption they just said all we can do is make a note about it!

Perfect location to the airport, had we been traveling we'd have been set. Room wasn't bad, pretty good for what you would need before a flight. Breakfast was great, since it came from the in-house restaurant and not the regular continental fare. However, our entire floor smelled like marijuana, and the front desk clerk accused my fiance of being the cause. How that is acceptable I'll never know. Walls are pretty thin, too.

Hate that we had a view of the cemetery. Gave us literal nightmares. Street is extremely noisy. Lots of activity in the area (people walking or hanging around). Plan on a long walk to your room. Very old, not updated. Creaky floors. Extremely uncomfortable and worn chairs. Ok bed. Room smelled like sperm was allover the walls. Bathroom was outdated. Horrible selection of channels and fuzzy picture. Parking is secured by a guard but hard to get a spot. Got to remendar a code to get in, no outdoor or laundry key card access, only to room. Asian restaurant in lobby. No free breakfast. Not a desired place to stay.

Don't listen to the 5 star reviews, cause thise are from the staff. When they put kitchenette, they really mean a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. When they say gym, they mean a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical machine with about 50 towels. The pool is green, not bright blue like in the picture. There is NO complimentary breakfast. A Chinese restaurant there. The parking situation is extremely sketchy. There is always random people walking around in the dark, so make sure u don't have any belongings exposed.

The room was ok but the Hotel Clerk that talked to was awful. I had a pepaid room and they still charged $40. Discovered it 2 days later and called. When asked about it she asked " If never stayed in a hotel before that all hotels charge for incidentals! " then she hung up on me after I started laughing when she said that. Will have to call bank to get money back for a unauthorized charge! Will never stay here again, people are rude.

My stay went well for the short time I stayed. Airport hotels are never going to be 5 star establishments due to the noise pollution and rapidity of guest turnover. My room was clean and there were no surprises. Shuttles came every hour and on the half hour. I had no trouble with reservation, check-in, or check-out. The fares were reasonable for the accommodations. Would recommend for a short stay if you need a place to crash before your flight the next day.

I've been staying here regularly for the last 6 years, but the front desk people still don't recognize me and apparently the system doesn't tell them I've stayed there before. The restaurant is terrible. The parking is sketchy. The rooms are decent and the price is right and they have been very accomodating to any special requests. This hotel is not romantic, but it is clean, affordable, convenient, and professional so I will be here again next month and next year.

Rooms are nicely cleaned and in great shape. Staff was courteous and attentive. Beds were comfy. Pool was good for an appreciated escape. Parking was very, very limited and not convenient to the room. Plan on walking a bit. Whoever was above us walked CONSTANTLY. All hours. Felt like an apartmentioned building. Not sure where the $5 breakfast comes in because the restaurant is not associated with the hotel and is wayyyyy more than $5! We'd still stay again. Cons were not a deal breaker for us.

Room is nice and clean. Location is convenient. Short drive to grocery stores and fast food. Clientele leaves a little to be desired but I think that's because the price is so reasonable.

I stay for 2 days there and everything is just perfect. Close to the airport. Really nice hotel with a really nice price! Not so far to downtown Seattle. Free shuttle to airport also. Recommended! :)

Although it was only one night, not upset me at all, the fourth stage, clean, all good, only thing bad is that when some members of my family bathed, the tub was flooded for no reason and that prevented the others are bathing.
