Review of Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport 3*

When you read the negative reviews, please believe them. I'm not one to complain, but this one is necessary. First of all, this was a late night check in, it had been a very long day of travel, coming in from out of state. I reserved a room with a kitchenette, when I opened the door to my room, there was no kitchenette whatsoever. I called the front desk to inform of them of the mistake and I had the privilege to speak with the wonderful general manager, Alicia. Alicia yelled at me when I brought this mistake to her attention. If you're looking for great customer service, don't call Alicia. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. If there was a customer service training class, this would be on the list of what not to do. She told me to look at my reservation, I told her I was looking at my reservation email from them, it did not indicate any detailed room description or bed size, it only confirmed dates and fee's. The general manager told me — not told, yelled at me — if I was not happy she will cancel my reservation, right now and I can go somewhere else. I felt threatened. How am I supposed to find a hotel at last minute notice, after I'm already checked in? It was a late at night, finding another hotel was not going to happen. They did tell me where I could park my car, but never asked for my license plate number and didn't inform me that I need to get a pass to put in my dash board so my car wouldn't get towed. I noticed other cars had a parking pass on their dash, after I checked with the front lobby on day two, I was told to get a pass from the guy in the booth. When I first arrived there was nobody in the booth, it looked like an old, empty, at one time used booth, but there was a guy there on that second day. I'm lucky they didn't have my car towed. If that's not enough to make you change your mind about staying here, I stayed for three nights, one of the nights housekeeping failed to make my bed. I came back to my room with clean towels and the sheets and blankets balled up on my bed. The shower head had mold growing on it, the water didn't drain well out of the bathroom sink and the bed-sheets were stained. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I will never recommend anyone to stay here unless you like dissatisfaction.
