1.5 stars. Only gets above 1 because of friendly staff. But they have to be, this place is awful. I have over two years stay time in extended stay all over the country and this is the worst in have seen by far. Police constantly rolling through, twice now in just over a week guest cars have been broken into. Obviously drug addicted people out on grounds and in parking lot at night. I could go on and on. Oh and there site says free breakfast… well that's bs they put out muffins, coffee and granola bars.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was pretty nice with great photo art. The rooms close to the front desk and laundry/exercise rooms are impossible to sleep in due to very loud noise at every hour so make sure you don’t stay in these rooms.

If you don’t require sleep this is the perfect place for you. Doors are slamming and people are stomping around until 2 in the morning and people are aloud to use the tread mill and laundry facilities 24 hours a day. There is a person who uses it daily at 330 am sharp and wakes every person in a room around her. This is the second day in a row that I was woken up before 4 am. Who needs sleep anyway. Not the tweekers staying here.

My room had sticky floors and it looked kind rough. It's a pet friendly hotels, so that explains the scratched couch. The breakfast is not real. It's junk food. The bed was comfortable.

I've stayed at two locations in the past month. Both had kitchens, including a full fridge. The price was great, and the units clean. Both were tidy and did not use stinky cleaning products.

Quiet area. Feel secure here. Free parking. Beds are a bit hard. It has been nice as we stay a few days and have kitchenette so don't always have to eat out.

This Extended Stay offers a limited breakfast with delicious muffins, granola bars, and a selection of Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Their rooms are clean and comfortable and they are always a great place to stay if you are in the area for a long or short period of time. This particular Extended stay, you do have to request your silverware / cooking kit from the front counter. They have made some changes with their breakfast over the years — but unlike other Extended Stay hotels, this one has a fitness center, a Pool, an d a BBQ area outside. It is in a safe location and easy to get to from the Interstate. Would definitely recommend.

Older property that is showing its age: vinyl flooring pealing up, bathroom and kitchen fixtures are faded, cracked, and scratched. Very slow internet. Staff seems nice enough and the price is dirt cheap, so you get what you pay for.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I accidentally booked a night I did not use. The manager, Alina V, a rude person, refused to reimburse me for the service I did not use. She has also refused to answer my messages and has claimed false information in order not to reimburse my money. The guest relations department has been totally useless. Every time I call they keep me on hold for over one hour, asking for a manager implies another hour waiting on the phone. Please note! this place advertises free breakfast which is a total sham since their so called "breakfast" is a scrawny table with coffee, tea and muffins. Their Wi-Fi has trouble connecting iOS devices. They know about this issue yet they have done nothing to resolve it. Their pool is seasonal, but they will not point that out.

Had the amenities we required, but the shower was set up for handicap use and would spill into the bathroom each time it was used. The lighting was poor and at least one of the light fixtures has a constant buzz when turned on. There were several pets in the rooms surrounding ours and this produced an unpleasant smell throughout the hall. The staff were great to work with and very accommodating to all our needs.

Comfortable room with Kitchen. Charge $2 for washer dryer. TV has less options. I checked out early, so they refunded the extra charge. Free internet is really slow.

Pretty comfortable, surprisingly well equipped kitchenette, furniture mostly made of bamboo. They are sure worse places to stay for a few nights.

Its Okay The first room we had was bad the furnace/heater was broken the room was freezing the TV was broken it only had 1 channel and the remote was did not have channel or volume change. The second room was bad even though the furnace and the TV was working the toilet wouldnt flush it would make this sound and this morning water was every where all our stuff got soaked it was the worst.

Updated 2018-02-11: I was informed today they will NOT be "extending my stay", and that I must check-out and check-in as a "new guest". The monthly rate will be increasing 33%. Not cool. I write this review as a "tenant" of almost 11 months. Because of the length of my stay, I think I am able to provide insight that a shorter stay would not provide. Let's get started. There are 2 important points I want to cover first, because they have been, for me, particularly satisfying. First, the rooms in this hotel have an actual, full-size couch. Not all of the Extended Stays do. And let me tell you, it's NICE to play video games and watch Netflix from the couch, instead of a chair, or worse, a computer chair. Second, is the room-to-room noise ratio. Even as I write this, I am surprised to say that I have experienced almost no inter-room noise. 2 exceptions: 1 unit was having some kind of "party" late-night; management arrived and shut it down within about 10 minutes. The 2nd time was when some tenant had a large dog they left un-attended for long periods. Those 2 instances aside, I do not hear talking, music, the TV, etc. From my immediate neighbors. That said, hallway-to-room noise is very apparent. Noise from the hallway also tends to be short-lived, because it's a hallway, and people are going to and from their room. I am 1 person, with a cat, and I have found the room well-enough designed that it feels spacious.

Quite little place to stay. They say they offer free breakfast but it is more of a grab and go. The only thing we get there is a health bar and a muffin. Other than that, the place is well kept and neat.

Nice ish rooms. The closet door didn't glide on its track very well. The storage space in the kitchen needed some serious cleaning. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The room was pretty clean and looked freshly up dated. The price was right.

Dirty and run down, this rates as 'acceptable as an absolute necessity, ' but I would never stay there if I had another option available. I have paid less for Motel 6 or other "lower class" hotels/motels in road trips and had much better experiences. $90.00 for a 1 bed room of this caliber is unacceptable, even given the "full kitchen" which consists of a full-sized refrigerator, a 2 burner electric stove (which didn't work), and a sink. The "complimentary breakfast" is packages of dry oatmeal mix and coffee — no danish or toast, no cereal, no other options. There were strange black blips of fuzz in the bed when I turned back the sheets and I cleaned the bathroom before I could even consider feeling comfortable using it. Would I stay there again? Should another emergency arise forcing me to be out of the house, I might consider it as a possibility; but I would be just as likely to sleep in my car at a rest stop — at least I know my car is cleaner.

It was cool staff was friendly clean place and quiet all in all not bad of a place.

The "Goldilocks" hotel : not too great, not too awful, just right if you seek clean, reasonable, safe accommodations in Bothell or (as did I) you are working for the week in the area. 1star deducted for miserable thruput on internet access. Nice staff, tho. (2nd stay : Dec. 2017. Not much to report. ; still acceptable accommodations and front desk — thanks Cody — extremely helpful. Yep, I stayed a second business trip if that tells others this is an OK place. )

Good place for the price. It's just grab n go breakfast offered. Not much of food options nearby walking distance.

Really great service. The hotel has really stepped it up since the last time I've been. Good amenities and included kitchen and dishes with your room.

Great Hotel everyone was nice rooms were adequately sized service was sometimes slow though aside from that it was a great experience.

We checked in during the wee hours of the morning. Front desk staff was rude and slow, no regards for the fact I had been traveling for the past 20-hours. Fridge still had stuff from previous guest. Ended up paying for that one night and going to the Comfort inn on the other side of the highway for the duration of my weeks stay in Washington. Rooms were also much smaller than other extended stays I've been to.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the free muffins and coffee in the morning. The room was awfully outdated and extremely dirty. Hair all over the beds, crayons and misc trash inside the drawers, ants EVERYWHERE! Ceiling, kitchen, beds. Bathroom is extremely outdated and filthy. Cabinets are Falling apart. If it wasn't for the fact we drove ALL NIGHT AND DAY I would have spent time searching elsewhere.

Free Wi-Fi went down for days as they changed from full speed for everyone to 1mbps for free and pay for higher speed.

I stayed at this Hotel from 9/2 to 9/4 AC was not working in the room. Thermostat was busted. There was no one there to fix it that day or the next day. They said they have no other room to offer me. The only option was to stay without AC or go to another hotel, which they contacted, in a smoking room. I chose the smoking room. I have to buy 2 bottle of febreeze and 1 air freshness just so I can sleep. I was in Seattle for only 2 nights to meet another engineer about a startup. They wasted 3.5 hours and caused a lot of frustration. They not only didn’t apologies or offer me anything in return. They screwed up the billing and I had to call Expedia for another 40 minutes and pay the whole amount again.

The room was reasonably priced through priceline. It had a queen size bed and a pull out couch bed that was very uncomfortable. It has an outside pool. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packages, not what we expect when a hotel says it has breakfast, we ended up going out for breakfast. I don't know it if it us normal, but we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come in. I was glad I asked for towels when we were in the lobby because we needed them.

We had a nice stay. Rooms are clean and the thermostat was easy to control. The only issue was that when booking there was nothing that said half the rooms are smoking and we were put in a smoking room which would have been terrible! Luckily the front desk was able to switch us. Would recommend.

Very well everything, good service, we attended very well.

The customer service here is horrible! We reserved our room with no problem but when we tried to check in the manager denied us saying we had to be 21 or older (we are 19) my BF called corporations and the woman who attended us said the policy for these hotels was 18 and older! So we went back in and a new front desk woman attended us but was giving us attitude and was being very rude to us, refusing to let us check in, it took about two hours to get our room, we asked for cups and forks at the front desk and the woman constantly rolled her eyes at us. Other than that the room was clean and it was a nice stay minus the rude customer service.

Our room is nice and clean, staff are nice and helpful. We are having breakfast too. I found breakfast very sweet. I wish I have some salty chances too.

Loves loves loves the accommodations. It was a nice transition to Wa before we moved into the house we're in now.

Really convenient location for my business trips. Rooms were clean. Nice to have the kitchenette available. The A/C was under renovation when we went, but it worked fine.

The room had nothing, nada, zip. Not even a coat hanger, nothing. Surprised they even had a remote control. Someone had kicked in the door, and it wasn't fixed. The room was old and tired. It's suppose to offer full kitchens, but not even a plastic drinking cup was available. No amenities. When I left at 6 am, the night manager told me I should have asked for hangers, geez. Whoever owns this location should not be in the hospitality business, it's the least most hospitable place I've ever stayed. Whoever these 'guests' are that are giving this place 5 stars, must be accustomed to camping apparently. It was during the summer, so the rates were fairly high. Only stayed one night, and that was plenty. I wasn't on a smoking floor, didn't matter, everything reeked of smoke. Go somewhere else.

Stayed one night and gave it a medium to average rating. The price was right for a medium hotel. Has kitchen, refrig. Etc. The room is showing some wear with chips and marks in the walls and furniture. There was no hair dryer and the breakfast was nothing but some muffins and coffee. I think I would look elsewhere next time for a one night stay.

My only complaint is not enough water pressure in the shower. Oh, and the room smelled a bit funky, but got used to it fast. Other than that, a fine place to stay.

Price was cheaper than other hotels, but it shows. Location is quiet, nice place to walk dog. Because it was a dog friendly hotel you might expect some dog problems to go along with the hotel. But the first room we were put in had unacceptable bad smell to it. I am normally not too fussy and I hate to complain, but I had to go and ask for a new room. The second room was good, but it did not have the bed configuration that we needed, but at this point we just took it and was happy. We were going to stay three nights, but cancelled after just the one night. Breakfast in morning was really very unacceptable. To be fair it was called a Grab and Go breakfast. But there was only Muffins and coffee. And for the coffee there was no Milk, just those horrible flavoured creamers. Everything screamed "easiest path" in this hotel. Like there was not enough staff do to anything. Yes it was extended stay so no room service. But when we get a new room for the first time it should be spotless. Our bed we pulled back the comforter and there was black hair all over the blanket. The sheets were clean, but made me think that the comforter and blanket were NOT cleaned, only the sheets. Maybe not. But I have never seen that much hair on a fresh bed that supposedly nobody slept in. Was a quiet night for us. No complaints about noisy neighbors or outside noise… no complaints with any of the Staff we talked to, both people we talked to were friendly.

Horrible. If you don't like to smell like cigarettes, then don't stay here. I called before I booked here and was told it is non smoking. Our whole floor reeked and they wouldn't move us. Warnings to others, don't trust them here. Trying to find another hotel. Wish me luck.

It has really good rates if you shop around and the staff was very friendly. There comes some drawbacks with amenities though.
