I love the hot breakfast. The swimming pool and hot tub. Also the 24 hr gym. Friendly people. Most of all like the the to go bag to put some goodies.

I got in after midnight and the front desk was so sweet I really love staying at the holiday inn when I travel 😊

Very friendly! clean, great hot breakfast, hot tub n pool clean and open. Located around food and stores.

The friendly staff, very plush beds & linens but mostly the jacuzzi, pool & breakfast during quarantine a to go service in the lobby with a pancake machine so compared to a couole other cheaper hotels the holiday inn wins for $10 more than the other spots on my deal app.

We recently stayed a week while our place was being repaired due to water damage. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast was good. The staff is what really stood out the most. Betsy at the front desk was beyond amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. Also Molly went above and beyond. One morning I was loading the kids in the car in a rush to drop my oldest at school and when I took our 1 year old out, my stroller tipped over. Our breakfast went all over the parking lot. Molly must have seen it through the window and came running outside to help me and even offered to bring us more food. Thank you so much for being so helpful ladies and we will be back if we ever need a hotel close to home!

The location is very easy to find and there are quite a few restaurants very close by. Within walking distance too. The rooms are nice and the amenities are about what you would expect from a HIE. The breakfast, the vending, etc. They do have mini fridges and microwaves in the room which is a plus.

Was in the Seattle area to visit family and friends in Everett, Woodinville, Northgate and Laurelhurst. This Canyon Park location proved to be a convenient "base camp" for my visit. Starbucks, Bartells & QFC are just a short walk away.

The Holiday Inn Express Bothell is a very pleasant and clean 2-star Hotel just off the Bothell-Everett Highway. Rooms are standard Holiday Inn size with utilities like a TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. The gym (24/7) and pool are small but functional and are always clean and orderly. The breakfast (complimentary through my work so I do not know if this is standard) offers a decent selection but it doesn't differ too much from day-to-day. All in all, a decent hotel to stay in for a few days for business or for a short stay on a road trip.

So far this beast the hell out of the motel. In Everett the other day, front desk was so nice and helpful, room is clean and comfortable and just outstanding, I will definitely stay here again.

Small but comfortable rooms with all the needed amenities and clean. Shower is majorly lacking in water pressure but spacious bathroom. High light was the friendly staff especially the overnight auditor Shirley who also prepared the fabulous breakfast spread, she was incredibly hospitable and it really was a joy to see her each morning and chat with her. Overall pleasant experience and would return for sure.

Great rooms and service. My family and I have stayed here several times and are always satisfied.

Good location to Everett and Snohomish. Lots of options for eating close by. Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Rooms feel in need of serious updating — lots of visible evidence of years of repairs, but nothing in our room was broken. Good for a one or two night stay, but until updated, I wouldn't stay much longer. Rates were good for the area.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The pool was very small and only went to 5 ft in depth. Hot tub was nice and warm but, needed more bubbles.

We enjoyed our time here and great customer service. I definitely recommend here.

It is located right off the 405. There was some interesting people staying at the hotel while I was there. Evidently there were people stuffing drugs into acorns and they got the cops called on them. I didn't realize I was getting a room with a free show included. Other that that fun time this is your normal Holiday Inn Express. It seems to have been lightly remodeled in the last year. Clean rooms, pretty quiet, locations is ideal if you need to be in Bothell. The front desk lady was really great when I checked in.

I stay here regularly and it is always clean and comfortable. I wont stay anywhere else. They have my repeat business.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice area. Came into town on business and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend for short or long term trips.

My TV didn't work my phone didn't work, but the level of customer service t9 those things corrected was wonderful.

The staff — exuberant. The dining — splendid. Loved it loved it loved it. That pool — breathtaking. Especially if you stay under the water long.

Love this place. The staff is always wonderful and pleasant. My fiance is IHG spire elite and by the time we checked in they had already upgraded our room without us even having to ask and put us on the 3rd floor (which we prefer). Rooms are always clean. And now that the remodel is done it doesn't look like a scene from The Shining in the hallway in the middle of the night.

So cozy! Perfect for families. Warm cookies and milk everyday.

Staff was very helpful and friendly especially at the front desk, food and drinks were good, The rooms are modern and the beds are comfy.

Very nice updated and modern. Our single king room on the first floor was very spacious and comfortable. We were really impressed with the tall ceilings! I especially enjoyed the fancy new LG TV with USB plug in for my own media choices and appreciate the HD programming.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice breakfast provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. Disappointed that a full counter wasn't in the bathroom design for there was plenty of room. The current sink counter leaves little room.

Located a 2 minute (if that) walk from a QFC, HIE offers a complimentary breakfast, a pool and spa and lots of UberEATS options. The rooms are nice, lots of outlets. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful and the AC/heat work well. The rooms are large, and come with a bed, desk and chair.

It was nice. The people were nice. The walls seemed thin. Can hear other guests. But that was expected.

Very pleasant, this was my second visit, I found the customer service, just as good as the first time a month ago, the room are very clean, well furnished and great breakfast, they have fresh coffee all day and night. I would recommend, this Holiday inn Express.

This hotel is very well kept. The management has been friendly as well as helpful. I really like the availability of the fitness center and pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

4 kids and 2 adults! Had a great time spending hours at the Holiday Inn for a Staycation with the family! Clean rooms, soft beds, excellent breakfast! Highly recommended!

We really like this hotel, it's clean, is in great location and the staff is very friendly. Specially Bobby, he was so helpful! Way to do business, we come again.

The beddings were soft, the pillows were great, room was great, other than a leaky faucet. Pool and hot tub was awesome and breakfast was surprisingly tastey. Overall a perfect stay.

Great room fair pricing staff was really nice only down fall is when the elevator got stuck when coming back up to my room but told a house keeper and they must have passed on the word and the issue was fixed rapidly.

Close to Woodinville and easy to get to. Comfortable and clean rooms. Would stay at again.

This hotel was week appointed, clean, and the staff was satisfactory. One particular clerk went above and beyond on the night of our arrival. I do nifty recall her name, but it set the tone for a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel! Super clean & the bed & pillows were so comfortable. Extremely good continental breakfast that actually lasted long enough for a person to sleep in and still be able to get breakfast. It was awesome that check out time was noon instead of 11am or sooner like some hotels have. Would definitely recommend this hotel & will look for others of this corporation when traveling.

Comfortable, no-frills room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. My non-smoking room did have a mild stale-cigarette smell, which didn't bother me too much, but others might feel differently.

Excellent place to stay, clean rooms, great staff, close to places to eat.
