Location and staff were excellent. Rooms were ok. No exhaust in bathroom. If u have window in the crapper. That's cool. But really.

The room is clean and in a nice area. This extend stay is really close, maybe 3 minutes away from another extend stay. This extend stay is somewhat hidden, the walkability isn't as good as the other extended stay down the street. Pro's and cons when considering the both places. There was a swimming pool, plenty of parking, and quiet. If you have a car, close to 405 and many restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend this place.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable~ what more could you ask for? Um, well a better continental breakfast I suppose.

Friendly staff here and are willing to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be… the rooms are like any other place but they are clean and kept up. It's in a wonderful area and many shopping centers in the area. If ya want there are places that ya can even rent bikes if in a pinch. I'd recommend this place if your just a single adult or coming in with your children.

We give this hotel a 2-star rating. First, booking on the phone was an ordeal. The receptionist was hurried, kept repeating incorrect information, and was basically just not very friendly. Upon our arrival our King suite was a smoking room, which we were told 'we requested'. I assured the young man checking us in we certainly did not. They had no more King suites so we settled for one with 2 double beds. We had to interrupt this man who was taking a personal call on his cell phone… He then had us sign the rate sheet/receipt which had my name incorrectly spelled (in an extreme way) and had us being from Fontana, CA instead of our city in Washington state. He didn't seem to care. The room was ok except there were no utensils, cups, plates, or coffee pot. There was nothing to explain this and as it was late, we didn't deal with it. There was NO placard on the counter, as we were told should be there the next morning. This would have told us that all these amenities could be carried up to the room from the front desk! The shower was a trickle and varied from extremely hot to immediately cold. The faucets in the sink in the 'kitchen' were reversed, and the hot water was again extremely hot. Breakfast? Well that consisted of wrapped muffins set beside the coffee pot by the front desk, which at 8:15 a. M. Was empty. We will NEVER stay at Extended Stay America again.

Much better than motel 6 and a around the same price. Clean outside appearance and in a much better area. They even offer early check in after ten for a fee. They also do not require a deposit to book a room which is a bonus. Nice lobby area and have clean rooms with a modern feel. Coffee is offered in the lobby 24hrs a day. Safe parking area. Plenty of good places to eat or go shopping right next door to hotel. Would gladly stay the night there again.

Not bad for the price. And the sheets and linen actually smelled of laundry detergent.

Amazing, for the price you pay the rooms are great. I wish I would have had my first studio apartment had been this nice.

I booked through Orbitz, don't know why but it changed me to a smoking room. The guy at the desk fixed the issue but the bed was only a full size, not the queen listed. The room was clean and no issues. For the price it was fine.

Great customer service, rooms are clean but basic. Good overall, I would recommend this place.

Jessica has taken great care to make the stay comfortable. Other interactions with staff has been decent… Jessica just seems to shine.

Service is rude. Manager is rude. Can't even sit outside have a beer and a cig and enjoy the weather. Asked work to relocate cause of it.

It has a kitchen the bed is nice it's clean and quiet. Most of the staff is nice. Except a manager is a bit nosey and cynical. And honestly I think the place is quite a bit overpriced. Posting about 140 and night here. Right across the street at the Holiday Inn they have a swimming pool and hot breakfast for like $10 more. I could see paying like 90 bucks for this place but not more than that.

The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant and efficient. Continental breakfast includes coffee, granola bars, tea, hot cocoa, and instant oatmeal if you are there early. Checking in and out is super smooth. Aside from having almost daily issues with the room keys not working, my two week stay has been very enjoyable. Overall I would reconmend as an affordable hotel to stay.

I've used Extended Stay many times before and will never go back to another based solely on my experience with this particular hotel. I had booked a room 2/24-3/3/17. Every night there was a different issue ranging from domestic violence, drunks falling in hallways/elevators and also leaving food all along the way, children riding bikes in the hallway, and the list goes on. One or two instances during the stay would be understandable but every night and to extreme degrees was absolutely unacceptable. And during check out the attendant had stop and go pick up syringes from the parking lot (pictured) Given all these concerns I had hoped to alert management and allow them to rectify the situation. The manager Matt was initially unresponsive and once available offered a laughable compensation. I asked that his manager call me and had scheduled a time. I never received a call. I called and called and no response. I will never go back and am recommending that my company not use them any longer.

Had to spend nearly a week here while my apartment was being gutted and renovated after major water damage. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to plenty of dining options. Cooking implements are available if you choose to prepare your own meals, and there's a grocery store across the road. Coin-op laundry available for $2+ per load to wash and dry (price on washers varies depending on the cycle you select). Wi-Fi is a joke, though, unless you spend an extra $15 a day for a speed upgrade. Very limited selection of TV channels also. Maybe not the BEST hotel in the area, but above average.

It' fine for transition like relocating the price is fair but inn it's self needs some serious maintenance my tub run slow to drain and the toilets get real dirty real quick but it's okay for what it is so your choice.

Value for money. They don't have restroom in the lobby. If are about to checkout, make sure you pee before you leave ;)

Cheap place to stay if ur looking for price. Kinda dumpy tho.

The room was beautiful, but the staff was rude and the "continental breakfast" was a joke!

I'm a receptionist for a company that does plumbing work and I was calling around to book three rooms for 6 nights (if wasn't going to be cheap) and I wanted to go through them but when I called I got transfered over to three different people and when I talked with the last guy he was very rude to me when I was asking questions, im not a hotel receptionist but if I was I would do my job the right way and be very enthusiastic and kind when answering questions (its part of the job) instead he gave me attitude like I was supposed to know everything and he couldn't be bothered with the questions I was asking! Before I spend over $2, 000 on a room damn right im going to ask as many questions as my little heart desires. And I would appreciate it if your staff was kind and understanding. Work on your customer service!

We have stayed in ESA hotels across the Western US and this is probably the best. Nice clean rooms, great service.

After reading the reviews of this hotel, I was a bit worried. I travel north for work every other weekend, and I needed a place to start staying at. My first time here was actually very very nice. The reviews had me worried, but I checked in a bit late around midnight. The staff where very nice. (A little too nice. Creepy. ) the room was way more than I expected. Beautiful, yet a few years behind on modern technology. I was disappointed by the fact they did not do wake up calls, but understandable. Overall, it does not get the credit it deserves. From a business standpoint they are selling you their brand. Extended Stay. People need to expect it's not like every other hotel. But none the less, I'll stay again.

Booked through a bid on Priceline, otherwise I would have stayed here. The bed was very hard — too hard for comfort; the garbage cans outside the doors were overflowing and not emptied for days. No hair dryer in the room but you could request one from the front desk. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk made a point to say the continental breakfast was really minimal, and we might want to get a nice breakfast elsewhere. She was right — it consisted of coffee and pre-packaged muffins. And the minute the breakfast time was over, the coffee was whisked away.

This place was terrible. First, it took about 40 min to check in at 10pm. There was only one guy in front of us and the lady who was checking him in was not explaining what she was doing (he was paying for the hotel in cash *sketchy* which is why I think it took longer than normal). Then we got our room. It was on the first floor which I was a little concerned about but it was fine. THE DOOR DIDNT SHUT ALL THE WAY! It was very loose like anyone could just push it open so we kept the deadbolt on which also was very loose and bent. The room smelt terrible and still does! Like Indian food or something. The fridge was SO LOUD! It kept vibrating the shelves inside it so we had to take them out. There were hairs everywhere and I found some ants on the bathroom counter. Nothing was wiped down properly or to my standards of paying $100 for one night. The air conditioner didn't work and even though the website advertised this hotel as having Wi-Fi it did not reach the room we were located which was difficult because I had to use the Internet for school work. The bed is hard. The floors were sticky (yuck). No soap in the bathroom. The kitchen doesn't come with anything in it so you have to pay extra to use everything else. The breakfast was only coffee, oranges, apples, muffins, and oatmeal. No juice or milk (coming from a person who can't drink coffee was very frustrating). And none of the muffins were even fresh.

I booked this hotel a couple of months ago for a nearby concert. I was concerned about the recent negative postings I found, after I made the reservation. I'm a business owner that travels a lot and my experience was very good. Staff were smiling, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, albeit a bit dated. They could use the odd paint touch up. Quiet hotel, close to major highways. Breakfast was mediocre, but wasn't meant to be anything more than a grab and go. I'd stay again.

Careful the staff with cancel your reservation without notice if they overbook! I have 10 years of hotel experience and manage a HIE, I would be furious with my staff if they treated someone so badly! I get being over booked and having to walk someone but to stand there and say "well your reservation was cancelled so we don't have to walk you" is wrong. YOU cancelled IT! Terrible service.

Good size room. Has some needs woman's hair color change on carpet. Porcelain toilet bowl cracked water leaks on wall under sink. A little paint would take care of it Staff Is extremely professional Which helps to overlook some of the defec.

Its a hotel and it does its job, staff is a 2 star becouse they dont care, they are their for a paycheck.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The whole hotel smelled so terrible and the staff was unprofessional. There was no pool like the site said there was and the breakfast was disgusting. It made me want to go home and end my vacation.

Non-smokers b'gone! — Got overcharged. — Hotel manager does a terrible job overseeing this MOTEL. Stay at the Lynnwood Extended Stay instead. Better location, better staff, cheaper, and MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.

I've been here two days and love it. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. The room is awesome! I love how there is a kitchen AND it has a HUGE bed, good sized closet, good sized bathroom, and more :) The only thing that could make it better is a pool.
