This hotel is very insensitive to unforeseen circumstances that causes them to cancel bookings. I had a reservation back in May 2018, long story short that same week of my stay (at another hotel) my Mom took ill and past aways days later I made a cancellation, online via expedia which didnt get processed. I got charged $314.52 as a no-show. I have NEVER in 15 years of staying at a Hilton as Diamond or Gold status made a booking and failed to show and request forgiveness for canceling. This hotel's manager Mary, seemed as if she would have considered helping me however in the end, not only did I pay for a funeral expenses, airfare, rental cars I also had to pay my company 314.52… smh ive now moved back to Marriott and will persuade my colleagues from my company to reconsider their Hilton honors (thats a joke) membership. In short over 15 years ive given this company over a million in services and they couldnt excuse $314.52.

Fantastic venue for a business meeting. All the sales/catering/front desk employees were phenomenal and took care of everything I needed and more. I'll definitely be using their meeting rooms again!

Had an orientation event going on that I attended. All the staff seemed nice. Lobby was clean. Cute little breakfast bar there.

For what was paid, you would expect a lot more. I'll start with the good, rooms are clean and the bedding is nice. The bed was also comfortable. But, the mini fridge was unusable and not cold enough for anything with no temperature adjustment possible. At this price they should offer some kind of breakfast. If they included a nice breakfast it would be worth the price.

My partner and I had our wedding up in Snohomish a couple weeks ago and used the Hilton Garden Inn Bothell for our hotel block, and we are so glad we did! Karen (in Sales) and Monica (the bartender) were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond in both the planning and execution. We set up ahead of time for the hotel bar to stay open late with late-night snacks and all our guests were so grateful (and impressed with the food)! Thank you Karen and team for a lovely stay.

Crisia, Monica, David, some of our favorite staff members at our favorite hotel in all of WA state, possibly the entire west coast. The rooms are immaculately clean, the service is beyond expectations, and the amenities are perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better experience, and we’ve stayed numerous times. Thank you for the continued excellence, we look forward to our next trip!

Unexpectedly needed a room for one night. Made a reservation by phone around noon. When we arrived at 5 we were told they had overbooked and our room wasn’t available. They offered a lesser room w a rollaway. When we thru a fit they gave us a room from someone who hadn’t checked in yet. What about them? We had had a long stressful day and really wanted a cocktail. We had 2 empty ice trays in our fridge. I went to the desk and was told they had no ice machine and was offered 2 more empty ice trays. We certainly didn’t get amenities to account for the price we paid. No hair dryer, only 2 little plastic cups, and you have to ask for any dishes etc for the kitchen. Very minimal breakfast. No in room coffee. Very budget hotel at a high price.

Our company hosted a work meeting here, the site had food for us and an assortment of beverages available. Room we used were great and staff was friendly and really in top of everything.

Staff was excellent (from the desk to the cleaning staff… AAA+), and the room was nice and comfortable. 3 things kept it from being a perfect visit… the bathroom door would swing open and hit the front door (even if opened just a little… had a mind of its own), I couldn't get the Wifi to work correctly, and several of the TV channels were either out (no signal) or poor quality (choppy). I'd still stay again, though.

Convenient. Good location. Clean. Nice rooms. Front desk staff a little slow but really friendly. :)

The rooms were clean and the house-keeping staff did a great job. The breakfast spread was good too.

I loved free the breakfast and the staff so awesome. The lobby area good looking. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place was very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary breakfast has many options and great food. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in Bothell, compared to what is available in the vicinity holiday inn express and comfort inn. This is brilliant. Take the bed n breakfast option the breakfast is well worth it. Rooms are nice and comfy. Staff are warm and welcoming.

For the price it wasn't very impressive… Not to mention I didn't get the room I booked online AND their breakfast is $13 & is no different than the free breakfast at any other mid range hotel (quality/comfort inn, Hyatt house, stay bridge etc) and they charge more for incidentals than any other hotel… Overall not impressed at all.

My wife and I had our wedding here. There were a bout 70 people in attendance. I cannot say enough about how great the Hotel, staff and everyone involved were. Beautiful facility, wonderful and accommodating staff. The event planner and food coordinator were the best I have ever worked with. They made my wife and all our guests feel just like family. I travel the world and this place is world class hands down five star.

The hotel can be tricky to find, but it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service and staff were very gracious. The food was of very good quality. The exercise facilities were always full. There was one broken treadmill. That was a little frustrating.

I can't recommend doing a professional event here. Though it turned out ok in the end, I did not appreciate the work it had to take to get the price to a reasonable / competitive level (huge fees in the fine print) and the cancellation fees are quite draconian as well. Not to mention during the event the room was very hot and no one could figure out how to turn the heat down/off and the group meeting next to us was loud and the walls had no soundproofing. This is not to mention the fire alarm that went off mid presentation. Not a good experience.

Check in was slow. However bartender and kitchen staff were super friendly. Hotel room was great! The shower head was even high enough I could stand under it.

Tucked away near the highway is a lovely Hilton Garden Inn. I was greeted with a smile, given a fresh baked good, and given a key to my room. The room was perfect for what I needed. Clean, closet for my suit, and a desk for prepping for my meeting. Check out was easy as well. Highly recommend this to other guests!

The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and even had adjustable matresses, although I couldn't really tell the difference. The breakfast wait staff were very nice and I overall had a nice stay.

Very nice hotel. Great cleaning of room and no problem getting more towels. Nice staff especially in the eating area. Thank you for a great stay. See you on the 20th.

The room was clean and spacious for its size, but the bed was a little firm. The lobby was inviting, and the basement parking area was convenient from the rain. If I would have used more amenities, then I probably would have given a better rating.

So we stayed for only one night thankfully. When I checked in the woman at the desk asked for my card that the hotel was book on, nothing more. So I let her slide it to check and she gave me the card to the room. I get to my room and it's a connected room, and I checked my bank account and noticed $50 had been taking out of my account. No one told me they were going to do that. I go down and the guy at the desk says they always do that so we can eat in their restaurant and the money would be put back when we checked out, it still has not gone back into my account and my receipt does not show this charge. We did not eat there at all becaude they wanted $13 per person for breakfast. Fast forward to that night, we listen to kids screaming and running up and down the halls and playing with that shared door in our room. We couldnt sleep till almost 2am, the bed was also hard as a rock and we put it on the softest setting. We have no plans on every staying in this hotel again.

This is a hidden gem in Bothell. It's got a king room with a whirlpool tub for 2 that is hard to find and at a very reasonable price. The whirlpool has a separate half room with 2 chairs, and ottoman TV and side table. You can watch TV or movie (we brought our DVD player) while sitting in the whirlpool together. We finished the movie in the comfortable chairs in our robes. Has a separate bathroom with shower, microwave and refrigerator. Everything you need for a romantic and relaxing time together.

This hotel is on the upper end of budget hotels. Friendly staff, spacious king room, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, desk, easy chair, fridge, coffee, TV, dresser. Breakfast is better than most, with hot food made to order along with muffins, toast etc. And waffles. Plenty of fresh fruit, too. Clean workout room, small pool and hot tub, free Wi-Fi and parking, and some restaurants within walking distance (dinner also offered at hotel). A plus is that the amenities in the bathroom are Neutrogena hypoallergenic products — very nice for those of us with allergies.

Excellent property. Breakfast was super, steelcut oatmeal with many toppings, Stash Tea, applewood bacon and great wait staff. Room was spotless, comfortable and attractive. I would recommend it to anyone, business or pleasure.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn't use the pool but it is nice and clean. The location is perfect. A variety of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

A little expensive, and the "adjustable " beds didn't adjust, At all hard as a rock. If you stay here ask for a room on the back side of the building, as the freeway noise is evident on the front side of the building. Then there's the breakfast, $12.95 for a breakfast burrito, the staff at the front desk should advise guests the breakfast IS NOT included with your room. Thankfully we had plans for breakfast and left that alone. Other then my complaints the facility was well kept/maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful hotel. This one is designed for the business traveler. Quiet and with full amenities added to this hotel's proximity to Seattle, Bellevue and SeaTac airport makes this a top choice for the professional on the road.

Beautiful hotel close to the freeway. Only con is you can hear freeway traffic all night.

They have fast Wi-Fi and very clean rooms.

Pretty nice hotel for the area, love that they have rooms with jacuzzis in them, love the open bathroom lay out.

Nice hotel and very close to restaurants. There are several places within walking distance to both sit down and fast food joints. This Hilton also has a clean work out facility which is never very busy. Staff is generally nice and breakfast is decent. Another detail I like about this hotel is that all the beds can be adjusted from very soft to very firm. Helps ensure you get a good night sleep.
