Reviews of McMenamins Anderson School 3*
Great to hang out, the fire pits are huge and cozy. Their staff were on top of their game.
Delicious food, fantastic cocktails, amazing pool, pet friendly accommodations, and terrific staff.
Shared dinner and an anniversary lunch with my love. Beautiful property, excellent food, wonderful staff. We are going back for thanksgiving.
Excellent selection of places to eat. Great service and food.
The atmosphere in the courtyard is just perfect! Brought some good friends who’ve never been and they loved it! Our waitress at the Whiskey Shed was beyond awesome for us! She did an amazing job!
Love the whiskey shack, the eclectic environment, entertainment and fantastic food!
Lovely stay! Even for one night, staff was great, rooms were comfortable and food delicious! Passport stamped!
I always have a great time here, good food, friendly staff and an amazing atmosphere!
I went swimming. The water was warm. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere around the grounds was inviting, and beautiful.
Enjoyed our dinner. Service was great. Grounds are beautiful.
Great place with loads of history.
We had fun looking for the pictures in the Quiz, Highlight too, The live music, They were great! Such a cool destination for the day or to stay overnight. Love the decor through out the Hotel.
Very neat hotel and and festivities. Movie theater is amazing.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, u guy’s did a great job 💯 the service & the food here is fabulous we really enjoyed this Valentine’s ❤️ Day here, we will be back going swimming 🏊🏽♀️ in the morning 👍🏽 the theater here was nice.
Very unique. I've never seen anything like it before. It was a Junior high here in Bothell built in 1931. The rooms are old classrooms. Again, very neat and unique!
Awesome customer service… Staff is amazing! Aragon Steak Sandwich is probably one of the best I’ve had. Drinks were exceptional as well. Good times!
Staff was friendly and food was delicious 😋
The staff at Tavern on the square were good but the food was TERRIBLE! 2 orders were overcooked, one was not made to order and no replacement or apology was offered. I am a Whiskey club member and until now told everyone to come visit McMenamins. Sadly I can’t do that anymore. Very disappointed.
Great food and drinks at The Woodshop.
I love everything about this place! The different spaces are fun. The atmosphere is delightful. The waitstaff is cheerful and knowledgeable. We have met friends for drinks, been just the two of us for drinks and dinner, enjoyed music and a beer fest, and rented a space for a celebration. They do everything right! — with EJ Abel.
Great atmosphere, great food and awesome people.
Heavenly gardens to stroll about and the fantastic lighting fixtures and decor details just never end. The staff are superb! No shortages here.
Great family friendly helpful staff.
Awesome place to stay. Amazing rooms and atmosphere.
Dinner was amazing! The outside dining was warm and dry, even on this rainy January day. Highly recommend!
Great ambiance, great vino & beer, great food!
First time at a McMenamins. We had a great visit. My husband enjoyed all
The beer choices. Outside fire pit felt like I was camping. We loved it! The Staff was so friendly and eager to help out. The Lagoon pool was refreshing after a long day to relax in salt water pool. We will definitely come back. Thanks again!
Great food in the Tavern on the Square.
Also outdoor seating with bonfires!
Grounds have lots of beautiful plants and flowers.
Great atmosphere, clean rooms, amazing staff & service.
Great rooms and hotel staff! Worst restaurants ever. If you stay here eat elsewhere please! I’ve come twice and BOTH times when ordering food it’s come completely wrong. I get they are working hard BUT I spent money to enjoy all the amenities… like good room service. See my 7 year olds burger. Was ketchup and cheese ONLY!
Yea he freaked out over the onions and then was upset at Zero cheese! My burger was cooked amazing BUT tons of peppers (I asked for none) and no cheese.
A month ago we are AT the restaurant staying here. Well…
About the same deal.
The Woodshop would have amazing burgers if they would just serve them how we order them.
Beautiful gardens, outdoor dining, wonderful staff. Rooms creatively painted and decorated. Lots of history posted around the hotel.
Always an amazing time every time we come here. Knowledgeable bar tenders and great atmosphere.
I love staying at mcmenamins! The hotel room was so comfortable and clean. The drinks and food were great, along with the service. Cant wait to come back!
Amazing property but disappointed in the service and food. So close to being great!
Was there with a large group the wait staff at the Lagoon Bar was very efficient and friendly the whole evening couldn't ask for better service.
We loved that it is kid friendly. It also has multiple restaurants & bars and you can order meals & drinks from anywhere & they serve you! Even in the theater!
Staff was extremely friendly & answered all our questions and asked if we had visited other spots within the property. They even put more wood on the fire for you!
Great staff, tasty food and drinks.
Truly AMAZING experience! The 90 degree salt water pool in the Tiki Bar Lagoon was awesome. Not to mention the amazing food in all the venues onsite. HIGHLY recommend!
Took my son here for his 21st Birthday and he loved it. Food and atmosphere was fabulous.
The thorndike room is a wonderful community space available for free for Bothell residents. The staff are amazing and super helpful!
Great service, great food. Deserves 4 stars.
There is nothing quite like this place in the north side of Washington on the I5 corridor. The food, drinks atmosphere are freaking great. Definitely my goto when I am not visiting is Oregon. Also the hotel stay is amazing. The pool a fantastic and the movie theater for a nice way to end the night after a great swim and a dinner!
Great atmosphere, good food and wonderful staff. We love Jessica best service in the Tavern!
Great idea having pool public to locals and late time just for guests.
This place is so much fun for the whole family. Come sit in the court yard by the fire pit that is tended to and have the servers bring you food and drinks from the different restaurants then go swimming at the pool or watch a movie at the theater.
Great food great beer great service very friendly.
The theater is very nice with stadium seats and food service.
Food was very good, theater had great sound and service was spot on where we got it (check in desk, Tavern on the Square, theater, and Woodshop as well as anyone we came across that worked here while checking out the property)
Great place, everything needed for z night out. Rooms were great. Food and beer were great. Plus a movies theater right there. Would definitely go again.
We've eaten at all three locations on the Anderson school campus and have had a wonderful experience at all. I would highly recommend their Pork Shank and Ice Cream and brownie dessert. If you are purchasing beer from this location make sure that you they know what the purchase price is, we almost had our waiter at the North Shore Lagoon charge us for four talls boys for $24 dollars when they sell four for $13 in The Market. Wonderful monthly events, great local pool, something for everyone at the Anderson school.
My stay at The Anderson School was quite enjoyable! Our room was big and clean. The plants around the property are beautiful. The pool room is like stepping into an island getaway. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the service in a couple of the bars was lacking.
Great atmosphere and an excellent vibe. I highly recommend this place after 10 on for happy hour prices. Makes the worry if spending feel like the wind. Cool place and tons of different areas to explore.
Great place! We love the bars and swimming pool. It’s a go to place for drinks in the summer. They have messed up my bill twice though so word of warning, make sure to check your credit card statement. Besides that it’s awesome! Cajun tots are a favorite.
Awesome atmosphere and amazing place to stay. Food is great. Service was a little slow at the restaurant, but it gave us a chance to unwind after a long drive and enjoy a beer or three. Movie theatre is a really nice addition for the kids and they have a great selection of beers on tap for the adults. I would highly recommend this spot.
It is very unfortunate to see such a big establishment actually cut off a small group because one of them was disabled, before we even sat down! Shame on you, McMenamin’s! You deny service if have a limp or disabled, do you also deny service to certain colors of skin or languages spoken or body sizes…? You’ve lost my complete respect! First and last time to this bigoted place of business.
We often go to McMenamins Anderson School for the pool. We are local to the area and the pool offers day passes. The passes are $8 for an adult and free for children under 4. They offer two hour time slots, which is perfect for young children. The pool is heated and open air sky lights open the space up to the elements. The bathrooms/showers are clean and spacious. After swimming head upstairs for a fantastic meal. I'd highly recommend the pool as an activity for children.
I wasn't sure what this place would look like at first, but when I got here, I found that it was quite a cozy place. And by that I mean it has this urban happy hour experience when it is in the middle of a suburban town. The bar at the woodshop is a good meeting place for large groups. Companies who are looking for a place for a happy hour or "off-site planning" should look here.
Property is beautiful and amazing wonderfully groomed grounds. Food is unique in each of the restaurants so eventually you do need to try them all. A wonderful selection of cocktails and wines, plenty of things to do for all ages as well.
I am so pleasantly surprised by this property, but more importantly, the staff. McMenamins knows a good business model, the hotels and grounds are well kept, the food and drink selection tasty and varied. But the staff here are top notch. Diana in the Tavern, Ethan in the North Shore tiki bar, all the delightful front desk staff, and myriad support staff have really made my vacation memorable and sweet. Ready genuine smiles abound, thoughtful service, staff who remember me, and so much more! Bravo!
The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful, and the campus is quirky and fascinating. Seeing first-run movies in comfortable seating with food delivered right to you is a treat. While the food is decent, there are some misses — hence the 3 stars, not higher. First, it takes a solid 45 minutes from ordering to delivery in the theater; that leads to the second critique — a heavy reliance on pub fare means a reliance on fried fare, which means some things (tater tots, fries) come out on the cool, greasy side. An improvement in delivery logistics would push them up to 4 or 5 stars!
McMenamins service staff are great. It's an unique establishment that retained the history of the local area. The pretzels are delicious, reminds me of Leavenworth. Interesting talking point with their community garden in the back.
I love Anderson School! The partially open air pool is absolutely phenomenal, my favorite of the McMenamins locations. Dining upstairs in the Lagoon is an interesting experience, but my favorite restaurant here is the Woodshop. Double shuffleboards, pool tables, and a few pinball machines make for a good time. The rooms are clean and comfy, and watching a movie in the on-site theater while you stay is great! I come up from Seattle a couple times a month for good food and brews.
I attended the school for a private party in the Anderson room. The staff were extremely attentive and we had everything we needed the entire time. All of the food was fantastic, in particular the salmon and mashed potatoes. The beer was cold and they kept all of our glasses topped up. Overall I would definitely come here again and enjoy another meal.
Super fun, funky place. The grounds are beautiful, especially at night with the garden lights. Great service no matter where you go or dine. And the food from the Tavern was tasty too. What a cool oasis in the middle of Bothell!
Good food and drinks. Prices are nice for the happy hour specials (huge plate of Cajun tots for less than $4! ) and are otherwise decent. The outdoor seating is nice, especially with the heaters and the fire pits throughout. Staff is always friendly. Parking lot fills up very quickly since it's such a busy place.
Great atmosphere, food, and amazing staff! Recently came to the Tavern on the Square for a group event and the manager Jessica ended up taking care of our group since we didn't need much attention, and she made everything perfect for us! So nice and always was around whenever we needed anything at all! Coffee was hot and fresh, and she even went out of the way to get us Tater Tots because they aren't actually served in the Tavern (isn't this McMenamins s!?! ). Overall, great experience! Even the parking was great!
This is a great place to stay. They lowered the rate to the corporate rate and it was well worth. Great customer service and wonderful food. The history of the property is so interesting and there are several restaurants and a movie theater. Don’t miss it if you are in the area.
Absolutely a hidden gem just North of Seattle. McMenamins brews great beers and makes amazing food but this location is my favorite. Multiple restaurants, a theater, a pool, fire pits always lit outside and a funky old school as the hotel. Hit the principals office for morning coffee or a nightcap. Great running/walking trail by the river and located next to legendary Pop Keeney Football Stadium. please give me a if you find this review helpful.
I went to see a movie at their theater and the whole place is quite an experience. The gardens are large and filled with secret coves to sit and have food or drinks. The ambiance is that of relaxation and vacation. They serve food to the customers in the theater, and they offer gluten-free options for buns, tater-tots and even libations. The wait staff was patient and very easy to talk to.

Visited as part of a company party recently, and was impressed with the overall campus, plus the level of service provided by the staff on hand. Our hall that we booked was labeled accordingly, and the decor was well presented. Overall ambiance was quite nice, and the grounds well maintained. Parking was a bit tricky, though not impossible. The buffet we had ordered had arrived promptly at the times scheduled. Everything was presented beautifully, and was quite tasty. The staff was courteous as well, helping with multiple requests, even handling clean up of the event after it's conclusion. Would definitely visit again.
My husband and I are staying here for a entire week… he has a Aerospace conference. Both of our Birthdays are also this week… along with Valentines Day. We literally could NOT be happier with this amazing property! The food is simply some of the best we have tasted… the staff are so friendly and attentive! We have been left with champagne in our room twice now along with chocolates… which is such a wonderful treat! The property has such great artwork and with all the wine… beer and spirits anyone could want… along with great music! The outdoor courtyard has numerous fire pits and is simply beautiful with all the lights in the trees and foliage. Today I am going to hit the movie theater since my husband is working… SO nice to have something fun to do right here! Looking forward to maybe a swim later and some drinks! Thank you for such a great time and we definitely are booking next year when we are back in the area!
It is a very cool mcmenamina to stay at. My room was clean and spacious. I liked having my own bathroom as well. I wish we would have been informed that the pool was closed for maintenance when we made the reservation, because we travel with kids. Overall, would stay again.
This place is great! Many bars in this location so you and walk the grounds and drink where you want. Big, cozy fire pits outside and under gazebos to shield you from the rain. Parking can be a challenge, especially on the weekend. Good drinks, good food. Kid friendly. Good, not great service. Reasonably priced.
Met a friend at TOTS for lunch/drinks. Hostess was SO helpful. Gave us menus to all restaurants and bars. We chose lagoon. Food excellent! Bartender was perfect! All around awesome place. Cant wait to go back and try another restaurant bar.
Not too bad food at the places is good, neat atmosphere and kind of a cool set up. Neat quirky places around. Much more interesting than chain places. Be warned their coffee is sub par.
We were part of a private party held in the Hayden Hall. Food was excellent! The servers brought appetizers around. They were very accommodating. Nice decor and atmosphere! The only thing I would ask of the servers… please ask to clear the plates and misc. Things on the table BEFORE you grab them. We had a great time! We will be back to explore the surrounding area!
A large and excellent location for drinks and food. While big (3 different restaurants/bars) it is also very popular and as such can meet incredibly busy. There is a decent amount of parking but that also fills up, however you can park on the street in town for free in most places. The food and drink are both pretty good and not too terribly priced. The service is usually pretty good, though it can be a little slow, usually because of how busy it is.
(Review for breakfast only) Very pleasant place for a full American breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and the service struck that fine balance between overbearing and helpful, really first rate. My only concern is that the place is feeling it's redesign age. In saying that I mean that while maintaining the original integrity of the environment it feels a bit stuck in the early 2000s. I would encourage them to look at brightening the place up a bit with some modern lighting and offer a menu, at least at breakfast that features smaller portions of their good fresh food. Until then know that one menu item should be plenty to shsre.
Love love LOVED this place! The staff, drinks, and food were great! The Whiskey Shed had the best whisk (e) y selection I've ever seen and the bartender was super knowledgeable. The sports bar portion had friendly staff and affordable games (ie pool, shuffle board, pinball). Super fun and affordable with food availability all night. Can't wait to go back!
The food is pretty good but don’t expect an over-the-top great meal. The experience that you’re paying for here is the ability to sit outside by a fireplace pit enjoying slightly overpriced drinks and pretty good food. People come around and feed the fireplace pits with logs all night. Great Northwest ambience. If you want to sit outside near a fire, probably best to get there before 7 pm. Stick with the burgers and pizza and you will not be disappointed. I’ve had steaks there a couple of times and they are tough.
An amazing experience. The hotel, swimming pool, bars and meeting halls are all laid out well and easy to get around. I've been to 2 events here and both have not been overly crowded but parking can be limited. Dun place to go on weekends and to have a quick weekend away from Seattle. Have met up with friends for drinks on the weekend and it was easy to get a table but during peak times there can be a bit of a wait. Distance from Seattle is about 30 minutes.
My wife and I stayed overnight on a Friday and were very happy with everything. I was very happy with all of the staff, from the front office to the bar and restaurants, everybody was friendly and polite. The room was clean and furnished in the typical McMenamins style. The food and drinks were great. We unfortunately didn't have time to get to the soaking pool. We'll definitely be back.
Starting group of 5. Then we asked them if we could upgrade to a table for 10. They were very accommodating. Then we had to upgrade yet again to a table for 14. They also were very accommodating and made room for us. They were an excellent place to have a large gathering. I would definitely come back again. The food, drinks, and ambiance are all phenomenal!
We went to the Shed at McMenamins Anderson School. A cozy little hobbit like establishment complete with fireplace, large timbers, and cozy little tables, four of them to be exact. If you like whiskey, it's the place to go. It is so small that if you want to snack, you order from menus of the other restaurants on site. We had the gumbo and Cajun tots. Both were good but a little heavy on the salt. The atmosphere is exceptional but the food is average at best. Finally, you better be willing to listen to the Grateful Dead for the duration of your visit, hence the nick name… The Dead Shed. I'd prefer a little more variety and may forgo the ambience next time to avoid an hour of Grateful Dead.
Rooms have always been clean. Great selection of bars and restaurants on-site. Staff is helpful and friendly. One caveat, everything smells of wood-smoke. This is due to the wood-burning fires around the grounds. This makes a wonderful ambiance, but it's worth being aware that you'll smell like a campfire when you leave.
This was my first time ever hearing about and going to this place. I loved that it's funky and inside an old Junior High. I also love the different bars and restaurants and now many firepits it has outdoors! I would definitely recommend going there at least once to experience the fun atmosphere of it. I gave it 4 stars since I didn't get to go to many of the bars. I'd definitely go again!
Our stay here was very comfortable as the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in the King room with the bathroom. It was very nice to have the extra bed and blanket set up for the dogs. The room was beautiful and just enough room for the two of us. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. The soaking pool was nice, but it was packed full of splashing kids everywhere so we didn't stay in more than a couple minutes. The food at the restaurants was amazing — especially the smoked brisket hash we shared in the morning — portions were generous. The parking was a little tight, but we were directly to the backside parking lot which easily accessed the property as well. It was quite a drive for us to get a passport stamp, but worth it and happy we stayed.
My brother and I met up here for lunch on the day that happened to be half way between St Patty's day. My bro took advantage of the Irish-inspired specials, making a plate of corned beef and cabbage disappear along with a pint of Irish stout. I had one of their IPAs and a steak salad — also delicious. Our service was friendly and attentive, and we ended up taking their suggestion to treat ourselves to a black and tan brownie for dessert. Such a good meal all around! We were delightedly perplexed about the (Scottish? ) bagpiper who played a set while marching around the grounds. We love going to McMenamins for the ambiance and consistently friendly service.
My wife and I visited after strong recommendations from a few friends, and we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long. We had a blast playing pinball and walking around the grounds, and had an amazing dinner from the restaurant next to the hotel. The bartenders we're top notch, and super friendly. Definitely planning another visit in the near future.
Sucks good job being the king of the rules police. There are posted signs asking you not to take your drinks around the property. No drinking in the pool, no drinking out side of the courtyard, and you better not let the city council see you having fun at the hotel. Ps. Thanks for putting a TV in my room. It gave me something to do in my 12 hour stay. The brothers must be real proud of this place, good work Washington for making something amazing suck.
I have visited McMenamins Anderson School numerous times. The different areas I've frequented have been: The Woodshop, The Shed, Tavern on the Square, the movie theater, and special events (80s night and Santa Breakfast). I've enjoyed the theater and special events. The location has a great ambience. The service overall after at least ten visits has been extremely disappointing, especially at the bars and restaurant. It seems that due to the excitement in Bothell and Seattle for a McMenamins in the area, management felt that customer service wasn't a high priority. Why do better when business keeps coming in? Unfortunately I hardly ever come unless it's for a movie. Wish I had better experiences. Update: we go here a lot for breakfast now (Tavern on the square) and we have had great service each time!
This rating is only for the bars. We did not spend the night, but we spent the day bouncing from bar to bar to bar checking out all the different drink options. Each bar/restaurant has different drink offerings and it is well worth it to make a day of checking everything out. Some of the bars have "wee" options, which are half the size and price of a full cocktail. This makes it easy to try many of the super tasty cocktails offered. We had a blast and everything was delicious.
Great atmosphere with different food options and a great drink selection. Perfect for causal dining or something slightly more formal. Parking is sometimes a challenge and the wait can get a little long, but overall a good place for a meal (I can't vouch for the hotel stay).
The staff was friendly and informative everywhere we went. However, I did get new people serving me at a couple different places here which makes me wonder about employee retention. Both were friendly and performed thief duties well. The whole experience was good and I do plan to return again. The food was all well prepared, presented and tasted good. The beers are great and the selection of Rum and Whiskey (in different places throughout) was really good.
Cajun tots are the BEST. We ate the left overs with eggs the next morning, it was wonderful. It's a fun atmosphere and casual. Everyone enjoyed their food. The kitchen worked to find me a dairy free meal because of allergies I have. Super good, we will be back!
We were a little tentative about going to the Tavern restaurant, given the mediocre reviews, but the experience was pretty pleasant overall. Is it the best food ever? No. But it is still quite enjoyable. The Ruby beer was a refreshing complement to the gumbo, which was a different take than most places I've seen (less traditional southern). Pork shank and ravioli were tasty as well. The courtyart provided cool ambiance and shade, despite being outside on a hot day. Great family dinner.
This old school, turned Hotel, 3 restaurants and 2 bars, is pretty neat. The artisan bread was delicious, soft and moist. Really nice crust. The 12 oz NY Steak was incredible and my wife and friends ate up the clams like they were never going to have clams ever again. Who would have think you could get smashed in a Principle's office?
Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is quirky and fun with enough corners to hide for a quiet drink if the main spaces are too packed and you're tired of being jostled. Plenty of entertainment from the pool table to the swimming pool itself. The drinks are good and of average Seattle area prices. Likewise the food is good but a touch pricey. It's a once-a-month kind of place for our budget but we never regret it and always have a good time.
The ambiance at McMenamins Anderson School is beyond compare. It's magical in the evening. The decor throughout the grounds transforms in the evening to a lighted magical garden. With the wood fire pits, music and delicious food it was a wonderful experience for all! Therewas plenty of parking, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of both food and beverages. We had a great experience and are looking forward to coming back again!
Really like the outside seating, fire pits, you can come here watch a movie, play shuffle board, pool, go swimming free for Othello residents. Check out their seasonal offerings that are on tap.
Hotel is great. Beers are great. Restaurants not so much. Lighting really bad in the Tiki bar and we had to grab a waiter to get our food order and they forgot the dressing on my salad. Made a reservation at Tavern on the Square and when it came time seating for dinner, No Reservation set. Told the Manager about the issue and he kind of blew it off, but did give us free dessert. Ordered room service for breakfast. It took an hour to get it. Great environment, hotel and theater, but the food service staff really need to step up.
Amazing easy going restaurants and bars. The servers were extremely pleasant and on their game. Food was wonderful and the beer even more so. Love this place. Would highly recommend.
Popular, crowded, tons of seating, not enough parking. Large selection of drinks and food. Classy atmosphere with lots of outdoor seating and several bars within the area to sit at. Shuffleboard and pool are present along with a few arcade games. Staff are high quality and friendly.
Really liked this place, we have also been to the McMenamins in Bend, OR also. Cool company. They take old buildings and remake them into these hotel areas. They have a vintage somewhat creepy-cool style. This one has a theater for $9 tickets, and a somewhat hidden bar at the top of the hotel building Principals office. Fun place to hang out with friends, bar feel. Play some shuffle board or pool.
This place has a really cool atmosphere. Wood fires are set up for people to gather around. Nice smells on the air from the restaurants. There's even a theater showing current movies. The hotel is beautiful: converted school, with classrooms switched to guest rooms. Very cool.
Located In Bothell, WA. McMenamins Anderson School has three restaurants to choose from. I ate at the Lagoon for the first time on this visit. The service was great, we got seated in roughly 5-10 minutes. Our orders were taken about 5-10 minutes after being seated on the patio. When the food arrived, the burger that my pregnant wife ordered, was still pink when she ordered medium, so she couldn't eat it. The staff ended up comping the meal. Other than that, the food was amazing! I had the Hawaiian Cubano and it was delicious. When we asked for the check, we were given the wrong one, so we had to wait another 10 or so minutes before we could get the right check.
Great atmosphere and reuse of old buildings. It has become a go-to place for after work hangouts with coworkers and other meetups.
This place was awesome. Turning an old school into a great place to grab a bite, go swimming, drink, and generally hang out is a fantastic idea. The hotel, being the old school building, still has much of a class vibe to it, but is furnished very well. The multiple restaurants on the property all seem well equipped. Large rooms (except for the tiki bar) that are family friendly. The whiskey hut in the middle of it is the only building that was built for the complex, but it fits right in. Check it out if you're at all interested!
Worth the drive! We had a wonderful stay in Bothell. Took advantage of brewery tour (excellent), movie, a swim in the amazing salt water pool and dinner and drinks. Highly, recommend. The rooms are also great. Comfy beds, spacious with large beautiful windows.
It's a fun place with good food and drink. It has a large pool, the bars are very interesting and the drinks are very good.
Lovely place to have some evening drinks with your friends. The place is in Bothell downtown. Price — $$ Service — 3.5/5 — took a while to get the order however it was worth the wait. Food — Delicious. The fries and burger were awesome. Drinks — It has some home brewed beers. Highly advisable to try those. 4.5/5 Staff — 4/5 Has a pool table but you gotta pay 5$ for an hour to play.
I've been here twice and the fish and chips are always crispy, fresh, juicy and flavorful. Definitely our go to for that. Service was decent but the front door was left open as the cooking is done in another section of the courtyard and the smoke from the fire in front was billowing in as well as the cold air. Also of note, our pepper grinder was completely empty, got a replacement from the bar that literally had one pepper in it. Our server went to find another one and took almost five minutes. Seemed odd they aren't filled at the end of each shift and finding even one with pepper in it took that long as the food got cooler. Will still return.
