Very comfortable and nice suites. Great breakfast bar and nice amenities! Bargain hotel for your money, but I understand they are changing ownership!

The hotel was medium priced for the area. We stay for a long weekend. It is about 25 minutes outside of Seattle and allowed us to visit Seattle while paying a cheaper hotel rate. The rooms are huge and have a nice size TV. The room was clean other than some trash under the couch. We had to ask for blankets and sheets for the pull out coach but they got them to us right away so it was not a big deal. All of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. Our kid loved the indoor pool and the overall hotel was well designed. Parking was free and easy to come by even on a weekend. It is a little ways off of the freeway but was a nice stay overall.

Very clean. Room was surprisingly large. Breakfast is just run-of-the-mill hotel breakfast — you know the kind: make your own waffles, kinda crappy eggs, that sorta thing. The area is nice and I feel like I got a lot for the relatively low price, so I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice and nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by vinyards. There are areas very close to go eat a variety of foods, and the hotel was clean with very helpful and courteous staff. Parking was good with no lack of space and no fee, and there was a continental breakfast available. Would stay there again.

Large, clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Good parking, easy to find. Really good continental breakfast with eggs, waffles and sausage except Sunday which was biscuits and gravy.

Tragically, my family all stayed here for the funeral of a loved one. The staff there went above and beyond in accommodating our needs! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, but what set them apart were the kinds words they left on a card in our room and the help they offered all of us. I was impressed!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast included in most rates. Very similar to Hampton inn. Recommended.

It was fairly easy to find, kind of hidden. I was impressed walking into the lobby there was also a little store area that you can buy snacks and other things. Staff was nice. The room is clean and neat as well. I really enjoyed the breakfast they served downstairs, so many choices and all freshly made.

Good size room. Clean, good bed and breakfast included. Would stay hee again.

Comfortable, clean, roomy. Everything worked. The pool was chilly but the hot tub was great. Good enough breakfast set up, with better coffee than I expected. The place worked very well for our family with 4 grandkids in tow. Desk staff was helpful and tolerant of our busy 7 year olds.

Keep in mind that it's a budget motel and you'll be a lot happier. It was nice. Clean. King suite was comfortable and roomy. Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it. Could stand to upgrade the breakfast a little bit. Beds were comfortable. Pillows we're usable unlike many bugdet hotels. Nice clean fluffy towels. But when guests leave for the day and you service the room please vacuum. They may have a toddler that uses that floor a lot.

Best place to stay in Seattle if you have a car. Their service is phenomenal. Awesome staff.

Basic hotel with a friendly staff and relatively cheap prices. Breakfast included. A viable option if you don't want to pay for a Marriott.

In dire need of an exterior facelift and other than the lobby and halls the inside is not better. Semi shabby furniture in the suite style rooms. However they do have new 50" tv's in the rooms and I was told, all new beds. Okay for economy stay. Free breakfast with "make your own" waffles and two hot dishes.

Rooms were clean. We went on Christmas eve. Staff did an excellent job to make us feel comfortable.

Spacious room with nice kitchenette. Bed's were not comfortable. Tub drain was plugged, little bath with your shower. While you bath/ shower you can look at the black mold all-around the ceiling. Staff was very friendly. There was Not enough breakfast for patrons. Not keeping up with demand.

Room wasn't clean, clumps of dirt on the floor, hair stuck to the shower ceiling. Upper areas of shower not cleaned in some time. Handle of shower was falling off. Window was open and room was 50 degrees on arrival. Chairs in breakfast area were dirty and had jelly on the seat and nobody was in there at the time except the staff. Elevator was not clean either. I struggle with finding anything positive to say about the stay.

Decently clean with the exception of one of the elevators smelling like urine and some wall paper peeling in the bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms seem to be mini suites and are a good size. Great location!

The spacious room fit my large family. The beds are on the soft side, but it was at least better than the sofa bed. Unfortunately, somebody had to use it. It was so thin, ripped and old you could feel the springs and everything below. When requested they provided additional blankets for that sofa bed. The continental breakfast was good. You can always get waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and they had two other alternating dishes. Apparently Sunday is always biscuits and gravy, which I'm not a fan of.

Room was big. Good price. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Extremely comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Clean.

Nice place but no hot water, never been to a hotel before that only lets the shower go to lukewarm, stayed two nights in a row and this was the case both times. I note each night I was in a separate room on separate floors. Not good To be fair, if the hotel had hot water I would happily review with either 4 or 5 stars.

Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. The best continental breakfast spread I have ever seen in my whole life!

Room was nice, very spacious, & well equipped. The staff is very kind & accommodating as much as they can be. Breakfast is available every morning, & is OK, except for the weird egg disc things.

We love it here. Best hotel out our whole trip. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. We had two queens and a sofa bed. Tons of space for a family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were going drive around seattle and they convinced us to bus it instead to save us money. We will definitely stay there again.

Pleasure staying here. Melody took care of me when I needed help with my room. Rooms were large and great. Breakfast was large and delicious, lots of choices. Ill be back.

There are not too many seats for breakfast but the food is good. I wasn't so pleases withe the person at the registration. We got in late we expected at least a smile! All we got was some short answers to our questions. The tank in our bathroom broke so we had to either move to another room or used the public restroom in the lobby. The pool was satisfying so was the room. The sofa is definitely not a comfortable choice to sleep on. We had to set 3 tick blankets to cover all the springs!

The hotel lobby and our room were clean, hospitable, and inviting. The breakfast bar in the morning had a variety of food and was well stocked. Room service did not come in our room sure to the sign we had posted on the door, so they left a print out stating that why they did not come in to change our towels and sheets and that we could call the front desk if we needed any of those things.

This was one of the cleanest, nicest hotels I have stayed in! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that we received by the front desk staff. Alex was very compassionate and accommodating during our emergency stay for a family medical issue. When your family is in crisis, staying in a safe place shouldn't be secondary but it's not something you can research when you are out of state. This hotel was a wonderful, clean warm & friendly landing place at the end of some extraordinarily tough days. Breakfast was great, they have a small store with snacks. And ICE CREAM! The entire staff makes this hotel a real retreat of solitude!

I work nights 10p-6am, and woke up around 9p to what appeared to be a bedbug on the side of restroom sink next to outlet. Hotel was sold out to change rooms, so I had to deal with it when I returned from work. My sleep was uncomfortable as you can imagine! Manager and staff were helpful in switching room when I woke up next afternoon. I felt as though I should've been compensated for my troubles for that night, which didn't seem to rub well with manager. I'd prefer not to disclose her name, but she made me feel as I was at fault, and guilt to even think of asking for any compensation for the restless night I had. Orkin came out and determined it was a carpet beetle, Orkin man was there in lobby with me when he determined what kind of bug it was. Manager and I searched the room again to find another bug between the mattresses. It wasn't determined what that was yet. After speaking to housekeeping, they were very straight forward and helpful, much better than manager. The infected room was 421, so if you plan on staying at this hotel, stay clear from this area. I reserved a room and accidentally entered that day's date instead of the future date I intended to stay. They charged me that night as a no-show. I called the next day to explain the error and ask for a refund, but they refused, on the grounds that they were "almost full" (NOT full). I admit it was my error in the first place, but I was taken aback at their absolute refusal to work with me, even though it meant I canceled the future reservation. I also told them I wouldn't stay with ANY Marriott in the future, and I was a frequent visitor before that. They still didn't care. I'll definitely make good on my promise to never stay with Marriott again.

Warning, the internet connection the 3 days I stayed here was dog slow. Plain vanilla email was fine, big attachements were not. Loading web pages was painfully slow. Sometimes they didn't load at all. My 3-G phone connection was MUCH faster. Now that that is out of the way I can say Springhill is well kept. My room was spacious and had a nice desk, a comfortable couch and two flat screen TVs. (I didn't turn either one on. ) The mini fridge did not include a mini freezer so no luck re-freezing my ice pack. Breakfast was free. You get what you pay for. No restaurant or bar on the premises. Russell's down the street is a nice restaurant. Lori's deli, one street south, is pretty good for a suburban business park deli They do breakfast and lunch. That's it within easy walking distance. Only 2 or 3 miles away are downtown Bothell and Woodinville. Both have many restaurant options.
