Love this place for the money it’s great definitely will be back.

Room was not ready at 5 pm when check in is at 3pm the desk said housekeeping had call out and would get to it soon
Sorry unacceptable
Then had the audacity to see if we were gone at 9 am when check out is at 11am
Won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone as I reached out to choice hotels with no response at all.

Very nice place beds very comfortable but the coffee sucks it's like drinking luck warm water.

This is our second stay at this Hotel and both stays were great! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Rooms could use a few updates, but clean and comfy none-the-less. Close to restaurants and shops, and other amusments as well. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is typical, but hot and decent. Pool was freezing, LOL, but my daughter enjoyed it. We stayed 2 nights this time and aside from a few slamming doors the first morning it was quiet. Good rates, would definitely stay again!

Comfy beds, clean rooms, cheap rates, good location to stores and attractions.

Very nice motel to come to after a 10 hour drive from Marietta Ga.

We stayed here 5 nights and enjoyed our experience. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's great for the price and Andre and the rest of the staff are very welcoming.

This hotel is the choice hotel standard. For the price and location it cannot be beat. Andre at the desk is gentleman and scholar. Hotel was neat, clean and quiet. Cant say enough!

This was a really really nice hotel. We was at Water Country and decided to spend the night and we found sleep inn. The beds very comfortable.

Fast and easy checkin/out & friendly staff. It wasn't as clean as I'd like (unwashed stains on bed throw, hair on towels, dirty headboard) but good enough for a night's stay. Good location.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournment this weekend and I must say not only was the rooms updated and VERY CLEAN but Ciara (not sure how she spells her name) she was very polite and provided us with SUPERIOR customer service and made us feel very welcomed! Andre (one of the managers) also made us feel very welcomed and provided superior customer service! The staff at this hotel is the best! Also my husband left a "pricey piece of jewelry" and the staff at this hotel made sure they put it up safely and mailed it to us! That was very important that shows their staff is very honest and does not steal from their customers! I will ONLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN I VISIT Williamsburg!

We stayed 3 nights and was very comfortable. The room was clean. The entire hotel looked clean. A very affordable and nice motel. Breakfast had a good variety and was very good. We would definitely come back.

Hotel has easy access from the main road and convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and other historic points of interest in the area. The pool was clean, fitness center equipment was well functioning. The room was clean and the bedding seemed clean, however the bed and mattress seemed quite old. The breakfast was free and had a variety, however, the eggs and sausage were cold, coffee machine was non functional, and the staff member there was rude and stated she had no idea how to fix it. The coffee pot in our room worked but it had an old used coffee bag in the machine. Advertised there was a hot tub, however they had none. There was a light bulb out in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For 80$ a night I did not expect elegance but I did expect better than this. Very disappointed and over priced. I would have expected as much if it were 50$ a night. Website said there was a fitness center. It neglected to say the fitness center was at the sister facility Comfort Inn, behind the hotel.

Pros: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The breakfast was awful. The eggs had the consistency of mashed potatoes and the sausage patties were terrible from the microwave. The orange juice was like orange water. There coffee was undrinkable. I'm glad there was a Starbucks down the road. My girlfriend and I did not know we'd be getting a handicap accessible room. When we got in the shower, the shower head was set to chest level and the dial to loosen the head and move it was cranked so tight that I couldn't turn it. I tried wiggling the shower head up the poll and the poll slipped out of the bracket that was holding it. I did get it put back together so we could shower but I feel like the maintenance it slacking a little on the facility.

Location is great! Breakfast is included. Staff have been helpful and the room is clean.

Free breakfast runs in the lobby from 0630 to 0930, waffle iron let's you make mini waffles which is nice. Aside from that its usual breakfast fare. There is a pool and fitness center, the fitness room has a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill along with dumbbells from 10 to 50 pounds. Check in and out takes only minutes with a reservation, can't speak for what it is without reservations. Rooms come with a TV, mini fridge, and coffeemaker.

We were in town for a soccer tournament with 3 teams of teenagers. Andre met us at arrival and was fantastic. The rooms were clean, breakfast had a nice selection. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel is walking distance to several restaurants.

Andre the front desk receptionist was extremely rude! Don't think I have ever been spoken to as condescendingly in my life. Management needs to correct this behavior quickly or they won't have many more guests. I am going to a nearby hotel in my future stays.

Located near Busch gardens service is great room as well close to food etc.

Staff was beyond friendly. The pool was great and we loved the free breakfast. Within walking distance from good restaurants also.

Beware, bed bugs. No support from management, and he was not even surprised and acted like he could give a care. $20 comp given. What a joke. Cost more than that to wash and high heat what belongings we came with. Room musty smelling, shower leaked, top covers on bed questionable. Food from someone else left in fridge. Stairwell carpeting disgusting. Overall needs a good top to bottom professional cleaning and pest removal.

$79 on a Sunday night. Excellent experience. Sharp, clean, up-to-date. Didn't feel like the rugs were icky as a lot of hotels are. Just felt fresh and nice.

We were placed in a first floor room. The room was just adequate for our family of four. We kept bumping into each other but were able to make it work for three nights. The room a/c worked rather well but the room stayed humid and muggy even while it was chilled. Our nice and hot showers and us going to the water park probably didn't help that. The beds were comfortable and the room lighting was just right for our needs. The bathroom sink area was good enough but felt cramped leaving little room for our personal hygiene items and kids toothbrushes. That sink area and the bathroom/shower floor stayed wet most of the visit which was probably in line with the room humidity. The shower handle was in need of repair making it tricky to find the right temperature. Also, the shower caulking showed many years of layers so it was a bit icky to look at. The TV worked but the little use we had for it was bothered by some trouble getting the remote to work. Again, just adequate for our needs. The biggest complaint was the broken door handle that feel off frequently. We were able to exit our room at our leisure but it was awkward to mess with. We should have asked for maintenance to look at it but we had a busy vacation planned and didn't want to mess with changing rooms or having a crew in our room. Beyond the room, the wait staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for help with things.

Andre was exceptional throughout the stay. He made you feel welcomed and always had a smile and friendly personality. Exemplary employee. Room was clean and breakfast was great for continental. Had waffles yay. Excellent visit.

Good quality and friendly staff! We arrived after 9 pm and had carload of bags (2 adults, 2 children for multiple days). The concierge Andre was friendly and quick. Informed me they had baggage carts near front door. Once we brought all of our bags in he generously offered an upgraded room on the first floor from the third. He really went above and beyond to make our stay better. Facility was clean. Breakfast included Belgian waffles, scambled eggs and sausage along with other Continental breakfast items. Would stay again.

Good just for one night. Complimentary breakfast is basic but acceptable. The rooms and hallways smell like cigarette. Personnel not so friendly. Clean beds. Rooms look nice.

I'm a Realtor in Myrtle Beach and chose to come here during the evacuations from Hurricane Matthew with my 71 year old Mother and service dog. This place is beautiful, clean, extremely helpful in helping us through our devastation. They provide full breakfast for free, heated indoor pool, fitness room, and all rooms are modern. We are grateful they offered us a discounted rate for our 5 day stay when they realized we were escaping our devastation. Seems we booked the last room, so any issues were not worth trying to fix during our stay. Mold on bottom of curtain, a/c unit's filters were caked with dust, and deadbolt did not work. When issues were brought up at the front desk it was our fault for not notifying them at 11p.

Rooms were really small. Definitely not big enough for three people. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The Sleep Inn Historic was very nice! It was nicely renovated so it felt like a more upscale hotel. The breakfast was also very nice — good waffles, sausage, muffins, etc. Everything was clean and the location was great. I gave it for stars, because it didn't have a tub, which is nice for my kids, the air was a bit loud, and there was done kind of small banging sound, but I could only hear it in the bathroom — not sure what it was…

Absolutely wonderful front desk staff. Clean rooms. The suites are quite large and comfortable. I didn't have time to try the breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the new updates, fresh and relaxing look. Had a room on 3rd floor overlooking back parking lot which was quiet. Breakfast was good, and coffee was available any time which I was appreciative of. Staff was friendly.

Stayed during all this wonderful winter weather, I had a great stay, my room was clean, newly renovated room and bed were comfortable and included breakfast, pool was newly painted and a warm and a great escape from the cold weather. Amy at the front desk is a jewel, also was able to use the fitness room. Great hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel was fairly priced and clean rooms and very accommodating front desk staff. The night guy and the breakfast lady were very nice and made sure we got everything we needed. It was tuff to connect to the internet at first but then the desk clerk at night I think Peter made sure it was working and helped us connect. Some more protein in the breakfast menu would be much appreciated.

The room was spacious. Small bath. Horrible small pillows. Real fast ok but small selection. Would stay again at winter rates.

While outside looks nice, rooms were dirty, holes in blankets, sheets, charges $1.50 for a bucket of ice. If we weren't so tired, would have left. I wouldn't even use shower or walk on bare floor.

My friend booked the rooms for a weekend at Busch Gardens. We walked in the lobby and it looked nice. However we got to the room and it small, shower was dirty, bathroom door wouldn't lock. The second night the room was still dirty after housekeeping, beds not made properly and shower was still dirty. In the Am on the day we were checking out my daughter found a bed bug on her bed. When my husband flipped the mattress he found about 10 more adult sized bed bugs. The manager didn't want to give us anything but after a few persuasive words we got our room reimbursed. We are still fighting with hotel to reimburse us for the expenses for preventing them from coming into our home and medical bills for the bites on my daughters legs. Will never stay there again!

I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I arrived the room smelled of stale smoke. It was nearly 11pm by the time I checked in and I was told there were no other rooms available with the bed sizes I needed. The room felt dated even with the "newer paint job". I am not sure who they hired to paint bit it was an awful job. The bathroom sink is in the room with the toilet and shower in a small area beside. The shower felt like I was in a boat, very small and curved. The glass door from the shower shed all the water onto the floor, the fan was loud and filled with dirt and mold. I showered before I went to bed and after I got up because I felt dirty. Would not stay here again!

Room was horrible and smelt, very old and tired and the toilet was gross and barely fitted to the wall, it rocked if you dared to sit on it! Breakfast was disgusting and sparse. Would not stay again, for a few bucks more there are much nicer hotels.
